The process of organizational transformations at the enterprise is complex; it is defined as a multifaceted system, organizational, economic, and socio-psychological measures and methods of increasing flexibility in meeting the urgent needs for changes to achieve individual and corporate goals of the enterprise and its employees. The article aims to substantiate the conditions for implementing organizational transformations of enterprise in the context of its development in modern conditions. This substantiation is based on a comprehensive analysis that rigorously covers a wide range of factors and their interrelationships in the context of organizational transformations, providing a holistic understanding of the subject. The analysis of the current state and prospects of organizational transformations, which form the basis for the development of enterprises, is conducted with a rigorous expert method. This method, known for its thoroughness, has allowed us to clarify the issues regarding the goals of establishing labor relations between employees and enterprises. We have analyzed the specifics of their work, the limits of responsibility, professional and career paths, awareness of the strategic aspects of the enterprise's activities, the nature of the relationships formed in the team, satisfaction with the results of work, etc. The main trends in the built motivational mechanisms, the effectiveness of communications with stakeholders, and sales technologies were also rigorously analyzed. Employees' opinions at different levels of the management hierarchy in this context were compared. Our assessment of the factors of effective operation of the enterprise and its structural subdivisions has led to the identification of certain advantages and disadvantages. These findings are significant as they can significantly influence the course of organizational transformations. The biggest problems were identified in determining the number of wages as the primary motivator for the practical work of an employee, the psychological state of most employees, and team building. The most positive aspects of the work of employees include awareness of the main goals and objectives of the structural unit; regular explanatory work of immediate supervisors to performers on the content of tasks and expected results; ethical communication, low level of conflict, and support for initiatives.
