Perencanaan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial Menggunakan EAP

Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut is currently still experiencing difficulties in managing information related to social welfare services, so it is necessary to strive for better information management, one form of implementation is by implementing a computer-based information system and technology. In information technology there are three interconnected parts, namely: hardware, software, and databases. Planning an integrated information system architecture and in accordance with the organization's business goals is one of the efforts to improve services in a better direction so that they can compete with other organizations. This study discusses the architectural planning of social welfare service information systems using Enterprise Architecuter Planning (EAP) which was developed and integrated with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut, where the discussion is focused on four stages, namely: business architecture planning, data architecture planning, application architecture planning, and technology architecture planning. The results of the research that has been carried out are recommendations for the development of information system architecture to support the improvement of public service performance and system integration into all parts of the organization.

Strategic Planning of Information Systems Using IT Balanced Scorecards on KSU Talenta

Information Systems Strategic Planning is one of the determining aspects for companies in achieving goals in this digital era. One type of business that requires Information System Strategic Planning is businesses that interact directly with customers or customers related to improving services. Talenta Savings Cooperative (KSU) is one type of business that needs it, this is because information technology can improve the quality and quality of services provided to customers so that the company is ready to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Most of the service processes at KSU Talenta are still using manual techniques. This research is qualitatively descriptive where data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the method of discussing strategic planning of information systems using IT Balanced Scorecard, by conducting assessments on 4 (four) perspectives, namely, user orientation perspective, company contribution, operational improvement, and future orientation. To clarify the comparison between real conditions in the company and the ideal condition of information systems, the author also describes it using the Gap Analysis method. The result achieved is the availability of information system application series suggestions at each level of management. This strategic planning is also expected to be able to answer every need of the company in achieving existing goals.

Strategic Planning of Information Systems at Leony Frozen Food Agents in Semarang Using Ward and Peppard Methods

Leony Frozen Food is a micro (small and medium) company that sells food in a frozen and cold temperature state located in Semarang. Leony Frozen Food still uses manual methods in carrying out its business process activities, and one example is doing bookkeeping. Leony Frozen Food does bookkeep still manually recorded in books and moved in the Android application, namely Cash Books. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning is needed following the needs and current conditions of the company. This research aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out business processes and providing solutions to problems in Leony Frozen Food. This study used data collection methods by interviewing company owners and direct observation to Leony Frozen Food. The methods used to conduct SI/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard methods, which included internal and external analysis of the company using Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and producing output in the form of IS/IT application proposals mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of IS/IT strategic planning are implemented in the next four years.

Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Information Technology by applying the Tozer Methodology to The Lampung Betacom Pawnshop

Betacom is one of the pawnshops established since 2017, which is engaged in the service of distributing loan money to the public based on pawn law with electronic goods guarantees such as mobile phones, laptops, TVs, and so on. In carrying out its business processes, Betacom pawnshops have implemented information systems and information technology but are still not optimal, have not been integrated with each other and are not in line with the mission vision and business strategy of Betacom pawnshops. Therefore, proper strategic planning is needed. This strategic planning will be carried out using the Tozer method, to produce a strategic planning model of information systems that can support and improve the business processes of Betacom pawnshops. This research aims to improve the quality of business processes and SI / IT that can answer solutions to problems that occur. The output resulting from this research is in the form of recommendations for the results of strategic planning of information systems that can be used in the future.

The Application of BIM-Based OHSMS Information Systems to Improve Safety Performance

The accidents recorded during university construction projects usually affect the safety performance of the institution. This indicates it is important to recognize the hazards and construction risks at the design stage in order to have an optimal safety plan. Moreover, the university area has several organizations involved in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). Therefore, there is a need to develop the OHSMS information system to accommodate the role of the parties involved and to disseminate information and communication more effectively. This study was conducted to develop a WBS and BIM-based safety plan for the OHSMS information systems to improve the safety performance using the case study method. The result showed that the WBS is the basic constituent of the safety plan integrated with the BIM to visualize the project in real terms in order to ensure easier identification of hazards and risks. The process involved building data security information in BIM to develop web-based information systems and the BIM-based OHSMS information system developed is expected to improve safety performance in the university area.

