Scholarly Views And Analysis On Forged Hadith About Rajab Sunnah Prayers

Rajab is a sacred month in the Islamic calendar that is historically and religiously significant. Muslims regard this month as an opportunity to engage in increased worship, repentance, and preparation for the upcoming Ramadan. There are numerous hadiths about supplementary deeds to be practiced in the month of Rajab. However, some of them are reported as forged hadiths and need to be clarified to our community. Therefore, the objectives of this paperwork are to identify forged hadith focusing on performing sunnah prayers in Rajab and to analyse the chain of narrators and hadith status based on hadith scholars’ reports. This study applies the qualitative method based on library research by collecting data from books, paper works, and websites related to the study. Next, the content analysis method is used to analyse the evaluation and views of hadith scholars by referring to the collection of forged hadith books written by Ibn al-Jawzi, al-Suyuti, al-Shawkani, and Ibn ‘Iraq. The finding shows that there are five topics of forged hadiths related to sunnah prayers in Rajab which are sunnah prayer at the beginning of Rajab, sunnah prayer during the month of Rajab, al-Ragha’ib prayer, Nisf Rajab prayer, and Isra’ Mi’raj prayer.

The Forty-Hadith is one of the most famous compilations of hadith books and the most authored and diverse. It shows the great mastery of the hadith scholars in the method of classifying their forties, their conditions, and their contents, and the diversity of their approaches and topics dealt with different purposes. Their creativity in renewing the approach of hadith and its presentation to Muslims generally. Forty hadiths that collect 40 hadiths of our prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, on various topics and purposes. This type of work has a significant place in the Islamic religious culture. This article attempts to brief and contribute in this sector, especially in studying the literature of the 40 Hadith of Malaysian scholars, and the researcher applies the inductive method by collecting the relevant scientific material and describing it briefly. This article shows the abundance of the Forty-Hadith works in Malaysia and the diversity of their content.

Integrative Mathematics: Mathematical Concepts in Hadiths with the Theme of Uqiyah

The study of Islamic-integrated mathematics has goals that align with national education's goals, namely creating students who are devoted to God Almighty and have noble character. Islamic-integrated mathematics plays a role in collaborating mathematical concepts derived from the Quran and hadith. In the books of hadith, the discussion of uqiyah is always related to mathematical concepts. This study aims to explore the mathematical concepts contained in the uqiyah-themed traditions. A qualitative method with a literature review approach was used in this research. Data were obtained from analysing relevant books, books of hadith, journal articles, and proceedings. The results of this study revealed the existence of the concept of linear equation, the idea of equivalent comparison, the concept of function, and the concept of equation of a line through two points in the hadith related to uqiyah. In addition, examples of the application of mathematical integration in elementary and junior high school mathematics problems are presented

منهج القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية في إدارة الأزمة الاجتماعية (أزمة الإفك) نموذجاً

This article attempts to highlight the approach of the Holy Qur’an &Sunnah in managing crises by presenting some models and ways to solve them. This includes the social crisis that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was exposed to, which is the crisis of defamation. This was a difficult ordeal, and it was a plot planned by the enemies of Islam and propagated by the hypocrites in order to distort the image of the Prophet. However, the Qur’an revealed the innocence of the honorable and chaste Mother of the Believers, and condemned the people of hypocrisy. The study aims to consolidate the management of social crises, to illustrate the approach of the Holy Qur’an, and to present new material that highlights the greatness of the Qur’an and its ability to address all human crises. This will be done by consulting ancient and modern interpretations of the Qur’an, as well as modern social crisis management science books and and the prophetic approach by referring to the books of hadith. The study included the results drawn from this crisis, such as the fact that falsification, in its concept in the current era and in the dictionaries of the ancient Arabic language, leads to the occurrence of crises and destroys society. The study also concluded that rumours have harmful consequences. The crisis of defamation also has reasons that led to its eruption, goals, and stages it went through. The truth emerged and falsehood was destroyed with the revelation of the Noble Qur’an to the innocence of Aisha, may God be pleased with her. The researcher recommended the necessity of directing Quranic & Sunnah studies to all issues affecting the individual and society. They also emphasized the need for crisis management and the study of many of the problems of the current era and the search for solutions to these crises through the Holy Qur’an. The researcher proposed that these studies be conducted as objective scientific Qur’anic studies and through the prophetic Sunnah and studying it as an objective prophetic study.

