CONTENT AND METHODOLOGICAL FILLING OF THE TRAINING OF MASTERS OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN QUESTIONS OF MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL REHABILITATION

The aim of the research is to analyse and justify the substantive and methodological content of training of master’s degree students (second level of higher education) in the specialty "Public Health" on physical and medical rehabilitation.Materials and methods. The results of revising and analysis of educational-scientific program for training of master’s degree students in specialty "Public Health", work program of the discipline "Physical and medical rehabilitation in the system of maintaining public health" and other documents of Uzhhorod National University constituted materials of the research. Bibliosemantic method and method of structural-logical analysis were used.Results. In order for masters of public health to acquire competencies to participate in the organization of rehabilitation in the field of public health, the discipline "Physical and medical rehabilitation in the system of maintaining public health" is offered in the amount of 4 credits. The work program of the discipline is presented in a wide range of topics and is elaborated on a competency-based approach, taking into account the model of constructive coordination. The substantive content includes an overview of key documents related to the restriction of life and rehabilitation, acquaintance with the structure and principles of organization and functioning of the system of rehabilitation aid to the population. The main forms of educational activities are traditional classes, interactive forms of learning and independent work of students. Summative and formative assessment are provided.Conclusions. The elective course "Physical and medical rehabilitation in the system of maintaining public health" in the amount of 4 credits, presented at Uzhhorod National University, offers a broad substantive and sufficient methodological content that will allow master’s degree students in specialty "Public Health” to acquire competencies for work in the field of rehabilitation as a component of public health.

ЗАНЯТТЯ З ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ У ПРОЦЕСІ РОЗВ’ЯЗАННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ ДЕФІЦИТУ РУХОВОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ СТУДЕНТСЬКОЇ МОЛОДІ

This article presents a theoretical analysis of the features of modern physical training of future specialists and ways of supporting the motor activity of student youth. It is justified that the activation of students for independent physical exercises should use a variety of innovative physical culture and health technologies, modern forms and methods of learning - integrated classes, interactive forms of learning, the use of information and communication technologies, innovative approaches to assessing somatic health. It has been proven that the effectiveness of students' independent work is quite low, it is accompanied by increased time costs, both of students for its implementation, and of teachers for monitoring its implementation. Methodical support of the educational process plays an important role in increasing the productivity of students, during independent work. Currently, the process of development and introduction into pedagogical practice of a more advanced method of physical education, which covers the physiological, psychological, social and pedagogical aspects and ensures the improvement of the quality of educational work, activates the cognitive activity of students, develops their mental and physical abilities, is of particular importance. At the same time, an important role is assigned to the formation of students' abilities and skills of independent work. It has been established that it is possible to achieve a health-improving effect in the process of independent performance of physical exercises only by observing the main principles: systematicity, gradualness, adequacy and versatile orientation of training.In this way, the proposed technology of training cadets for independent classes in physical culture and health activities should be complex with the use of a large number of means and methods of influencing the personality. Involvement of cadets in independent classes in physical culture and health activities involves the application of a complex of educational influences, the development of a program of classes, the ratio of training tools, the dosage of loads and is a means of forming the need for systematic physical education classes in student youth based on the creation of ideas about a healthy lifestyle.

DISCUSSION AS AN APPROACH TO DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCIES

The article considers discussion as an active approach to teaching foreign languages and the development of communicative competencies, given the use of a communicative approach to learning. The phenomenon of discussion, stages of its organization, presence of discussion tasks in educational materials are analyzed. The possibility of using discussion in foreign language classes as an interactive form of learning is considered. It was found that the main task of the discussion is to involve different points of view in the active discussion of problems in a foreign language, which, in turn, stimulates the cognitive interest of students. The main role of the teacher in ensuring the effectiveness of the discussion in the classroom is determined. The results of research on the efficacy of discussion show that the correct use of this method will increase the effectiveness of foreign language classes. Wide application of the method of discussion in solving problem situations promotes the development of logical, independent and critical thinking of students, allows them to acquire important personal and social activities skills to express and defend their point of view and at the same time listen to other people's opinions.

This paper examines the practice of using innovative communication technologies, in particular the case method, in the process of training journalist students. The study comprehends the practice of adapting the case method to the specifics of the educational process in the field of journalism, the possibility of using technology in various disciplines of the profile. In addition, the outline of the study case and the methodology of work in student groups according to the methodology under consideration are presented. The authors of the article come to the conclusion that the case method as an interactive form of learning creates conditions for the educational process, in which the theory is translated into the field of practical application of knowledge, and students have a unique opportunity to develop critical thinking aimed at finding solutions to problem situations, posing problematic questions, determining a range of interrelated problems, the choice of a method for processing the information received.

