The article comprehensively analyzes the features and benefits of introduction of information technologies into the educational process.It is noted that information technologies are becoming an indispensable component of modern education at present, contributing to the improvement of the high-quality and efficiency of education. The interactivity and involvement of students, as well as the individualization of learning, allow students to develop their skills and knowledge at the pace that is optimal for them. The article found out that the individualization of education is implemented with the help of information technologies through the creation of personalized educational programs. Each student has the opportunity to study according to their individual needs and pace. Adaptive learning platforms take into account the level of knowledge and capabilities of each student, providing individual tasks and recommendations. All these significantly improve the level of understanding and assimilationof the educational material.Furthermore, information technologies open up new opportunities for research and study of complex processes and phenomena. Global exchange of knowledge thanks to the Internet allows students and teachers to exchange knowledge and experience with people from all over the world. This broadens horizons and allows you to get a variety of views on subjects of study. It was noted that thanks to analytics for improving learning, information technologies allow collecting and analyzing data on student success and the effectiveness of educational programs. This allows to identify problematic points and improve training based on data.We have found that information technologies have made a significant contribution to the modern educational process, providing interactivity, individualization, accessibility and expanded opportunities for research and global knowledge exchange. This article highlights the key benefits and features of this development in education, which contributes to improving learning and preparing the younger generation for the challenges of the modern world.

Possibilities of automating the plant personnel recruitment

The presented research is devoted to determining the possibilities of introducing information technologies in the work of the human resources department of the enterprise for the personnel selection activities automation. The article substantiates the relevance of studying the problem of “personnel shortage” at Russian enterprises in general and in relation to the production enterprise of the Sverdlovsk region. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of the wages at the analyzed enterprise with the average level in the metallurgical industry and in the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the results of the empirical study, the recruitment process’ components are highlighted, the results of the analysis of the photograph of working hours of recruitment specialists of a large manufacturing enterprise in the Sverdlovsk region are presented. The reserves of increasing the productivity of labor time use of human resources specialists of the production enterprise through the automation of a number of processes have been revealed. Recommendations for the introduction of information technologies in improving the recruitment system of the production enterprise are developed. The research paper may be of interest to specialists of personnel management services of large production and industrial enterprises in terms of analyzing the possibilities of automating the business process of personnel recruitment.

ФАКТОРИ УСПІШНОЇ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЗАЛІЗНИЧНОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ

Rapidly changing economic conditions, new achievements in science and technology, the introduction of information technologies constantly present organizations with the task of matching the qualifications of employees to modern requirements. The article defines the features of improving the qualifications of the personnel of railway transport enterprises. It was noted that the effective functioning of railway transport is important for innovative development and sustainable growth of the country’s economy, contributes to increasing the mobility of the population and strengthening regional ties. It was determined that corporate training of employees ensures higher productivity and quality of work during the rational use of material resources. It is noted that the profile of competences by position serves to assess the employee’s compliance with the functions, the selection of employees for the position, and the determination of areas of additional training. Competencies allow you to use different groupings of competencies and approach the development of each group individually. The development of personnel resources of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» gives a multiplicative effect, which multiplies the subsequent results of organizational measures. The general scheme of the model of competences has been modernized into a new model, in which the category «professional competences» is detailed, taking into account the specifics of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» (other groups of competences can be similarly detailed). Adhering to the principles of socially responsible business conduct, JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» must implement a social policy aimed at effective interaction with personnel. The company will consider employees as the main resource that determines the economic results of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia», competitiveness and market value of the company. In this regard, the provision of professional personnel from all areas of activity of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» and the motivation of employees to productive and efficient work are the most important goals of the company’s social policy. It was concluded that the implementation of a unified personnel policy at JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» should be aimed at staffing all categories of personnel with qualified personnel, creating a single personnel reserve, adapting the system of continuous professional training of personnel to the conditions of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» and changing technological requirements, implementing measures to ensure a favorable socio-psychological climate.

A Study on It Enabled Banking Services in The Barpeta District of Assam

In the modern era of technology, application of information technology (IT) has become a mandatory part of our daily life. The banking industry is no exception. There has been introduction of IT in providing banking services to the customers which have encountered both praise and criticism from various stakeholders. Hence a study on how customers have adopted the IT enabled banking services and their satisfaction level towards using them was felt necessary. An analysis is also made in order to validate whether age and education level of customers have any effect on use of IT enabled banking services. The study is based on primary data and the data so collected has been analysed with the help of bar diagrams, correlation tools and Likert scale.