Prinsip-Prinsip Penyampaian Pesan Dalam Al Qur’an Perspektif Tafsir Al-Azhar

The Quran contains teachings that regulate human life in all aspects and its teachings apply at all times. The teachings in the Koran are universal, which means that the teachings of the Quran can be practiced by all mankind. This is no exception regarding communication as a human activity in everyday life. This research attempts to find the principles of conveying messages in the Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The research was conducted using a literature review method (library research). Researchers explore data and information from the Quran, the Book of Hadith, the Book of Tafsir, journals, books, documents, records of historical stories or pure literature research related to the research object. The research results found that the principles of conveying messages in the Al-Quran include: Qoulan Sadida, Qoulan Ma'rufa, Qoulan Baligha, Qoulan Maiysura, Qoulan Layyina, Qoulan Karima. The values ​​taught in these principles are honesty, justice, kindness, straight, smooth, polite, appropriate, respectful, solemn, optimistic, beautiful, pleasant, logical, eloquent, clear, precise, touching, harmonious, impressive, calm, effective, gentle, generous, gentle, and humble.

Tirmizî'nin el-Câmiʿu’ṣ-Ṣaḥîḥ Eserinde Hadisleri Tercih Metodu: Siyer Bâbı Örneği

Tirmidhī's al-Jāmiʿ al-Ṣaḥīḥ is considered to be one of the most important books in the Kutub al-Sittah. He asked questions about the hadiths and their ilal (the unclear, hidden problematic defects of the narration) that includes in his book to important muhaddith of his period such as Abū Zur'a al-Rāzī (d. 264/878), al-Bukhārī (d. 256/870), and al-Dārimī (d. 255/869) and mentioned these questions in his book. After complied his book, Tirmidhī sent it to many different regions and gained the appreciation of famous scholars there. He pointed to the reliability of his work when he said, "Whoever has this book in his house means there is a Prophet speaking in his house." Tirmidhī is a scholar who has distinguished very well the defects that harm the authenticity of hadith and are difficult to detect, and who has made important contributions to the science of ilal. With his works in the field of ilal, he showed that he was a strong critic of hadith. In his most important work, al-Jāmiʿu ṣ-Ṣaḥīḥ, he demonstrated his deep knowledge in this field by making preferences between narrations. This study aims to contribute to revealing this aspect of Tirmidhī. Every author writes his book for a purpose. He reveals this purpose through the methods that he follows. In this sense, revealing the methods followed by an author in writing his book means revealing his purpose. Tirmidhī composited his book according to the fiqh chapters and first mentioned the hadith that was in dispute or hadith with a problem and then mentioned the saheeh narration. Islamic scholars who have studied the methods of hadith books have mentioned many different methods that Tirmidhī used in his book. Repetition of hadiths, his specialization in the text and sanad, including jarh and ta'dīl information about the narrators, stating the degree of authenticity of the hadith, and touching upon the opinions of different sects and scholars about the hadith are some of these methods. This study examines Tirmidhī's methodology regarding the criteria according to which he prefers hadiths with a special focus on the chapter of Siyar. The primary sources were the commentaries on al-Jāmiʿu al-Ṣaḥīḥ and the books of ilal, cerh, and taʿdīl. Among these commentaries are ʿAriżat al-Aḥwadhī fī sharḥ al-Tirmidhī by Abū Bakr Ibn al-ʿArabī (d. 543/1148), al-Kashmirī's (d. 1933), al-Arfu al-Shazi Sharh al-Ṣaḥīḥ al-Tirmidhī, and al-Mubārakfūrī's (d. 1934) Tuḥfat al-aḥwazī bi-sharḥi Jāmiʿi al-Tirmidhī. As for the Ilāl type of sources, the first one is al-Tirmidhī's (d. 279/892) al-ʿIlāl al-Ṣaġīr, followed by Ahmad b. Ḥanbal's (d. 241/855) Kitāb al-ʿIlāl wa maʿrifat al-ricāl. On the subject of Jarh and Ta'dīl, Ibn Abū Hātim al-Rāzī's (d. 327/938) al-Jarh wa't-Ta'dīl was consulted. Seventy hadiths were mentioned in the chapter of siyar, which we will discuss. These hadiths were analyzed one by one to determine the reasons for Tirmidhī's preference among the hadiths, and it was seen that he made a preference for 8 hadiths in the Siyar section. As an example of these, he has mentioned the unclear, hidden problematic defects of al-Bahṭarī's narration from Salmān al-Fārisī due to the incompleteness of the narration and preferred the other complete narrations. Another example is that he accepted the narration about the distribution of the spoils through 'Abdullah b. 'Umar because its narrators were thika', and he did not prefer the narration of Mujammi' b. Jariyah, Ibn 'Abbas, and Abu 'Amrah because they were weak and unknown narrators. As a result, we can say that when he prefers hadiths, he takes into account whether they are muttaasıl, munkati', marfū, mawquf, Ṣaḥīḥ or weak, or whether they can be acted upon in terms of fiqh.

