МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЯКОСТІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ В ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ КОЛЕДЖАХ

The position that the quality of training in higher education was evaluated by the level of knowledge, abilities and skills was substantiated for a long time. Currently, the global situation has changed. And that is why new approaches to developing methods and tools for evaluating the quality of training of future specialists are needed. The purpose of the article was to consider the methodological aspects of assessing the quality of professional training of specialists in economic colleges and to characterize scientific approaches to the diagnosis of the results of professional training of specialists in institutions of vocational higher education of an economic profile. In the process of research, the provisions of qualitative and systematic approaches, methods of comparative analysis of the content of domestic and foreign scientific publications devoted to the theory and practice of evaluating the quality of professional training of specialists were used. The methodological problems of measuring students' knowledge and the adequacy of their evaluation from the point of view of implemented professional standards were determined. Various approaches to evaluating the quality of education and its results were described; assessment procedure and the main tools as well as the criteria, parameters, indicators and norms were highlighted as guidelines in the selection of evaluation standards. It has been established that the current stage of development of domestic professional higher education is determined by the competence orientation of the educational system, the main result of which is the formation of future professional junior bachelors' abilities to effectively carry out professional activities. In general, the quality of professional training of specialists in economic colleges was determined by establishing the compliance of the training results of education seekers with the requirements of qualification standards or educational and professional programs. Definition and application of principles, formulation of goals, selection and structuring of content, definition of objects, subjects, design of means, methods and forms of evaluation will provide an opportunity to create an effective system of diagnostics of the quality of training of professional junior bachelors in economic colleges. Discipline «project management» as an elective for future professional junior bachelors in agricultural specialties

The article analyzes modern definitions of "project management" given by Ukrainian and foreign scientists. Based on these, the characteristics of project activities are presented and motivation for studying and applying project activities is formed, particularly for students pursuing the educational degree of "Professional Junior Bachelor". It is noted that project management has stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, and the motivations include satisfying the individual's need for free choice of activity, high interest of executors, focus on results and quality assurance of achieved goals, adherence to implementation deadlines, compliance with the project execution plan, use of only limited resources provided, customer satisfaction from high-quality implementation, and the opportunity for employee training. The competencies that a student of a professional pre-higher education institution in agriculture should acquire are studied, and those competencies that can be formed in the process of studying the discipline "Project Management" are identified. The educational and professional programs for training professional junior bachelors in the specialties "201 Agronomy", "073 Management", "208 Agroengineering" in the 2023-2024 academic year in a number of professional agricultural pre-higher education institutions were analyzed, and it was found that they lack the discipline "Project Management". The necessity of introducing the discipline "Project Management" into the educational process of training professional junior bachelors in agricultural specialties is substantiated, as an elective course, taking into account the basic principles of forming elective disciplines, which usually include ensuring students' right to choose educational disciplines, creating an individual educational trajectory, and the correspondence of elective disciplines to labor market requirements and student interests.

Amplifying Education: A Case Study in Advancing Academic Centres at Norwich University

Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the United States, aims to prepare future military and civilian leaders to navigate leadership and educational challenges successfully. One method of preparing leaders is through academic centres. Drawing on seven years of data from the John and Mary Frances Patton Peace and War Center and six years at the Center for Global Resilience and Security at Norwich University, this article shows how this task is accomplished by formally establishing research centres that exist outside of regular academic programming. The centres are uniquely positioned to understand the priorities of the US Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Command and the US Department of Defense to prepare future junior military leaders to be prepared for twenty-first-century security challenges. Particular attention is given to how experiential learning, leadership laboratories, and research have prepared cadets to be effective junior military leaders. For each core area, we apply Bloom’s hierarchical models to maximise cognitive, affective, and sensory learning objectives. Examples are provided to elucidate the paradigm and outlined objectives further. The article concludes by highlighting the impact of centres across the Norwich community. Evaluation of National Anaesthetics Teaching in Undergraduate Medicine (ENATUM).

