INITIAL ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CREDIT-MODULE SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ORGANIZATION AND ATTITUDE OF MEDICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS TO IT

The training of a mid-level healthcare professional involves studying a significant number of different subjects and assimilating a large amount of information in a short period of time. The credit-modular system of educational process organization according to the standards of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) of education provides good prospects for the implementation of this task, ensuring the acquisition of relevant knowledge and competencies, which is necessary in the context of competition on the global labour market and innovative development of society.
 The purpose of the study was to find out and analyse the opinions of students, academic and teaching staff of Physiology department, their attitude and suggestions regarding the implementation of ECTS at the Professional Medical College of IFNMU, where this system started working since 2021.
 Materials and methods. An anonymous survey was carried to achieve the set objectives. Separate questionnaires were drawn up for students and teachers, which included questions about their attitude to teaching disciplines (including Physiology) in accordance with the ECTS principles, its positive and negative aspects, wishes and suggestions for improving the educational process organization and other items. In total, the questionnaires contained eight questions for teachers and sixteen for students.
 Results. The analysis of the survey results gives grounds to assert that not all students of the Medical College are fully ready to the study based on ECTS at the moment, transition from passive to active forms of it, where individual and creative work is preferred. Actually, in our opinion one of the key problematic issues of the credit transfer system of education is that students are not entirely focused on the priority of independent learning of the curriculum material and a significant part of extracurricular learning in it. Also most students consider that the amount of material assigned for independent study is too much. On the other hand, our teaching experience shows that they do not always work through the topics properly, although there are consultation hours during extracurricular time, where students can discuss unclear questions with the teacher. The attitude to test control as an integral part of the educational process and one of the methods of students’ knowledge evaluation is ambiguous. Among the positive aspects of ECTS education the most often are noted the following: constant and versatile preparation for classes, a better evaluation system, the possibility of retaking unsatisfactory marks, which is an important additional motivation to improve the level of knowledge from the subject and improve academic performance.
 Conclusions. As a result, the following conclusions can be drawn: a) as of today, the perception of the IFNMU Medical College students the credit-modular system of education, their readiness and attitude to it are quite ambiguous with the corresponding positive and negative aspects; b) there is an evidently need for further work to improve the training of both students and teachers, optimisation of their collaboration and creation a closer relationship between them; c) it is necessary, in our opinion, on the one hand, to preserve maximally the positive achievements of the national education system, on the other hand – to use effectively the experience of European countries. This will create the basis for training a qualified, mobile, creative specialist of mid-level healthcare.

The Role of Civic Identity, Religiosity, Sex, and Education in Young People's Commitment to Various Forms of Social Activity

The problem of social activity of young people is in the field of research attention of psychology, sociology, law, pedagogy and other sciences. The social activity of young people is an important basis for the dynamic and innovative development of society. Studying the factor structure and the role of socio-psychological characteristics in integral (combined) forms of social activity is an important task of modern social psychology. The aim of the study is to investigate the structure of social activity of young people and, based on a path analysis, to determine the role of civic identity, religiosity, sex, and education in commitment to various (combined) forms of social activity. The study involved 305 people aged M = 21.2; SD = 2.95 (men - 35.4%), 17.4% of the participants were married. A questionnaire aimed at fixing socio-demographic characteristics, civic identity, religiosity, attitudes of social activity, and developed scales aimed at measuring commitment to various types of social activity were used. To assess this commitment, previously developed scales were used. Civil identity was determined using A.N. Tatarko’s scale. Descriptive statistics methods, factorial, correlation, regression and path analyses were also applied. It has been shown that the four-component (civil-political, protest-subcultural, spiritual-educational, leisure) factor model of forms of social activity is acceptable for all the analyzed dimensions. As a result of modeling, a direct relationship between gender and education is established with the manifestations of educational-developing, civil-political and leisure, educational-developing activity respectively. Civil identity is a positive factor in civil-political activity and a negative factor in protest-subcultural activity. At the center of the model is the commitment to spiritual and educational activity, which contributes to the prediction of all the other forms of activity, i.e., civil-political and leisure (directly), and protest-subcultural (indirectly). The facilitating or hindering and mediating role of civic identity, religiosity, gender, and education in commitment to various forms of social activity can be used in organizing social activity of young people as well as in developing “guided” socialization programs.

TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATION IN THE KAZAKHSTAN

This paper examines the problematic issues of entrepreneurial education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author analyzes the main directions of the problems of the development of entrepreneurial education, determining the actual role of entrepreneurial universities in the socio-economic life of the state. The article also talks about the role of universities in the formation of entrepreneurial skills of students for their active participation in the innovative development of society. The issues of searching for the optimal model of entrepreneurial education in connection with the change in the paradigm of higher education are actualized. The new paradigm of higher education presupposes the existence of a competent entrepreneurial ecosystem that forms an appropriate entrepreneurial culture. The author argues that a properly articulated innovation culture is the key to promoting and developing knowledge economies. Summarizing everything said in the article, the author believes that in order to increase the importance of education, including entrepreneurship, he considers the most important by the example of the evolution of the triple spiral of innovation. The article provides recommendations for the development of entrepreneurial education, describes the key directions and problems of the development of this field of activity of universities.

Educational Paradigm Shift of Innovative Society

The relationship between Industry 4.0 and education is a common research topic these days. Its examination is usually carried out either from the economic side or from the education side. However, this relationship also affects many other areas of life, so it is worth analysing from the perspective of other sciences as well. An outsider’s point of view can draw attention to details that do not stand out from the overall picture for either industry or education researchers the purpose of this study is to draw attention to such points of view. For this purpose, authors examined the questionnaires of the pilot test of older planned research using the method of text analysis. The educational paradigm always, in any historical era, acts as a paradigmatic idea of the development of innovations and the economic development of society as a whole. The trajectory of society’s development and the saturation of the labor market with high-quality specialists will depend on the correct interaction of the subjects of the educational process, including the management of educational institutions and guarantors of educational programs, with employers. Such interaction will influence the formation of the correct system of competencies in future specialists, which must be adapted to new challenges and market needs. Properly chosen communication approaches establish the priority of knowledge, cause the need to improve the quality of this knowledge and understand the consequences of their impact on society and, in particular, on the innovative development of society. Based on the survey results, the transformation of the teacher’s role is one of the most important changes compared to traditional education. However, the renewal of the curriculum and the application of modern methods in education also play a significant role. There is no need to give students instruction manuals, but knowledge and skills that enable them to learn new knowledge. Survey results show that educational paradigm shift can be a result of developing the modern educational content and methods and lead to the qualitative development of innovative society.

PECULIARITIES OF FORMING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENERGY ENGINEERS BY MEANS OF APPLYING EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS

The paper substantiates the expediency of applying educational projects as a means of forming future energy engineers’ foreign language competence based on the opportunities they provide to create an individual trajectory for learning a foreign language and to improve communication skills. The author’s own definitions of the concept of «project learning technologies», «project work» and «educational project» have been formulated. The efficiency of creating profession-oriented projects in the course of educational process has been experimentally verified by the example of forming foreign language competence of the students majoring in 141 «Electric Power, Electrical Engineering and Electro-mechanics» with the use of English site materials. According the results obtained in the investigation, it has been determined that the work on an educational project makes students exhibit their intellectual skills, enhance their intrinsic motivation to mastering new knowledge, improve their skills of self-organization and self-development, provide activation and automation of their receptive and productive communication skills. A complex of interrelated and complementary features, which characterize the process of forming future energy engineers’ foreign language communication skills by means of educational projects has been determined, namely: creation of an individual trajectory for learning a foreign language; revealing of the inner potential of every higher education student regardless of their foreign language competence level; autonomy in the process of carrying out educational work, encouragement to self-education and self-development; computerization of foreign language training, expanding personal and professional horizons; improvement of speaking activity skills; formation of a complex of competences (information, communication, professional, project and investigation ones) that are necessary for successful self-realization under the conditions of intellectual and innovative society development.