Hadiths Classification Using a Novel Author-Based Hadith Classification Dataset (ABCD)

Religious studies are a rich land for Natural Language Processing (NLP). The reason is that all religions have their instructions as written texts. In this paper, we apply NLP to Islamic Hadiths, which are the written traditions, sayings, actions, approvals, and discussions of the Prophet Muhammad, his companions, or his followers. A Hadith is composed of two parts: the chain of narrators (Sanad) and the content of the Hadith (Matn). A Hadith is transmitted from its author to a Hadith book author using a chain of narrators. The problem we solve focuses on the classification of Hadiths based on their origin of narration. This is important for several reasons. First, it helps determine the authenticity and reliability of the Hadiths. Second, it helps trace the chain of narration and identify the narrators involved in transmitting Hadiths. Finally, it helps understand the historical and cultural contexts in which Hadiths were transmitted, and the different levels of authority attributed to the narrators. To the best of our knowledge, and based on our literature review, this problem is not solved before using machine/deep learning approaches. To solve this classification problem, we created a novel Author-Based Hadith Classification Dataset (ABCD) collected from classical Hadiths’ books. The ABCD size is 29 K Hadiths and it contains unique 18 K narrators, with all their information. We applied machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) approaches. ML was applied on Sanad and Matn separately; then, we did the same with DL. The results revealed that ML performs better than DL using the Matn input data, with a 77% F1-score. DL performed better than ML using the Sanad input data, with a 92% F1-score. We used precision and recall alongside the F1-score; details of the results are explained at the end of the paper. We claim that the ABCD and the reported results will motivate the community to work in this new area. Our dataset and results will represent a baseline for further research on the same problem.

Bundo Kanduang : Women's Leadership (Thematic Hadith Study)

Bundo Kanduang is a female leader in Minangkabau. Its role is not only in the domestic level of her people's household, but also in the public sphere. This paper reviews the leadership of bundo kanduang in the perspective of Hadith by using a thematic Hadith approach. This literature research uses Hadith books and related articles bundo kanduang as primary and secondary sources. The results showed that the position of bundo kanduang as limpapeh rumah nan gadang, umbuak puruak pegangan kunci, pusek jalo kumpulan tali,nan gadang basa batuah contain noble values that are in line with the hadiths of the prophet who positioned women in a noble place.

KERUKUNAN UMAT BERAGAMA DARI TINJAUAN HADIS (PROBLEMATIKA EPISTEMOLOGIS)

<em>The study of religious harmony is important, because religious sentiments often lead to conflict of tension. Not only in Indonesia, but also in other parts of the world, although social, political, economic factors are quite coloring, but the role of religion can not be denied in social conflict. This is meanly related to the lack of tolerance towards other faiths. Among the way to create religious harmony is to examine the framework of islamic epistemology analysis on the basis of religious harmony. Islamic epistemology believes in the source of the truth of revelation, reasion, empirical, and intuition. The methods and tools used in the search of truth are the guidence of revelation, reasion, empirical, and intuition. The Theological basis examined in this study is derived from The Hadiths of The Prophet Muhammad that are relevant with religious harmony. This study is included in the literature study category with primary data taken from the books of hadiths and supported by secondary data from various books that examine the religious harmony. Islamic epistemology is used as an analytical blade of foundation for exploring sourches of truth which are related to the foundations of religious harmony in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad which later expected to grow awareness to respect each other. This step is expected to be one of intersections that bridges the realization of religious harmony, especially in Indonnesia.</em>