Educational Institutions in Genealogical Studies on the History of Science and Technology

The purpose of the study is to analyse the peculiarities of using the archives of research and educational institutions as an integral part of the source base of genealogical research on the history of science and technology and to identify the degree of digitalisation of archival collections. The research methodology is based on theoretical developments in history and related sciences, as well as the use of basic approaches to cognition and dialectics, the application of the principles of historical science such as objectivity, scientificity, historicism, universality, systematicity, specificity; the principle of a specific historical approach – historicism – the integrity of the source. The organic blending of general scientific and special research methods in the complex makes it possible to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the topic. The methods of generalisation, analogy, synthesis, analysis, formal logic, as well as historical and chronological, historical and comparative, historical and genetic, historical and typological methods were used in the scientific search, which contributed to obtaining new results in the study of this topic. The scientific novelty of the article is to actualise the issue of using the funds of archives of research and educational centres in conducting genealogical research on the history of science and technology. The systematisation of historiographical sources containing information of genealogical nature is proposed, their information potential is characterised. The reliability degree of the identified sources and the need to introduce new components of the source base of genealogical research on the history of science and technology are determined. The methodological foundations for reconstructing the genealogies of Ukrainian scientists on the basis of representative, diverse sources have been further developed. The necessity of digitalisation of the archival collections of scientific and educational centres, the introduction of information technologies as the main factor in improving the quality of scientific research is substantiated. Consequences and Risks of Introducing Information Technology Into the Daily Social Reality of Youth

The paper is prepared in a genre of theoretical analysis and focuses on clarification of effects the influence of digitalization of society on the everyday reality surrounding young people. The authors consider the rapid introduction of information technologies into the life of society as a complex and contradictory process, leading not only to the emergence of various new opportunities, but also to a series of remarkable risks. Basing on the analysis of current Russian and foreign scientific literature, the authors seek to clarify the specific features of young people growing up in the context of the progressive digitalization of society, and to identify the most significant risks that appear in the lives of these people due to the high intensity of use of information technologies. Using the data of their theoretical analysis, the authors make a conclusion that growing up in conditions of intensive digitalization of society accustoms young people to active use of these technologies to solve a wide variety of everyday tasks. Analysis of the results of current sociological research leads the authors to the conclusion that such a high intensity of use of information technologies confronts young people with many serious risks, which can be grouped into three types: physiological, psychological, and social ones. The authors describe the specific manifestations of each type of such risks and identify factors of sensitivity of young people to each of them. Trying to refrain from inappropriate technophobia, the authors strive to note the importance of a critical look at the ambiguous consequences of the influence of such risks on the future of young people growing up in the conditions of digitalization of society and try to invite their colleagues for professional discussion and further research on relevant issues.

Information Technologies in Modern PR Activities

The purpose of the article is to highlight the importance of introducing information technologies into PR activities as a necessary element of the digital transformation of modern society, to characterize the most appropriate and effective means of information and communication technologies in the field of public relations and the effectiveness of their use by considering the PR activities of the American company Airbnb; to find out the main advantages of using interactive network technologies in the organization of public relations and to outline the challenges in implementing modern technologies. The research methods include analysis of previous studies on the use of information technology in PR activities, systematisation and generalisation to determine the effectiveness of information technology implementation in modern PR activities, content analysis of pages and official communication channels of Airbnb, including the corporate website, mobile application and social media. The scientific novelty lies in the reflection of current trends in the use of modern technologies in the field of public relations and the substantiation of the advantages and challenges of their implementation. For the sake of argumentation, the study analyses the digital PR communication of Airbnb in order to identify the key aspects of a successful strategy for using information technology in various areas of PR activities. Conclusions. The essence of the use of information technology in PR activities in the application of modern Internet communication channels, network tools and programs have been determined. It is confirmed that their implementation is a necessary aspect of digital transformation in modern society. The authors identify aspects of the effectiveness of information technology use: reputation control, crisis management, achievement of strategic business goals, and solving marketing tasks. Among the wide range of information tools, social networks, chatbots and immersive technologies are singled out, and their impact is substantiated. The main advantages of using information technologies are characterised: by expanding global access, flexibility and increasing the efficiency of measuring results; and challenges: lack of technical training, competition and information overload, risk of cyber-attacks and privacy violations. The study of Airbnb’s experience confirms the effectiveness of attracting the target audience through a mobile application, a user-friendly Internet platform, and a video campaign on YouTube.

