This research aims to determine the influence of followership and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation at PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). This research was conducted in Januari-April 2024. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data collected through online questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Overall, the data obtained was 216 with the criteria of employees who have permanent employee status. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the direct influence of this research show that followership and work environment have positive and significant influences on job satisfaction. Followership has positive and significant influences on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive and significant influences on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant influences on employee performance. The results of the indirect influence of this research also show that followership has positive and significant influences on employee performance through job satisfaction, and the work environment has positive and significant influences on employee performance through job satisfaction.