Marital Status Of The Infertile Spouse In A Polygamous Marriage In Malaysia (Analysis Based On The Islamic Family Law Negeri Selangor In 2003 Section 23)

The local community's rationale is somewhat troubled by the polygamy of an infertile spouse. This demonstrates the husband's egotism because it is the husband who is to blame, not the wife, for the absence of it. However, the fact is that many polygamous activities are still practiced by regular spouses in defiance of Islamic law, and as a result, many women continue to suffer due to their husbands' egocentric behavior. This type of polygamy also begs the logical concerns of why infertile husbands opt to practice it and what factors the Selangor Sharia Court Judge takes into account when rendering decisions in polygamy cases involving infertile husbands. However, there are extremely few of these marriages. The judge's decisions that are directly related to the Selangor State Court and also related to the primary studies are standard books, books of propositions and hadiths, the al-Qur'an, and Enactments of the Islamic Family Law in Malaysia are used in this writing study as secondary sources, providing additional information to support this discussion.

Evaluating Hadith Textbooks at the Intermediate Stage in the Light of the Purpose of Shariah in Saudi Arabia

هدفت الدراسة تقويم مقررات الحديث الشريف بالمرحلة المتوسطة بالسعودية من خلال مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة، ويتكون المجتمع من مقررات الحديث في المرحلة المتوسطة، واستخدم الباحث قائمة تحليل تكونت من ثلاثة محاور: المقاصد الضرورية, والمقاصد الحاجية, والمقاصد التحسينية, واحتوت على (106) موضوعًا، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وكان أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن هناك ضعفاً في تضمين مقاصد "حفظ العقل"، و"حفظ النفس"، و"حفظ المال"، و"حفظ النسل" في كتب الحديث، وأيضاً تبين أن هناك ضعفاً في تضمين المقاصد الحاجية في كتب الحديث، كما احتوت كتب الحديث بالمرحلة المتوسطة على تكرارات جيدة للمقاصد التحسينية.

The Role of Sanad Studies in Ensuring the Authenticity of Mu'allaq Balaghât Hadiths in the Book of Muwatta' Malik

One of the separate studies in hadith scholarship is Imam Malik's narration model using sighat tahammul which is different from other scholars. That is with the hadiths balâghât (hadiths beginning with "بلغني" or "أنه بلغه" In the study of sanad in general, the hadith belongs to the category of munqathi' (sanad interrupted. This study focuses on the hadiths of Balaghât Muwattha' which are categorized as mu'allaq (dependent), by using the method of takhrîj hadith with the approach of I'tibâr, which examines the existence of other hadiths al-kutub at-tis'ah that support the narration of Imam Malik. From research it can be concluded, that the hadith balâghât mu'allaq in Kitab al-Muwaththa' has a muttashil supporting history from other hadith books, especially al-kutub at-tis'ah, so that with the existence of other muttashil narrations, making the hadith balâghât mu'allaq Malik can be used as a hujjah.

Takhrij Study and Understanding of Hadith on The Main Basis of Implementing The Sadakah Basorakan Tradition

This research aims to determine the quality of the hadith and the understanding of the Ulama which is the main foundation for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency, to carry out the sadakah basorakan tradition which is considered an act of ridicule for other communities. This study uses the library research method of hadith which is the main foundation of the sadakah basorakan tradition. Primary data sources, namely the book mu'jam Al-Mufahras li Al-Hadith, Tis'ah pole, book of rijalul hadith and books of syarah hadith. While the secondary sources are books, related journal articles. The results of the study show that the hadith which is the basis for the community in carrying out the sadakah basorakan tradition has a dhaif status, because there is a hadith sanad who has been harassed by the scholars. But the Nasa'i priest considers this hadith to be a hasan lighairihi hadith, even though this hadith has the status of dhaif and there are no other hadiths that support it to rise to the status of hasan lighairihi hadith, this hadith does not conflict with other hadiths, the verses of the Qur'an or ijma' scholars. In terms of the understanding of scholars, this hadith can be practiced as a motivation in worship, especially in alms giving for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency.