Methods for activating the personal potential of students in the context of digitalization of university education

Problem and objective. In the current situation of intensive and forced use of information technologies and teaching tools in higher education, there is a problem of developing personality-developing forms and methods of using these technologies in the practice of university training. The aim of the study is to present and implement the methods of applying information technology, activating the personal potential of students. Research methods. The conceptual design of the study was based on person-centered didactic and psychological approaches and methods. The experimental work involved 58 students and 10 teachers of the Belgorod National Research University and the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. Diagnostic monitoring used methods of psychological testing: Questionnaire of motivational orientation (T. Amabile scale), Hardiness Survey (adaptation of S. Maddi test), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), Self-organization Questionnaire, Purpose-in-Life Test (PIL). Statistical data processing included methods of parametric statistics and analysis of the significance of differences (Student's t-test). Results of the study. The authors have developed and put into practice a set of methods for stimulating the personal potential of students using information technology. The corpus of these methods included author's innovations (method of microsocial learning network), as well as modifications of a number of developing methods: dialogue, imaginative, case, game, quest, command-network. The application of these methods in practice has shown their sufficient promise. According to psychological monitoring data, the students of the experimental group have an increase in intrinsic motivation (tEMP = 2,7); there is an increase hardiness (tEMP = 4,7) due to higher involvement in the life process (tEMP = 2,8) and readiness for risk (tEMP = 3,3); confidence in self-efficacy grows (tEMP = 1,2), indicators of self-organization of activity increase: purposefulness (tEMP = 5,2), perseverance (tEMP = 4,6), ability to plan (tEMP = 2,7); there is a higher sense of meaningfulness of life (tEMP = 4,5) due to an increase in interest in life as a process (tEMP = 5,1) and life productivity in terms of self-realization (tEMP = 3,2). Conclusion. The methods of using information technologies in education presented in the study have no exact analogues in contemporary researches. Their uniqueness lies in the indirect use of these technologies as tools of personalizing educational communications. The complex application of the proposed methods makes it possible to introduce information technologies to stimulate students' activity as subjects of full-fledged learning activities in the context of digitalization, which is the practical significance of the work done.

Многоцелевой картографический ресурс как интерактивная картографическая система

The author considers the issues of changing the requirements for map making and cartographic image in connection with digital transformation of the society and mass introduction of information technologies. As a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s achievements widespread implementation, new requirements for cartography in terms of creating and using models and maps have arisen. In this regard, a new digital product is proposed, a multi-purpose resource (MD). The author presents a scheme, where it is shown as a specialized interactive system containing data, information and knowledge in order to form a cartographic image at the user`s request. The process of interaction with the MD is considered, in which the audience work with it and, at the query, a cartographic product containing geospatial information and knowledge is formed for a specific task to be solved. The use of artificial intelligence technologies for automating cartographic processes is also discussed, the concept of a “smart” map is proposed

Education in the conditions of war: advantages and disadvantages

The research aims to study the peculiarities of education in wartime. Despite many challenges that have arisen as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the modern higher education system has development opportunities. The first of these is international academic mobility, which provides opportunities for teachers and students to attend leading European universities. The second is the intensive introduction of information technology into the educational process and the professionalization of teachers. The third is the use of flexible learning technologies, and the fourth is a cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign higher education institutions. The fifth possibility is the introduction of the "lifelong learning" model, and the sixth is distance learning, which can be a full-fledged form of education in some specialties. For students, this form of education allows them to study and gain practical experience at the same time, and for teachers to work in education and other fields, passing on practical experience to students. The seventh possibility is to improve the territorial organization of higher education in Ukraine, in particular, to relocate higher education institutions from areas where active hostilities are taking place to large cities. Finally, the ability to identify hidden problems in the higher education system and work on solving their causes. It is concluded that technological influences are used in modern life to achieve various goals, including obtaining confidential information. User training and increased technical protection are the best defenses against social engineering attacks. To reduce the occurrence of social engineering attacks, technical protection is needed to help prevent such attacks.

