PELATIHAN ADMINISTRASI PEMERITAHAN KELURAHAN BERBASIS ONLINE DI KECAMATAN NAMBO KOTA KENDARI TAHUN 2022

Community service activities integrated with thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) of Halu Oleo University aim to contribute to the government and citizens, especially in public services in the midst of the New Normal period in Southeast Sulawesi. This activity is an online-based Urban Village Administration Training in Nambo District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in the Thematic KKN is carried out directly at the activity location. Students are active from the beginning to the end of KKN activities carried out in the domicile area. The results of community service activities through Thematic KKN for students provide information that the average village government apparatus does not yet know and understand how to use internet technology facilities in public services, especially in managing village administration online based. There is only 1 website in the sub-district and all kelurahan do not yet have a website. There has never been any technical training on website management for village officials. Local government support is very limited in providing resources in realizing online-based urban administration.

The effect of auditor's competency and independence on audit quality of the internal supervision of Halu Oleo University

<span>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of auditor competence and independence on the audit quality of the Halu Oleo University Internal Supervisory Unit. The sample in this study was 51 audites. The data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection methods are questionnaires and documentation. Methods Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show an R value of 0.859 which means that the correlation between the independent variables of competence and independence on audit quality at the internal supervisory unit of Halu Oleo University is strong because the value is above 0.75. Furthermore, the value of R2 (R-Square) is 0.800. This means that the diversity of auditor competence and auditor independence variables on audit quality can be explained by the model by 80% and the remaining 20% is explained by other variables outside this research model, so that this research model has a good accuracy or accuracy model. Simultaneous test results obtained a significance value of F or probability of 0.000 <0.05 at the 95% confidence level. These results indicate that both auditor competence and auditor independence variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on audit quality at the internal supervisory unit of Halu Oleo University. The results of this study can also prove from the standardized coefficient value and t-value that the independence variable has a greater value than the auditor's competence. This means that auditor independence is the dominant variable in influencing audit quality compared to the competence of auditors in the internal supervisory unit of Halu Oleo University.</span>

Development of Interactive Digital Modules Based on Augmented Reality

Interactive digital modules have now become a new commodity in the world of learning that must be a major concern in order to facilitate an efficient and flexible learning process. The purpose of this development is to create augmented reality to be used as a learning resource by all academics. This study uses the Lee Owens development model which consists of 4 stages, namely assessment/analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. This development activity involved a learning media expert, a material expert, and 8 small group pilots to assess the feasibility of the digital module being developed. Based on the presentation of the validator's assessment of the augmented reality, it can be concluded that augmented reality is very valid criteria which means it is very good for use in learning with a percentage of 90.25% of media experts, 88.75% from material experts, and 86.5% from small group trials. Researchers recommend using this material as a learning resource for Information Technology courses that can be accessed on the Halu Oleo University website. Researchers also suggest making augmented reality as part of the learning materials developed.

LAJU PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF TANAMAN OKRA MERAH (Abelmoschus esculentus L.) PADA BERBAGAI TAKARAN KOMPOS AMPAS SAGU

This research aims to study the effect of sago dregs compost in various doses on the growth of red okra plants. The research was carried out at the Field Experimental Field Laboratory II and the Agrotechnology Laboratory of the Agronomy Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, from October to December 2020. The design used in this study was a single factor randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments, namely: without fertilizer /control (C0), using sago dregs compost: 5 t. ha-1 (C1), 10 t. ha-1 (C2), 15 t. ha-1 (C3), 20 t. ha-1 (C4) and 25 t. ha-1 (C5). Each treatment was repeated three times, so there were 18 experimental units in total. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and leaf area. The results showed that the application of sago dregs compost had a significant effect on plant height 42 DAP, number of leaves 28 and 56 DAP, and stem diameter 28 DAP. In addition, it had a very significant effect on plant height 28 and 56 DAP, number of leaves 14 DAP, stem diameter 56 DAP and leaf area 56 DAP The best plant growth was obtained in the treatment of sago pulp compost 15 t. ha-1(C5).