Critical success factors of strategic information systems planning: a Delphi approach

PurposeStrategic information systems planning (SISP) has been identified as a key strategy underpinning an effective utilization of information systems (IS) to achieve the core objectives of an organization. This study aims at identifying, ranking and prioritizing factors that IS and business executives consider critical for the success of IS projects.Design/methodology/approachThis study adopted a qualitative research approach with a 3-round Delphi process to get experts' opinions on critical success factors (CSFs) necessary for successful SISP. A forty-two panel of experts was selected using defined criteria. Quantitative analyses of the data were performed using Kendall's coefficient of concordance and chi-square to obtain a consensus among the experts.FindingsThe findings revealed the top managers' understanding of strategic priorities, aligning IS strategies with the organizational strategic plan and availability of internal resources to deliver IS services as the first three key CSFs of SISP. Other highly ranked CSFs were the management's understanding of the role of IS and the need to educate top management on the importance of IT in supporting the business strategy.Originality/valueThe CSFs factors obtained in this study would lay a foundation for future research and could be incorporated into a new theoretical model of IS planning.

The Borderless Integration of Financial Management Innovation Using Big Data Analysis of Social Media

This article mainly studies the innovation of borderless integrated financial management in big data social media in the era of wireless communication networks. For evaluating company A’s financial sharing capabilities, five first-level indicators are divided into four dimensions: quality, efficiency, cost, and safety, and are allowed to score the financial sharing center capabilities. First of all, system integration takes performance appraisal as the core, and through the establishment of a reasonable appraisal system, performance appraisal for the members of the financial team is carried out. Secondly, team members need to accept two-way leadership, two-way assessment, and two-way incentives from the finance and business departments. The experimental factors were analyzed, and the results showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate with common factors reached 89.339%. The importance of the first-level indicators is in order of process reengineering (27.08%), operation management (22.33%), information system (20.24%), personnel management (17.178%), and strategic planning (12.46%).

The roles of top management and users in strategic IS planning: a perspective of SMEs

Research on the strategic Information Systems (IS) planning is typically concentrated on large firms. However, the outcomes of this research may not be sufficient to adequately apply to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Responding to the limited body of work in SMEs with respect to strategic IS planning, this research aims to fill the gap in the body of literature. Having limited resources available, financially and technically, strategic IS planning is getting more crucial for SMEs. Prior work suggests that a high level of internal competencies such as IT leadership by the owner or the top management of the firm are important for progressive IT development to take place in SMEs. Having said that IS is getting paramount for firm’s survival to optimize IS effectively, it is incumbent to investigate the factors influencing strategic IS planning amongst the SMEs. This study contributes to research and practice by providing indepth insights into the IS planning processes in SMEs with a particular focus on the roles of top management and users. Researchers can use these results, which are somewhat different from larger organizations, to revise IS planning phases.

SPECIFICS OF CREATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF OPERATIONAL PLANNING OF MILK PROCUREMENT ON THE TERRITORY OF COMMUNITIES

The analysis of scientific works concerning the creation of information technologies in various branches of a na-tional economy is executed. The state of milk procurement systems in the subject area is analyzed. The analysis of modern approaches to information technology design is performed. Peculiarities and expediency of creation of information technology of operative planning of milk procurement on the territory of communities are substantiated. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the peculiarities of the creation of information technology and on their basis to develop a functional model of processes and system architecture of information technology operational planning of milk production in communities. They are the basis for the high-quality creation of information technology for operational planning of milk production in communities. The scientific novelty of the research is the proposed functional model of the processes of operational planning of milk production in the community and the system architecture of information technology, which, in contrast to existing ones, take into account the specifics of the subject area. In particular, they provide for the consideration of changing natural production and organizational conditions of milk production in the community, which provides timely receiving of complete and reliable information for operational planning of milk production in the community. As a result of the performed researches, the information technology of operative planning of milk procurement on the territory of communities is offered. It involves the implementation of five interrelated groups of processes, which involve the collection, processing and storage of data, taking into account the specifics of the subject area. A functional model for the implementation of the management process of operational planning, which is the basis for making quality management decisions on the formation of operational plans and the formation of work orders. The system architecture of the information system of operative planning of milk procurement on the territory of communities is offered. It involves the creation of five interconnected subsystems that have connections to the database. The proposed system architecture is the basis for the development of software architecture and the development of applications that will accelerate and provide quality support for management decisions during the operational planning of milk production in the community.

Penggunaan Multi Metode Untuk Strategis Perencanaan Sistem Informasi Pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat

The benefits of strategic planning of information systems are the creation of more effective, efficient and transparent activities. The results of the observations that have been made, the Air Beliti Health Center, Tuah Negeri District, Musi Rawas Regency has not implemented information system technology in carrying out its activities and there are still many activities that are done manually as a result making operational activities not run optimally. This paper will discuss the steps in strategic planning and in implementing information systems using the Ward and Peppard framework and analysis using the SWOT Analysis method, Value Chain Analysis and Mc Farlan Grid.