The widespread introduction of information technology achievements in modern medical institutions proves that the method of obtaining electronic information is much more convenient than the method of obtaining printed information. The article examines the influence of modern information technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, on the field of insurance. Innovative approaches and digital solutions that are revolutionizing the traditional insurance market are highlighted. The main focus of the article is the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics in the processes of underwriting policies, risk assessment, loss regulation and improving customer interaction. The main types of use of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry are highlighted: risk assessment and pricing; automation of signing policies; settlement of losses; customer service and maintenance; fight against insurance fraud. The characteristics of certain types of use of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry are given. Individualization of insurance policies becomes possible thanks to the analysis of a large amount of data with the help of artificial intelligence algorithms, which contributes to providing a more accurate and adapted approach to the needs of each client. In addition, it was investigated how the use of artificial intelligence improves risk forecasting in the field of insurance. Machine learning allows for data analysis at a level unattainable for humans, which makes the risk assessment process more efficient and objective. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence. Perspectives in improving the accuracy of risk assessment, optimizing loss settlement processes and ensuring more effective communication with clients are considered. It is noted that the introduction of information technologies leads to certain difficulties, such as confidentiality and ethical issues, but at the same time creates new opportunities for the development and growth of the insurance market. Important aspects and trends are analyzed in the context of changes in the modern world, which are reflected in the strategic development of the insurance sector. In general, the article aims to raise awareness of the potential opportunities and challenges associated with the use of information technology in insurance, contributing to the further improvement of this important sector of the financial market, taking into account the challenges of modernity and the prospects of the post-war revival of Ukraine.

Problems of Information Support of Regional and Municipal Strategic Management

The regional and municipal levels of government are characterized by insufficient preparedness for the transition to new forms of information support based on the digital economy, a lag in the development of information infrastructure, contradictions between the legislative framework and the financial and economic situation of regions and municipalities in the current management system, insufficient effectiveness and efficiency of information support management processes. The purpose of the study is to justify the necessary changes in the information support system of regional and municipal government, which ensures the development of strategic planning and forecast documents and their implementation in the digital economy. Based on the analysis of strategic planning documents in the field of digital transformation of public administration, trends in the introduction of information technologies in the activities of public and private sector organizations have been identified, and the current problems of digital transformation have been identified, taking into account the factor of diversification of the regional economy. Proposals have been formulated to improve the efficiency of information support for regional and municipal government, as well as directions for further research.

Interprofessional Education in Health Informatics (IPEHI) for Health Sciences Programs.

Given the significant changes the healthcare system has undergone recently; information technology has become an indispensable tool. To properly train future healthcare providers, it is vital to introduce information technology courses in Health Sciences programs. The provision of healthcare services now requires teamwork, which has led to the need for interprofessional education in health sciences schools. Therefore, this study explores the necessity of introducing Interprofessional Education in Health Informatics (IPEHI) in health sciences programs. Additionally, the structure and content of the course were assessed. A mixed-method approach was employed in this study to explore the need for health informatics interprofessional education among individuals with a health-related science background and who possessed health informatics expertise through work experience or formal post-graduation education. Following a cross-sectional survey-based study, expert subjects from academia and the workplace were convened for Delphi meetings to create an IPEHI course founded on the CAHIIM competency framework. 128 questionnaires were collected from three cities in Saudi Arabia. Of all the respondents, 80% agreed that the present health sciences education should be expanded. Additionally, 74% of them agreed that the proposed IPE-HI (Interprofessional Education in Health Informatics) would enhance their knowledge and positively impact the healthcare system. During the second phase, eight experts were invited to identify seven domains, which include health information science and technology, social, behavioral and information science and technology applied to health, information science and technology, leadership, social and behavioral aspects of health, professionalism, and interprofessional collaborative practice. The results emphasize the need for introducing an IPE-HI, as previous studies have also shown that educating health professionals in health information technology is crucial. IPEHI plays a crucial role in producing competent health science graduates. Consequently, experts have developed and validated a proposed IPE-HI course.

Использование технологий искусственного интеллекта в российской Арктике на примере Мурманской области

Russian Arctic is a positive example of the introduction of information technologies (Industry 4.0.) as well as artificial intelligence technologies (Industry 5.0.). In the 21st century, IT-technologies have significantly improved quality of life in the Russian Arctic — development of IT camps, access to the Internet from the tundra. Arctic projects related to the AI technologies implementation are becoming increasingly popular: the article provides a list of such Arctic AI projects. An analysis of IT and AI vacancies in all subjects of the Russian Arctic on the website of the headhunter recruitment agency showed that the largest number of IT vacancies was posted directly in the Murmansk Oblast (74 vacancies). The study also analyzed job seek-ers’ resumes in the Murmansk Oblast, posted in the Artificial Intelligence section. The study shows that knowledge of Python programming language, SQL databases and English language is a prerequisite for all AI specialists. It was also determined that the salary of AI specialists is significantly higher than that of IT specialists. The Murmansk Oblast is becoming a leader in the development and implementation of both IT and AI technologies; this is primarily due to the development of logistics and the Northern Sea Route as an alternative to existing sea routes.

