Business Development Strategy for Bunga Melati Women’s Farming Groups in Bunutin Village, Bangli District, Bangli Regency.

This research aims to find out the right strategy for business development of the Bunga Melati Women's Farming Group (WFG) in Bangli Regency. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The respondents in this research were all members of the Jasmine Flower Farming Women's Group, totaling 28 people. The data analysis used in this research is internal and external environmental analysis. The research results show that Bunga Melati WFG has a total IFAS score of 2.87, and an IFAS score of 2.87. The alternative strategy produced by Bunga Melati WFG is 1. Utilizing product diversity and superior quality to expand the scope of product promotion and branding. 2. Study new technological developments to improve efficiency and product quality. 3. Improving the quality of human resources through training and education programs to understand business administration management and also online marketing supported by new technology. 4. Strategy for using digital technology to increase product promotion and branding. 5. Improve product quality to face tight competition and high consumer bargaining power. 6. Product quality-based differentiation strategy by controlling product costs to increase consumer purchasing power. 7. Strategy for understanding customer needs in order to improve product quality. 8. Strategy for developing human resources and increasing competitiveness amidst intense competition and high consumer bargaining positions.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AT SEVERAL OF THE BEST UNIVERSITIES IN INDONESIA

The strategic management process of each category of organization will undoubtedly be distinctive. This study aims to ascertain the strategic management process in higher education institutions in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative case study that examines the University of Indonesia (UI), Gajah Mada University (UGM), Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), Telkom University (TELU), Indonesian Islamic University (UII), and Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS). The strategic management process at Indonesian HEI is described or concluded by analyzing secondary data in the form of strategic plan documents compiled with analysis of primary data in the form of interviews with experts in the field of higher education. The research findings indicate that the strategic management process in Indonesian higher education institutions is comprised of four stages: (1) environmental analysis, (2) strategy formulation, (3) strategy implementation, and (4) evaluation control. An example of the originality or uniqueness of the strategic management process in Indonesian higher education institutions is internal environmental analysis, which employs its criteria rather than the commonly used value chain analysis or functional analysis approach criteria.

Analysis of the External and Internal Environment at the Fire and Rescue Training Centre of DKI Jakarta Province

Internal and external environmental analysis is a very important initial assessment step in business strategy design. This article examines the external and internal environment at the fire and rescue training center of DKI Jakarta province. The problem in this essay is investigated qualitatively, utilizing descriptive approaches. The data collection method employs triangulation, and data analysis is done inductively. The external environment was evaluated using the Political, Economic, Social, and Technology (PEST) method and Porter's Five Forces, whereas the internal environment was analyzed using the Resource-based View (RBV) approach and the value, rarity, imitability, and organization (VRIO) frameworks. According to the findings of the internal analysis, the resources and capabilities that give the company a competitive advantage are training buildings, certified instructors, the only government relations, and the ability to design training programs based on needs, while other aspects such as technology, supporting facilities, funding flexibility, excellent service, and forming business partnerships remain competitively parity.

FEATURES OF FORMATION, ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL RESULTS AT DOMESTIC AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The article defines and summarizes the modern interpretation of the essence of financial results in regulatory and legal acts and scientific publications. The peculiarities of agricultural production, which affect the accounting process of financial results, have been studied. The theoretical foundations of the essence, formation and use of the company’s profit were considered and studied. In order to have a deeper and correct understanding of the profit, it was classified according to the main classification features. Profit functions are analyzed and distinguished: valuation function, distribution function and incentive function. The methodological and organizational principles of accounting for the formation and distribution of financial results of agricultural enterprises have been studied. The principles of accounting were studied according to national standards, applying the standards of P(S)BO 15 “Income” and P(S)BO 16 “Expenses” and according to international standards – standards of IAS18 “Income”. The procedure for forming the financial result of the enterprise is given. Management of profitability (break-even) of activities is the primary task of the enterprise, therefore the article pays great attention to the analysis of financial results and factors of their formation. Taking into account the fact that the activity of a business entity can be not only profitable, but also unprofitable, and is formed under the influence of internal and external environmental factors, the accounting and analysis provides a general assessment of financial results, which are characterized by a system of absolute and relative indicators. In the course of the study, the system of evaluation indicators, their meaning, tasks and sources of information for the analysis of financial results of agricultural enterprises were investigated. It has been found that the financial results of enterprises have a multifaceted nature and are a synthesized reflection of the interrelationships and interdependence of all components of activity. It was determined that the analysis of financial results should be carried out within the framework of a systematic approach, which involves the study of a complex of absolute and relative indicators and factors of financial results at all stages of their substantiation, formation and receipt, distribution and use.

Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Sekolah Menengah Atas Menggunakan Ward Peppard

The implementation of the information system requires strategic planning in an organization so that the benefits of implementing an information system can be felt more optimally, this will be applied to high school schools in Jakarta. The problems faced by schools are quite diverse, starting with the management of school data to performance evaluations and the need for an integrated system for each division to support the organization's business processes. Strategic planning is made with targeted targets such as alignment of information systems in academic & non-academic processes and school data management, improving performance in infrastructure management, and increasing competitiveness by creating a website-based system for school promotion. Goals can be achieved by aligning the information system strategy with the organization's business strategy. To determine the information system strategy, the organization's current business strategy is needed. This information system strategic planning research was conducted using the Ward Peppard method. This method helps to be able to understand the organization more deeply before strategic planning is made. It includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain, PEST, Critical Success Factor, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid analysis in the form of strategy recommendations from the results of internal and external environmental analysis of school information systems, and application portfolios will be mapped to be applied to school organizations to achieve expected business goals

СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ МАРКЕТИНГОВОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article examines the role of strategic analysis of the marketing environment of an industrial enterprise using the example of a leading agricultural machinery company in Ukraine. It has been proven that in the process of justifying strategic marketing decisions, the importance of conducting a qualitative analysis of the marketing environment of an industrial enterprise and evaluating their condition in target markets increases. The article deals with strategic planning methods such as SWOT- and PEST-analysis intended for the analysis of external and internal environment. In conditions of a highly competitive market, the marketing environment of an industrial enterprise is both the object of research and one of the most important aspects of its activities. Each enterprise must monitor constant changes in the environment and adapt to them. The analysis of external and internal factors affecting the enterprise showed that the enterprise is in a difficult economic situation. As a result of the analysis, the following opportunities for the enterprise were identified: entering new sales markets, implementing state support programs for agricultural producers, establishing its own representations in various regions of Ukraine, and developing IT technologies in sales. The threats identified include further escalation of hostilities in Ukraine, strong competitors in European countries, and rising gas and energy prices. The results of such analysis form the basis for making important management decisions regarding the identification of priority areas for the development of an industrial enterprise, the development of its effective marketing strategy, the establishment of an optimal pricing strategy, the determination of target audience and channels for promoting products or services, as well as identifying opportunities for innovation and improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Thus, in the process of substantiating strategic marketing decisions, the importance of conducting quality marketing analysis and assessing their condition in target markets increases. By considering the capabilities of an industrial enterprise, its strengths and weaknesses, conducting an analysis of threats emanating from the external environment, it is possible to determine the optimal development strategy for the enterprise. In our opinion, the most effective strategy for the enterprise will be a combined strategy aimed at maintaining competitive advantages and envisaged deeper penetration into new markets.

Internationalization strategy management for small and medium-size enterprises: A case study of LED industrial enterprise

With China’s “One Belt, One Road” (OBOR) cooperation initiative in 2013, more and more Chinese SMEs enterprises (SMEs) are heading overseas to international markets (Li, 2020). In the early stage of internationalization, most Chinese SMEs still focus on traditional export trade. By 2023, after ten years of development of the Belt and Road initiative (BRI), the traditional export trade model is no longer sufficient to support Chinese SMEs to cope with competition in the international market (Han, 2021). However, most Chinese SMEs do not have a clear internationalization strategy, so the development of a clear internationalization strategy has become an important research topic for Chinese SMEs. This paper takes D&H company as the research object, uses the PEST analysis model, and the internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE), internal and external environmental factor analysis matrix to sort out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the company, and applies strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats (SWOT) and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) tools to study the internationalization paths and plans of D&H. This paper explores the new situation of internationalization in a practical sense and provides research examples and methods for Chinese SMEs to develop internationalization routes with some reference value.

MEMPERKUAT MANAJEMEN STRATEGIS DENGAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA DALAM PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Strategic management is understood as more than just creating and implementing strategic planning, but in a broader scope it is a continuous process that includes all activities undertaken to make plans, actions, and policies to achieve company goals or mission. There are three kinds of analysis needed to prepare strategic management for manufacturing companies, namely internal environmental analysis, external environmental analysis and strategic choice analysis. Analysis of the company's internal and external environment using the SWOT method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) is needed to obtain useful strategic choices in the future, build strengths, reduce weaknesses, expand opportunities and ward off threats. There are several things that are influential in strengthening the strategic management of a company, namely: the importance of customers, continuous improvement, performance measurement, cultural transformation, and company management involvement. In this article, apart from discussing various concepts in performance measurement in manufacturing companies, the discussion will also focus on how the performance measurement of manufacturing companies can strengthen strategic management, especially in terms of the TQM approach.

