Influence of sports and health volleyball on students’ health strengthening

One of the main tasks of the departments of physical education of higher educational institutions of Ukraine is to strengthen and preserve the health of students during their studies, the formation of physical education and health competencies. One of the main tasks is to develop interest and positive motivation for physical education during training and for independent physical exercise. [1,3]. Health is the totality of a person’s physical, spiritual, social qualities, which are the basis of their longevity and a necessary condition for the implementation of their creative plans, a condition for high efficiency, creating a strong family, giving birth, and raising children, the basis for a good mood, well-being, vigor, self-confidence, etc. [4]. According to scientists, physical health is the natural state of the body, resulting from the normal functioning of all its organs and systems; this is the perfection of self-regulation in the body, the harmony of the physiological process, maximum adaptation, this is the state of growth and development of organs and systems of the body, which form the basis of morphological and functional reserves that provide adaptive reactions. Physical health is determined by such factors as individual characteristics in anatomical physique, physiological function of the body in various conditions of rest, movement, environment, genetic heredity, level of physical development of organs and body systems [3, 2]. The physical state of health integrates the human body as a biological system and organs and life support systems, their functions and health status, physical activity and biochemical processes, hygiene, motor performance, healthy nutrition, genetic and reproductive health, disease prevention. The most important indicators of a person’s physical health are physical development, physical performance, physical fitness, and physical activity [4]. There are a few studies, including WHO studies, stating that human health depends 20% on heredity, 10% on the level of development of medicine, 20% on ecology and 50% on lifestyle [3]. Other sources claim that human health depends on genetics by 15-20%, on the quality of the healthcare system in the country by 10-15%, on the degree of environmental pollution by 20-25%, on social conditions and lifestyle by 50- 55% [1].

UMA REFLEXÃO CRÍTICA SOBRE O INÍCIO DA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE EM EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

The purpose of this study was to understand the teaching formation in Physical Education and its different aspects developed during initial training.Method:a bibliographical survey ofbooks andcientificarticles was carried out. For this,thekeywords“Teacher training”, “professionaltraining” and “physical education”, were used exclusively in Portuguese language.The focus of the bibliographic research was the survey of authors who discuss the thematic of teacher education in Physical Education. Results:It was identified that teaching formal higher education aims to ensure the training of teachers to work in the environment social so that they can assist students in developing their intellectual ability. Thus, training in Physical Education has the duty to subsidize theoretical and practical content to future teachers for transformative teaching during the educational process.The focus aspects during initial training are “the relationship between theory and practice "," the role of self-assessment in the teaching construct ","constant update", "beginning and path of teaching","convergence between technical and applied training". Conclusion:It is necessary during teacher training to develop an understanding of the future teachers values, such as feelings, emotions, the desire to overcome insecurity. That is, It is necessary to stimulatecritical reflection on the practice of the future physical education teacher. it is necessary to encourage the teacher to think critically to better develop the educational process.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AS PRESCHOOLERS’ PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT

The article considers philosophers’ and teachers’ scientific views on physical education and its impact on the personality’s all-round development; and formation of physical education as a science. Plato’s, Socrates’s, and Horace’s ideas of the importance of exercise and motor activity in different periods of people’s life have been identified; J. Comenius’s thoughts about the importance of properly selected, dosed physical exercises, their regularity in strengthening the children’s health, about their important function in terms of spiritual and ethical education have been revealed. J. - J. Rousseau’s thoughts on the importance of hardening of the body and senses and the formation of motor skills, moving games and daily walks in physical development; the idea of free upbringing of a comprehensively developed strong, skillful and intelligent personality have been given. J. Locke’s ideas about physical education from the person’s first days of life, about the study of refined manners, ballroom dancing, and other elements of gallantry, which externally distinguish “the noble” from the commoners, have been presented. Georges Demeny's thoughts on the importance of continuity of gymnastic exercises, the use of stretching exercises, relaxation, and movements to music have been revealed. The following ideas have been considered: the contribution to the theory of children’s physical education of such doctors and progressive figures as E. Pokrovskyi and E. Dementiev; Georges Demeny's gymnastic system of physical education with continuous classes, use of stretching exercises, relaxation and movements to music; the close connection of the mental education process with physical exercises of K. Ushynskyi; P. Lesgaft’s theory of physical education, based on the laws of harmony, gradualness and sequence of human development. The four groups of physical exercises and games by P. Lesgaft, and the idea of the folk games educational role have been proposed. The role of a teacher’s word, addressed to the child's mind and including sample mechanical imitation, an inseparable link between mental education and physical exercises, has been stated.

