USING THE PERSONALITY-DEVELOPING POTENTIAL OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE MAGISTRACY OF THE PREPARATION OF THE MANAGER

The peculiarities of the educational process in the magistracy from the standpoint of a personality approach are considered. The specifics of organization of various forms of educational work as a means of development of professionally significant personal qualities of the future manager, forming in him the ability to constructive interaction in management activity are analyzed.It is proved that the educational process in the magistracy of modern high school, and first of all - in the preparation of skilled management personnel, involves maximal activation of the student as a subject of educational, research, as well as - organizational and pedagogical activity, which enables him to purposefully improve personal and professional qualities , necessary for constructive interaction. Present opportunities of classroom and non-classroom work in shaping the personality of the future manager. It is grounded that the improvement of the teaching process, the approach of the content of teaching to the real needs of students, calls for a more detailed study of the applied forms and methods of a personally oriented educational process in view of the realities of the present.

REALIZATION OF THE MULTICULTURAL COMPONENT IN PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

The article has substantiated the ways of implementing a multicultural component in the training of future primary school teachers. We have consider polycultural component as one of the components of vocational and pedagogical training of future teachers of primary school. Its content is realized in its field of activity, aimed at the development of professional skills and values, value-orientation basis of personality and promotes formation of readiness of the future specialist for multicultural interaction.The composition of the multicultural component of vocational and pedagogical training includes a set of interrelated elements as external (ethno-cultural, socio-cultural, intercultural), and internal (ideological) plans that determine the content of vocational and pedagogical training of students on the basis of introduction theoretical and practical material characterized by multicultural orientation into the educational process. In accordance with such understanding of the multicultural component of vocational and pedagogical training, we can distinguish following main structural elements: ethnocultural; socio-cultural intercultural. The academic discipline «Theory and practice of formation of interethnic tolerance of future teachers of primary school» has been presented and its importance in multicultural preparation of masters students of specialty 013 «Primary education». It has been recommended innovative methods and forms of educational work that contribute to the preparation of a multicultural specialist in the elementary educational establishment. The author of the article has pointed the importance of pedagogical practice in multicultural training for future teachers of primary forms, independent and professionally directed extra-curricular work, students' research activity in the perspective of multicultural issues.

ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ СЕНСОРНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ДІТЕЙ ДОШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ ЗАСОБАМИ ОБРАЗОТВОРЧОГО МИСТЕЦТВА

The article is devoted to the analysis of pedagogical conditions of sensory development of children of preschool age by means of fine arts. Sensory development of senior preschool children by means of fine arts is defined as the development of the sensory sphere of the child in the process of gradual accumulation of information about the quality and properties of objects and environmental phenomena, the relationship between them, its further regulation and structuring during drawing, modeling, applique and design, in the process of familiarizing children with works of art, illustrations, photographs, etc. Based on the definition of means of education, as specific measures or forms of educational work, types of activities of students who use in the implementation of a particular method, the means of fine art, which can be used in preschool educational institutions for the purpose of sensory development of children, refer as types of the fine work of preschoolers: drawing, modeling, applique, designing, as well as consideration of works of art, illustrations, photographs, etc. Capturing such kinds of fine art as drawing, modeling and application, children acquire the ability to create images of objects and phenomena of reality, which enables them to actively, creatively transfer the impression of life, their understanding, and their emotional attitude towards them.The determined pedagogical conditions of sensory development of preschool children by means of fine arts are the reflection of the children’s acquired qualities and properties of objects in the speech of children and positive emotional attitude.

КОНСТРУИРОВАНИЕ ПРОЦЕССА ОБУЧЕНИЯ СТУДЕНТОВ САМООРГАНИЗАЦИИ НА ЗАНЯТИЯХ ПО ИНОСТРАННОМУ ЯЗЫКУ В НЕЯЗЫКОВОМ ВУЗЕ

The article is devoted to the issue of teaching self-organization to students in the process of their learning activity. The authors focus on the fact that the teacher in the framework of his/her teaching activity through various forms of educational work can contribute to the development of students’ self-organization skills, which are necessary for the successful acquisition of the content of educational programs. The paper identifies and describes the criteria for determining students with high, medium and low degree of self-organization, and proposes ways to improve students’ self-organization in foreign language classes at non-linguistic universities.

Development of existential aspects of professional competence of penitentiary system prospective employees

The paper discusses the problem of professional competence of penitentiary system employees. The author says that employees of the penal system should be ready for the challenges of the vital and professional way. The author defines existential aspect as part of holistic professional competence. Existential setting is included in the existential aspect of professional competence. Existential setting is defined as readiness of a future specialist for self-development and self-improvement. Existential setting is a spiritual resource of a person. Existential setting helps to maintain interest in the professional activity of penitentiary system employee in difficult situations. Existential setting is formed in the process of reflection development. The paper considers forms of educational work: existential dialogue, essays, solution of situational problems. The author gives a brief description of these forms of work and specific examples. The paper contains indicators of effectiveness: students interest in the spiritual side of life as well as in problems of the meaning of life and professional activities.