During a global pandemic where anaesthetists play a pertinent role in treating coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), it is crucial to inspire medical students to consider a career in anaesthetics and perioperative care. Where anaesthetic skills are vital for all surgical foundation doctors, regardless of whether they have a rotation in anaesthetics, this study seeks to establish the current level of exposure to anaesthetics in the UK medical schools' curriculum and evaluate if the current anaesthetic undergraduate curriculum is sufficient to prepare students to pass their exams and perform the duties expected of them as future junior doctors. A 35-item structured questionnaire, registered at University College London Hospital Research & Development (R&D), was distributed amongst foundation doctors who had graduated from UK universities within the previous 3 years between August and October 2020. In total, 239 participants completed the questionnaire from 34 UK medical schools. Despite 90.0% of participants being allocated an 'anaesthesia' placement, 54.0% spent <15 hours shadowing an anaesthetist throughout their medical school. Of participants, 38.5% agreed that their anaesthetic teaching was sufficient compared to teaching of other specialities, with 48.6% of students not satisfied with the teaching provided to meet anaesthetic learning outcomes set by The Royal College of Surgeons of England; 72.4% said they would have benefited from additional anaesthetic teaching, with 80.7% stating it would have increased understanding into the speciality; and 71.5% stated a short course in anaesthetics alongside undergraduate training would have been beneficial. Our results demonstrate that there is a lack of standardization in undergraduate anaesthetics teaching nationally and an additional undergraduate anaesthetic teaching programme is required to increase understanding and provide further insight into anaesthetics. Key messages: The emergence of the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has halted undergraduate medical education, in particular perioperative medicine and surgery.Exposure to anaesthesia is already limited in the medical undergraduate curriculum, with a limited number of anaesthesia-themed foundation rotations available for junior doctors.Recent UK graduates feel that undergraduate anaesthetics education is inadequate at medical school, reporting a lack of confidence in applying undergraduate anaesthesia learning outcomes.Additional anaesthetic teaching and online teaching methods are suggested ways of improving the delivery of undergraduate anaesthetic education.Can a national, standardized anaesthetics teaching curriculum improve the undergraduate knowledge base of anaesthesia?

У статті акцентовано увагу на важливості формування соціокультурної компетентності студентів спеціальності 061 Журналістика у процесі вивчення української мови у вищих навчальних закладах І-ІІ рівнів акредитації. Окреслено сутність соціокультурної компетентності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів з журналістики, що сприяє усвідомленню себе як носія національних цінностей; формуванню загальної культури, загальнолюдських цінностей, відповідальності за майбутнє Батьківщини; опануванню етики та етичних норм; принципів діалогу з представниками різних поглядів, націй, культур, релігій; формуванню широкого спектру мовленнєвих навичок і умінь; умінь управляти інноваційними процесами та інноваційною діяльністю. Зосереджено увагу на формах і методах навчання, які уможливлюють соціокультурний розвиток української мовної особистості студента.

Perceptions and coping strategies of junior doctors in a Paediatric Emergency Department in Singapore

Introduction: Perceptions towards the working and learning environment as well as coping mechanisms have been studied across different healthcare sectors. They have shown to reduce stress and burnout. However, perceptions of the work environment in the Emergency Department (ED) setting have not been studied in depth. The literature surrounding coping mechanisms also mostly focuses on their impacts rather than the mechanisms utilised. In addition, these were often investigated using surveys. This study aimed to use a phenomenological approach to explore the perceptions and coping strategies of junior doctors working in a paediatric ED. Methods: Sixteen junior doctors working in the Paediatric ED were recruited. Semi-structured interviews were conducted after conducting literature reviews. Data was collected until saturation point. All interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim manually and subsequently analysed. Results: The greatest fears of junior doctors starting their paediatric emergency posting were lack of knowledge due to inexperience in the subspecialty; fear of the work environment due to unfamiliarity as well as workload and the intrinsic high-stress environment. The main coping strategies were ensuring clinical safety, obtaining psychosocial support from loved ones and colleagues, and placing focus on spirituality and wellbeing. Conclusion: In this study, the perceptions and coping strategies of the junior doctors in the Paediatric ED were explored. The findings from this study will help to structure and improve the support given to future junior doctors who rotate to the department as well as better orientate them to allay their pre-conceived notions.

