TECHNOLOGY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROJECT IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE BACHELORS IN PHYSICS AT A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

In the article, the author considers an educational project in physics as a unique activity of participants (teachers, students from different groups, courses) in the field of physical research, which has a set deadline and ensures the achievement of the planned result, which is a unique educational product. The technology of the educational project is interpreted as a pedagogical technology of resource-based learning of future bachelors in physics, which is a set of methods and techniques for organizing the didactic process and the educational and research interaction of all project participants to achieve the result within the specified time period. The stages of implementation of the technology of the educational project in the process of professional training of future bachelors in physics at the pedagogical university are defined: the stage of strategic planning, the stage of modelling, the stage of project implementation, the stage of presentation and reflection. The article provides a detailed description of the project, which involves the creation of videos for demonstration to students of a professional college, defines its stages, hypothesis, composition of participants, basis and terms of implementation, predicted result and results of reflection. It is noted that during the organization and implementation of educational projects in physics, the teacher performs the role of a tutor, which consists in determining the goals and content of project learning, in helping students to search information, in project planning, in the development of a structural and descriptive model of a physics project, in coordinating the process of work on the project. The teacher should guide the process of students’ educational and research interaction, support and encourage them to continuously progress in the work on the project, helping, but never doing the work instead of them.

Organizing activities of student associations in higher education institutions of Russia and China

Introduction. Student associations of higher education institutions contribute to successful socialization and early professionalization. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that designing educational and upbringing programs for future bachelors and masters of social work at the university, great importance is to be attached to professionally focused student associations. The study aims to develop and test the authors' practice-oriented methodology for training future specialists in social work in the context of student associations of higher education institutions using the example of Russia and China. Materials and methods. To determine the readiness of students for professional activities in the context of student associations, the authors conducted a survey based on the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Kostroma State University; it lasted from September to December 2023 and involved 1-4 year students (100 people) specializing in social work. Research methods and techniques were: content analysis of documents, frequency analysis, observation, survey, questionnaires and experience generalization. Results. The authors’ methodology for organizing student associations activities was developed; psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the training of future bachelors of social work were experimentally tested and clarified. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of how student associations activities in universities in Russia and China are organized. The abovementioned authors' methodology helps students form meanings and values: professional experience (23.25%); communication with friends (19.77%); social support and assistance to people in difficult life situations (15.11%); participation and organization of work forms related to professional activity (12.79%); obtaining new knowledge (9.30%), emotions (4.65%); teamwork (6.98%); visiting professionally focused institutions (3.49%). Conclusion. The ‘Social Work’ educational program includes practices of the following student associations: Abilympics, PROVICH, Studaktiv, Student Scientific Community in the Social Work Training Program ‘#SR’, and Chinese Student Association of Kostroma State University. Organizing activities of student associations is held in accordance with the following pedagogical conditions: assistance of the head of the student association in searching for variability in professional self-determination; psychological and pedagogical conditions; organizational and pedagogical conditions (external): internal environment of student association’s activities (pedagogical potential: managerial, educational, existential); the level of comfort students enjoy when working in the student association program; external environment of the student association (social partners, employers, social protection institutions, etc.); as well as internal psychological and pedagogical conditions (subjective conditions that contribute to the formation of personal psychological mechanisms of professional development).

Results of research work on forming the readiness of future bachelors of physical culture and sports to provide pre-medical care

The article is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of future bachelor’s of physical culture and sports to provide pre-medical care in the conditions of the educational process of a higher education institution. Readiness to provide pre-medical care is presented as a professional quality that ensures the compliance of future bachelor’s of physical culture and sports with the requirements of professional activity in situations of injuries and emergencies in athletes and consumers of physical culture and sports services. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, it has been proven that the issue of preparing future bachelor’s of physical culture and sports to provide pre-medical care is insufficiently developed. On this basis, a conclusion was made about the expediency of conducting a scientific study aimed at checking the effectiveness of innovative approaches and means of teaching students of the specialty 017 "Physical culture and sports" actions in situations of injuries and emergencies in the course of professional activity. The research work on checking the effectiveness of innovative methodological developments in training students to provide pre-medical assistance in professional activities is described. In particular, this characteristic is: dependent and independent variables; experimental and control samples; research design; methods of data collection, including a knowledge test, situational tasks, simulation tasks for providing pre-medical assistance in typical situations of sports activities). The results of research work in experimental and control institutions of higher education are highlighted. Cross-tabulation of data and histograms of their distribution, results of data comparison according to the Mann- Whitney test are presented. On the basis of the interpretation of the results of the research work, a conclusion was formulated about the effectiveness of the author's methodical studies in the context of the formation of the readiness of future bachelors of physical culture and sports to provide pre-medical care.

