In this paper, ordered TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs) were fabricated by electrochemical anodization in a fluoride-containing electrolyte solution. In order to extent absorption spectrum to visible light band, annealed TNTs with different PbS QDs contents, acting as light sensitizer, was loaded by ultrasonic-assisted dip coating approach. The QDs sensitized TNTs were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-vis spectroscopy analysis. The average diameter of nanotube and PbS QD were approximately ~150nm and ~30nm, respectively. The TNTs decorated with PbS QDs present strong visible-light absorption.