Los cuerpos en los procesos de formación inicial en educación física

Nos interesan los cuerpos en los procesos de formación docentes en educación física. Cómo se presentan, se observan y se comprenden en dichas experiencias, teniendo en cuenta las prácticas discursivas que operan (didácticas específicas) y los saberes corporales que se producen. Intención que responde a la necesidad de desentrañar los efectos discursivos y de poder en los cuerpos que muy a pesar de las críticas evidenciadas sobre el inmovilismo, el desenfoque y la coherencia entre teoría y prácticas (Cebreiro, 1995) aún se perpetúan.

La fragmentación del conocer en educación física (The fragmentation of knowledge in physical education)


 El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar con fines diagnósticos la formación conceptual en la asignatura de Educación Física, en estudiantes chilenos de enseñanza media. El estudio fue metodológicamente de corte descriptivo transversal. Participaron 659 estudiantes, 54% (hombres) y 46% (mujeres), con edades entre los 13 y 14 años, de las tres dependencias educativas del país; municipal (36.4%), subvencionado (37.8%) y privado (25.8%). Se realizó un muestreo probabilístico estratificado según dependencia educativa y sexo de los estudiantes. Para la recolección de los datos se aplicó un cuestionario diseñado y validado con estudiantes del currículo chileno. Los principales resultados indican que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre las dependencias educativas, con resultados específicos de la prueba Anova de f = 48.584 p < .05 a favor de los colegios particulares. En conclusión, el estudio muestra un bajo dominio disciplinar de los alumnos y alumnas en las diferentes dependencias educativas, manifestando, una vez más, la necesidad de buscar metodológicas innovadoras para la disciplina, en función de mejorar los resultados de la dimensión conceptual.
 Abstract. The study aimed at diagnosing the conceptual formation in physical education in Chilean high school students. The study used a descriptive cross-sectional methodology. A total of 659 students participated, 54% boys and 46% girls, aged between 13 and 14 years old, from the three educational units in the country; public schools (36.4%), subsidized schools (37.8%) and private schools (25.8%). A stratified probabilistic sampling was performed based on students’ educational dependence and gender. For the data collection, a questionnaire designed and validated with students of the Chilean curriculum was applied. The main results indicate that there are statistically significant differences between educational units, with specific results from Anova of f = 48,584 p <.05 in favor of private schools. In conclusion, the study shows a low disciplinary domain of the students in the different educational units, highlighting once more the need to seek innovative methodologies within this discipline in order to improve the learning of its conceptual dimension.

The program for the formation of physical education of students at the Pedagogical University

This article presents the author’s vision of the content of the formation of the student’s physical culture, which consists of three main areas: motivational, activity-related and cognitive. The purpose of the study: to develop an original program for the formation of students' physical education at a pedagogical university and experimentally prove the effectiveness of its implementation in practical activities. The scientific novelty of the author’s program is contained in its main blocks: mobile, theoretical, methodological and practical block. With the continuous impact of the innovations presented in the study by mobile technologies and traditional approaches, such as improving various teaching models, a higher level of formation of students' physical culture of the person was statistically reliably achieved. The results of the study contribute to improving the quality of education and, in general, the effectiveness of the training system for future teachers.

Luta marajoara: lugar ou não lugar no currículo de uma IES pública do estado do Pará

Este artigo objetivou entender o lugar da Luta Marajoara no currículo de licenciatura em Educação Física de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES) pública da região norte do Brasil. Realizou-se pesquisa de campo a partir de entrevista semiestruturada direcionada a dois docentes ministrantes do conteúdo Lutas, além de grupo focal com estudantes concluintes. Os resultados revelaram que a Luta Marajoara possui lugar implícito no currículo e ausente nas práticas de ensino do curso em questão. Concluiu-se que esta prática corporal, de identidade brasileira e marajoara, não consegue se legitimar no currículo da formação inicial em Educação Física, resultado da marginalização de seu conhecimento.