Analysis of Guarantee’s Rights in Marriage by Perspective of Womens’s Study Center of Sunan Kalijaga UIN: A gander Perspective Study

Based on the changing meaning of ijbar, which the majority of Indonesians equate with ikrah, especially from the gender perspective of the Women's Study Center at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, researchers are encouraged to do the following research . From the perspective of gender institutions, what is the development of the implementation of Ijbar rights in Indonesia today? Equality, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Women's Studies Center? (3) Women's human rights degraded as a result of forced marriage as a result of the use of ijbar in marriage, based on the perspective of UIN Sunan Kalijaga's Center for Women's Studies What are the legal protections for the research? As a research type, we have adopted a field research with a statutory formal approach. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis in multiple stages such as pre-study, data processing, data validity check and data analysis. All data were obtained by observation and interview methods. The research showed that after the enactment of the Marriage Law and the compilation of Islamic law, absolute rights to izibals became unenforceable in Indonesia. Many articles indicate that permission for newlyweds or would-be couples is an important part of the wedding ceremony itself. According to UIN Sunan Kalijaga's Center for Women's Studies, Ijbar's conception of her Fiqh There are legal grounds. The basis is in the hadiths of the Prophet found in various hadith books. As one of the concepts forming the legal basis of fiqh in relation to the rule of law, fiqh experts hold mixed opinions on forced marriage (ijbar). The Women's Studies Center at UIN Sunan Kalijaga offers her two types of legal protection in terms of Islamic law to women whose human rights have been violated as a result of marriage to Ijbar rights. First, all women have an equal right to choose a partner. Second, women may be asked by their guardians permission to marry without their knowledge or consent.

Arguments of the Critics of Texts of Some Ahadith of Al_Sahihayin and their Discussion

There have been many writings in our time criticizing the ahadith al-Sahihayn, which are the two soundest books of the Prophetic hadith. Most of these criticisms focus on the criticism of the text. Arguments of those who weaken the ahadith are many, and some writings discuss such criticisms; however, they focus on Sanad (i.e., chains of hadith narrators), where many of them discuss the criticism of a particular hadith. To the best of my knowledge, I have not come across either a book or a research paper concerned with gathering and discussing all arguments of the critics of the text. Thus, what are the arguments in question? What are the scientific bases to be applied to their discussions? How can each of these arguments be refuted? This research aims to answer such questions by adopting the extrapolation, analysis, and criticism approaches, where I extrapolate the critics arguments, understand them, and then discuss them. I found the critics of the text using eighteen arguments, the most important of which are violating legal texts, reason, empirical science, reality, or that the hadith is borrowed from Israelites, the people of the book. In this research, I present the scientific principles for discussing such arguments wherever necessary, discussed each argument theoretically, and discussed an example for each argument. I have reached twelve conclusions, the most important of which is that the critics’ arguments result from a shortcoming in gathering the narrations, incorrect understanding of the legal texts, or the rational or scientific issue, or that some arguments have no evidence.
 

نقد أحاديث كسب الرزق : تخريج أحاديث كتاب إصلاح الحال بطلب الحلال للسيد عثمان

Hadith has an essential role in the ethical guidelines for seeking halal sustenance. This article aims to trace the validity and quality of the hadith in Sayyid Utsman al-Batawi's work entitled "Islah al-Hal bi Thalab al-Halal", a book that discusses virtues and prohibition of people lawfully seeking sustenance with hadiths of the Prophet as its validation. The method used in this article is the Takhrij method by al-'Iraqi in his work "al-Mughni". The method involves citing hadith text, mentioning narrators from the Prophet's sahabah, and concisely listing the sources and qualities of hadith.
 The results are from 29 hadiths validating seeking halal sustenance in this book 19 hadiths have sahih quality, five hadiths have dha'if qualities, 17 hadiths have hasan quality, and two hadiths have not been judged due to lack of data and sources. On the other hand, the sources of hadith in this book are from Kutubuttis'ah and primary hadith books such as Mu'jam al-Thabrani and al-Mustadrak. Nevertheless, Sayyid Uthman did not appear to refer to these sources directly, but he quoted them from secondary references such as Ihya 'Ulumiddin by Imam al-Ghazali.

