Transformational Leadership Dynamics and Its Influence on Innovation in the Realm of Entrepreneurial Management

In the era of globalization and intensifying business competition, an organization's ability to innovate has become crucial for its sustainability and business continuity. Entrepreneurial management has emerged as a vital approach in navigating rapidly changing market dynamics. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the dynamics of transformational leadership and the level of innovation in the context of entrepreneurial management. The study employed an in-depth literature examination using qualitative analysis, intending to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter spanning the years 1990 to 2023. The results of the study indicate that the dynamics of transformational leadership have proven to be a driving force for innovation in the domain of entrepreneurial management. Transformational leadership, through its ability to provide inspiration, motivation, and guidance to teams, creates an environment that fosters creativity and experimentation. This is not only related to achieving current goals but also to shaping the future of the organization through the development of new and talented leadership.

Entrepreneurial management, labor, and a disputed urban market

Resumo Este artigo recupera os conflitos emergentes durante a Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito (CPI) da Feira da Madrugada, para discutir articuladamente a expansão de um modelo de gestão empresarial dos espaços de comércio popular e as mudanças nas experiências dos trabalhadores. Considerando o evento da CPI como uma arena em que o processo de gestão desse espaço comercial foi tematizado enquanto um “problema público”, argumenta-se que o centro do conflito esteve marcado pela tensão entre duas perspectivas distintas sobre os mercados populares e os usos legítimos do espaço urbano: uma perspectiva que reconhece, nessas atividades, uma espécie de “função social” e uma razão de mercado que identifica os espaços urbanos de comércio popular como promissores para investimento e fomento ao empreendedorismo.

Abstract This article retraces the conflicts that emerged during the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee (PIC) of Feira da Madrugada to discuss the expansion of the entrepreneurial management of popular trade areas, as well as changes in workers' experiences. Considering the PIC event as an arena in which the management of this commercial area was viewed as a "public problem", it is argued that the center of the conflict was marked by tensions between two distinct perspectives on popular markets and legitimate uses of urban space: a perspective that recognizes a "social function" in these activities, and a market rationale that identifies urban popular trade areas as favorable for investment and to foster entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurial Management for Students

Entrepreneurship is one of the important pillars in the Indonesian economy. Entrepreneurship can create jobs, increase competitiveness, and boost economic growth. Students are one of the groups that have the potential to become entrepreneurs. Students have high enthusiasm and creativity, and have access to technology and information. The purpose of this study is to examine entrepreneurial management for students. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out with literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the skills and knowledge needed by students to start and manage a business include technical skills, managerial skills, and entrepreneurial skills. Effective methods and approaches in providing entrepreneurial education and training to students include case-based methods, project-based methods, and simulation-based methods. Entrepreneurial education and training can equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to start and manage a business.

HelpUsGreen LLP: driving next-level growth by building a sustainable circular economy

Learning outcomes On completion of this case study, students will be able to describe a circular economy and cross-marketing; discuss the common strategies under the circular economy paradigm; describe the benefits and risks of cross-marketing brand alliances and their strategic implications; examine the role of growth strategy in driving the growth of an organization; classify what constitutes the elements of a strategy for HelpUsGreen LLP; and discuss measures to be considered while selecting a partner for a cross-marketing brand alliance. Case overview/synopsis HelpUsGreen LLP was a start-up founded by Karan Rastogi in 2019, which manufactured incense sticks using the circular economy model. After deflecting from his earlier partner in 2019 and after approximately two years of effort, Rastogi expanded his business of making incense sticks using a circular economy model. Students through this case can step into the shoes of Rastogi, who, as of 9 January 2023, was in Kanpur and was in an urgent need to replicate a similar circular economy model in different cities. With over 21,060 tonnes of temple flower waste recycled, 210 tonnes of chemical pesticides offset and 100% natural products delivered, multiple opportunities emerged at the cross-marketing brand alliance and new product segment levels. Rastogi entered into several cross-marketing brand alliance arrangements and tasted success. Rastogi believed that choosing the right partner for cross-marketing was key to successful cooperation. Considering cross-marketing as a way forward, he urgently needed to develop a strategy that aligned with his mission to take HelpUsGreen LLP’s circular economy model to other parts of the country. Students should take into consideration the data regarding the processes at HelpUsGreen LLP that helped Rastogi restart from scratch and make assumptions to decide the growth route for entering different cities. Complexity academic level This case can be used as an introductory case in a post-graduate class on growth strategy for a business based on the circular economy model, as it delineates the challenges faced by a firm while creating a circular economy and managing its growth phase. The case can also be used in an entrepreneurship management course and a strategic management course. This case allows students to learn about the circular economy and challenges faced by the company during the growth phase. Thus, the case can be used for covering multiple perspectives related to growth strategy (e.g. the application of Ansoff matrix), for defining what is cross-marketing brand alliance and discussing what measures need to be considered while selecting a partner for cross-marketing brand alliance, and it is ideal for teaching the elements of strategy. Exploration of Entrepreneurship Management Strategies as Innovation and Sustainability in the Digital Era