The purpose of the study is to take an integrated approach to studying the process of methodological development of digitalization in the education system. As a result, the formed approaches to the study of the development of design and research activities of students in a digital format allow us to determine the strategy, to see the necessary tasks and problems of this process as one of the factors in the innovative development of society as a whole. The obtained materials, which assess the nature of the professional needs of the pedagogical community in the field of information and communication relations, make it possible to form the necessary dynamics of the process and didactic conditions for the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process. The findings allow us to reveal not only the methodological, but also the subjective component of the introduction of innovative technologies in the research, cognitive activity of students in the framework of the implementation of additional education.

Human capital as an important factor in the innovative development of the economy

The article considers the role of human capital in the innovative development of the economy. The authors carried out theoretical studies of existing knowledge about human capital and substantiated its impact on the innovative development of society. This article discusses innovations in the economy and human capital, which form the complex of knowledge necessary to create new or transform old products. The prerequisites for combining innovation and human capital are analyzed, according to which the productivity of an enterprise directly depends on the qualitative composition of the human capital of an enterprise.

The influence of academic capitalism on the formation of innovative development in the
eld of higher education and science is crucial for the implementation of real transformational changes to create a “knowledge society” in Ukraine.The causal links between the emergence of academic capitalism are considered; innovative university entrepreneurship; commercialization of R&D results of universities and research institutions; the impact of academic entrepreneurship on local and regional innovative socioeconomic development, GDP growth, GNI, increasing the level of competitiveness of the national economy. Modern higher education through the prism of conceptual priorities

All the characteristic features of a particular historical development of society objectively and naturally apply to almost both the social institution and higher education, which is an integral part of the social environment. However, higher education is expected not only to follow in the fairway of certain trends specific to a particular era and a particular society but higher education is also associated with hopes for qualified awareness of risks and threats, as well as providing professional proposals for crisis management and overcoming negative trends. Although this aspect is quite obvious, the research community usually does not pay due attention to it, and therefore the detailing and systematization of this aspect have all the hallmarks of scientific novelty. In the context of the outlined research needs, the aspects of the quality and efficiency of education, as well as the types of intelligence that modern higher education is designed to cultivate and generate, are understood. The humanistic ideal of the university and its correspondence to the marketing model of modern higher education, as well as controversial ideas about equality and justice in education, are studied. The ideological and conceptual priorities that underlie leadership-type education are analyzed. The notion of critical thinking, creativity and heuristics as the target priorities of modern higher education is systematized, the key obstacles in this way and means of overcoming them are revealed. Factors and conceptual priorities that can significantly increase the capacity of modern higher education as a generator of human capital, a model of intensive and innovative development of society, are outlined.

The article reflects the problem associated with the need to train nursing specialists to provide professional palliative medical care (PMC) in the context of innovative development of society. The article describes the problems associated with the development of the legal framework of the PMC in Russia, which regulates educational activities. At the same time, the purpose of vocational education is to train not only a competent specialist who is able to solve professional problems, but also a specialist who has personal qualities (ethical, spiritual), who is able to solve personal and social problems.

ACADEMIC CAPITALISM AS A DRIVER OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE IN THE COMPLEX SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

The purpose of the work is to study the complex essence of higher education as an integral part of the anthroposphere (technosphere); to define the main fundamental tasks of innovative academic (university) entrepreneurship; to study the main types of innovations initiated by academic capitalism in the higher education system, which can lead to innovative changes and its classification; to determine the main objects of innovation activity in the field of higher education and science and expedient directions of further innovative development of higher education in Ukraine; to study the types of innovations in the higher education system. Innovative transformations in the sphere of higher education and science are considered by the authors as objectively conditioned transformational changes caused by the environment of academic capitalism. The core of the study is academic or university entrepreneurship based on the market relations spread by academic capitalism in the sphere of scientific and educational activities of universities, research institutes and other institutions and organizations of this field. An important basis of scientific work is the application to national conditions of the Triple helix model of innovation of N. Etzkowitz on the innovative development of society. Scientific novelty consists of the following: the world experience of innovative transformations in the sphere of higher education and science occurring under conditions of academic capitalism is studied; theoretical data for new approaches in understanding of innovative transformations in the sphere of higher education and science which are economic categories and occur under market laws are formulated and offered; new approaches for further innovative reformation of higher education and science under conditions of academic capitalism are offered. A new scientific term of “innovatics of higher education” has been put into circulation. Provisions on the uniqueness of the essence of higher education, the main fundamental tasks of innovative academic (university) entrepreneurship, the types of innovations initiated by academic capitalism in higher education that can lead to innovative changes, and their classification of both theoretical and practical importance for the development of domestic science and higher education are proposed. The main objects of innovative activity in the sphere of higher education and science, the corresponding directions of further innovative development of higher education in Ukraine, as well as the types of innovations in higher education that can lead to innovative changes are also defined.