SKRINING KETAHANAN BEBERAPA JENIS TANAMAN TOMAT TERHADAP CEKAMAN KEKERINGAN

Drought stress is a major problem in tomato cultivation activities in Southeast Sulawesi. That problems can be overcome by using tolerant plant varieties. This study aims to determine the effect stress treatment on several types of tomato plants. This research was conducted at the Field Experiment Laboratory II, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University from May to September 2021. The research design used a factorial randomized block design. The first factor is drought stress (K) consisting of 3 levels of treatment, namely watering 100% KL (K0), 50% KL (K1) and 25% KL (K2). The second factor was the type of tomato plant which consisted of 6 levels, namely Muna cultivar (V1), Konsel cultivar (V2), Kolaka cultivar (V3), Kolut cultivar (V4), Rose variety (V5) and Teeth variety (V6). Observation variables consisted of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root length (cm), root dry weight (g) and canopy dry weight (g). Observational data were analyzed by method of variance and tested with BNJ test with a 95% confidence level if F calculated is greater than F table. The interaction of drought stress treatment and tomato plant species had a significant effect on the all variables of plant.

PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN JAGUNG (Zea mays L.) YANG DIBERI PUPUK BOKASHI PADA LAHAN KERING

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of bokashi fertilizer on the growth of corn plants and the dose of bokashi fertilizer that gives a better effect on the growth of corn plants. This research was conducted in Lakalamba Village, Sawerigadi District, West Muna Regency and Agrotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University. The time of this research from July to November 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of five treatment levels and each treatment was repeated three times so that there were 15 experimental units. The five levels were no fertilizer (control), fertilizer dose 5 t ha-1 (6 kg/plot), fertilizer dose 10 t ha-1 (12 kg/plot), fertilizer dose 15 t ha-1 (18 kg/per plot) and fertilizer dose of 20 t ha-1 (24 kg/plot). The variables observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, plant dry weight and root loss ratio (NPA). The 5 t ha-1 treatment was an efficient dose of bokashi fertilizer and significantly increased the nutrient contribution in dry land and supported the growth of maize on dry land.

EVALUASI STATUS PADA BEBERAPA SIFAT KIMIA TANAH LAHAN SAWAH TADAH HUJAN DI DESA POMBULA JAYA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

This research was carried out on rainfed rice fields in Pombula Jaya Village, South Konawe Regency from January to March 2022. The objectives of this study are: to determine the status of some soil chemical properties in rainfed lowland rice fields in Pombula Jaya Village, South Konawe Regency and to find out the recommendation of the right fertilizer dosage for rainfed rice fields in Pombula Jaya Village, South Konawe Regency. This research will use a free survey method. Soil sampling was done randomly (simple random sampling) where in each rainfed rice field plot there were 7 (seven) points, namely: Center Pombula I, Center Pombula II, North Pombula I, North Pombula II, South Pombula I, South Pombula II, and East Pombula. Soil samples taken from the research location were air-dried for 1 (one) week and then brought to the UPT Integrated Laboratory of Halu Oleo University for analysis of the nutrient content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and C-organic, CEC, and soil pH. The results of the analysis of soil samples on rainfed rice fields are classified as low to high. Where the levels of N-total 0.07-0.13%, available-P 1.60-9.43 ppm, availabel-K 0.13-0.34 me/100g, C-organic 1.41-1.83%, KTK 19.15-29.79, and pH 4.45-5.86. Based on the results of soil analysis, it is recommended to fertilize rainfed rice fields in Pombula Jaya Village, South Konawe Regency, namely: urea 270-340 kg ha-1, SP-36 as much as 50-100 kg ha-1 and KCl 50-100 kg ha-1.