He actualization of legal education and education in the medical school (in light of the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Pandemic)

Relevance lies in the fact that the problems of legal education and education in modern political and legal realities are of particular importance and especially in the field of medicine. This is greatly facilitated by the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection that has engulfed the world. In the context of higher medical education, measures aimed at raising the legal awareness and legal culture that require not only clarification of old approaches to solving these issues, but also the development of new ones have proved to be in demand. The purpose of the article is that on the basis of legal and psychological-educational analysis of the phenomenon of raising the legal culture through legal training at the university, the experience of NOSMA is summarized, and the prospects of this work are revealed. The article uses methods of social-legal analysis and synthesis and on the basis of a dialectical approach, analyzes regulatory legal sources and competent opinion of scientists in the field of pedagogy and jurisprudence, identifies and analyzes the practice of the Department of Health organization in the development and implementation of the course “Legal foundations of the organization and activities of health institutions.” Conclusion: the authors believe that it is necessary to introduce a compulsory course “Legal foundations of the organization and activities of health institutions” into the educational practice of medical universities. This needs to be done in the light of the realities of today’s digital society through the creation of interactive forms of learning, including the introduction of elements of the course into modern social networks. The proposed measures will not only contribute to the effectiveness of forms and means of enhancing the legal culture, but will also raise the prospects for productive legal education based on Russian law and the system of international law.

Interactive forms of learning as a condition for increasing motivation to learn english

The article considers the use of interactive forms of teaching in teaching-a foreign language, as one of the means of increasing the motivation of students to study it. Interactive technologies used in foreign language classes at a non-linguistic university are described. High motivation arises if the educational process is based on the personal interest of the student, provided that it is based on his needs and personal experience, on reflection and self-assessment. The professional use of interactive teaching methods allows you to achieve the best results with the least time and money. Due to the use of methods in the practice of work, it is noted that students listen carefully, observe; read, think; perform practical exercises.

The article reveals the main aspects of preparing future primary school teachers for the prevention of bullying among schoolchildren. The content of psychological and physical forms of bullying in an educational institution is determined, the mechanisms of manifestation of signs of violence in the educational process according to D. Olveus are characterized; the indicators of the readiness of future teachers to prevent bullying in the educational space of an elementary school are determined, the role structure of bullying is revealed. The directions of the formation of competencies in the course of preparing future primary school teachers for the prevention of bullying are characterized: formation of competencies for involving junior schoolchildren in information campaigns of educational institutions, psychological and pedagogical trainings and individual programs for prevention of bullying; formation of competencies for conducting interactive forms of learning, which will provide an opportunity to develop skills and abilities of effective dialogic interaction with all participants in the educational process; formation of competencies to involve parents in trainings-seminars, thematic conversations, psychological and pedagogical games that will increase pedagogical awareness, literacy of all participants in the educational process in aspects of anti-bullying education of children. Thus, the generalization of scientific positions on the process of violence and bullying makes it possible to define it as a long-term and systematic aggression, which can take physical and psychological forms, make up a large part of the social life of primary school children.

The current state of the system of higher medical education is grounded on many factors including the growing volume of specialized information and the need to expand the level of students’ independent work as well as the conditions of certain restrictions independent of the educational system associated with quarantine measures, etc. This situation predetermines the model of blended learning and the search for both new and improvement of traditional methods and approaches for achieving a high-quality educational process, the purpose of which is to train a highly qualified future internship doctor. Relevant introduction of innovative methods along with the classic teaching “at the patient's bedside” both independently and together with the teacher is one of the motivating components for the student to master the discipline “Internal medicine”. There may be the following variants of interactive forms of learning: role play, work in small groups, case method, lesson-conference, creative tasks: thematic crosswords, quizzes; interactive video courses; methodology in the form “brainstorming”, “discussion”; research work), using different computer multimedia training programs, the department's website, electronic textbooks, online conferences, webinars and other high-tech tools. Of course, the model of distance learning introduced by higher education recently cannot replace traditional education, where the basic skills are formed in the field of practical improvement of the patient’s examination and treatment, but it can supplement it in the context of blended learning. In case of being properly applied and as a part of blended learning this model can really improve the interaction between a teacher and a student while preparing for the classroom lesson and during the student's independent work. In this case, the importance of independent theoretical training for a practical lesson becomes crucial with the growth of the motivational component in the conditions of organized interaction and control of academic performance making it possible to increase the volume of practical work with patients in the classroom. Conclusion. Using traditional, interactive and high-tech methods that complement each other in blended learning, the application of an integrated approach helps to improve the quality and effectiveness of education, expands the ability to form the experience of the student's creative and innovative activities which ultimately affects the future doctor’s competence