This research aims to describe the role of financial literacy in developing financial management skills in early childhood, using descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted in several elementary schools, where data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, as well as analysis of documents and school records related to the curriculum and financial learning activities. The results of this research show that financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping children's understanding of money, saving and spending. Children who are exposed to basic financial concepts from an early age demonstrate a more mature understanding of the value of money and the importance of financial management. In addition, it was found that interactive and engaging financial literacy teaching can increase children's interest and understanding of this topic. This research also reveals that support from parents and teachers is very important in developing children's financial literacy. Collaboration between school and home is an important factor in ensuring children receive consistent and effective financial education. Based on these findings, this study recommends more intensive integration of financial literacy in primary school curriculum and closer collaboration between schools and parents in educating children about financial management. In conclusion, financial literacy is an important aspect in early childhood education and has a significant impact on the formation of their financial management skills. The implications of this research are valuable for the development of educational policies and teaching practices in schools.

Social entrepreneurship management: PKK moms' poverty alleviation strategy

The PKK women who are a part of this partnership program (PKM) are from the village of Rancanumpang Gedebage in Bandung City, West Java. First off, there is a serious lack of enthusiasm among PKK mothers. The motive in question is motivation for company management and entrepreneurship; they are also motivated to become employees of other parties who offer employment prospects. Lectures, talks, demonstrations, and questions and answers are the approaches employed. It is hoped that by taking part in this service project, PKK women in Rancanumpang Gedebage, Bandung City, West Java, will help to reduce poverty by contributing to the improvement of the family economy and by being able to make use of the local community by the idea of the social entrepreneur management strategy.

A study of entrepreneurial management performance assessment method based on multivariate statistical analysis

Abstract This paper uses multivariate statistical analysis to explore the ordinary least squares regression algorithm, principal component regression algorithm, and partial least squares regression algorithm. Then, an index system for entrepreneurial management performance assessment was constructed with public innovation space, resource collocation and entrepreneurial performance indicators, and an entrepreneurial management performance mediation model was established with this. Finally, the quartiles of entrepreneurial performance's principal components were derived by studying the relationship between entrepreneurial performance assessment and each input. The results show that the first principal component Z 1 of entrepreneurial performance is significant at all quartiles, while the second principal component Z 2 is significant only at the 0.6 quartiles, and the constant terms are significant at the 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 quartiles. Multivariate statistical analysis is employed in this paper to provide a reference for entrepreneurship management and to assess entrepreneurial performance more accurately.

Development of the agricultural sector of the economy under martial law

The agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine has firmly established itself as a flagship in ensuring a positive foreign economic balance of our country, it needs constant development of the agricultural sector, the most reliable factor of which is the creation of an appropriate innovative foundation, a fairly objective reflection of which is the state of its consolidation in the current legislation, which must definitely be fa­cilitated by the state scientific development of this topic.
 Innovations are one of the most effective factors in the development of agribusiness, because, as global and domestic practice proves, their introduction affects the modern process of agricultural production, management of agricultural entrepreneurship and, in general, the implementation of agrarian entrepreneur­ship, bringing it to a qualitatively new level. Agricultural business has long been a driver of not only the economy in general, but also exports in Ukraine. It is thanks to farmers that numerous Ukrainian IT and technological companies have a large client market and a testing ground for their ideas.
 The dynamics of the development of the world economy in the conditions of globalization attests to the decisive role of the implementation of effective mechanisms of innovation policy in ensuring the compet­itiveness of the agricultural sector.