Educational strategies of Russian managers as a factor of personal success and innovative development of society

The current state of Russian society and economy is characterized by the contradictory processes that impede innovative development. One of the most important subjects of innovation and modernization is the social and professional group of managers. A significant factor in the success of managerial decisions leading economy and society to the development and growth based on innovative technologies is the level of education of managers. The paper reflects the relationship between the level of educational capital of middle managers and development of society.

On informational-communicative interaction of subjects of innovation process: national and international experience

Problem setting. The innovative development of society necessitates the functioning of a network that would ensure effective communication between the subjects of the innovation process. In this aspect, the issue of information and communication between the subjects of the innovation process becomes especially important. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The issues of creation and specifics of functioning of separate subjects of innovation infrastructure were investigated by such legal scholars as S.V. Glibko [1], I.V. Podrez-Ryapolova, A.M. Ljubcic, V.F. Savchenko, M.G. Dolgopolov and others. Target of research is to analyze the activities of networks of individual actors in the innovation process on the example of science parks, business incubators and business angels. Article’s main body. In Ukraine, the science park is one of the most common subjects of the innovation process. At the same time, there is no single network of science parks in Ukraine that would provide interaction between these subjects of the innovation process. Instead, several networks of science parks operate effectively at the international level. In addition, today a network of business incubators (startup incubators) “YEP!” is successfully operating in Ukraine as an influential subject of the innovation process. The third subject of the innovation process, which was studied in the article, is a business angel as an individual, who invests in high-risk, mainly innovative, small and medium enterprises and startups. Conclusions and prospects for the development. As a result, the author concludes that ensuring the implementation of information and communication interaction between the subjects of the innovation process is the key to the effectiveness of their functioning. Today, international networks of business angels, business incubators and science parks operate in the world in the form of non-governmental non-profit organizations and providing education, information and communication, representation and investment services to their members.

The author analyzes the features of the appearance, existence and world spread “academic capitalism”, “academic (or university) entrepreneurship” phenomena, as well as a new type of university-oriented universities – “entrepreneurial universities”. The reasons for the emergence of “academic capitalism” in the United States have been examined. It has been noted that “academic capitalism” is an intellectual, knowledge-based entrepreneurial component of the economic system of capitalism and directly affects its subsystems – productive forces, technical and economic relations, industrial relations and economic mechanism. It has been noted that academic capitalism is a specific type of a holistic process of expanded capitalist reproduction, dissemination and consumption of new knowledge as intellectual capital and intellectual property, technics, technologies, methods and techniques for the formation of innovative means of production, the identification of new resources and innovative methods of management. The authors consider the theoretical and methodological foundations of the innovative development of higher education based on a comprehensive analysis of university (academic) entrepreneurship phenomenon. Assessment of its role in the innovative development of society and on the basis of a study of the historical cause and effect relationships of the emergence of “academic capitalism” and the development of university entrepreneurship. It has been also indicated that the causal relationship between the emergence of “academic capitalism” and the emergence of university entrepreneurship should be studied in a sequence of interrelated events and stages of development of society, science and higher education, as its components. The scheme of the process of evolution of new knowledge in the system of creating knowledge from the beginning of R&D to the commercialization has been considered. The authors’ research will be useful for the further development of national economic and entrepreneurial education, own academic (university) entrepreneurship and innovative reform of higher education in Ukraine.

