He holds an MA degree from Kearney State College in Education and has been chief of the Staff and Faculty Development Division, Academy of Health Sciences, Fort Sam Houston, TX; chief of the Administrative Support Branch, SHAPE, Belgium; and platoon leader and executive officer, Stuttgart, W. Germany.