Using the theory of planned behaviour to explain junior nurses' and final-year student nurses' intention to care for COVID-19 patients in China: A multisite cross-sectional study.

AimTo explore junior nurses' and final‐year student nurses' intention to care for COVID‐19 patients amidst the Delta COVID‐19 variant outbreak in China using the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) as a framework.BackgroundThe COVID‐19 pandemic has intensified global nursing shortage. Junior nurses and final‐year student nurses represent the backbone of the future frontline nursing workforce. The TPB is a valid theoretical model for predicting nurses' caring behaviours.MethodsA 47‐item self‐administered questionnaire was disseminated online to a convenience sample of 547 junior nurses and final‐year student nurses located in 13 regions across mainland China.ResultsApproximately 63.4% of the participants intended to care for COVID‐19 patients voluntarily and 65.6% by non‐voluntary assignment. The TPB model significantly predicted 45% of the variance in behavioural intention, subjective norms being the strongest predictor. Gender, vaccination status and ethical perceptions regarding frontline work significantly correlated with the intention to provide care.ConclusionsOur findings highlight the importance of social, organisational and family support underpinning future junior nurses' professional commitment in times of public health crisis.Implications for nursing managementPandemic‐tailored workplace training programmes for nurses/student nurses that emphasize on self‐care and ethical issue discussions are warranted. Hospital managers should collaborate with community partners to offer additional family support for nurses in need.

СТРУКТУРНО-ЗМІСТОВА КОМПОНЕНТА КУРСУ ФІЗИКИ І АСТРОНОМІЇ ПРИ ФОРМУВАННІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ФАХОВОЇ ПЕРЕДВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ІНЖЕНЕРНОГО ПРОФІЛЮ

In the system of institutions of professional higher education of engineering profile, physics is a fundamental science that provides a basis for the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities of general technical and special disciplines. Physics education should be related to the chosen specialty and be based on specific processes and phenomena that underlie the professional activities of the future professional junior bachelor, and therefore should be aimed at the formation of professional competence. Based on the fact that the course of general physics is the basis of teaching professional and special disciplines, it is important to improve the methodology of teaching physics in institutions of professional higher education. We are convinced that the priority area of preparation of future graduates of professional colleges of engineering is the study of physics and astronomy. However, the implementation of the professional direction of teaching physics in engineering colleges is associated with certain objective difficulties: difficulties in reorienting the teaching of physics to professional orientation, optimizing the amount of educational material with a limited number of hours, the complexity of professionally oriented tasks and others. We are convinced that the purpose of education should not include only the formation of knowledge of the course of physics and astronomy. Physics tools should also be used to form knowledge and activities adequate to the professional activities of a graduate of a professional engineering college. Therefore, it is necessary to form such a didactic model of the subject, which, through integration, will include in the content of the course of physics and astronomy of the profile school also a block of concepts aimed at professional activity. It is important to remember that the professional direction of teaching physics and astronomy should also be realized through practice, namely through the performance of professionally oriented laboratory work and solving professionally oriented problems. The difficulty in solving this type of problem is primarily that students do not have professional concepts related to future activities. Thus, there is a relationship between expanding the conceptual apparatus of technical and special disciplines and understanding the content of professionally oriented tasks.

СТАНОВЛЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХОВИХ МОЛОДШИХ БАКАЛАВРІВ З ІНЖЕНЕРІЇ ПРОГРАМНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ

The article examines the state of development of the problem of developing the competitiveness of future professional junior bachelors in software engineering. An analytical review of normative documents and scientific literature was carried out to clarify the concept of "forming the competitiveness of professional junior bachelors in software engineering". The importance of digitization of the professional training of future professional junior bachelors in software engineering is revealed, as a harmonious combination of high rates of development of digital technologies with traditional and innovative methods of influencing the formation of critical and creative thinking. The importance of forming a symbiosis of transversal, professional and digital competencies of future professional junior bachelors in software engineering is determined. It was established that the formation of the competences of future professional junior bachelors in software engineering in professional higher education requires constant updating of the content of the educational program, methods, technologies, tools, and textbooks.

