In recent years, artificial intelligence has been employed to empower synthetic biology, demonstrating great potential in the simulation and prediction of protein structures as well as the design and optimization of regulatory elements and metabolic networks. Integrating artificial intelligence into the teaching of Synthetic Biology is in line with the development trends of synthetic biology and can promote the cultivation of interdisciplinary high-level talents and collaborative innovation. This paper expounds the idea of integrating artificial intelligence into the teaching of Synthetic Biology from establishing interdisciplinary course contents and teaching methods, simultaneously considering the fundamentals and application of artificial intelligence in synthetic biology, cultivating independent learning and innovative practice abilities, and enhancing the ethics education related to artificial intelligence. Furthermore, a system integrating artificial intelligence with the teaching contents of Synthetic Biology is designed, which focuses on supplementing fundamentals of artificial intelligence and incorporating artificial intelligence into the classroom and experimental teaching contents of Synthetic Biology. Moreover, with the course of Synthetic Biology in Jiangnan University as an example, this paper presents the pathway of integrating artificial intelligence into the teaching of this course under the background of discipline crossing. Finally, the teaching effects are expected.

Research on Countermeasures to Build a Green University Management System under the Concept of Ecological Education

Higher learning institutions have played a significant role in enhancing ecological education and ideological development among students. This is in response to the many problems occurring in the modern world concerning ideological and environmental aspects. Despite the efforts made by the state through increasing investments to deal with these aspects effectively, the resulting impact is not satisfactory. As a result, higher learning institutions have served as a significant area in offering solutions to these problems by nurturing high-level social talents. Education in higher learning institutions has dramatically expanded and integrated new research areas to counteract the limitations of traditional learning methods. Colleges and universities have upgraded their teaching activities and education sites in the modern era. However, these institutions have experienced many challenges and problems which have severely affected the ideological education ecosystem and the moral quality of students. The ecological education crisis in most learning institutions has become an unavoidable drift of the current education development. As a result, ideological education in colleges and universities is regarded as an ecosystem since it is analyzed from an ecological perspective. The ecology of ideological education refers to the environmental balance, law, and processes involved in the ideological education system. Furthermore, it incorporates value alignment and procedural thinking on the interaction between the environment and various aspects. Ecological and environmental development significantly impacts higher education students' values, emotions, and thoughts in the new environment. Therefore ecological changes have clear impacts on the living environment, which is in compliance with sustainable development concept.

This paper firstly researches the role of cultivating masters of engineering management under the concept of the integration of engineering and literature. Under the above premise, this paper puts forward the objectives of talent cultivation under the concept of integration of engineering and literature, and elaborates the specific content of each objective. How supervisors affect students’ academic gains and research ability: An investigation through a qualitative study

A supervisory system is an essential part of higher education and plays a vital role in cultivating the high-level talents needed for high-quality national development and social progress. This study aims to determine how supervisors affect students' academic gains and research ability. This study used a qualitative research method to select 10 postgraduate students and their 7 supervisors for in-depth interviews from May to July 2022. This study aims to address the following questions: 1. What are the modes of supervisor-student communication? 2. What impact do these modes have on students? 3. What factors affect these modes? Three discoveries were made in this study. When supervisors and students communicate only regarding the academic content and students tend to fully follow supervisors' instructions, students obtain more academic output in the short term but lack autonomy. When supervisors and students discuss academic issues and life trifles equally, it helps in promoting students' comprehensive quality. When students do not have much contact with their supervisors and they get along like strangers, it is beneficial to cultivate students' intellectual independence, but students grow slowly. The factors influencing the communication modes include the supervisors' educational philosophy, postgraduate learning attitude, and supervisory system. In conclusion, the three communication modes can coexist together in a group of students led by the same supervisor. Whether a communication mode can promote the growth of students depends on the awakening of the students’ self-awareness, and the supervisory system is the most implicit factor underlying communication.

MDT 模式+PBL 教学在国内医学临床教学中的应用研究

Clinical practice teaching is a fundamental part of medical education, playing a crucial role in cultivating high-level, innovative, and high-quality medical talents. PBL teaching breaks the traditional indoctrination teaching method, allowing students to play a leading role in the teaching process, while MDT mode teaching fully integrates and utilizes the clinical teaching resources of hospitals, conducts multidisciplinary and multi angle teaching analysis of real clinical data of patients, and connects fragmented important knowledge points. The advantages of MDT mode and PBL teaching are complementary, deeply integrated, and jointly applied to integrate the optimal resources and strength of clinical teaching. The MDT mode and PBL teaching method have achieved certain results in medical clinical teaching. This article reviews the origin and development of MDT mode teaching and PBL teaching, as well as the situation of medical clinical teaching implementation and application in China, analyzes their existing problems and future development, In order to provide experience and inspiration for the implementation of MDT mode+PBL clinical practice teaching in China.

Rehabilitation with brain-computer interface and upper limb motor function in ischemic stroke: A randomized controlled trial

Upper limb motor dysfunction is a major problem in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke. Brain-computer interface (BCI) is a kind of communication system that converts the "ideas" in the brain into instructions and has been used in stroke rehabilitation. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of BCI in rehabilitation training on upper limb motor function among patients with ischemic stroke. This was an investigator-initiated, multicenter, randomized, open-label, blank-controlled clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment conducted at 17 centers in China. Patients were assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the BCI group or the control group based on traditional rehabilitation training. The primary efficacy outcome is the difference in improvement of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment upper extremity (FMA-UE) score between two groups at month 1 after randomization. The safety outcomes were any adverse events within 3months. A total of 296 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled and randomly allocated to the BCI group (n= 150) and the control group (n= 146). The primary efficacy outcomes of FMA-UE score change from baseline to 1month were 13.17 (95% confidence interval [CI], 11.56-14.79) in the BCI group and 9.83 (95% CI, 8.19-11.47) in the control group (mean difference between groups was 3.35; 95% CI, 1.05-5.65; p= 0.0045). Adverse events occurred in 33 patients (22.00%) in the BCI group and in 31 patients (21.23%) in the control group. BCI rehabilitation training can further improve upper limb motor function based on traditional rehabilitation training in patients with ischemic stroke. This study was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT04387474.