Development of the theory of innovations in the context of the new industrial revolution

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that increase of proportion of high technology production in the aggregate product of the world economy, as a consequence of the new industrial evolution mid XX-early XXI century, defines a completely new, in terms of world experience, range of system views on the global economic system. The subject of research of the article is a process of developing of the theory of innovation system, an analysis of impact of the theory of long wave cycles on the innovative development of society. The goal of the article is to analyze the development of the theory of global and national innovative high-tech systems in time, considering the hypothesis of the existence of a rigid connection between long waves and the periods of basic innovation occurrence at various phases of the waves, in order to recognize the possible options for the development of events and to model the appropriate reaction to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the national innovation system in the context of the new industrial revolution. The objective is to research the patterns of the life cycle of innovations and their diffusion to identify the advantages and disadvantages of a transfer of high technology products for the national innovation system and also to identify the development trends and new factors, which define the essence of modern efficient high-tech system in terms of the new industrial revolution. General scientific methods are used, such as system analysis - to determine the patterns of the life cycle of innovations and their diffusion to identify the advantages and disadvantages of a transfer of high technology products for the national innovation system, factor analysis – toformalizethecause-and-effectrelationshipsoftheinvestigatedfactorsof the development of modern effective high-tech system. The following results were obtained: on the basis of the analysis of the impact of the long waves theory on the innovative development of society is proved the necessity of the fastest access of domestic enterprises to world network markets not only to develop the sales network, but also to search for innovative solutions and creative interactions. These practices are suitable for most countries, which have adopted the experience of world's innovative leaders and now are competitive players of the world market of high technologies. Conclusions: the urgency to create a strong national innovation system in Ukraine, considering the specificity of those elements that are now the basis of functioning of innovative systems.

Conceptualization of the influence of education creative model on innovative society development in the conditions of technological revolution 4.0 and globalization 4.0

The relevance of the research topic is that the theme of education is relevant in the information society, which is called "the society of knowledge", digital society, smart society (smart society), which requires the formation of an appropriate model of creative education and creative personality. The purpose of the article is the conceptualization of the creative model of education as a factor of innovative development of society. Objectives of the research: to develop a model of creative education of the society of the e-era, where the algorithms and digital technologies dominate; to reveal the conditions and directions of the development of the technological revolution 4.0 and globalization 4.0, which distinguishes the incredible speed during which changes are taking place; to reveal the essence of the creative process and the consequences of its implementation in the model of creative education. Using the methodology of system analysis, forecasting and modeling, to explore the conceptualization of the influence of the creative model of education on the development of an innovative society in the conditions of technological revolution 4.0 and globalization 4.0. Ford and others, who presented the theme of creativity in the conditions of technological revolution 4.0 and globalization 4.0. The scientific novelty of the research is the conceptualization of the creative model of education as a factor of innovative development of society. Results of the research: the conditions of the formation of an innovative society were found out, based on which the creation of a model of creative education and creative personality; the definition of creative education and creativity personality and the need to form a new model of education and personality. The relevance of the topic of research of information management as a modern direction of the development of society is that in the 21st century the development of modern civilization has accelerated in the direction of globalization - economic, political, and cultural. The central problem for the development of informational civilization is information as one of the most important attributes and resources of human activity, which grows into knowledge.The problem of research is information management as a science that is not yet sufficiently developed in modern scientific literature; therefore, it is very important to study all new approaches to its development. The purpose of the research is the conceptualization of information management as a science, based on information and communication technologies and informatization mechanisms that help to identify the information and innovation potential of our country, develop information standards and implement intellectual human capital based on information.The article substantiates the essence, tasks and main directions of the development of the concept of information management, determined by informationalism. The transition to a new information civilization has the character of a "technocratic project", based on the innovative development of society, which is based on the information infrastructure. The development of information management is promoted by the "knowledge society", which cultivates a creative person, the formation of which is based on information and knowledge. The research tasks are the conceptualization of information management, its essence, content and main directions of development, which are introduced into the practice of the educational process of high school.