Социальное взаимодействие как универсальная компетенция бакалавра менеджмента: сущность и содержание

The article reveals the essence and content of social interaction as a fundamental core of universal competence, which is essentially important in the activity of a future bachelor in the field of management and administration. On the basis of the analysis of scientific, pedagogical, psychological and sociological sources had been revealed the features of the formation of the targeted competence of a student as a subject of self-realization in teaching, research, practice-oriented activity in the environment of higher education. It was described the developing potential of humanities disciplines actualising a set of comprehensive knowledge, skills, abilities and creative abilities of students. It was shown the indicators of formation of universal competence of social interaction from the position of scientific and pedagogical approaches. It is demonstrated how the experience of social interaction acquired in higher education becomes a means of effective business communication and interpersonal relations for students, enriching the content-functional aspects of his professionalism and personal qualities, establishing the basic foundations of communication humanism in personnel management, in solving disputable and conflict situations. It is proved that the ability to build effective social interaction is an integral part in achieving the set goals of a successful career of future bachelors of management and administration.

APPLIED DIRECTION OF THE STUDY OF HIGHER MATHEMATICS BY STUDENTS OF PROFES- SIONAL PRE-HIGHER EDUCATION

The article substantiates the need for a practical, professional focus of studying the course of higher mathematics by students of professional pre-higher education institution. The aim of the article is to highlight the ways of implementing the professional orientation of the content of mathematical disciplines in the education of students in various specialities of vocational higher education. Modern requirements for the development and reform of higher education require an increase in the professional competence of a bachelor’s graduate in each field of knowledge, the ability to creatively approach and find the solution to emerging professional tasks. Therefore, teachers of higher mathematics have the task of reorienting the teaching of the academic discipline with the use of professional problem solving. The purpose of the article is to highlight the ways of implementing the professional orientation of the content of mathematical disciplines in the training of students of professional pre-higher education in various specialties of the college. In connection with the rapid development of science and technology, the training of competent, competitive, and highly qualified specialists requires a high level of skills in applying mathematical apparatus in professional activities. Mathematics is the basis of studying physics, technology, general technical and special disciplines. At present, mathematical education has a significant impact on the formation of professional qualities of a modern specialist who is able to navigate the directions of development of modern science and methods of learning about the world around them, predict the impact of human production on society and the environment. Modern mathematics is used in the study of economic, humanitarian, biological, physical, technical and other phenomena. This is done by building a mathematical model. It takes into account all essential connections within the phenomenon. Under mathematical modelling we will understand the method of researching processes or phenomena by building their mathematical models and researching these processes. The applied direction of solving problems by students of various specialties is oriented towards future professional activity. This is an effective means of increasing learning motivation, and developing mathematical and professional competences. The results of the research are examples of practical problems of various sections of higher mathematics for students of economic and technical specialties. The applied nature of the given problems aims to combine the study of higher mathematics with special training of future bachelors and to give them the opportunity to gain experience in solving production problems, and to increase their professional competence. This is very important in times of fierce competition in the labour market. Conclusion. Practical skills and the ability to use the mathematical apparatus when solving applied, profession-oriented problems increase the motivation of students of higher and pre-higher education, and aid students to study other courses of professional disciplines, and do coursework and diploma projects, which will contribute to the maximum use of mathematical methods in the educational course of higher education mathematicians in the future professional activity. The obtained results open up prospects for further research in the following directions: development of methods of formation of skills to solve applied problems by students of various specialties, as well as strengthening integration links between fundamental and profession-oriented courses.