Military-Patriotic Education of Young People at the Ukrainian Soviet School in the 50-90-s of the XX-th Century

The article analyzes the problems of military-patriotic education of youth at the Ukrainian Soviet school in the 50-90-s of the XX-th century; the purpose and content of the military-patriotic upbringing of the younger generation are defined; the forms of educational work in military-patriotic education among students in secondary schools are covered; it is concentrated on the problems of military-patriotic education of Ukrainian youth in the second half of the XX-th century; the conclusion is made that for Ukrainian society the cooperation or integration of Soviet traditions of military-patriotic education are serious problems. However, historical experience teaches that in order to bring real and meaningful system of military-patriotic education according to modern military interests of the security of the country it is extremely necessary to have a historical database of military-patriotic education of youth, to conduct an objective analysis of the current state, to justify scientifically and forecast the development of military-patriotic education of the young generation. Thus, the military-patriotic education of youth is dialectical, combines a number of specific areas of education: military, moral, legal and others. But the main result of educational efforts should be the readiness of the young man to the military-patriotic activity as an internal system of education, which involves five main components - educational, physical, psychological, social and spiritual.

The roles and the competences of science teachers in the effective school which is rapidly changing

In the new concept of teaching and other forms of educational work, teachers performe faster and get new roles. For innovated old and new roles, teachers have to acquire the appropriate competences. Therefore we have clearly determined at the beginning of the article what teachers’ roles and what their competencies are and also what is meant by effective school. For the need of this work we have classified learning theories into several groups taking into account that there are some interweaving among these concepts but in modern didactic literature most pervasive and most recommendable to practicioners are behavioral, critical-communicative, constructivist, thoughtful learning models and humanistic learning theories. The subject of this topic is to explore the attitudes and the opinions of the respondents on the concept of effective school, the emancipatory role of students and teachers’ competencies to work in an effective school, with reference to the specific competencies of teachers in the realization of science teaching goals and tasks. In the subject of the research we have implied the cognitive, motivational, innovative and systematic evaluative component. The aim of the research is to determine the attitudes and the opinions of teachers and students on the concept of efficient school in the society that is rapidly changing; to explore the emancipatory role of students and teachers’ competences necessary for the efficient work and effective teaching in modern school. In the research we have found the key indicators and characteristics of effective school in regards to traditional teaching. These indicators can be a significant support for modeling efficient school which will be more pedagogically developed institution and which could optimize the meets of constantly growing social needs of students.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY PUBLIC EDUCATION IN KURSK PROVINCE AT THE TURN OF XIX–XX CENTURIES: MAIN RESULTS AND VALUE OF ZEMSTVO ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

Purpose – to analyse the process of forming and development the system of public 33educationin Russiaat the turn of XIX–XXcenturies by the exampleof Kursk province where the institutions of zemstvo gave priority to people’s education; to show results and value of zemstvo work in the field of public education. Methodology. The basis of the research is the historical, comparative and problem-chronological methods. Results. In the course of the study it was found that the activities of the institutions of zemstvo in Russiaat the turn of XIX–XX centuries has had a positive impact on the content and organization of the educational process and thereby created conditions for rapid development of the entire system of public education. Stable work of zemstvo’s schools has led to a constant increase in the number of literate people in Russia, which was a necessary factor of progressive development of the country. Various forms of educational work applied by the institutions of zemstvo can also be used in modern educational space, especially in rural areas where the school is an important center of intellectual and cultural life of the village. Practical implications. The materials of this research can be used in educational process at universities, in study of local lore work and in the further research work related to the study of the activities of zemstvo institutions of Kursk province.

Assessing Activity of Pedagogical College Students as a Study Activation Tool

Background/Objective: The article is aimed at analyzing the effect of assessing activity of pedagogical college students on increasing study activation. Methods: The findings are based on the analysis of the scholarly academic studies. A questionnaire survey was applied to identify the impact of the assessing activity of students on the improvement of their study activation level. Findings: Assessing skills of future teachers within the Federal State College Educational Standard have been identified; various points of view to determine the concept of activation have been considered, students' assessing activity as an effective activation means and its aspects, subject matter and stages have been reviewed. Based on the analysis of the results of theoretical and experimental work the main assessing management tools have been distinguished, such as: self-assessment and peer assessment, forms of educational work have been correlated with students' assessment activities. Carried out experimental work has enabled to identify the conditions under which the use of self-assessment and peer assessment will be effective for activating an educational process. Types of training activity have been related to student's activity. A role of assessing activity of pedagogical college students has been defined. An analysis to determine the effect of assessing activity of students on increasing activation has been performed. Applications/Improvement: The scientific novelty of the research lies in identification of assessing skills of the future teachers within the FSCES, determination of the main assessing management tools as a means of enhancing the educational process in high school, correlation of forms of educational work with the students' assessing activities.