The minimum dataset for rare diseases in Brazil: a systematic review protocol

The Minimum Data Set (MDS) can be used for subsidiarity decision-making and health planning. Besides, this strategy allows to identify obligatory points that must be adjusted to achieve sustainable management in the planning and development of relevant Health Information Systems for public health. Specifically, in the context of rare diseases, the MDS strategy can be very valuable. This systematic review will focus on research using MDS for rare diseases in several databases. We seek to answer the question: "What is the minimum data set used in registries for rare diseases?" Some outcomes of interests specific for MDS will involve information about epidemiology, clinical procedures, and therapeutic resources among other features. We hope that by standardizing data through a careful analysis of evidence from different sources of a common format, with shared specifications and structures, we can help in the methodological transparency and reproducibility of results in the context of rare disease research.

Association between Objectively Measured Neighbourhood Built Environment and Walkability

Some previous studies show that the majority of the urban planners and urban designers uses subjective measures to assess built environment attributes and neighbourhood walkability in Malaysia. However, those were using objective measures just evaluating one or two attributes of the built environment. Hence this paper focuses on objective measures of several built environment attributes that influence walkability. The paper links various objective measures of attributes of the built environment that influence walkability with objectively measured walkability. For this study data was obtained from Putrajaya review of the master plan and geographical information system data and walking distance obtained from the pedometer. The pedometers were deployed for 7-days period to capture an objective level of walkability. To achieve this study objective, a case study was conducted on three different residential precincts of Putrajaya, Malaysia and a randomly selected sample of 134 respondents from each of these three precincts was collected. To measure built environment attributes objectively, indices were used for quantifying compactness, diversity, accessibility and connectivity. The results indicate that overall indices values of Precinct 18 are high compared to precinct 9 and 8. The daily distance measured by pedometer is also high for Precinct 18. Findings of this study recommend that it is practicable for the urban designers and urban planners to employ these two objective methods. As in this study built environment index results correspond with pedometer recorded distance hence it is concluded that GIS data also has the potential to be used to construct measures of built environment attributes and to develop indices of walkability on neighbourhood scale both in Malaysia as well as in Pakistan.

AGILE МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ ERP-КЛАСУ

The article investigates and systematizes the implementation and operation of corporate information systems for planning and resource management ERP-class. ERP-class corporate systems are innovative information systems that provide comprehensive automation of enterprises and organizations. ERP systems for enterprise resource planning have developed rapidly over the past decades and now cover virtually all business processes and routine operations of the organization. Approaches to the definition of ERP-systems are systematized. It is defined that this is a generalized term that characterizes the software that implements the planning and management of all resources of the enterprise in a single database online. ERP systems are built on a modular basis and automate the following business processes: management and financial accounting, financial management, production planning and management, personnel management and development, logistics and supply chain management, quality management, project management and investment. Risk factors for the implementation of ERP systems are analyzed. The structure of the life cycle of corporate information systems is considered in detail. The life cycle of ERP systems consists of several phases that the system goes through during its existence in organizations: initiating a decision on the need to implement the system, requirements analysis, decision making, acquisition, implementation, use and maintenance, and finally the disposal phase. The system of flexible spiral life cycle models is integrated with the Agile methodology, which helps to more effectively plan, make decisions and implement information systems. The Scrum method, which divides the project into sprints and is used by small, highly motivated teams, is analyzed. Kanban is considered as a method of project management, which involves a continuous flow of tasks and their effective implementation. The advantages of using Agile methodology for implementing ERP systems are shown. It is proved that the further development of a flexible methodology for the implementation of ERP systems is associated with the ability to rationally combine and share the methods of Scrum and Kanban within a single project, using their benefits to efficiently and quickly perform tasks.

Analisis Fase Preliminary Strategis Sistem Informasi dalam Pengembangan Smart Campus

Smart Campus refers to the integration of the unity of campus life that is supported by technology. The application of Smart Campus is a development from conventional management campus to campus that applies technology, one of the technologies is an information system. For an information system to be successful and optimal, an appropriate strategic information system (SISP) planning is needed in accordance with the business processes of the institution and is used as a blueprint as part of the IT Masterplan for the implementation of the Smart Campus. Smart Campus Strategic Planning implemented by utilizing the Ward and Peppard framework, with identification of information system needs based on the Critical Success Factor (CSF), Value Chain, Gap Analysis and McFarlan Portfolio. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for decision makers to determine campus policies in implementing various services provided by information systems as part of the Smart Campus, which can be described as a campus that intelligently interacts with its academics

