Monitoring the Training of School Management Teams in Educational Institutions of the Novosibirsk Region

Introduction. The article discusses topical problems of team building typical for state educational organizations. The problems of team formation, formal leadership and the differences between a team and a working group are considered. The purpose of this article is to present the methodological grounds for the use of team building in the management activities of school leaders, as well as to show the monitoring of the training of management teams in the Novosibirsk region. Methodology. The study of the possibilities of using the technology of team building in the organization of innovative activities of teachers of educational organizations (on the example of management teams of schools in the Novosibirsk region) was carried out in several stages: organizational, diagnostic, approbation, and reflexive-evaluative. The purpose of the monitoring was to study the conditions created for the professional growth of members of school management teams at the regional and municipal levels, as well as the demand for various forms of training. Also, in the course of monitoring, information was collected on organizations that train management teams. Results. The analysis of the information provided has shown that the heads of general educational organizations and representatives of municipal educational authorities often do not understand what the concept of “training of management teams” includes and often replace it with a referral to advanced training courses and training events of the group. Conclusion. The monitoring recorded the need to form a system of work at the regional and municipal levels to organize the training of school management teams. Heads of educational institutions should consciously approach the issues of team building and assess the need to create a team based on the actual need.

TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN GURU TERHADAP PENERAPAN PEER-LEARNING SEBAGAI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF DI SEKOLAH

This study emphasizes the significance of providing teachers with opportunities to develop their capacity to implement innovative peer-learning strategies. The research also emphasizes the necessity for educational institutions to guarantee equitable access to resources and facilities to facilitate the implementation of optimal peer-learning strategies. This study employs a framework for analyzing industrial transformation and educational innovation. Students, academics, instructors, heads of educational institutions, and government officials were among the approximately 20 respondents in the study. The focus of the study was on two case studies examining the contribution of peer learning in Physics classes at two Jakarta secondary institutions. Since Physics is one of the principal subjects for which interactive learning methods have been extensively developed, research findings indicate that respondents agree that peer learning is an innovative and engaging method. However, participant teachers' comprehension of the potential of peer learning varied. Some instructors have a solid grasp of the concept and its benefits, whereas others have a limited grasp.

IMAGE OF AN INTEREST-RELATED EDUCATION TEACHER: PERSPECTIVES FROM HEADS OF EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article analyses the professional and personal qualities of interest-related education teachers, their impact on students and relationships with students, based on the results of a survey of 178 heads of educational institutions. The findings reveal that most heads believe that teachers are usually accurate and timely in their actions, build good relationships with students, and are not too harsh with them. In addition, the heads of the institutions are aware of the potential problems in the learning process and are ready to address these problems. These conclusions reflect the important role of interest-related education teachers in the learning process and point to the need to further develop teachers’ professional and personal qualities in order to ensure an effective learning environment and student development.

THE REALITY OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP WHICH ARE BASED ON THE SOFT SKILLS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF THE EDUCATION AND FORMATION WOMEN AND MEN- GUELMIM-OUED REGION MOROCCO AS A MODEL

Objectives: The primary objective of this study is to examine the implementation of educational leadership based on soft skills by leaders of educational institutions in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region of Morocco, as perceived by women and men in education and training. This inquiry is situated within the framework of transformational leadership outlined in the tenth commitment of the 2022/2026 Roadmap. Methods: Utilizing a descriptive analytical approach, the research involved administering a questionnaire covering eight domains related to soft skills: communication, time management, teamwork, planning, emotional intelligence, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 308 educators, both women and men, in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and a five-point Likert scale. Results: The findings indicate that the practice of educational leadership based on soft competencies is perceived as 'very high' in the areas of communication, leadership, and teamwork, with other domains registering as 'high'. Statistically significant differences were observed concerning the educational staff variable (teaching, administration), favoring teaching staff in communication skills. However, no statistically significant differences were observed based on gender or educational qualification levels. Conclusion: In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of soft skills in educational leadership and recommends the adoption of quality standards based on these skills in both initial and continuous training of administrative staff. The study suggests integrating soft skills criteria into the evaluation of the performance of heads of educational institutions and task assignments to ensure effective leadership practices in the region's educational landscape.