IDENTIFIKASI TINGKAT KESEHATAN PADI SAWAH DI KECAMATAN KONDA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN AKIBAT SERANGAN HAMA

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is an important food crop in developing countries including Indonesia. Lowland rice cultivation has problems in the field, especially the level of plant health. The level of plant health is determined by the disturbance and intensity of pest attacks. This study aims to determine the types of pests of lowland rice, the intensity of pest attacks and the health level of paddy rice plants. The research was conducted in the villages of Puosu Jaya, Lamomea Village and Lebo Jaya, Konda District, Konawe Selatan Regency and the Plant Protection Laboratory of the Entomology Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University Kendari. The research was conducted from October to December 2021. The variables observed were types of rice pests, intensity of damage and health level of paddy rice plants. This research uses descriptive analysis. Pests that attack paddy rice in Konda District, South Konawe Regency consist of Scirpophaga innotata, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, Locusta migratoria, Leptocorisa acuta and Rattus argentiventer. The health level of lowland rice in Konda District, Konawe Regency due to attacks is classified as moderate to good.

UJI POTENSI DAN MEKANISME ANTAGONIS BAKTERI ENDOFIT ASAL TUMBUHAN LIAR SEBAGAI AGENS HAYATI PENGENDALIAN Fusarium oxysporum SECARA IN-VITRO

This research motivated by the Fusarium oxysporum which is a soil borne fungus that can infect cultivated plants. F. oxysporum is a facultative parasite that is part of its life as a saprophyte and becomes a parasite if there is a host plant. This study aims to determine the potential of endophytic bacteria from wild plants as biological agents control of F. oxysporum in-vitro. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Phytophatology Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University from September 2020 to March 2021. The results showed that endophytic bacteria isolated from wild plants such as as Jamaica cherry/kersen (Muntingia calabura), Suruhan (Paperomia pellucida), and Markisa Hutan/Rambusa (Passiflora foetida) have the potential as biological agents to control F. oxysporum in vitro, with the two best isolates, namely ASR-7(3) and BK-3(2) which were to inhibit the growth of F. oxysporum through the mechanism of antibiosis and competition, produced enzyme bioactive compounds (amylase and protease) which degrade of pathogenic fungi, and are able to produce volatile compounds.

Giving Vernonia Amygdalina Juice to Cholesterol, Uric Acid, and Blood Glucose in Broiler Chickens

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of giving African leaf juice (Vernonia amygdalina) on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens. The research was carried out in August-September 2021 at the broiler chicken coop unit of the Poultry Livestock Unit Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, Halu Oleo University, Kendari. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) using 100 broiler DOCs with 4 treatments and 4 replications and there were 16 experimental units. The treatments used in this study were P0 = without African leaf juice (control), P1 = 2cc of African leaf juice/1 liter of water in drinking water, P2 = 4cc of African leaf juice/1 liter of water in drinking water, P3 = 6cc of African leaf juice /1 liter of water in drinking water. The variables observed were cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose. The results of the study showed that administration of African leaf juice with levels of 2cc, 4cc, 6cc had no effect (P>0,05) on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens. Thus, it was concluded that the administration of African leaf juice had no effect on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens.

PENGARUH ATRIBUT PRODUK DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK FASHION DI MEDIA SOSIAL FACEBOOK

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of product attributes towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook, (2) the influence of service quality towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook, and (3) the influence of product attributes and service quality simultaneously towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook. This research takes 90 samples from the customer of the ofmanagement student, economics and bussiness faculty halu oleo university. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and uses the help of the IBM SPSS version 16 application using a standard significance of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded that product attributes and service qualitytogether have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, product attributes has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision and Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decision.

Students’ perspective on online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted changing the model of learning activities. Teaching and learning activities that have usually been done face-to-face have now turned into online learning. This study identified student perspectives on online learning activities for Department of Civics Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Halu Oleo University, Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to students, and a total of 227 students participated in this study. Our study focused on online learning media, learning effectiveness, lecturers' abilities, obstacles, and student recommendations regarding online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively, presented in the form of frequency, percentage, and graph. The study results found that the most effective online learning media felt by students at the Department of Civics Education were Google Meet and Zoom Cloud Meetings. Besides, the majority of students considered online learning to be no more effective than face-to-face lectures. Lecturers need to provide two-way learning materials through discussion as well as question and answer. Furthermore, the main determining factors that cause online learning to be ineffective are network constraints and internet quotas. Therefore, students expected the lecturers to understand the network constraints experienced by students during online learning and recommend implementing learning activities for blended learning (combination of online and offline) while still complying with the health protocols.