Analysis of the importance of e-learning in ophthalmology and evaluation of an e-learning app

HintergrundZiel der Studie war die Analyse des Stellenwertes von „eLearning“ im Lern- und Fortbildungsverhalten von Augenärzten in Deutschland sowie die Bewertung der Akzeptanz einer neuen „eLearning“-Anwendersoftware (App).Material und MethodenOphthalmologische Weiterbildungsassistenten und Fachärzte wurden im Rahmen von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen mittels eines Fragebogens nach ihren Fortbildungsaktivitäten befragt. Des Weiteren erfolgte nach Vorstellung und Anwendung einer „eLearning-App“ eine strukturierte Bewertung.ErgebnisseEs nahmen 149 Augenärzte an der Befragung teil. Während der überwiegende Teil der Kollegen (74,3 %) analoge Fachzeitschriften wöchentlich oder monatlich zur Weiterbildung nutzt, verwenden 45,9 % der Augenärzte digitale Printmedien (Bücher, Zeitschriften, Artikel) sowie 46,5 % Fachbücher in gedruckter Form. Lediglich 35 % der Befragten bilden sich über Online-Fortbildungsplattformen, z. B. digitale Kurse (CME-Kurse) oder Portale zum Abrufen aufgezeichneter Vorträge, fort. Die Nutzung der angebotenen „eLearning-App“ ging insgesamt mit einer positiven Akzeptanz einher; 91,7 % der befragten Kollegen würden diese Form der interaktiven Lernvermittlung weiterempfehlen.DiskussionTrotz fortschreitender Digitalisierung in allen Lebensbereichen nimmt „eLearning“ als Lernmedium in der ophthalmologischen Fort- und Weiterbildung weiterhin einen geringen Stellenwert ein. Interessanterweise ergab die Bewertung der App-Nutzer eine hohe Benutzerakzeptanz, unabhängig von Alter oder Arbeitsbereich.

THE USE OF MODERN LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH BLOOM’S TAXONOMY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

In this article the theoretical materials in accordance with Bloom’s taxonomis explored in which tasks are classified into 6 levels: the first level is “Knowledge”, the second level is “Understanding”, the third level is “Application”, the fourth level is “Analysis”, the fifth level is “ Synthesis “and the sixth level is “Assessment”. Theoretical materials are dealt with in accordance with Bloom’s taxonomy of the discipline “History of Education”. The assessment criteria form the subject, instrumental and interpersonal competences. As the discipline in subject competence the student owned the pedagogical technology in the high level; the student also can use interactive forms of training, he knows tasks selection criteria for differentiated instruction with instrumental competence. The student is able to use interactive forms of learning: dialogue, debates, discussions, work in pairs, in groups, and can use the parts retrieval, problem, research methods, project methods also he is able to search for, analyze and select the desired material on the topic of study. Self-respect and respect of others is produced with interpersonal competencies; the student can work in a team and willingness to make a collective decision; the student has ability to take responsibility for the decision, the manifestation of personal enthusiasm and the ability to work in a team. МЕТОДИКА НАВЧАННЯ ДИЗАЙНУ