Conceptual Frameworks of Strategic Management

Plentiful works have been devoted to theories and practices of business management, but comparative studies of their advantages and limitations are rarely carried out. In an attempt to fill this gap, the article provides a systematic analysis of management concepts that have gained the major attention in recent years. The search was carried out using the Web of Science database. Ten theories were selected and analyzed in detail, which are the considered most frequently within selected body of articles. The spheres of their application, advantages and limitations, connections between them are indicated. This study deepens the understanding of the theories of entrepreneurship management and shows which of them are the most prolific for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises and shaping their strategic vision of the future. Directions for further research are shown to overcome the limitations of the presented concepts.

Financial model for assessing the economic effect of corporate entrepreneurship development

The study highlights the importance of developing applied tools to assess the economic impact of the development of corporate entrepreneurship within established business organisations. It was found that preliminary studies focus on the positive impact of the application of the entrepreneurial management style on the performance of business organisations, but there is a lack of specific proposals for assessing the impact of the implementation of employees' internal business initiatives on organisational performance. The financial model for assessing the economic impact of the implementation of innovative solutions, ideas and projects proposed by employees and the creation of new business units based on them has been substantiated. The results of the authors' calculations are presented, which confirm the practical possibility of applying the proposed model and demonstrate the positive impact of the development of corporate entrepreneurship and the creation of new business units on the value of the business organisation as a whole.

The System Approach for Entrepreneurship-Based School Management in Vocational High Schools

This study attempts to explore the system approach in school entrepreneurship management in Vocational High Schools (VHS). Although the government has made attempts to promote entrepreneurship, little progress has been made. Thus, it is possible to observe how the approach of running educational institutions with the idea of entrepreneurship is encouraging for schools and students to make the most of their potential. This qualitative study included five Vocational High Schools implementing the entrepreneurship-based school program and the data was collected via documentation. The data analysis activity was carried out throughout the research activity, and the most core activities include data simplification, data display and conclusions drawing. This study revealed that the system approach of developing school entrepreneurship in Vocational High Schools included the preparation stage (P), the planning stage (P), implementation stage (I), and the marketing stage (M). In order to develop an entrepreneurship-based school, the school must overcome a number of challenges, including external partners issues, funding issues, human resources issues, infrastructure issues, marketing issues, and momentum issues.

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Strategi Pemasaran Produk Hasil Kerajinan Kelompok PKK pada Desa Wisata Sungai Kupah Kabupaten Kubu Raya

The purpose of implementing this community service is to provide training and empower the community regarding the importance of entrepreneurial management and marketing strategies for the products of the PKK group's work in the Sungai Kupah tourist village. This community service activity is carried out by providing material on entrepreneurship and providing an understanding that the community can market handicraft products and make their living environment a tourist destination. The results of this activity the participants were able and able to market handicraft products by utilizing existing digital marketing and were able to describe what potentials existed in Sungai Kupah Tourism Village, Kubu Raya Regency.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Social entrepreneurship is considered a new phenomenon as a field of research, and is seen as an answer to social problems that occur. Mission and creating social value is the key goal of social entrepreneurship. However, there is still limited research that focuses on raising the issue of ways/methods to increase interest in social entrepreneurship among students (social experiential learning). The urgency of this research can be seen in the results that will be produced, namely the creation of a development model/method of fostering interest in social entrepreneurship among students through short course. The results of this study where respondents will be given a short course with prepared material (pre-test vs. pre-test) show that there is a difference in the average proportion before and after training from the 5 dimensions of Social Entrepreneur Competency (SEC), namelypersonal competence, leadership, social innovation, social values and entrepreneurial management. Even though the small workshop concept is still on a small scale, the output of this technique can be an alternative way of fostering interest in social entrepreneurship among students. Universities can improve and evaluate the design of entrepreneurship education by involving more social learning. This process can foster deeper knowledge so that they are expected to have high social awareness by manifesting an interest in becoming social entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurial Interest and Motivation Among Students, Case Study of BEM FIS UNJ Board Members

The research wanted to see the interest and motivation of students, UNJ BEM FIS management in entrepreneurship. Competition in the business world sector is currently getting tighter, however, with the development of information technology providing opportunities that are open to all people to become business actors, advances in the field of digital and information technology have made conventional businesses have to adapt to the digital world, this has created new business opportunities for students, students who are young and generally master the digital world, currently have many roles in business in the digital world. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, the researcher makes an objective picture by using interview data to describe the research findings. Most of the board of BEM FIS UNJ are not aware of the importance of entrepreneurship, even though they have that potential.