The Effect of Multiple Intelligences Teaching on Biology Learning of High School Students

Theory of multiple intelligences (MI theory) is a new theory of human intelligence structure, which provides theoretical guidance for teaching optimization. This study aims to understand the effect of multiple intelligences teaching on the biological multiple intelligences of high school students. In this quasi-experimental study, the experimental group received instruction based on MI theory and the control group received traditional lectures. The formal multiple intelligences assessment scale [youth version] was used for investigation, comparing and analyzing the difference of multiple intelligences level between experimental group and control group after teaching by T test. The data shows that after the implementation of multiple intelligences teaching, the students in the experimental group are significantly better than the control group in terms of multiple intelligences, indicating that the teaching of metaintelligence has a positive effect on the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore, in the future junior high school biology teaching, the multiple intelligence teaching mode should be applied to tap the potential of each student and achieve better teaching results.

МЕТОДИКА ФОРМУВАННЯ ІНТЕГРОВАНИХ ЗНАНЬ В СИСТЕМІ ПРОФЕСІЙНО ОРІЄНТОВАНОГО НАВЧАННЯ З ФІЗИКИ

The article considers the methods and features of binary classes in physics and disciplines of professional training in agricultural colleges. The results of a survey of teachers of professional agrotechnical colleges on identifying the interdependence of the level of knowledge in physics and disciplines of the professional cycle of training are presented. The advantages of binary integrated classes are determined. Methodical recommendations on the algorithm of conducting and preparing the teacher and students for the binary lesson are offered. There are 3 stages of preparation for the lesson. The first stage is preparatory. Analysis of educational programs in subjects. Topics are selected where it is possible to conduct a binary lesson, its type and purpose are outlined. It is determined which of the subjects will be the basis of the integrated lesson. The second stage is planning the content of the lesson. Work on the content of classes, stages of independent work of students. Each teacher selects material in their direction: interesting facts, illustrations. The third stage – adjustment of the developed materials, rehearsal and control inspection. Students' homework is adjusted on the eve of each subject. The ways of formation of professional competencies of students during the conduct of integrated binary classes in physics and disciplines of the professional cycle of training are considered. The advantages of integrated binary classes are singled out, namely: taking into account the future profession in the study of physics; increase motivation to study physics; non-standard form of organization and holding; various activities in the classroom contribute to a high concentration and the formation of critical thinking skills; productivity and the level of visualization in the classroom increases; interdisciplinary links are established; partnership conditions of communication are created according to the schemes student - student, student - teacher, teacher - student, teacher - teacher; complex formation of students' knowledge is carried out and there is a possibility of creative self-realization of teachers and students in the educational process. This, in turn, improves the quality of training of future junior bachelors. Psychological and Pedagogical Characteristics and Functions of the Future Junior Bachelors-Journalists’ Image