Formation of Competences in the Field of Information Security for Future Bachelors of Applied Informatics

The purpose of the study is to develop a model for developing competencies in the field of information security for bachelors in the field of Applied Information Science. The relevance of this problem is determined by modern requirements for enterprise employees and, accordingly, the process of their training. Demand for qualified employees who have skills not only in their field of activity, but also in areas relevant to the information society, such as information culture and the ability to provide an information enterprise.Materials and research methods. To achieve this goal, a competency-based approach was used to activate the process of developing the readiness and ability of subjects to make independent decisions, express independent judgments and at the same time participate in a common cause, create relationships with other participants in joint activities. The following methods were used in the work: analysis of pedagogical, scientific, technical and methodological literature on the research problem, systematization and generalization and visual presentation of the results.Results. As part of the study, a tabular model for the formation of competencies in the field of information security was developed based on the competency-based approach. The article reflects a model for developing competence in the field of information security using the example of additional professional competencies - 2 (the ability to take part in project management, organizing IT infrastructure and information security management) in the process of studying the discipline “Information Security”. The component blocks of the developed model are described: diagnostic, motivational, theoretical, practical and control-analytical. In accordance with the stages of this process of developing competencies and the tasks to be solved at each stage, various innovative forms and methods are presented. The results of the paper show that the process of developing competencies in the field of information security among bachelors in the “Applied Information Science” area is complex and multifaceted. Even though bachelors of applied computer science will not perform the same job functions as information security specialists, their training should be sufficient to enable them to design and build safe and reliable information systems. The pedagogical search is not completed, but it has acquired the necessary boundaries, unique centers of crystallization around which the academic discipline is designed.Conclusion. We can conclude that training specialists in the field of information security is an urgent task of modern society, the solution of which is dependent on scientific justification and identification of a set of necessary competencies that a modern specialist should have. The components of competencies in the field of information security that we have identified, the generalized tabular model of these competencies that we have proposed, as well as the stages, methods and forms of developing these competencies among bachelors of Applied Information Science require additional study. The conducted research allows us to outline ways to solve the multifaceted and complex problem of forming students’ competencies in the field of information security, taking into account modern requirements for the training of specialists not only in the field of computer science and information technology.

Methodological approaches to the problem of forming professional competence of future bachelors in electronics in higher education institutions

In this research, the author delves into the results of a thorough study and analysis of methodological approaches to shaping the professional competence of future electronics bachelor’s students in higher education institutions. The focus is on an integrated approach to learning, combining technical components and interdisciplinary connections, and fostering the holistic development of students. This allows for a nuanced portrayal of the multifaceted process of shaping professional competence in the current realities of higher education. The author presents an analysis of scientific inquiries directly or indirectly related to the issue of forming professional competence in future electronics bachelor’s students in higher education institutions. The inadequacy of the study on the chosen issue is noted, necessitating a systematic investigation and the identification of specific measures for optimizing the process of shaping professional competence in electronics. The research also highlights the peculiarities of the impact of military conflict conditions on the process of forming professional competence in future electronics bachelor’s students in Ukrainian higher education institutions. Possible limitations in access to educational resources are analyzed, emphasizing the need for adjusting educational programs in the context of wartime conflict. The focus is directed towards analyzing adaptation strategies of higher education to new realities and developing effective methods to ensure safety and quality learning during military actions. The study underscores the necessity of developing innovative teaching approaches, flexibility in higher education responses to global changes, and establishing effective collaboration with the industry. Overall, the research indicates the relevance of combining technical and humanitarian aspects in the higher education of future electronics professionals and reveals prospects for educational institutions in shaping highly qualified experts capable of meeting the challenges of the contemporary technological world

ЗАДОВОЛЕНІСТЬ СТУДЕНТІВ-БАКАЛАВРІВ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ 012 «ДОШКІЛЬНА ОСВІТА» ЯКІСТЮ ОСВІТНЬОГО КОМПОНЕНТА ФАХОВОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ

Preschool children who are raised and educated by qualified specialists tend to have better academic performance in school and overall in life. Therefore, the quality of training for future preschool educators is of paramount importance today, as their professionalism is key to the successful development not only of preschoolers but also of society as a whole. A crucial indicator of the quality of such training is the satisfaction of students with the quality of educational services they receive. The aim of the article is to explore the level of satisfaction of bachelor students at the National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» specializing in 012 «Preschool Education» with the quality of the educational component of their professional training. Methodology. The article argues a direct correlation between student satisfaction with educational services and their motivation to learn. Using the example of the National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic», the level of satisfaction of future bachelor students specializing in preschool education with the educational component of their professional training was investigated. Analysis methods, control questions, data selection, systematization, and comparison were utilized through data collected via Google Forms. The calculation of students’ satisfaction levels with each discipline taught at the university was conducted in percentages. The survey results for each question on every discipline included in the survey were summarized and consolidated into a single table. Certain aspects requiring improvement to enhance student satisfaction with the educational component of their professional training were identified. Conclusions. The research results showed that future bachelor students specializing in preschool education are generally satisfied with the quality of the educational component of their professional training. The obtained results can be beneficial for teachers and university administration to make changes in educational programs and improve the overall quality of the educational process. The model of future philologists linguistic professional training for foreign language communication in the field of speechwriting and business administration

Introduction. The process of globalization covers all spheres of life of the modern society. The volume of intercultural communication is significantly increasing. The number of business contacts between various industrial enterprises is growing. Due to the fact that the international partnership requires coordination and communication planning, the tasks of training specialists competent in the field of business communication, including foreign-language ones, are updated. One needs appropriate training for mastering the skills to formulate one’s idea correctly, to express it clearly and briefly, including the choice of the appropriate tone and format, the language units. You should also master the skills to analyze the received information, interpret the meaning and relevance. Knowledge, skills of foreign-language business communication is an important professional quality that is necessary for specialists involved in speechwriting and business administration. The purpose of the study is to present a projected model for training students in the field of Philology, whose profile is Speechwriting Business Administration for the implementation of business foreign language communication. There is a revealed contradiction between the insufficient development of theoretical and methodological grounds for the formation of the universal competence in the field of business foreign-language communication of the future bachelor in the field of speechwriting and business administration, on the one hand, and a social order for a competent bachelor of this profile, on the other hand. It conditioned the relevance of the study on planning the model of linguistic training, which allows future bachelors in the field of speechwriting and business administration to master successfully the universal competencies, primarily in the field of foreign-language business communication. In this we see the relevance of the study. Materials and methods. The regulatory documentation, scientific literature of domestic and foreign scientists on the problem of the research was studied and analyzed. The methodological foundations of the study are a set of approaches: competent, system-activity, communicative, professional-oriented. In the work we use theoretical research methods – analysis (the analysis of scientific literature and basic pedagogical concepts), synthesis, generalization, modeling. Study results. The study conducted by the authors made it possible to design a model of future bachelors, foreignlanguage and linguo-professional training in the field of speechwriting and business administration. It is aimed at mastering the universal competence in the process of studying a foreign language. The characteristics of the main structural blocks of the model (target, theoretical and methodological, meaningful, technological, diagnostic and effective) are presented. Conclusion. The further direction of the study was determined: the identification of the effectiveness of the developed model in the process of experimental training of future bachelors in the field of Philology, whose profile is Speechwriting and Business Administration.

Pedagogical potential of competence tasks as a means of developing critical thinking of future economists

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to present the means of training future economists for analytical professional activity, which contributes to the development of critical thinking of specialists in economic specialties. Results. The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of training future bachelors in economics: developing critical thinking in the professional training of economists. We prove that competency-based tasks of economic content are an essential means of developing the critical thinking of future economics specialists. The main competence tasks with economic content include problems with labor productivity, cost, elasticity, rent, interest, compound interest, profitability, market equilibrium, profit, income taxes, credit, optimal decision-making, etc. The competence tasks bind economic concepts with their quantitative and qualitative characteristics and connections. These tasks reflect real economic situations, and solving them contributes to the familiarisation of students with economic concepts and cause-and-effect relationships between them (at the level of representation, assimilation, or consolidation), mathematical models in the economy, development of skills to build and research mathematical models of economic situations, apply mathematical methods and regularities in specific production processes. Scientific novelty. The theory and practice of training economists, which uses competence tasks of economic content as a leading means of developing their critical thinking, has gained further development. The results of the survey of teachers and students confirmed the feasibility of the proposed approach to the use of competence tasks with economic content for the development of critical thinking of future economists. Practical value. Solving competence tasks contributes to developing students’ critical thinking, as it illustrates the process of applying knowledge, skills, and abilities to solving any problems that arise in practice (formalisation, solving a problem within a built model, interpretation). It is advisable to offer such tasks in studying specialised economic disciplines and the first courses in studying “Higher Mathematics”.

STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FORMATION OF FUTURE BACHELORS IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING IN VOCATIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The research objective. The purpose of this article is to develop a structural and functional model of the formation of professional competence of future bachelors in computer engineering in institutions of vocational higher education. The statement of main materials. The structural-functional model of the formation of professional competence of future bachelors in computer engineering in professional higher education institutions was developed within the framework of the conducted research. It consists of a set of four interrelated blocks that ensure its functioning: conceptual, content-technological, competence, diagnostic. We will describe each of the components of the model in more detail.

Formation of professional competence of future bachelors in the specialty physical culture and sport in the process of teaching the discipline “Culture of personal health”

The authors of the article emphasize that in the modern period the problem of forming the professional competence of future bachelors capable of thinking creatively is a major challenge, to model the educational process, to be a generator and implementer of ideas, to introduce new technologies in the process of teaching and learning is relevant. Pedagogical science is currently searching for new approaches to teaching that would provide high theoretical and practical training, contributed to the orientation of the educational process towards the individual, creating favorable conditions for each student to achieve the level of knowledge possible and necessary for him/her. The article defines the concept of "professional competence" as an integrative formation based on key, general professional and professional competencies. Professional competence is a basic and system-forming concept and is considered as a system of knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities that correspond to the content of professional activity, and involves: a person's awareness of his or her aspirations for activity, needs, interests, desires and value orientations; motive for activity, understanding of his or her social role; self-assessment of personal qualities and properties as a future specialist (professional knowledge, skills, abilities); self-assessment of personal qualities as a future specialist; regulation of his or her professional development.
 It is indicated that in order to modernize the educational process and to form the professional competence of future specialists at the Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, it was proposed to introduce a compulsory integrated discipline "Culture of Personal Health" as part of the cycle of general training for all bachelor's degree programs. The formation of professional competence of future bachelors, providing them with knowledge, skills and abilities is the result of the integration of all forms of educational activities.
 It is noted that personal experience shows that in order to form the professional competence of future bachelors in the specialty physical culture and sport (human health and physical recreation) in the process of teaching the discipline ‘Culture of Personal Health’ it is necessary to create a combined educational environment in which the participants of the educational process will feel more comfortable; can become active participants in the educational process. It is important to stimulate the habit of self- study and search for new information in any way possible; to develop skills that provide the ability to continue to improve their professional level on their own.

The essence and structure of future bachelors' readiness in vocational education of agricultural profile to use smart-complexes in professional activities

The article presents a generalized description of the results of the research defining the essence, content and structure of future bachelors' readiness in the speciality 015 "Vocational Education" (specialisation 015.37 "Agricultural Production, Processing of Agricultural Products and Food Technology") to use Smart-complexes in professional pedagogical activity. The analysis of research results on the problem of determining the content of personality readiness is presented. The main components of personality readiness for professional pedagogical activity are characterised. The article defines "readiness of future bachelors in vocational education of agricultural profile to use SMART-complexes in professional activity" as a formed mental, physical and emotional state of a teacher, which enable his/her effective educational work, based on the using of SMART-complexes during the organisation of the educational process in training of qualified workers for agricultural production and food technologies. The readiness of specialists is defined as a complex multi-level and multi-component mental and dynamic formation. The content and structure of the specialist's readiness as a kind of union of interdependent motivational, reflective, cognitive and activity components are characterised. The personality's abilities to organise the educational process and work in agricultural production and food technologies using SMART-complexes as components of the readiness of vocational education specialists for professional pedagogical activity are determined. A generalised scheme of the origin of the components of the results of training future bachelors in vocational education of agricultural profile to use SMART-complexes in professional activity is proposed.