It is well known that methodology in general scientific sense is a set of methods and means of achieving a specific goal through a certain activity. The first design manuals appeared in the 1950s abroad. They reflected the ideology of the design practice of those times with its clearly pragmatic orientation. Modern domestic methodologists have their own perspectives on the process of training future designers, highlighting various approaches. Modern higher education in Ukraine is characterized by the adoption of an innovative approach, in which the training of a competent specialist capable of self-development and self-improvement in all spheres becomes a priority. The innovative orientation of teachers' activities, which includes the creation, development and use of pedagogical innovations, is a means of updating educational policy. The main purpose of applying innovative educational technologies is to change the future specialist’s personality (in comparison with the traditional system) qualitatively and adapt it to the constantly changing conditions of professional activity. An innovative approach involves active and interactive forms of learning. So, active methods imply a student’s active position in relation to the teacher and those who receive education together with him. Interactive methods promote better assimilation of new material. Interactive learning is aimed at active and deep learning of the studied material, development of the ability to solve complex problems. Interactive activities include simulation and role-playing games, simulation discussions and so on. Innovative teaching methods can also be attributed to methods such as: teamwork, research-based work, case-study, project work, search method etc. Thus, innovative learning technologies, which reflect the essence of the future profession and shape the professional qualities of a specialist, are a kind of training platform for students to develop their professional skills in conditions close to the real ones. Untuk penerapan konsep yang efektif dan efisien dalam pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi augmented reality yang interaktif. Pembelajaran multimedia merupakan bentuk pembelajaran secara interaktif. Pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dikelas maupun dalam bentuk tugas dirumah. Dampak dari pembelajaran interaktif ini sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pemahaman bagi pengguna. Berdasarkan pengujian dari teknologi augmented reality, penelitian, analisis dan analisis desain antarmuka interaktif, proses dan prinsip dilakukan melalui interaksi manusia dan komputer serta pengalaman pengguna. Metode desain antarmuka menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming dan algoritma Speeded Up Robust Features. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa augmented reality interaktif dapat memberikan metode baru dalam proses pembelajaran dan memperbarui konten pembelajaran di kelas. Singkatnya, metode ini meningkatkan partisipasi dan antusiasme siswa, dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Strategies for Developing 21st Century Skills in the Context of Modern English Language Teaching Approaches

The article focuses on integrating 21st century skills into the context of school education. It presents the generally accepted classification of skills; justifies the necessity of their formation in view of the socio-economic challenges of modern society; provides the strategies for their promotion in the framework of foreign language learning. The author carried out the analysis of current publications relevant to the topic of the research. Skills are traditionally grouped into four categories: 1) digital literacy (knowledge of science and technology; ability to receive, analyze, design, and visualize information; cultural awareness); 2) innovative thinking (adaptability, adequacy of response to the environment, self-organization, curiosity, creativity, ability to risk, analytical skills); 3) effective communication (team-building and leadership in a group, working in collaboration, interpersonal skills, social and civic responsibility, interactivity, e-learning and working through mutual development); 4) high productivity (ability to prioritize, programmatic planning and management, efficient use of resources, the ability to create the right quality product of their work). In practice, transformation in education system is expressed in changing learning models: 1) student-centered learning; 2) interactive teaching of "teacher-student" format; 3) the role of the teacher takes many forms: facilitator, curator, advisor, expert, who facilitates the task or project. To form cognitive and social skills while teaching English in secondary school, it is recommended to follow the didactic principle of students' consciousness development, to rely on a personalization and individual approach, to use problem-based learning technologies, to use interactive forms of learning. For the formation and development of personal competencies, it is recommended to carefully select authentic training materials facilitating the learners' curiousity and be problematic in nature. The results of the implementation of the proposed strategies provide for the creation of a success situation in the English language lesson, which allows the development of creative abilities, stimulates their expression, as well as promotes the expected learning outcomes.

HYBRID COURSES IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE FOR PHILOLOGY STUDENTS

Face-to-Face learning is known to involve sessions occurring in traditional classroom settings during the required meeting times. The use of ICT in the given environment is optional and purely supplementary. Online education incorporates a range of asynchronous and synchronous activities to be done by students and teachers not being tied to a strict schedule or same location all the time. Hybrid learning should be treated not only as an opportunity to replace certain portion of traditional in-class activities, but also as a way to make the most out of face-to-face and online learning by its capability to meet the needs and purposes of a specific situation, as in the case with students from various countries, especially continents, studying the same course on- and off-line. It is a hybrid course, which to a big extent conforms to the dialectic unity of form and content in present circumstances, especially when it gets to learning foreign languages and cultures, by providing up-to-date educational content in various forms of interactive learning. The article presents the experience of organizing learning through a specially developed study course, which was run at educational institutions in Ukraine and the USA simultaneously within one academic year. The hybrid course is based on a number of approaches, namely: communicative approach (which focuses on learning language and culture through meaningful and real communication), reflective approach (that encourages students to analyze their experience, performance and change behaviour if necessary to improve the outcomes), integrated approach (providing a well-balanced program with extensive input as well as output and interaction practice, with a special focus on cultural issues). Besides main goals and tasks of the course, one of the ideas was to analyze the topical issues included in modules from points of view of both cultures (American and Ukrainian).