The author summarizes the views of scientists on the essence of the scientific definition of the «image» in the context of pedagogical imageology. The purpose of the article is aimed at the theoretical substantiation of the essence of the scientific definition of "image" and the disclosure of the feasibility of its formation and coverage of the semantic characteristics and functional spectrum of the image. A set of theoretical methods was used to achieve this goal, namely: system-structural analysis and systematization of psychological and pedagogical developments; comparative pedagogical analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, classification and generalization. The results. It is found that from the psychological and pedagogical point of view, the study of the professional and personal image is carried out during: analysis of political image; determination of psychological mechanisms of its formation; research of socio-cultural aspect of the image of the future specialist; the analysis of the practical principles of an image. Based on the generalization of the positions of scientists, it is established that an image plays an important role in the professional activities of future junior bachelors-journalists. The article presents that the professional image has a psychotherapeutic effect for a future journalist. It provides sociability, responsibility, professional confidence, social activity, diplomacy, reflectivity. The article contains a list of contradictions that are resolved during the formation of students majoring in 061 Image Journalism. The author interprets the image as a complex socio-psychological-pedagogical phenomenon, that the individual forms purposefully with the view to emotional and psychological influence and creating others’ impressions and opinions about the bearer of this image. The main semantic characteristics of the image are analyzed, namely: it is formed purposefully and has a specific addressee and the ultimate goal; it is recognized as an image-stereotype used as a «business» image of the individual. It is behavioral by nature and is formed in the process of practical activities. It covers the external component and elements of self-presentation and presentation. It involves a close relationship and interaction between an individual and a group image. It covers the emphasis on specific features that are characteristic of the representative of a particular profession. It depends on the characteristics of a particular society (its values, norms, traditions, attitudes). Conclusions. Based on the generalization of scientific information, the main functions of the image are characterized, which include the following: firstly, the image must have a certain expression, which is subject to a specific goal and corresponds to the real strategy; secondly, it must position a particular organization or leader in front of the target audience; thirdly, the image should motivate the individual to take an active action. In the psychological and pedagogical fields, the practical activities of college teachers in the formation of future journalists' professional image are focused on the development of the flexibility of thinking, creativity, originality and intuition.

CRITERIAL APPROACH TO THE LEGAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE JUNIOR BACHELORS IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN SCIENCES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (HEIs)

The article clarifies the essence of the implementation of the criterial approach to explaining the process of formation of legal competence of future junior bachelors in the field of human sciences of HEIs from two perspectives: structural and methodological.It has been summarized that in the conditions of development of education and informational society, the legal competence of future junior bachelors in the field of human sciences of HEIs cannot be effectively formed without any prior determination of its structure. Legal competence is understood as “an integral quality of a student’s personality, characterized by several features”. These features are the unity of their legal efficiency at the theoretical level and mastering the set of key legal competences; practical readiness and ability to implement professional activities in the modern legal and regulatory field; ability to handle with professional relationships, establish and defend professional rights; self-development and self-improvement of their legal culture and development of legal culture of the society. From the structural perspective, the implementation of the criterial approach to explaining the process of formation of legal competence of future junior bachelors in the field of human sciences of HEIs is reflected in concrete definition of the components of the studied phenomenon. It has been established the key structural elements of the legal competence of future junior bachelors in the field of human sciences of HEIs, which are the following: content components (axiological (value and semantic), epistemological (content and legal), praxeological (functional and activity), reflexive and estimative) as a set of life values, values of professional activity, knowledge and skills to organize this activity in the legal field, reflexive abilities as well as a set of legal competences as generalized ways of action that ensure the productive performance of professional activities.It is determined that the criterial approach to explaining the process of formation of legal competence of future junior bachelors in the field of Human Sciences is the most constructive, because it promotes the connection between education and work more effectively.&#x0D; Keywords: students, competence, specialist, criterion approach, institution of higher education, legal competence, junior bachelors, Human Sciences.

THE USE OF INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES IN MEDICAL EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS

The article emphasizes the need for the application of innovative Internet technologies in medical schools. The authors submit some practical aspects of using educational blog Blogger, mental maps Mindomo and application Learning Apps in training of medical students when they study the professional disciplines. The results of a survey of would-be doctors and junior medical staff are described. They prove the effectiveness of the use of blogs, mental maps and online exercises by means of Learning Apps in studying of professional disciplines. The purpose of the article is to highlight the methodology and results of experimental work aimed at the verification of the effectiveness of using of innovative Internet technologies in medical schools. The experimental verification of the effectiveness of the introduction innovative Internet technologies on the training of future junior medical staff in study of special disciplines is presented. It was specified that future doctors and junior medical staff of the experimental groups at the formative stage of the experiment received better results, than the students of the control groups and they have a higher level of readiness for professional activity. The statistical verification also confirmed the effectiveness of the implementation of Internet technologies.