The article summarizes the experience of developing competence in pre-medical medical care in future bachelors in physical education and sports at the Zaporizhia National University. The main directions of the implementation of the concept of this process within the framework of the study of the discipline “Physical medical care in emergency situations” as part of the curriculum for the preparation of bachelors under the educational and professional program 017 “Physical culture and sports” educational program “Physical education” are outlined. Accordingly, the research reflects the purpose, leading approaches, methods, organizational forms of education and a set of pedagogical conditions, which ensures the creation of an effective environment for the formation of the studied competence and the effectiveness of its implementation. The main aspect of the effectiveness of the formation of the specified competence is the integration of this knowledge into the general professional training of specialists in the field of physical education. Therefore, institutions of higher education have a leading role and responsibility in training a new generation of teachers, the content and level of qualification of which are adequate to the innovations taking place in the field of physical education and sports. The modern level of development of society, education and science puts forward completely new requirements for the professional training of specialists, especially the tangible needs of improving the pedagogical education of specialists in the field of physical education, in particular, in matters of pre-medical medical care. Specialists point out that the problem of forming competence in pre-medical medical care of bachelors in physical education and sports in institutions of higher physical education requires revision, and in the conditions of martial law, also rapid changes. This study highlights the experience of the Faculty of Physical Education, Health and Tourism of the Zaporizhzhia National University on issues of competence formation in the provision of pre-medical medical care for bachelors in physical education and sports. Attention was also focused on the content, forms and methods of teaching this discipline. Special attention in the course is paid to the formation of psychological readiness of students when providing pre-medical medical care.

ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНАЯ НАПРАВЛЕННОСТЬ КУРСА МАТЕМАТИКИ В ТЕХНИЧЕСКОМ ВУЗЕ

One of the main tasks facing the University is the training of highly qualified specialists with established professional and universal competencies. The solution of such an important and complex task is possible only in close cooperation of individual university structures working to achieve a common goal. The article deals with the issues of teaching mathematics at a technical university, given the multidisciplinary nature of the training of future bachelors, masters, a special approach is needed to the methodology of presenting a certain course of mathematics for a particular specialty. It is the professional orientation of the discipline taught that will help to prepare good specialists who are in demand in the labor market. The above study summarizes many years of experience in this area, highlights certain components in the formation of professional competencies, including in mathematics classes. The article analyzes the organizational, substantive and methodological components of a professionally oriented mathematics course. An overview of various methods of developing interest in the subject, the motivational component of the learning process, and examples of individual tasks in different areas of student training are given.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ABILITY TO INITIATE, IMPLEMENT AND ASSESS PROJECTS OF NATURAL-ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN THE SUBSYSTEMS "STUDENT-STUDENT", "TEACHER-STUDENT", "FUTURE BACHELOR OF NATURAL SCIENCES-TEACHER-PRACTITIONER"

The article is devoted to the study of the development of the ability to initiate, implement and assess natural-environmental projects in the "student-student", "teacher-student" and "future bachelor of natural sciences – teacher-practitioner" subsystems. Based on the conducted self-analysis, clarifications were made to the theoretical foundations and a set of constructive ideas, which contain practical experience regarding the development of the ability of the subjects of the educational process to initiate natural-environmental projects. The influence of various factors on the process of development of this ability, in particular, psychological, sociocultural, and educational, was studied. Among them, increased attention is paid to the analysis of the subsystems "student-student", "teacher-student" and "future bachelor of natural sciences - teacher-practitioner" as the main prerequisites of formative influence on the process of developing the ability to initiate natural-environmental projects.
 Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing the ability to initiate, implement, and assess natural-environmental projects in the subsystems "student-student", "teacher-student" and "future bachelor of natural sciences – teacher-practitioner". The prerequisites affecting the development of the ability of project self-realization in the system of professional training of future bachelors of natural sciences are highlighted.
 It has been proven that modeling and designing in the process of project activity become effective technologies of practice-oriented learning, which create conditions for creative self-realization of students, and stimulate future specialists to innovative activities and provide for their professional development. In addition, the active implementation of project technology in the educational space of a higher education institution plays a key role in global competitiveness.
 The results of the research can be used to improve the educational process and prepare students for effective participation in natural-environmental projects.