Narrativas autobiográficas: tecendo caminhos da formação profissional em Educação Física

A presente reflexão tem como eixo discursivo apresentar os resultados tecidos no âmbito do Projeto do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica, PIBIC, Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, UERN, intitulado de “Narrativas autobiográficas: tecendo os caminhos da formação profissional em Educação Física” (EF). Um estudo realizado com a colaboração de quatro docentes, de quatro escolas públicas municipais do Alto Oeste Potiguar-RN. O objetivo consistiu em identificar por meio das narrativas autobiográficas e troca de experiências entre os participantes do projeto, saberes e competências necessárias para a construção do profissional de Educação Física. E ainda, contribuir para a compreensão da formação profissional. É um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa que contou com um questionário semiestruturado. Os dados revelaram questões importantes e também preocupantes. O fato de haver práticas pedagógicas executadas por professor sem a devida formação na área e práticas sustentadas nas abordagens de ensino, como por exemplo, a Desenvolvimentista e nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais. Conclui-se que a forma assistemática com que são conduzidas estas ações não tendem de fato ao que se pretende com a investigação: os saberes necessários à formação inicial e continuada em Educação Física.

CORPOREALITY, INITIAL FORMATION IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND STS CURRICULUM

In the context of cultural transformation engendered by the new technological society, the challenge facing the school institution in terms of reconfiguring its historically established practices is great. From the advent of the Internet and digital technologies, there are many possibilities for building knowledge and preparing citizens for active life. The way to build knowledge is collaborative. Participation and interaction in the global world permeated by these technologies must be the scope of this new school; and teachers are called to use virtual tools for the benefit of body education, which requires a fresh look at the body. The collaborative construction of knowledge, citizen participation and preparation for active life, as well as their critical formation, are in this agenda. And Physical Education, as a compulsory curricular component of Basic Education, which has its foundations in the concepts of body and movement, also needs to be sensitive to this theme, of great relevance to the current scenario. Through bibliographic research, this article aims to discuss these issues, dear to the educational area, in particular, to school Physical Education. Therefore, there is a discussion about the body place in the institutions of formal education, its relations with the initial formation in Physical Education and with the infamous STS curriculum. Topics of socio-scientific relevance can and should be approached by the area, aiming to develop values ​​and attitudes for responsible decision making in the face of real situations, in the light of a thematic approach aimed at a problematizing, dialogical, reflective and argumentative education. reality, as in Paulo Freire, starting from reflections on basic contradictions existing in existential situations.

Formação Superior em Educação Física no Brasil: um estudo de caso

A formação superior em Educação Física vem sendo cada vez mais discutida por pesquisadores da área. Hoje, o curso é dividido em licenciatura e bacharelado, regulamentados pelas Resoluções CNE/CP 01/02 e CNE/CES 07/04, respectivamente. Com a nova Resolução (CNE/CES, 584/2018) que aguarda homologação, no entanto, dentre outras modificações, será possível que as Instituições de Ensino Superior ofereçam as duas formações em um único currículo. Em posse de tal debate, o presente artigo tem como objetivo geral comparar e analisar os Projetos-Político-Pedagógicos de uma Universidade Federal que oferece, em currículos distintos, os cursos de licenciatura e bacharelado. A partir de uma ampla coleta de dados, utilizou-se uma metodologia de estudo de caso para retratar as possíveis aproximações e os possíveis distanciamentos entre os cursos de licenciatura e bacharelado nas Universidades Federais. Além disso, os dados foram também tratados qualitativamente inspirados no princípio educativo de Antonio Gramsci. Como resultado, pôde-se observar que há uma ampla gama de disciplinas comuns aos dois cursos, bem como uma proposta de formação aproximada, apesar de serem oferecidos separadamente. Desse modo, concluiu-se que a oferta do curso de Educação Física separadamente pode ser reconceptualizada e repensada a partir das novas Diretrizes Curriculares.