Organizational and pedagogical conditions of profile training of students with special educational needs in the printing industry

Relevance. One of the main responsibilities of modern society is to educate students with special educational needs and integrate individuals with disabilities into the community. Purpose. The aim of this research is to study the peculiarities of organizational and pedagogical conditions of profile training of persons with special educational needs. Methodology. The study was conducted by means of a sociological survey. 265 respondents took part in the survey, including 198 teachers, 43 representatives of administration and 24 heads of educational institutions and their departments. During the survey, the respondents assessed their skills and abilities of teaching capabilities. Results. The results showed the need to improve teachers� ability to manage the teaching process, and to apply inclusive education strategies, the need to improve management skills and the use of equipment. Administrators and supervisors need to improve their skills in communicating with students in an inclusive classroom, understanding how to communicate their vision to teachers. Conclusions. The study of the possibilities of improving the conditions for teaching students with special educational needs, shows the need to form a space taking into account the needs of students, the creation of infrastructure, the selection, and use of appropriate technologies for teaching, quality training and continuous professional development of teaching staff. The practical significance of the study lies in the study of the level of readiness of teachers, administrators, and supervisors to implement studies for students with special educational needs in the polygraphic field in institutions of profile training. Empirical Research of Professional Creativity of the Head of Educational Institution

The aim of our research is to show the concepts of “professional creativity” and “creativity in the process of professional activity”; to organize the experimental research and to analyze its results; to describe the processes cause a creative reinterpretation of stereotypes – meaning-making – and changes in the entire life process – life-making; to show the results of empirical researches of professional creativity of the head of educational institutions. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling and generalization. The experimental method was the method of organizing empirical research. The results of the research. We proved, that if there was no personal meaning in the process of professional activity, for the sake of which professional activity would be carried out, and only the objective orientation of this activity was expressed. Then such activity would not take the form of creative activity, it would not reflect the actual spiritual search on oneself that is meaningful for a person. The internal objective determinants, the objective orientation of the process of professional activity allows the manager to find his/her own personal meaning, and only when the manager clearly understands why he/she will carry out creative activity, its goals and values will be determined. Only in the case when the process of professional creativity acquires a personally significant meaning for the manager, only then this activity can be considered in a creative aspect, in the paradigm of the manager’s acquisition of personal meanings and the formation of his/her creative individuality. Thus, the professional creativity of a manager is understood by us as a conscious, purposeful, active process of the unique activity of its kind, aimed at finding a new, independent, innovative and original way of managing the activities of subordinates with the aim of highly effective creative resolution of managerial tasks and problems. Conclusions. The results of professional creativity are: a new understanding of the subject of activity – the creation of new ideas, programs, concepts, projects, paradigms, aimed at obtaining fundamentally new results, which make it possible to involve a wider social community in creative cooperation; the emergence of new ways of carrying out professional activities, hitherto unknown technologies, activity algorithms, etc. Professional creativity of the manager is accompanied by constant personal development – the need for new, original, non-standard and unique ideas.

ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ПІДХОДИ У ПІДГОТОВЦІ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ТА КЕРІВНИХ КАДРІВ ОСВІТИ ЗАСОБАМИ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ

The article proves the importance of using modern information technologies in the training of pedagogical and management staff in the sphere of education. The meaning of information technologies in the process of forming the head’s of the educational institution information culture is defined. The analysis of the peculiarities of its formation is given. New applications of information technologies adapted to work in educational institutions and the possibility of their successful implementation are presented. The article suggests that information processes are aimed at forming a unique open educational environment, ensuring its accessibility, providing opportunities for updating, developing and improving the quality and efficiency of educational services. The use of the information technology approach is based on the LLL (lifelong learning) paradigm that implies the concept of continuous education, its internationalization and diversification. The efficiency of the educational process in the training of teachers and heads of educational institutions depends on the high-quality content of electronic educational resources. Electronic resources are components of the educational process and important parts of the information and educational environment. The most important directions of its development are content, technical support and maintenance of information sites, monitoring the level of information and professional competence of pedagogical workers, providing informational assistance to teachers in creating individual sites, improving their computer and technical literacy. The use of new models, information and communication technologies in educational institutions makes possible to create a unique information environment where educational regulatory documents, educational and methodical materials, monographs, tutorials are placed, which altogether can help pedagogical workers to improve the educational process and increase the level of pedagogical skills. The use of educational information and communication technologies in terms of innovative models implies the use of electronic lecturers, simulators, textbooks, encyclopedias; development of situational role-playing and intellectual games using artificial intelligence; modeling of different processes and phenomena; distance learning; conducting interactive educational teleconferences; construction of systems of control and verification of students' knowledge and skills (use of control test programs); creation and maintenance of educational institutions websites; creating presentations; carrying out design and research activities.