Експериментальна перевірка сформованості особистісного компоненту готовності студентів-медиків до професійної діяльності

The results of the formative stage of the experiment have been analyzed. Comparative characterization of the experimental groups and control groups has been presented. At the primary stage of researching an insufficient level of readiness of junior medical staff was determined. The research was conducted in 2017-2019 years. The empirical basis at the formative stage of the study included 247 students and 70 teachers of professional disciplines at medical colledges of Vinnytsia region: Vinnytsia medical college named after D.K. Zabolotny, Bershad medical college, Haisyn medical college, Mohyliv-Podilsky medical college and Pohrebyshche medical college. At the formative stage of the experiment students of the control groups studied according to traditional methods, and their teachers of professional disciplines used traditional teaching technologies: educational blogs, mental maps, online exercises LearningApps. Students of the experimental groups studied according to innovative methods, and their teachers used Internet technologies. The experimental verification of the effectiveness of the introduction of the pedagogical conditions: contextual learning technologies, methods of forming deontological competence and innovative Internet technologies on the training of future junior medical staff in study of special disciplines is presented. It was determined that during the pedagogical experiment there were significant changes in personal component of readiness. It was specified that future junior medical staff of the experimental groups at the formative stage of the experiment received better results, than the students of the control groups. Prospects for further researching are perceived in creation of teaching and methodological support for the formation of readiness of future medical staff to their professional activity by means оf modern technologies at the studying of others disciplines in medical schools.

На сучасному етапі державотворення в контексті євроінтеграційного поступу України, модернізації освітньої галузі з урахуванням вимог Болонського процесу актуалізується проблема формування про-фесійної компетентності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів із правознавства. Багатовимірність впливів на процес становлення професіонала потребує пошуку оптимальних шляхів вирішення завдань теоре-тико-методологічної підготовки фахівців цього профілю. Це уможливлюється шляхом оптимізації про-фесійної підготовки майбутніх молодших спеціалістів із правознавства, зокрема шляхом використання сучасних і дієвих інтерактивних педагогічних технологій. Проблеми вдосконалення професійної підго-товки в закладах юридичної освіти, підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу вимагають не лише перегляду існуючої методики викладання дисциплін професійно-практичного циклу, а й обґрунтування і перевірки педагогічних умов, необхідних для забезпечення успішності здійснюваної діяльності.На основі проведеного аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури та власного педагогічного досві-ду виокремлено такі педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх молодших спеціалістів із правознавства засобами інтерактивних технологій:занурення студентів у професійно зорієнтоване мотиваційне сере-довище шляхом використання інтерактивних технологій; міждисциплінарна інтеграція дисциплін про-фесійно-практичного циклу шляхом використання інтерактивних форм і методів навчання; практико зорієнтована спрямованість підготовки майбутніх молодших спеціалістів із правознавства в коледжах; активізація індивідуалізованої самоосвітньої діяльності студентів засобами інтерактивних технологій.Використання інтерактивних методів навчання у викладанні юридичних дисциплін дає змогу від-творити і змоделювати професійну діяльність молодших спеціалістів із правознавства, стимулює, акти-візує й інтенсифікує навчальну діяльність і спілкування студентів, дає можливість випробувати себе в різних типах рольової поведінки, скорочує відстань між навчанням і реальними професійними ситу-аціями, вчить контролювати почуття і емоції, дозволяє розширити і поглибити процес професійного самовизначення, самовдосконалення і творчого розвитку студентів. At the modern stage of state formation in the context of Ukraine’s European integration progress, modernization of educational field taking into account requirements of the Bologna Process, the problem of formation of professional competence of future junior specialists in law is actualized. The multidimensional influence on the process of becoming a professional requires finding the best ways to solve tasks of the theoretical and methodological training of specialists of this profile. It becomes possible through the optimization of vocational training of future junior specialists in law, in particular by means of using modern and effective interactive pedagogical technologies. Problems of improvement of vocational training in the institutions of legal education, improving the efficiency of the educational process requires not only revising the existing methodology of teaching disciplines of the professional-practical cycle, but also substantiation and verification of pedagogical conditions, which are necessary for ensuring the success of ongoing activities.Based on the analyses of psychological and pedagogical literature and own pedagogical experience it has been distinguished such pedagogical conditions of training of future junior specialists in law by means of interactive technologies: immersing students in a professionally motivated environment through the use of interactive technologies; interdisciplinary integration of disciplines of the professional-practical cycle through the use of interactive forms and methods of study; practically oriented direction of training of future junior specialists in law in colleges; activization of individualized self-educational activity of students by means of interactive technologies.The use of interactive methods of study in teaching legal disciplines makes it possible to recreate and model professional activities of junior specialists in law, stimulates, activates and intensifies educational activity and communication of students, gives an opportunity to test yourself in different types of role behavior, reduces the distance between studying and real professional situations, teaches to control feelings and emotions, allows to expand and deepen the process of professional self-determination, self-improvement and creative development of students.