Sentidos formativos en la Educación Física: Tras los discursos implícitos en las prácticas de saber pedagógico del profesorado del campo en formación

El artículo presenta avances investigativos asociados a la tesis de maestría que tiene como objetivo reconocer los sentidos formativos implícitos en el saber pedagógico del profesorado en formación de Educación Física en el Valle de Aburrá. Se definen como sujetos de investigación al profesorado de Educación Física en proceso de práctica pedagógica profesional a partir de la selección de ocho profesores en formación adscritos a tres universidades diferentes. En términos metodológicos se recurre a la teoría fundamentada y se soporta sobre una base analítica interpretativa apoyada en los análisis discursivos. Finalmente se discuten los datos obtenidos en los procesos de análisis y codificación y se configuran, como hallazgos investigativos, los sentidos formativos del rendimiento, la convivencia y el sexismo a partir de una discusión soportada en el análisis e interpretación de los diferentes códigos encontrados.

As implicações da configuração interdependente entre estagiários e professores supervisores no estágio curricular supervisionado em Educação Física

A partir do referencial de Norbert Elias, a pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as implicações da configuração entre estagiários e professores supervisores no Estágio Curricular Supervisionado na formação de professores de Educação Física. Participaram da pesquisa 90 acadêmicos do curso de Educação Física (licenciatura) e 63 professores supervisores de estágio. Como instrumentos foram utilizados um questionário e a análise de documentos. Os dados quantitativos foram apresentados com a utilização da estatística descritiva (%). Os dados qualitativos foram tratados por meio da análise de conteúdo e organizados no software NVivo 10. Constatou-se que os indicadores analisados apresentam configuração de interdependência e possíveis implicações na realização do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado na formação inicial em Educação Física, uma vez que a experiência do professor, sua qualificação e status profissional podem favorecer ou limitar as relações estabelecidas entre os envolvidos ao longo deste momento formativo.

Distance learning for teaching in physical education

Abstract The objective of this article is to show, by analyzing the curricula of the professional formation in Physical Education, that it is possible the formation of teachers in Distance Learning Physical Education courses since the act of reflecting before, during and after the pedagogical practice characterizes the quality of contemporary educational development. A qualitative research; the present study consists of an analysis of curricula and Professional Training of Distance Learning in Physical Education, subsidized in bibliographic research. As the traditional teaching model prioritizes the selection of the most skilled in the search for the hero athlete, the pedagogical proposal based on reflection is more interesting since not all students will be or wish to be athletes. In this way, distance learning for teaching in physical education seems to be an excellent educational strategy for our postmodern society.

Preocupações de Professores Supervisores de Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Educação Física

This quantitative study aims at analysing the pedagogical concerns of supervising teachers of the Supervised Internship in initial training in Physical Education. Twenty-seven teachers from public and private higher education institutions in Brazil participated in this study. For the data collection, the Pedagogical Concerns Scale of the Teacher was used, which evaluates the pedagogical concerns in the following dimensions: Self, Task and Impact. The results present an abundance of pedagogical concerns corresponding to the dimension of the impact of the teaching, being the main ones: to identify problems of learning of the students and to meet the needs of the different types of students. In the dimension of the teaching task, the most pointed concerns were the lack of a conscious policy of self-assessment and the lack of continuity in the annual planning of the discipline. Concerns about the personal aspect are not present among the highest pedagogical concerns of the trainee supervisors. It is concluded that the supervisors of internships concentrate their pedagogical concerns on the impact dimension of the teaching, necessitating in this way, the fomentation of strategies that improve their interventions and actions in the context of the supervised internship in the initial formation in Physical Education.

O uso da análise de jogo como ferramenta para aprendizagem do basquetebol na formação inicial em educação física

Objetivamos identificar se a análise de jogo poderia servir como uma ferramenta útil à compreensão da lógica interna do basquetebol dentro da graduação em Educação Física. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa com método pautado na sistematização de experiência, esta que buscou identificar se e como a análise de jogo por parte de acadêmicos de basquetebol, realizada in loco em uma competição oficial, ajudaria em sua compreensão sobre a lógica interna da modalidade. Identificamos que não apenas a análise de jogo em si, mas também a observação e as dúvidas e discussões surgidas em razão da própria inserção no lócus de pesquisa resultaram em um aprendizado significativo por parte dos acadêmicos, não apenas da lógica interna do basquetebol, mas também a respeito de sua dinâmica oficial, lógica externa e do universo do esporte institucionalizado como um todo. Concluímos que a experiência analisada superou as expectativas em relação aos objetivos, demonstrando que atividades extraclasse podem afigurar-se como importantes elementos para formação inicial em Educação Física.