Marketing strategy for Android-based cowhide chips at the Suka Mandiri Business Group, Kendari City

The right cowhide chips marketing strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic is a marketing strategy with a digital or Android-based marketing concept which is considered to be able to provide benefits for the continuity and development of the Suka Mandiri business group as the target group for the Halu Oleo University Internal Community Service Program (PKMI-Internal). UHO). The objectives of implementing the PKM-I UHO program in 2020 are to introduce packaging and labeling techniques and to introduce Android-based marketing techniques to the Suka Mandiri group in the cowhide processing business. The method of implementing this program is counseling activities and technical guidance regarding Android-based marketing strategies for processed cowhide chips. The result of the implementation of this program is that the partner group understands the packaging and labeling techniques of cowhide chip products, digital, and marketing system by utilizing social media and marketplaces through Facebook and Instagram, and cowhide products produced by the Suka Mandiri business group as a local industry can be marketed in a fairly wide range.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN DOSIS PUPUK KANDANG SAPI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.) LOKAL BUTON MENGGUNAKAN MULSA PLASTIK

This study aims to determine the effect of cow manure application on the growth and production of shallots. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory of Experimental Gardens II, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari, at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level, from November to January 2022. The study used a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of seven treatments. B0 (without treatment), B1 (cow manure 12.5 t ha-1), B2 (cow manure 15 t ha-1), B3 (cow manure 17.5 t ha-1), B4 (cow manure 20 t ha-1), B5 (cow manure 20 t ha-1), and B6 (cow manure 25 t ha-1). Each treatment was repeated four times so that there were 28 experimental units. Variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, plant fresh heavy, plant dry weight, tuber fresh heavy and productivity. The results showed that the dose of cow manure on the growth and yield of local Buton shallots had a significant effect on all growth and yield variables of the Buton local shallots. The best treatment was obtained at a dose of cow manure 25 t ha-1 with a plant height of 29.36 cm, number of leaves 15.00 strands, number of tillers 6.00 tillers, number of tubers 7.00, plant fresh heavy 24.62 g, weight dry plant 1.59 g, tuber fresh heavy 166.70, and productivity 1.67 t ha-1.

Textbook still useful in the covid-19 era: Investigation perceptions of students at the university

The COVID-19 era presents many obstacles for students to study and gain knowledge about physical education, so it is necessary to use textbooks thus enabling them to master the subject matter more optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions at the university level about physical education learning model textbooks during COVID-19. This research uses mixed methods. Twenty five subjects from sports students at Halu Oleo University are willing to contribute to this research. Quantitative data collection techniques are through questionnaires while qualitative data collection is through in-depth interviews. The results of the research quantitatively found that most of the subjects had a very agreeable perception of the use of textbooks in the COVID-19 era. While the results of qualitative research indicate that the majority of subjects give the perception that physical education learning model textbooks have quality material content, use of language and good design. In addition, they consider that physical education learning model textbooks are pedagogical tools that have many benefits when used during the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is to increase knowledge. Therefore, one of the efforts that can be made so that sports students have the willingness to learn during the COVID-19 pandemic is to provide quality textbooks.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Peningkatan Dan Pemeliharaan Irigasi Di Desa Lupia Kecamatan Kabangka Kabupaten Muna