СТАТИСТИЧНА ОБРОБКА РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ СИСТЕМИ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНIХ МОЛОДШИХ СПЕЦІАЛІСТІВ СЕСТРИНСЬКОЇ СПРАВИ

The purpose of article is in outlining the methods of proving the reliability of the results, obtained in the process of verifying the effectiveness of the updated system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in colleges. In order to provide a comparative analysis of statistical data reflecting the results of the experimental study, the numerical indicators, obtained at the stages of input and final control were compared. The statistical data, reflected in tables and figures, indicate the levels of formation of each component of readiness for professional activity of future junior specialists in nursing, who studied in control and experimental groups. To prove the reliability of experimental results the methods of mathematical statistics, used in pedagogy, in particular, the calculation of Fisher criterion (F-criterion) and comparative analysis of its standard and empirical indicators were used. It has been determined that the indicator of Femp-CG with values from 1,21 to 1,24 is beyond probability, so a slight increase in the level of formation of each component and in general the readiness of future junior specialists in nursing for professional activity in CG is related to the conditions of traditional process of study. F-criterion for the experimental groups (Femp-EG) has the values from 1,39 to 1,44, which is within the indicators of the standard table. Therefore, the results of the study are reliable and confirm the reliability of the conducted research and experimental work. Thus, the effectiveness of training of future junior specialists in nursing in colleges depends on the purposeful implementation of the system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing. The results of experimental study are confirmed by reliable indicators, which are verified using the methods of mathematical statistics. We see further scientific researches in the continued improvement of the system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in colleges in order of comprehensive formation of their readiness for professional activity.

We need to drive change for the future and support junior trainees whilst maintaining the highest training standards.

The oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) community in the UK has always felt distinguished to be the only surgical specialty requiring dual qualification. There is no doubt that OMFS recruitment in the UK is in crisis, and we believe that the time has arrived to review the long training pathway. Policy-makers should think of alternative options to make the training programme more sustainable whilst maintaining the highest standards. The problem is serious, and the onus is on all consultants and higher surgical trainees. An urgent multi-pronged, structured approach is required to improve recruitment. It is important to find ways to reduce the training time whilst supporting trainees through their second degree. Consultants and higher surgical trainees need to come forward to participate in the BAOMS working group to create regional career mentors and part-time career development posts for potential trainees. We need to drive change for the future and support junior trainees whilst maintaining the highest training standards.

PEMAHAMAN GURU DAN SISWA TENTANG MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SMP NEGERI 8 PALANGKA RAYA

This study aims to determine the understanding of teachers and students about school-based management in the State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya. The study involved 56 teachers and 248 students as research samples. The technique of collecting data in this study is by spreading the questionnaire, interviews, and documenting the necessary data. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that teachers and students at State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya has had an understanding of school-based management which is proven by the answer of the questionnaire. Teacher understanding is in good category with a percentage yield of 71.63% and student understanding is in category enough with a percentage yield of 59.87%. In the future State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya to make more efforts to improve the quality of teachers and students through workshops, trainings, and education seminars on school-based management, so that teachers and students better understand the understanding and implementation of school-based management, so that it is created a sense of having each other in school to improve the quality of education.