WACANA ISBAL DALAM MEME HADIS; ANALISIS KONTEN PADA AKUN FACEBOOK @produsensirwal

Wearing cingkrang pants is a sunnah that can be found in many hadith books. Many scholars have tried to examine the sunnah to get the correct understanding. However, over time the culture has changed. Such as the invitation to wear cingkrang pants and leave Islamic law circulating on social media. Unfortunately there is no detailed explanation to explain the purpose of the sunnah. In order to clarify the understanding of the concept of isbal in the Prophet's hadith, the researcher compiled an article that explored the meaning of isbal in the hadith memes by comparing it with the opinions of the scholars regarding the Prophet's hadith regarding isbal. This type of research includes qualitative research with the object of the Facebook account @produsensirwal. The analytical method used is content analysis. From a search of the Facebook account @produsensirwal, it is known that the concept of isbal in the hadith meme posted by the Facebook account @produsensirwal is that wearing clothes that extend above the ankles is haram. But on the other hand, the Facebook account @produsensirwal also uses the hadith meme about isbal to promote its wares, namely sirwal trousers. Of course, this is unacceptable considering the way the Facebook account @produsensirwal uses a hadith meme that is not accompanied by a detailed explanation. Moreover, the Facebook account @produsensirwal also takes advantage of the hadith meme about isbal as a marketing strategy under the guise of religion.

SANAD AND MATAN CRITICISM IN THE FRAMEWORK OF HADITH STUDIES

Sanad and matan criticism in the study of hadith science is a basic concept that needs to be understood and analyzed to strengthen belief in the quality and quantity of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. Sanad is a series of hadith narrators starting from friends who got it from Rasulullah to the last narrator. Meanwhile, matan is the content of the hadith itself. In particular, this research is expected to provide an understanding of sanad and matan criticism within the frame of hadith study, to determine the validity of hadith. Using a qualitative approach through library research, the author focuses on the object of the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. which have been collected in hadith books or books. The literature study in this research is based on various references, both in the form of books, journals, and articles that are relevant to the theme of the writing. The results of this study indicate that the criticism of sanad and matan within the framework of hadith science is a science that examines the origins of the hadith transmission, the entire narration in a hadith with the existing characteristics and forms, as well as the matan to determine the quality and quantity of hadith which in turn will determine whether a hadith can be accepted or rejected as evidence in Islamic law.

Food Mixing According to Al-Hadith and Its Application in Product Manufacturing by Sidratul Company: A Case Study

The main aim of this study is to analyse the guidance of the Prophet s.a.w. related to food mixing and identify applications in manufacturing products involving food mixing by the Sidratul company. This study uses a qualitative data collection approach through library research and case studies involving interviews as a research strategy. For the method of data collection through library research, the study refer to two books of hadith that are recognised for their authenticity, namely Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim and related articles. For the case study, semi-structured interviews were used for data collection and supported by scrutiny of essential documents from the company. A total of fifteen informants, top management, officer and clerks were interviewed to obtain in-depth data. For the data analysis method, the thematic analysis method has been used with the help of ATLAS.ti software version 7. The results show that five food mixing principles can be extracted based on fiqh al-Hadith. Meanwhile, application point of view, the company produces products based on food mixing either in its production or as an OEM. The final part of this study also suggests guidelines for manufacturing products and food mixtures based on the sunnah.

It must be emphasized that the title of the manuscript and its attribution to its author are fixed, as they were mentioned in his introduction, the classifier said: “The poorest of the servants to the Most Generous, the Creator, Abd al-Jawad Ibn Sheikh Ali al-Abyari… says I called this investigationas: The lovers' picnic of the oddities for the hankered.” We have investigated this manuscript according to the sections mentioned by the classifier, and we called this research (The lovers' picnic of the oddities for the hankered- section about what was mentioned of the wisdom in four wo), in which it was limited to the texts of wisdom that came to four words in the various sources of hadith books, and Arabic literature books, and there are some texts that we did not investigate them in what we found from different sources.Whosoever reads the title of the main manuscript, it comes to his mind at first glance that the material of this manuscript is love and infatuation, but in fact it is the opposite. As we find from the Hadith, sayings, proverbs and poems that have such directive advice which can be considered as a doctrine for those who want to achieve success on both lives- the earth and hereafter. As for the handwritten copy approved in the investigation, it is a single and unique copy in which was written by the classifier, illustrated by its original preserved at Princeton University, Yehuda Collection, No.: (4145), in the volume: (127b - 146b).However, the photocopy that we obtained from Juma Al Majid Center, was preserved at number: (375048), lacked accuracy in photography, and some of its words were blurred, which made our work more difficult.