СИНЕРГІЗМ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ АНАЛІЗУ, КОНТРОЛЮ ТА АУДИТУ ДЛЯ ЯКІСНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ СУБ’ЄКТА ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ

The article highlights the current issues of formation and use of information to ensure effective management of the economic entity. The components of management information support are substantiated. The interrelationship of the information resource, management information support and management information (including result-outcome) is argued, and the order of information data formation according to the proposed structural-logical scheme is systematized. The ways and possibilities of the most optimal implementation of the process of forming information data at the economic entity level according to their types have been identified. This will allow effective and timely processing of information from the internal and external environment in accordance with information needs. It was established that the main elements of ensuring the quality of analytical information are the stages of its analysis in accordance with the task and control over the process of such assessment. The content of the stages of the analysis, its sources and main elements, as well as control over the process of formation and methods of information analysis are substantiated. It is confirmed that the accounting and analytical system of the economic entity in instability should act as the basis for the analysis, control and audit of its activity. This makes it possible to make the most effective management decisions in the short and long term. It is proposed to consider the audit as an element of control over the implementation of management decisions, which enables the improvement of the processes taking place at the economic entity and ensures better efficiency of the flow of all its processes. Attention is focused on the relevance of the introduction of information technologies for analysis and audit. Popular software products and their capabilities in management issues were analysed, the main information threats associated with the use of IT were identified. The components of information protection, which are proposed to be grouped into three groups (managerial, legal and technical protection), are identified, their content and meaning are identified. The imperfection of information protection at modern economic entities is confirmed and it is proposed to include in this system such elements as the identification of threats in the formation and transmission of information, the selection of a software product, determining the method of calculating economic indicators and their grouping, forming a rational sequence in the process of organizing and processing information. This will make it possible to outline the boundaries of information security and control the confidentiality of information use.

Cloud-Assisted IoT-Based Monitoring and Evaluation In Agriculture

Agriculture is the primary economic activity in many rural areas and emerging nations, and it serves as the economic backbone for many nations. The agricultural industry has come a long way since its humble beginnings, and it is now significantly more complicated and multi-faceted. The problem that challenges agriculture in the modern day is how to provide food for the entire world’s population in a fair and equitable manner while also preventing irreversible damage to the natural environment. Farmers’ traditional techniques are insufficient to meet the rising demand of food. The agriculture sector faces various challenges such as producing more and better products while enhancing the sustainability through the smart use of natural resources, minimizing environmental harm, and adapting to the climate change. The purpose of introducing information technology into agriculture is to save production costs, improve production efficiency, and accelerate the development of productivity. Geographic information system technology is widely used in agriculture, such as precision agriculture, land resource management, crop yield estimation and monitoring, and soil and water conservation. The characteristic of expert decision-making system is the logical reasoning of knowledge, and the advantage of network is the acquisition of knowledge. In this paper, the agricultural data obtained from the expert database are displayed in the form of a tree list and are used in the process of system design. The geospatial data can be uploaded through the map loading function, find the map path, and easily uploaded by modifying the expert database. Efficient agricultural policies are essential to meeting increasing demand for safe and nutritious food in a sustainable way. While growing demand for food, feed, fuel and fibre presents significant opportunities for agriculture, government policies must address challenges such as increasing productivity growth, enhancing environmental sustainability, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and improving adaptation and resilience in the face of climate change and other unforeseen shocks.

INVESTMENTS IN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION: FEATURES AND MODERN TRENDS

The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the importance of the problems of investing in housing construction for the economy of any country. Mechanisms for financing housing construction are very diverse and are constantly evolving under the influence of many factors: geopolitical, economic (stability of the credit and financial, insurance and stock markets, national currency exchange rate, inflation rate, solvency of the population, etc.), technological (introduction of information technologies) and etc. The traditional methods of financing housing construction are: self-financing, budget financing, credit financing, mixed financing (equity financing (equity), public-private partnership, etc.). An urgent task is to search for new mechanisms for financing housing construction, which would allow expanding the possibilities of attracting funds from the population, potential buyers, businesses, and financial intermediaries.