Strategi Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah dalam Pengelolaan Pajak Reklame Tehadap Pendapatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Surakarta Jawa Tengah

Abstract
 Regional taxes are one source of Regional Original Income (PAD), one of which is Advertisement Tax which is collected by the district/city level government. The city of Surakarta is an autonomous region with city status under Central Java Province which regulates its own regional income. However, the realization of existing advertisement tax revenues is fluctuating if we look at 2016-2019, the realization of advertisement taxes always fluctuates and even in 2017, the realization of advertisement tax revenues was below the previously planned budget with a difference of 1,065,738,850.00 and only in 2018 -2019 experienced an increase from the target that had been set. Based on the problem description above, the aim of this research is to find out the strategy of the Revenue Agency for Regional Financial and Asset Management in Managing Advertisement Taxes on Original Regional Income in the City of Surakarta, Central Java Province. This research will use a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews (Creswell, 2014).. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display/data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification.. From the analysis of research results it is known that from the Internal Environmental Analysis Aspect, especially from Human Resources indicators are still lacking in terms of quantity but in terms of quality they are adequate, from the Fund Sources aspect it is still inadequate in terms of equipment maintenance costs, from the Social Aspect it is found that there is still a lack of public awareness as taxpayers to pay taxes on time and also report the active status of the advertisement and there are still individuals who place advertisements illegally and do not comply with applicable regulations.

Proposed Marketing Strategy for PT Safaat

Indonesia has strong economic growth, driven by a large and growing consumer market, provides significant opportunities for companies in the fuel transportation sector to access a growing middle class and increasing consumer purchasing power. However, the fuel transportation industry is faced with various challenges, including regulatory issues, safety and technological advances. Despite its success as one of the largest fuel transportation services companies in South Sumatra, PT Safaat faces challenges in reaching new customers and retaining existing customers in a highly competitive market. With the increasing number of players in the fuel transportation industry, PT Safaat needs to find effective ways to differentiate itself from its competitors and promote its services to a wider audience. The object of research in this final assignment is the condition of the fuel industry market in Indonesia which is currently being followed by PT Safaat. A contextual framework for appropriate marketing strategies for companies is needed to address these issues. This final project research uses internal and external environmental analysis to find company business solutions. Internal analysis uses Resource Analysis, Capability Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, STP Analysis and Marketing Mix. External analysis uses PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Consumer Analysis. SWOT analysis is carried out to analyze the company Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and through TOWS Analysis to obtain marketing strategy development from this research.

The value chain-based on competitiveness strategy for improvement strategy on prefab products

Prefab building construction is chosen because the construction process is faster than conventional buildings, especially in emergency situations such as the COVID pandemic. The main problem at PT XYZ in selling prefabs is the price. The price components that affect the high price are COGS prefab, expedition cost, insurance cost and installation cost. This problem needs to be evaluated starting from production costs, supply chain to installation costs in order to provide a price quote that can be below the ceiling price of the buyer or owner, which is what the research attempted to discuss. Referring to these problems, in this research the authors used a descriptive method, a case study approach with data processing and analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis of the company and analysis of the company's internal and external environment. The analysis, which is used to formulate strategies and the process of using them, is Value Chain analysis, SAP-LAP Analysis, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This analysis is interrelated in determining the weight on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Hierarchy to determine Strategies to improve Competitiveness Based on Value Chain on Prefab Products. The highest weight value is Improving Product Quality with a weight value of 0.433. What is meant by improving product quality is meeting quality standards. This product quality improvement starts from the quality of the vendor's product materials, the production process in the factory, the handling process during the manufacturing process, and the quality of the product.