A Comparison of Conflict Management Strategies Used by Heads of Educational Institutions in Punjab

The goal of the present paper was to explore the conflict management strategies used by institutional heads in Punjab. A sample of 144 from heads of schools, principals of colleges, and heads of departments of universities was drawn using a convenient sampling technique. An instrument, the Farooqi Organizational Conflict Inventory (FOCI) used for data collection. SPSS 26 was used for data analysis. The results reported that institutional heads employ avoiding and integrating styles of managing conflicts. Furthermore, no difference in the conflict management styles employed by institutional heads based on their gender, qualification, and experience was found except for the administrative background. It was recommended that research be carried out to explore how conflict management strategies of institutional heads affect teachers’ performance.

Formation of the psychological culture of psychology and pedagogy students in the conditions of higher education studies

Relevance. The relevance of this study is due to the necessity to develop certain competencies in students of different faculties based on the specifics of professional activity. In the sphere of �human-human� work competencies focus on the development of empathy, self-reflexivity, self-regulation, awareness skills, stress resistance, and others. Purpose. The aim of this paper is the peculiarities of psychological culture formation of pedagogy and psychology students in the course of higher education studies. The object of the research is the phenomenon of psychological culture itself, and the subject of the research is the formation of a psychological culture of pedagogy and psychology students in the course of higher education studies. Methodology. The analysis of materials was carried out by means of theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification) and practical methods (psychodiagnostic methods). The empirical research was based on the following methods: cognitive component (�Intellectual lability� test), affective � �Aggressiveness questionnaire� by Buss-Durkee, behavioural � method �Level of subjective control� by J. Rotter, reflexive and perceptual � �Express-diagnostics of empathy� by I. Yusupov, motivational � �Motives of learning activity� by A. Rean, V. A. Yakunin. Results. During the analysis of the theoretical foundations of this problem, the structure of psychological culture, its stages, and the main principles of formation of students were highlighted. In the course of the study, it was found that at the moment the level of formation of psychological culture among students is within the low indicators, which may negatively affect their professional activities in the future. In the process of education, these criteria of psychological culture can be developed to the necessary level through corrective programs and activities. Conclusions. The obtained results will be useful for specialists in �helping� professions, such as psychologists, social pedagogues, educators, and heads of educational institutions. Kiai Dan Pejabat Publik: Study Analisis Peran Ganda Kiai Mujib Imron Dalam Mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan Berbasis Pesantren Di Pesantren Al-Yasini Pasuruan

This research aims to determine the progress of K.H Mujib Imron in developing Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions at the Al-Yasini Pasuruan Islamic boarding school. The problem in this research is the progress of Kiai Mujib Imron as an Islamic boarding school leader and as a public official in developing Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions at the Al-Yasini Pasuruan Islamic boarding school. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The research uses two data sources, namely, primary and secondary. Observation, interview and documentation techniques were used to collect data. The data analysis procedure goes through the stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that K.H Mujib Imron's dual role as a kiai and as Deputy Regent of Pasuruan runs well and is in synergy with each other. This is shown by his istiqomahan in carrying out religious activities at the Islamic boarding school, such as reciting the books Ta'lim Muta'alim and Fatkhul Qorib as well as the books Shohih Bukhori and Tafsir Jalalain. Apart from that, two strategic steps were taken, namely in developing educational institutions, namely; 1) internal strategy, namely by motivating every head of educational institution to innovate in implementing an integrated curriculum that is competitive in accordance with current developments in the era of modernity, without neglecting religious education; 2) external strategy, namely by introducing the Al-Yasini educational institution more widely , both at regional level and abroad.