Interactive forms of teaching russian language: student academic and research conference and presentation of scientific project

The Relevance of the work is the introduction into the educational process of such in￾teractive forms of learning as a student conference and the presentation of the research project. When creating a training model, professional, general and special competences should be formed. These two forms of interactive learning are aimed at the formation of these competences. The aim of the work is to develop an interdisciplinary strategy for the formation of a system of skills and abilities of independent work of the student. The paper uses the methods of empirical and theoretical research. An important result is the development of professional creative thinking of students. This form of work develops not only academic skills, but also the internal motivation of the student to use interactive forms of learning. As a result of project activities, students must demonstrate the ability to justify the choice of research topics and its relevance; formulate the research topic; determine the goals and objectives of the study; work with various sources of information; analyzereceived information; to compile a Glossary and bib￾liography in accordance with the requirements for scientific work, as well as to draw up the results of the study in a traditional and creative form.In addition, students master the skills of public speaking at scientific events. Sufficient attention was paid to the formation of criteria for evaluation of the research project and speech at the student scientific conference.

The proposed article dwells upon the topicality of the issue of social workers’ professional training as a precondition for initiation and modernization of the social sphere, introducing new standards of professional activity etc. In this context, there is a need to update the paradigm of professional training designed to bring it as close aspossible to social practice; to fulfill society’s demands, to implement best international experience in social work and to use modern educational technologies, innovative,practice oriented forms and methods of teaching. The article highlights the main tasks of the training system for future social workers, which presupposes that students master the concept of partnership, its forms and methods of implementation in various social life spheres etc., the components of a new model of a professional represented through the professional communicative competence (motivational and evaluative, personal and professional, gnostic and technological, and functional and role components of it), readiness for professional activity, and the complex of professionally important qualities. Concurrently, the author proposes a number of perspective ways to restructure educational process (in particular, methods and forms of interactive learning, situational modeling, discussion, polemics, game and design technology etc.). The publication reveals the conditions for optimizing the process of preparation to partner interaction among which there is a systematic approach to the formation of professional and communicative competence as a pledge of constructive dialogue, consistent mastering of different professional communication strategies; consecutive communicative development according to the scheme: internal motivation formation – executive actions – assessment of achievements (reflection) – corrective actions, the usage of active learning methods in the educational process; the professional orientation of the process of future social workers’ communicative competence formation; the use of intrinsic and interdisciplinary connections etc.

Application of Interactive Training in Studying Economic Disciplines

The need for applying interactive teaching methods is dictated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. It is widely known in the academic world that active and interactive teaching methods are more effective. They increase students’ motivation to study, as well as the learning efficiency and quality. The article describes the characteristics of interactive learning, as well as the possibility of its application to the study of economic disciplines. The emphasis is placed on the methodology for implementing interactive forms of learning relating to theoretical questions, which, unlike the consideration of practical aspects, remains insufficiently covered. An example of conducting classes in an interactive form is presented. The presented form of interactive training allows studying of the majority of economic phenomena, concepts, categories.

USE OF TRAINING DISCUSSION AT LABORATORY AND PRACTICAL LESSONS WHILE IMPLEMENTING COMPETENCY BASED APPROACH

An approach implemented in a higher school education system requires use of interactive forms in learning process. Using the example of organisation of laboratory and practical lessons "Methods of quality control with respect to raw materials and products of chemistry manufacture" the effectiveness of training discussions as an interactive form of learning while implementing a competency based approach was demonstrated. Analysis of natural magnetite, used as a raw material for production of iron by the pyrometallurgical method, was chosen as a subject of the discussion. Initially, students analyse State Standard (GOST) N 32517.1-2013 on their own. In class they analyse the Standard from the perspective of use of potentiometric titration instead of visual one under the supervision of instructors. They do modernization of technique for determining: correct a list of specimen used, solution strength, mass of magnetite sample, volume of a sample for titration; suggest a list of laboratory dishes and devices, make preliminary calculations and find out the calculation formula. In the course of discussion, the most preferable method of experiment is elaborated on and recorded. Upon completion a public discussion of the results is held. Each group analyses the obtained data, indicates the positive and negative sides of the suggested method for potentiometric determination of iron content in naturally occurring magnetite. Based on results of questionnaire survey having been held among students who took part in the pedagogic experiment, it was discovered that the proposed way of holding laboratory and practical lessons is more effective in comparison to the traditional one, while serving to unlock the students’ research potential. This way requires applying theoretical skills learned earlier to perform a particular research task. They also learn to work in a team, to sum up results of the common activity and hold responsibility for the results received. Moreover, public speaking is also an important point of learning process. The proposed methods of gaining skills for solution of training tasks facilitate development of intellectual, speaking and communicative students’ competences; they make future specialists more prepared for resolving real production issues.For citation:Sazhina O.P., Glazkova O.V., Shabarin A.A., Matyushkina Yu.I.
