Background: To improve the quality of learning, especially in elementary school education units, various efforts can be made, one of which is the application of innovative learning models (PBL and PjBL). Research on elementary school students has found that elementary school student's ability to think critically and creatively is still lacking. The workshop aims to implement PBL and PjBLto create learning that encourages students to think critically and creatively. Method: This activity involves collaboration with partner schools. Two hundred teachers in Malang Raya will be training participants. The process for implementing this activity is training workshops, mentoring, and implementing BPL and PjBL learning in the classroom. In disseminating this learning model, the team will accompany and make observations. Results: This model has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. Conclusion: Teachers can carry out learning that leads to constructivism, building students' knowledge, fostering independence and discipline.