STRATEGI DAN TANTANGAN MANAJEMEN TEKNOMEDIA DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI

Digital learning media management is a crucial skill required by the heads of educational institutions to navigate the digital era. This research aims to depict: (1) the challenges faced by the leaders of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions in Merauke City in managing technomedia in the learning process, and (2) the strategies employed by these leaders to overcome challenges in technomedia management during the learning process. The informants for this study were purposefully sampled from school principals in Merauke City. The primary challenges confronted by school principals in managing digital learning media in Early Childhood Education institutions (PAUD) include the availability of adequate technological resources, the development of teachers' skills in using technology, and the management of student data security and privacy. School principals also need to take into account parental involvement in supporting the use of digital media at home and ensure that technology use remains balanced with the physical and social activities of children. To tackle these challenges, strategies employed by school principals include organizing training and developing teachers' skills in technology use, selecting quality digital learning content, and establishing clear policies and guidelines related to technology use. Additionally, careful monitoring of students' technology use and maintaining a balance between technology use and traditional learning experiences are also emphasized. By implementing these strategies, PAUD school principals can effectively manage digital learning media, enhance the quality of early childhood education, and ensure that technology is used judiciously in the learning process.

РАЗРАБОТКА МЕТОДИКИ МАРКЕТИНГОВОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ В ИНКЛЮЗИВНОМ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОМ УЧРЕЖДЕНИИ

The development of marketing research methodologies contributes to more effective adaptation of inclusive institutions to the needs of learners with disabilities. The article considers the most important function of management - marketing in an inclusive educational institution. The basics of marketing research and the methodology of marketing research in an inclusive educational institution are developed and presented, taking into account the peculiarities of inclusive education and contributing to the improvement of the quality of the educational process. The development of marketing research methodologies contributes to the study of market needs and preferences for more effective provision of educational services in inclusive institutions. The materials of this article may be of interest to researchers in the field of management and marketing in the field of education, as well as for heads of educational institutions.

A Study of Dedications in 18th-century Publications: a Literary Contribution to Bibliography and Book Studies

The review of the monograph of the Doctor of Philology N.D. Kochetkova “Dedications in Russian publications of the 18 century: research, texts, bibliographic index” (Moscow; St. Petersburg, 2020) is presented. The content of this scientific work, which is important both for the history of Russian literature of the 18 century, and for bibliography, book studies and related humanities, is revealed. It is noted that the dedications reflect the most diverse aspects of the life of writers of the Enlightenment era: from client-patronage relations with government officials to friendships and family unions. This fact makes them an important source in historical and cultural research. The monograph analyzes dedications to various recipients: members of the royal family, dignitaries, heads of educational institutions, representatives of the clergy, women, friends, relatives, scientists and writers. An important component of the monograph is a detailed index of dedications in publications of the 18 century, including about 1780 items. It is a contribution to the bibliography of the Russian book of the 18 century and creates prospects for further research of dedications within the framework of literary studies, cultural history, and book studies. It is concluded that the monograph by N.D. Kochetkova will be a reference book for specialists studying Russian in the 18 century.

EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE CHANGES

The article reveals the problems of educational management in the conditions of innovative changes. It was determined that the reformation processes of the educational sector in Ukraine actualized the problem of qualitative changes in the educational management system. After all, the quality of education and the effectiveness of educational reforms in Ukraine depend on the focus of educational management. First of all, this concerns the formation of personnel policy, and the development of a strategy for the development of an educational institution, educational programs, and ensuring the image of an educational organization. An analysis of scientific sources was carried out, which shows that the theoretical foundations of educational management have been sufficiently developed in Ukraine, and the management system in modern conditions has been studied. Thus, in the works of G. V. Yelnikova, L. M. Kalinina, O. I. Kasyanova, O . I. Marmazy, V. I. Maslova, T. I. Sushchenko defined directions of changes in educational management. According to scientists, the domestic theory of educational management is going through a period of complex transformational shifts, an intensive search for new directions of scientific research aimed at implementing a new vision of educational management policy, modern world models of educational organization management. However, the problems of managing educational institutions in the conditions of innovative changes, developing strategies for the development of an educational organization, forming a positive image of an educational organization, and motivating teaching staff for professional growth remain insufficiently researched. It is noted that the development of the value attitude of the heads of educational institutions towards innovative management as a leading direction of educational management is implemented through the implementation of new approaches to management activities: competence-based, axiological, synergistic and others. It was found that among the important educational values that significantly affect the effectiveness of management activities, the following can be distinguished: the rule of law, tolerance, patriotism, honesty, justice, trust, morality, academic integrity. Accordingly, the content of educational management should be value-oriented and characterized by favorable communications, partnership in relationships, and a system of incentives for the professional growth of teaching staff. It was found that the strategy of the institution's development, which consists of a complex of methodical, material, technical and management projects with the determination of ways of their implementation, acquires an important importance in the conditions of innovative changes. It is emphasized that changes have also taken place in the personnel policy of educational institutions. Among the important tasks in the work with the pedagogical staff are defined: creation of favorable conditions for the professional development of both each teacher in particular and the pedagogical team as a whole; ensuring favorable communications between all participants in the educational process; creation of an effective system of stimulation for professional pedagogical activity; effective leadership is another. It is noted that in the conditions of innovative educational changes, the ability of the management subsystem to provide a positive image of the educational institution characterizes the innovative competence of the manager.

Educational Environment in the Inclusive Space of Mush: Problems and Ways to Solve Them

The article presents research on educational environment in an inclusive space. Emphasis is placed on identifying problems faced by heads of general secondary education institutions, parents, teachers, and psychologists. It is emphasized that all problems arising in educational institutions have certain solutions that need to be solved.
 The research indicates that heads of educational institutions, being in an administrative position, understand their functionality and responsibilities and strive to make the educational space of students safe and comfortable. Like any other participant in the educational process, the administration of an educational institution faces certain difficulties or problems that must be responded to quickly enough and find ways to solve them. We identified a number of problems faced by the administrator of the educational institution; however, the personnel potential is significant.
 The article presents the position of parents regarding the educational environment in an inclusive space. Parents should be oriented in the informational space of social networks, providing informational support and considering the expediency of cooperation at the level of parents and inclusive resource centers. A significant problem for parents identified in the study is the lack of knowledge among parents about the impact of correctional and developmental work on children with special educational needs.
 Working in an educational institution, a pedagogical worker may have a problem in the direction of the absence of a teacher’s assistant and a child’s assistant. The presence of such an employee in the educational institution will allow to plan the educational process in a modern way and to establish communication with the students of education. In the future, the close interaction of a pedagogical worker, a teacher's assistant and a child’s assistant will significantly improve the educational process and help the child adapt to the conditions of the educational space faster.
 Among the main problems faced by psychologists, it is important to determine the work with parents to resolve the conflict in the classroom with adults who are not ready to send the child to school, a class where there is a child with special educational needs. To solve this problem, the psychologist should conduct lectures, individual conversations, both with parents and with the class teacher and children.
 Complex interaction and close cooperation of the administration of the educational institution, teaching staff, psychologists and parents will allow to create comfortable conditions in the inclusive space of the New Ukrainian School, which further motivates the students to study.

Attractiveness of the Workplace Environment of Educational Institutions in the Context of Sustainable Development