Features of Educational-Oriented Environment of a Higher Educational Institution

Understanding of new guidelines in professional education has led to the need to update its content in terms of educational-oriented environment of high school, contributing to the formation of a competent graduate. In this regard, this article aims to identify the characteristics of the educational-oriented environment of professional institutions. A leading approach to the study of this problem is an integrative approach that performs a strategic function between the processes of training and education of future competent professionals. The article reveals the features of educational-oriented environment of professional institutions, namely the diversification of various innovative forms of educational work in the University; special training and retraining of teachers to meet modern requirements to professional education; the development of the social relations of the educational environment involving participation in the processes of training and education of social partners and potential employers; updating of training and education technologies, etc. The materials of the article are of practical significance for the faculty of educational institutions of professional education. CONTROLLED STUDENTS` INDEPENDENT WORK AS AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The article is devoted to the problem of finding ways to optimize the system of higher education, caused by an increase in requirements for quality training of college graduates in the rapid growth of science and technology. The author analyzes the role of controlled students` independent work in the university education process of training a new generation capable of independent creative solution of life problems. The given paper reveals the differences of such form of educational work as students` independent work and controlled students` independent work under the supervision of a teacher. Presentation is considered as one of the forms of students` knowledge assessment in the subject «Concepts of modern education». Guidelines for the presentations preparation that can effectively organize the students’ independent work are shown in the article.

Moral Education of Students of Pedagogical Higher Educational Institution

The article reviews the problem of moral education of students of pedagogical higher educational institution, various forms of educational work in higher educational institution for the purpose of realization of students` moral education. The special attention is given to formation of moral qualities of students in the course of organization and realization of project-research activity. The authors reveal and prove criteria of moral education of personality based on the theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical works on the problem of developing moral qualities of the younger generation. The experience of organization of students project-research activity is described while studying discipline Ethnopedagogics and during work of student research groups. Much attention is given to interaction with regional comprehensive schools in realization of the projects developed by students. The experimental work on developing moral qualities of students` personality, and also on formation of readiness of future teachers for moral education of schoolchildren held on the basis of Kostanai State Pedagogical Institute allowed to draw conclusion on the productivity of specially organized project-research activity of students directed on moral education of personality. Marco figural como medio para factorizar polinomios cuadráticos

Este artículo es una propuesta para la enseñanza - aprendizaje de la factorización de polinomios cuadráticos, sustentado en los trabajos de Regine Douady sobre el juego de marcos de su teoría Dialéctica Herramienta Objeto, ella destaca el rol de la articulación de marcos matemáticos como un medio para acceder a "formulaciones diferentes de un problema que sin ser necesariamente equivalentes permiten un nuevo acercamiento a las dificultades encontradas y la puesta en escena de útiles y técnicas que no se impusieron en la primera formulación". Bajo esta perspectiva se construye un sistema axiomático, en un marco figural en el que se definen objetos primarios, y se establecen relaciones entre ellos que van dando paso a definiciones y teoremas de una teoría matemática en este marco, proponiendo reglas según las que se operaran los objetos y un juego que permite operacionalizar la factorización. Este marco se convierte en vehículo para comprender las difíciles relaciones de los objetos de la factorización en el álgebra. Esta forma de trabajo didáctico desarrolla habilidades cognitivas y metacognitivas en los estudiantes, quienes descubren y enuncian propiedades de la factorización, establecen las relaciones algebraicas entre los coeficientes del polinomio y los de los factores que factorizan la expresión, desarrollando una actividad matemática.

O ENSINO DE LÍNGUA INGLESA E O USO DE PORTAIS DE CONTEÚDO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DE AMBIENTES DE APRENDIZAGEM

Defended at the Graduate Program in Education, Faculty of Science and Technology Campus UNESP Presidente Prudente, in February 2011, this research is part of the Information and Communication Technologies and research field. The goal was to establish guiding principles for the creation of English language classes for Basic Education with the inclusion of digital technologies suggested in Portal do Professor (www.portaldoprofessor.mec.gov.br), a virtual environment proposed by Ministerio da Educacao as a space for supporting a collaborative authorship network aimed at continuing education of teachers and at the expansion of exploitation of educational resources to develop various forms of educational work. These principles are suggested in light of the language teaching Communicative Approach to teach foreign guidelines and of the proposals of Constructionism as proposed by Papert. The Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Lingua Estrangeira (Ensino Fundamental e Medio), a Proposta Curricular para EJA (Segundo Segmento do Ensino Fundamental) and the documents that guide the work of the teams that prepare class suggestions for Portal do Professor were also considered. Four principles were set, which are: 1) encourage interdisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity and technologies, 2) work with authentic texts, real and contextualized communication and technologies, 3) expansion of the discursive basis, critical skills and technologies, 4) collaborative work construction of objects of interest, problem solving and technologies. These principles for the preparation of English lessons may boost the contextualized and meaningful use of technology in classes and also guide the work of English language teachers and teacher trainers. 1 Dissertacao orientada pelo Prof. Dr. Klaus Schlunzen Junior.

Організаційно-педагогічні засади функціонування навчально-виховного процесу в різновікових групах сучасних ДНЗ

У статті розглянуто особливості організації педагогічного процесу в різновікових групах ДНЗ; визначено принципи комплектування такого об’єднання; охарактеризовано основні підходи та форми навчально – виховної роботи вихователя з дітьми змішаних груп: послідовна, одночасна, паралельна, послідовно-одночасна, одночасно-послідовна та ін.