Penerapan Manajemen Kewirausahaan dalam Aspek Kreativitas dan Inovasi di SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo

The ability of a school principal who has an entrepreneurial spirit in terms of innovation can greatly determine the success of the school he leads because within the school principal is able and able to respond to the needs or desires and expectations of the community as an educational service for their children. Therefore, if you want to be successful in leading a school, be a creative and innovative individual in terms of realizing the creative potential that you can have in the form of quality innovation. The process of implementing entrepreneurial management at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo, goes according to predetermined programs. Among them in carrying out entrepreneurship, schools always prepare themselves with Entrepreneurial Planning at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo is an activity to think in advance about things that must be done regarding students at school, both since students will enter school, while at school, and they will graduate from school. What is planned is the things that must be done with regard to the acceptance of students until the graduation of students. School policies identify activities that can be used to achieve the target or goal of student success. In terms of this research approach is qualitative research, in terms of this research, there are problems that can be raised are activities related to giving ideas or ideas in an entrepreneurial spirit carried out by the principal of SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo, the result is that the Principal of SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo As a knowledge leader always prioritizing the role of the principal as a knowledge leader is a step forward in directing changes in the school's organizational culture. Community development and social welfare through entrepreneurship management training

The uneven distribution of superior human resources, which alienates some communities and contributes to the issue of business management literacy in SMEs, is one of the obstacles to community development. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of community empowerment through literacy-based entrepreneurship management training. With a sample of 98 participants, this study use participatory action research (PAR). To select training participants, sampling method is purposive sampling with the criteria used: (1) Indonesian Manpower (TKI) who no longer work abroad; (2) Existing micro or small business owners; and (3) Trainees who have been mentored for at least one year. Methods of question and answer, observation, or questionnaires are used to obtain the data including focus group discussion (FGD), in-depth interviews, and strategies for exchanging stories, and pretest and post-test; behavioral analysis and participatory assessment analysis using percentages and likert scales; and data analysis of training success. This study is new because it explores specifically how to organize, execute, and value manufacturing innovation, inventive marketing, financial management, administrative control, financial reporting, teamwork, and business networking. It was determined that this training is helpful in increasing participants' awareness to fall into the very good category and increasing their knowledge and abilities. This finding is consistent with the notion of resource mobilization in support of human empowerment and human resource development theory, which argues that training is a process of improvement to deal with dynamic change. Government organizations can use this information to improve training programs to increase community engagement.

The Influence of Risk Management in Decision Making on Entrepreneurial Success with Product Promotion as a Moderating Variable

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk management in decision making on entrepreneurial success with promotions as a moderating variable. The problem in this study is focused on entrepreneurs who often experience failure in entrepreneurship due to inability to apply risk management in entrepreneurship and lack of promotion to the community so that to understand these problems several supporting theories are used, namely risk management, promotion and entrepreneurial success which are also supported by several studies. from existing journals. This type of research is a quantitative associative research with the population being all entrepreneurs with a minimum asset of Rp. 100 million in the area of Central Helvetia Village, Medan Helvetia District, Medan City, There are 153 entrepreneurs in North Sumatra Province and the determination of the number of samples is based on the Slovin formula so that there are 60 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The data were obtained using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the data analysis used was simple regression and MRA. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of risk management on entrepreneurial success, 2) Risk management has an effect on entrepreneurial success which is strengthened through product promotion. Entrepreneurial Management & Risk Investment

Introduction. Most of the new ventures are immersed in a risk or failure situation due to the lack of knowledge about a management process structured specifically for them, and to the ignorance of new terminology used in risk investment for raising capital. Objective. The purpose of this research is to describe the terminology currently used on risk investment for ventures and managerial actions that guarantee their sustainability, based on a bibliometric analysis of the literature on the research topic, considering the practices of innovative entrepreneurship worldwide with managerial actions that allowed us to recognize gaps, challenges, and opportunities. Analysis. The bibliometric analysis began with a search equation on entrepreneurship management from 1979. Data was processed with VOSviewer and the content analysis was performed with ATLAS.ti. Results. As a result, co-occurring terms emerged in the literature; business management, innovation, risk management, investments, and risk assessment stand out. There are other innovative terms that are used in the current dynamics of venture investment for startups. They are one of the contributions of this research. Conclusions. The conclusions present the best management practices that guarantee the sustainability of startups, as well as findings that reveal the new terminology in risk investment. They become facilitators for the permanence of incipient startups over time.