The Lupia Village irrigation network was formed in 1981 through farmer groups from the results of non-governmental organizations. Currently the government has given attention and assistance both through the village fund budget and central government funding assistance, however, there is still a need for program sustainability from related parties. The results of the identification were carried out, namely that there were still few people who did not understand about the more effective use of irrigation water, so that there was always a crop failure where other plots of rice fields had excess water while the farthest plots did not get water. The area of land used by the community is currently around + 35 hectares, but the available land and the potential to be used as rice fields are around + 90 hectares, so that what has not been functioned as rice fields is about + 55 hectares. Seeing this condition, it is very potential to be developed to be able to increase the production of rice fields in Lupia Village, from this potential, the Lecturer of the Faculty of Engineering, Halu Oleo University as part of the Tridarma of Higher Education, carries out community service activities through the transfer of knowledge so that the community can develop, increase production, and improve community welfare, especially the residents of Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The methods used are socialization, technical guidance, training on procedures for implementing technical irrigation canal development so that water is not wasted and can be fully utilized by farming communities. The expected result is that the community can increase the yield of lowland rice production. Seeing the potential of Lupia Village in Kabangka District, it is hoped that the program can be carried out continuously so that it can increase income and a better standard of living for its people.

Tolerance of lonkida (Nauclea orientalis L.) seedlings inoculated with mycorrhizae against drought and waterlogging stress

Abiotic stress is a limiting factor for plant growth and development. The use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can reduce the negative effects of abiotic stress. This study aimed to determine the tolerance of <em>Nauclea orientalis</em> inoculated with mycorrhizae to drought and waterlogging stresses. This research was carried out at the Indonesian Mycorrhizal Association’s greenhouse and Forestry laboratory University of Halu Oleo in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, from March to June 2019. The study used a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor was Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) inoculations (A) consisting of a control, AMF types of <em>Acaulospora</em> <em>sp.-1</em>, and <em>Claroideoglomus etunicatum. </em> The secod factor was environmental stress treatments (B) consisting of a control, soil moisture 25% of field capacity, 50% of field capacity, inundated as high the polybag (9 cm high) and inundated over the polybag. The results showed that local AMF was effective in improving plant growth. Interaction between inoculation of <em>Acaulospora</em> sp.-1 and environmental stress significantly increased AMF colonization on the <em>N. orientalis</em> roots. Inoculation of <em>C.etunicatum</em> significantly improved the <em>N. orientalis</em> growth. The treatment of drought stress with a field of 50% field capacity negatively influenced plant dry weight and the relative growth of the <em>N. orientalis</em>.

Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Perubahan Sosial dalam Pendidikan

This study aims to determine whether the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on social changes in education, with the methods used, namely qualitative methods and types of field research, the research location was conducted at Halu Oleo University on January 25 - February 5, 2021. used in qualitative research is observation, interviews, while the data analysis used in this study is data analysis conclusion / verification.

Exploration of Physics Problem-Solving Ability in Physics Education College Student: The Concept of Buoyancy

This study explored the ability of college students to solve problems involving buoyant force materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects of Physics Education college students at Halu Oleo University who have programmed the Basic Physics I course. The instrument used was a description of five questions and interview guidelines to explore quantitative findings. The results of the analysis showed that the overall problem-solving ability of college students was still relatively low, with an average score of 40.6. The low problem-solving ability of college students on the concept of buoyancy in expressing the ratio of the lifting force of objects in different fluids determined the lifting force of an object by applying an equation and selecting the buoyancy experienced by an object in a liquid. The difficulties experienced by a college student generally in understanding problems had an impact on completion due to a lack of mastery of concepts. Thus, they could impact appropriately.

The effect of organic manure on the growth of dwarf banana (Musa paradisiaca L. ) under the natural shade

This study aims to determine the effect of organic fertilizer application on dwarf banana Cavendish (Musa paradisiaca L.) in natural shade and determine the dose of fertilizer that gives the best effect on the growth of banana. The research conducted at Field Garden, Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with organic fertilizer treatment consisting of control (P0/control), 87.5 g per polybag (P1), 170 g per polybag (P2), 262.5 g per polybag (P3), 350 g per polybag (P4), 437.5 g per polybag (P5) and 525 g per polybag (P6). Every treatment repeated three times. The variables observed were plant height, leaf number and leaf area. The results showed that organic fertilizer affected the growth of plant height, leaf number and leaf area. The treatment of organic fertilizer of goat manure at a dose of 170 g per polybag was a good dose of fertilizer in stimulating the growth of banana plants.