Abstract Overcoming the challenges of Covid-19, every person at an educational institution has faced changes in the workplace environment from working time, scope and content to the transformation of psychological, emotional and physical relationships. The attractiveness factors of workplace environment are essential in thinking of, developing and accepting sustainable attitude, sustainable education and sustainable development in everyday life. The aim of the article is to present the results of the research on the attractiveness factors of workplace environment and organizational culture of educational institutions from the point of view of teachers and heads of educational institutions, evaluating them in the context of sustainable development of education, based on theoretical analysis of literature sources and empirical research. Quantitative research method – survey – was used in the study. 97 participants (teachers (n=84) and heads of educational institutions (n=13)) from different educational institutions of one of the biggest cities in Latvia, Daugavpils, took part in the study. The data were processed in accordance with research ethics and personal data protection, visualized on the basis of numerical data units. The gained data indicate that the most important factors for the attractiveness of the workplace environment for both teachers and heads of educational institutions are relationships, work fit and security. Respondent groups cite ‘responsibility’ and ‘location’ as the least important factors in making the workplace environment attractive. Workplace attractiveness factors are a combination of workplace environment and organizational culture, and they are interrelated concepts. The results of the study show that both teachers and heads of educational institutions value an innovative culture in the organization that is characterized by the following statements: ‘willing to take risks, a result-oriented, creative, stimulating, challenging’ and they appreciate a supportive culture in the organization that is characterized by the statements ‘willing to cooperate, encouraging and sociable, recognizing personal freedom’. There are statistically significant differences in opinions on the attractiveness of the workplace environment (such as ‘contribution’, ‘recognition’, ‘innovation’ and ‘responsibility’) among teachers and heads of educational institutions.

Emotional intelligence and its impact on human life in the global world

Everyone strives to be successful in their lives, but emotions often become the basis for destructive behaviour. The development of emotional intelligence allows people to understand and manage their emotions, which enables them to successfully adapt to change and build positive social interactions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence on human life in the context of personal and professional success. The study employed general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, generalisation, and formalisation. Different approaches to the interpretation of the term “emotional intelligence” were analysed. It was found that there is no unified approach to the definition of this term, but scientists build the concept of emotional intelligence considering four aspects of the human psyche in relation to emotions: self-management, self-awareness, social awareness, and control. The author also considered the history of the development of emotional intelligence as a category, which is very intensive in terms of understanding this concept and its research. It was found that throughout life, a person can develop their emotional intelligence, since it is not well-established from birth, but can be developed. It was argued that emotional intelligence does not depend on age and professional field of activity. The influence of developed emotional intelligence on the participants of the educational process, including teachers, students, and heads of educational institutions, was considered. The findings of this study can be used by researchers for further analysis of the term “emotional intelligence” and its impact on human life, by teachers for the development of teaching materials, and by students to get acquainted with the theory of this topic

Digital culture of the head of an educational institution: Methodological approaches to research

Introduction. The current contradictions between challenges of an intensively developing digital environment and the personal and professional values of the head of an educational institution, between theoretical knowledge of digitalization and its application in management practice require a detailed study of the phenomenon of ‘digital culture of the head of an educational institution’ and a methodological clarification of both the phenomenon itself and the structural components of digital culture, which influence the successfulness and efficiency of the headteacher in solving digital tasks. The aim of the article is to identify and clarify the methodological aspects of the phenomenon of ‘digital culture of the head of an educational institution’. Materials and Methods. The study is conducted through a logical analysis of scientific theories, system analysis and theoretical justification of the conclusions existing in science and practice about the application of methodological approaches to studying the category of digital culture of the head of an educational institution. The research methods of specification, modelling and formalization were used to substantiate the conceptual construct of the digital culture of the head of an educational institution. Results. The article explores the phenomenon of ‘digital culture of the head of an educational institution’, the significance of which is determined by the fact that it is represented as a new type of culture, which creates a new space of values and meanings, contributes to the emergence of other cultural practices and forms of human activities. The authors have identified methodological aspects of the phenomenon of ‘digital culture of the head of an educational institution’ based on the application of interrelated and complementary scientific approaches that provide a full and deep understanding of this phenomenon: system-activity, culturological, axiological, praxiological and setting incremental ones. According to the networking incremental approach, the authors justify the conceptual construct of the digital culture of the head of an educational institution, which includes the following elements: digital thinking, digital affiliation, digital adaptation, and digital experience. Conclusions. The article concludes that the considered methodological approaches are complementary, providing a wide range of methodological tools to study the phenomenon of ‘digital culture of the head of educational institution’. The combination of the approaches helps to deepen the understanding of different aspects of digital culture, their interconnection, and their influence on the behavior and activities of the head of an educational institution in the digital environment.