RESOURCES FOR ADAPTATION TO LEARNING STUDENTS – FUTURE BACHELORS OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IN THE CURRENT EDUCATIONAL CONDITIONS

Abstract: the article explores the impact of martial law on the self-educational activities of students – future bachelors of mechanical engineering specialities in higher education institutions. The necessity of increasing the internal resources of students for their effective adaptation to the crisis and unpredictable changes in the educational environment and related stress factors is substantiated. The arguments for determining the psychological well-being of students by means of effective stress management and effective learning in stressful situations and uncertainty are validated. The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at determining the relationship between the psychological well-being of future bachelors of mechanical engineering specialities and their self-educational activities in the current educational environment. The importance of independent cognitive activity of mechanical engineering students is emphasised, which focusses on the ability to withstand challenges both in the educational environment and in the extracurricular life of students, which positively affects the level of their psychological well-being.

Vocational and Pedagogical Training of Future Bachelors in the Field of Transport at the Pedagogical Institutions of Higher Education under Modern Social and Economic Conditions

Intensive changes in social and economic conditions related to the development of labor markets and labor force require changes in the quality of training of specialists who possess not only special knowledge, but also certain qualities that ensure their competitiveness and professional mobility. This actualized the issue of modernizing the modern vocational and pedagogical education as a system of training teachers of vocational training, in particular, bachelors in the field of transport. The purpose of article is to analyse the theoretical and practical aspects of vocational and pedagogical training of future bachelors in the field of transport at the pedagogical institutions of higher education. Methods of research are analysis, systematization, observation and generalization. Results. It has been established that the vocational and pedagogical education of future bachelors in the field of transport is a special type of higher education, which is significantly different from the sectoral (engineering and technical, agricultural, economic) and actually pedagogical and is carried out in the system of vocational and pedagogical education. The specificity of vocational and pedagogical education consists in the training of staff for the implementation of educational programs of a professional orientation in the vocational education institutions of the I – II levels of accreditation. Conclusions. The key idea of integration and psychological and pedagogical training for the vocational and pedagogical education gives a possibility to prepare a professionally mobile specialist with the necessary qualifications. It is extremely important not to allow the priority of sectoral or pedagogical components in the content of vocational and pedagogical education, since both components are equivalents. In the near perspective of key tasks of vocational and pedagogical training are the implementation of integrated training of future bachelors in the field of transport; additional psychological and pedagogical training of graduates of specialized institutions of higher education or additional specialized training of graduates who have completed their studies in pedagogical institutions of higher education. We see further scientific studies in forecasting and projecting the development of the system of vocational and pedagogical education.

Digitalization of motivational features as a way to organize independent work of bachelors

Problem statement . Effective organization of extracurricular work for future bachelors involves the construction of individual learning trajectories, based, among other things, on the level of motivation to study specialized disciplines. The expediency of using intelligent information technologies in classifying the composition and forms of independent work of bachelors of applied mathematics is substantiated. Methodology. Applying the developed mobile application, multi-parameter motivational characteristics of students were identified. The resulting motivational profiles are clustered into five motivational groups, similar in sign values. The construction and analysis of multi-parameter classification were carried out via cluster analysis and neural network technologies. Clustering of motivational groups and the application of appropriate strategies for organizing independent work were realized at the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Applied Mathematics of Kuban State University. Results. The constructed neural network classifies the bachelor's motivational profile, assigns him a strategy for independent work, defining the specific values of the variable elements of the strategy. Strategies for organizing independent work have been established for clustered motivational groups. Conclusion. Construction and clustering of motivational profiles allows you to adjust individual strategies for independent learning of bachelors of applied mathematics, determine the values of variable elements and, as a result, not only develop professional skills, but also develop skills in organizing your own work process, resource allocation, and identifying work stages.