O ensinar e o aprender na concepção crítico-emancipatória

Discute o ensinar e o aprender na concepção Crítico-Emancipatória. Tem como objetivo apresentar e interpretar esse par dialético nos primeiros livros do professor Elenor Kunz: "Educação Física: Ensino & Mudanças (1991)" e "Transformação Didático-Pedagógica do Esporte (1994)". Pesquisa teórica apoia-se em elementos metodológicos inerentes à análise temática tratada por Minayo (2008). Conclui que os conteúdos da Educação Física devem ser abordados de forma ampla pela problematização; que o se-movimentar conduz a uma aprendizagem de um “mundo de significados motores”; e que o ensinar e o aprender na concepção implica numa formação na Educação Física que desenvolva sujeitos livres e emancipados.

Formação de professores na modalidade a distância: perfil dos egressos, permanência e saberes em um curso de Educação Física

Esse estudo buscou identificar o perfil dos estudantes que permaneceram no curso de licenciatura em Educação Física, na modalidade a distância, e os saberes significativos desenvolvidos nessa formação, relacionando-os com os motivos de permanência até o final do curso. O perfil dos estudantes foi analisado pelos dados disponibilizados pela secretaria do curso e, para analisar a formação em Educação Física, foi elaborado um grupo focal. Os estudantes que permaneceram (42,9%) são na maioria mulheres (52,9%); solteiros (51,9%); a porcentagem de 85,7% cursou a educação básica integralmente em escola pública; 88,4% possuem idade média de 35 anos e moram a uma distância média de 34 km do polo. Ficou de significativo dessa formação o letramento digital, os saberes pedagógicos desenvolvidos ao longo do curso e os saberes das práticas corporais, ao compreenderem a importância da Educação Física no processo de escolarização. Os motivos da permanência elencados foram a qualidade proporcionada pela universidade pública e aqueles de mérito individual como a persistência, a disciplina e a autonomia.

O jogo como conteúdo na formação inicial em educação física: uma análise a partir da concepção dos professores

A pesquisa teve por objetivo compreender o jogo como conteúdo na formação inicial em Educação Física, a partir da concepção dos professores responsáveis pelas disciplinas. As discussões procedem de uma análise realizada sobre a conjuntura dos cursos de Licenciatura em Educação Física das Universidades Federais do Rio Grande do Sul, no que tange, especificamente, às disciplinas que tratam do conteúdo jogo. Para tanto, foi realizada análise documental dos Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso (PPC), da matriz curricular e dos programas de disciplinas dos cursos de Educação Física-Licenciatura, além disso, realizamos entrevistas semiestruturada com os docentes responsáveis pelas disciplinas em que o conteúdo jogo é proposto. Constatou-se que os docentes têm conseguido avanços para a legitimação do conteúdo jogo na formação inicial em Educação Física, tais como a participação e empenho dos docentes na elaboração do PPC, de modo geral, representou um ganho para a área, possibilitando a inclusão de disciplinas no currículo, maior visibilidade e consequentemente um espaço para o conteúdo jogo.

PERSPECTIVAS E POSSIBILIDADES PARA A RENOVAÇÃO DA FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL EM EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NO CAMPO DA SAÚDE

Este estudo objetivou analisar apontamentos e perspectivas que contribuem para consolidação de nova maneira de pensar a formação em Educação Física para o campo da saúde, num recorte que explicita as dimensões política, prática e pedagógica concernentes a esse processo formativo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de natureza conceitual, que identifica as contribuições de um grupo de autores e autores, com forte afinidade com a área das ciências humanas e sociais, vinculados tanto ao campo da saúde quanto ao campo da Educação Física, para uma renovação curricular da formação dessa área. As afinidades com a Saúde Coletiva, o conceito de práticas corporais, o trabalho vivo em ato e as tecnologias leves representam a síntese dos apontamentos elaborados.