Sport Development Strategy for Rock Climbing at Central Bengkulu Regency

This study aimed to formulate a sports development strategy for rock climbing on the Kandis Hills in central Bengkulu. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in the design of this study. This research began with the identification and analysis of the disease's internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and formative external environment (opportunities and threats). This study used his SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS matrices. The instruments of this study were interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documents. The study sample consisted of 2 individuals from interview data collection and observation by subject sampling techniques and 30 respondents from a questionnaire. As a result of the study based on SWOT analysis, the researchers found that tourism sport climbing cliffs on Kandice Hill in quadrant I had an internal factor value of +0.4 and an external factor value of +0.68 in the SO strategy (between external and external factors). Analysis of internal environment in coal industry of Russia: main risks after economic sanctions

Background: Internal environment has a great importance in the coal industry of Russia, so it should be actively implemented and constantly developed in the near future, allowing to increase the competitiveness of production and sale of coal and other natural resources. The article reveals the growth rates of key indicators for improving the business climate in increasing competitiveness. Methods: The paper uses score, SWOT and risks analysis methods. These methods help in identifying internal and external factors that are favorable or unfavorable to achieving the objective. SWOT analysis is also used in the field of information security to assess and manage information risks. It is considered a systematic methodology for information protection. Results: Thus, it can be noted that after carrying out measures to improve the competitiveness of the products of SUEC and Kuzbass Coal Mine, the key performance indicators will increase, which will contribute to achieving a socio–economic effect. Conclusions: The novelty of the paper is that the main internal environment includes risks: 1) personnel of coal industry companies; 2) management process; 3) financial activities; 4) marketing activities.

Subsidized Diesel Fuel Distribution Post-Development Of The New Region Authority Strategy

Papua has officially been divided into 4 regions, namely Papua,Central Papua, Highlands Papua, and South Papua effective June 2022. The supply and distribution of subsidized fuel to each region has its own challenges, unpredicted weather, terrain, shallow rivers and the lack of infrastructure lead to very high operation cost. Apart from providing subsidized fuel, Pertamina has also to sell non-subsidized fuel in order to present in market competion among foreign companies that sell non-subsidized fuel in Indonesia. This research aims to evaluate, optimize and reformulate PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga strategy in managing supply and distribution of Subsidized Fuel to each region and business strategy in downsteam fuels market. The scope of this research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive and the data used are the combination of primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews and observations, and the secondary data obtained from PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, BPH Migas, library research, journals and other literatures. The demand forecating, external environmental analysis (PESTEL), internal environmental analysis (Value Chain), industrial environmental analysis (SWOT), AHP and linear programming (LP) analysis were carried out in order to determine the alternative strategy. Based on the qualitative analysis, the result obtained that PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga has the strength of providing subsidized fuels, distribution network, sales outlets, facilities and infrastructure for distribution of subsidized fuels to all regions in Papua. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga has high opportunity of success to win the market competition. To support the winning competition, the selected strategy that can be implemented is optimizing the subsidized diesel fuel distribution network and operational costs reduction strategy.

System Management and Improvement of Payment Planning Processes in Production Engineering

Abstract The aim of this paper was to propose an innovative solution for the management and payment planning processes in manufacturing enterprises with the support of an in-house SAP system in accounting and administration of services in order to streamline enterprise processes. The methods used were analysis of internal environment, observation method, analysis of written documents, analysis of microenvironment of manufacturing enterprises, SWOT analysis, internal data from the SAP system, process structural analysis and process map. The results obtained, in conjunction with application of scientific research methods, contributed to development of an application that reduces risk of negative reputation of manufacturing enterprises and promotes business partnerships in supplier-customer relationships where late payment of obligations occurred due to an out-dated management and payment planning processes. The new application is a potential solution reducing risks of payment of obligations in processes of managing and planning payments for SMEs.

This study aims to describe analysis of internal and external environment of SDIT Al-Azhaar in facing the era of disruption, in order to survive. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews, semi-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: 1) SDIT's internal environment analysis consists of competency aspects in the form of quality educational institutions that are already good, core competencies in the form of SDIT Al-Azhaar's contribution to Trenggalek district by sending students to competitions, resource aspects dominated by teachers with graduates S1, and BOS funding which can be said to be large enough to optimize existing learning activities, 2) external environmental analysis, namely SDIT Al-Azhaar always seeks to collaborate with existing stakeholders, establish cooperation with external organizations, have a role and support local government towards SDIT Al-Azhaar in increasing school quality competition, 3) efforts to strengthen the internal environment are carried out at SDIT Al-Azhaar by utilizing digital-based learning media, each educator is given insight regarding the use of technology, communicating with guardians using smartphone media, 4) strengthening The external environment is carried out by holding periodic socialization with the community and stakeholders, using media for promotional activities and updating activities within the school scope, using technology in the facilities and infrastructure used. This strengthening effort was carried out as a preparation for students to be able to face the era of disruption.