Attitude and pregnancy planning of the women reproductiove of age not associated

<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: The pregnancy planning is an important strategy to improve the children quality to be born and efforts to decrease maternal and infant mortality. The number of maternal mortality in Yogyakarta in 2018 was 36 cases. Most cases occurred in Bantul District as 14 cases. Meanwhile, the infant mortality case was 313 cases in 2017. The highest infant mortality case in Bantul District was 108 cases. Attitude is a feeling, supporting and not supporting on something. The Government Regulation of Republic of Indonesia Number 87 of 2014 concerning Population Development and Family Development, Family Planning and Family Information Systems stated that Family Planning is an effort to regulate the birth, the ideal distance and age to give birth, regulate pregnancy through promotion, protection, and assistance related to reproductive rights to realize a quality family. Having 2 children is the realization of one of the criteria for a quality family in the ideal number of children program.</em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives</em></strong><em>: This study aimed to determine the correlation between attitudes and behavior of pregnancy planning among women of childbearing age in Bantul District. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em>: This research used correlational quantitative research using cross sectional approach design. The sampling collection technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The samples was 71 respondents with inclusion criteria, namely women of childbearing aged <20 - > 35 years, located in Bantul district, had a legal spouse, owned and could operate a gadget. The validity test was conducted with SPSS Pearson Correlation with a significance level of 10% and Kendall's tau to determine the relationship between variables. </em></p><p><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>: There is no correlation between attitudes towards pregnancy planning of women of childbearing age with P value of 0.052 > 0.05 (P Value ≤ 0.05). </em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><em>: The characteristics of the most respondents were women aged 35 - 40 years, the last education was senior high school, the income was 0 - Rp 500.000,00 and the number of children was 2. The attitude of the respondent was mostly positive, while the most respondents who plan the pregnancy were ambivalent and the respondents who are not planning the pregnancy more than women who are planning a pregnancy.</em></p>

Digital Strategy Decision Support Systems: Agrifood Supply Chain Management in SMEs.

The specific attributes of agrifood supply chains, along with their importance for the economy and society, have led to an increased interest in the parameters that enhance their effectiveness. Recently, numerous digital tools aimed at improving supply chain effectiveness have been developed. The majority of existing research focuses on optimizing individual processes rather than the overall growth of a food supply chain. This study aims to identify the stages of the information systems planning (ISP) process that affect the success of developing a strategic decision support system (DSS) for improving the decision-making process in the agrifood supply chains. Data were collected from 66 IT executives from Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the agrifood sector and analyzed using regression analysis. The results revealed that situation analysis is the only stage of ISP that predicts ISP success. These findings can assist managers in appreciating the critical role of ISP for improving the performance of agrifood supply chain operations. Implementing the most appropriate information systems (IS) and digital tools results in increased competitive advantage, cost savings, and increased customer value.

Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi Pada Perusahaan Retail dengan Pendekatan Jhon Ward and Joe Peppard

PT. Yella Perdana is a retail company engaged in providing computer products in the form of hardware, software, accessories, notebooks, printers in West Java. To be able to face competition in the business world and place the company in a superior position from competitors, an IS/IT strategy is needed. In its implementation, the use of information systems must be supported by a good and appropriate strategic planning of information systems, so that the goals and objectives expected by the company can achieve optimal results.The right IS/IT strategic planning at PT. Yella Perdana is expected to produce a competitive advantage in accordance with the company's resources to support the achievement of company goals.The preparation of IS/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard approach. Assisted by several analytical methods to analyze the company's internal and external business environment such as PEST, SWOT, Porter's Five Force, Value chain, and CSF. This IS/IT strategic planning produces a recommendation for a computer-based application portfolio that can be implemented in accordance with the company's strategy to create an advantage over competitors based on the required information system.

Perencanaan Sistem Informasi Strategis Menggunakan Model Ward and Peppard (Studi Kasus : Klinik Yulia Asniati)

Purpose: This article aims to make strategic planning of information systems and application requirements in health clinics so that they can provide optimally, integrated, and innovative contributions that can unite all supporting aspects in achieving clinical business strategies to increase their competitiveness value in health services in Pagar Alam City.
 Research Methodology: This article uses a case study at the Klinik Yulia Asniati in Pagar Alam City using the Ward and Peppard strategic planning model. Based on multi-disciplinary literature, the Ward and Peppard Model uses a strategic planning framework and process that includes the external business environment analysis stages using the PEST method, the internal business environment analysis using the value chain method, internal and external IS/IT environmental analysis.
 Results: This analysis produces an IS/IT strategic planning using McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis, this stage produces 13 application portfolios that are arranged based on the priority of business needs and information system strategies.
 Limitations: This article uses the Ward and Peppard model with PEST analysis methods, Michael's Porter value chain, and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis. This article only uses data and cases at the Klinik Yulia Asniati, Pagar Alam City
