Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Approach in Universities Based on Large Data

The development of computer technology has promoted the processing technology of large data, meanwhile, the upsurge of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship has also been promoted. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the way of innovation and entrepreneurship by using large data technology. Firstly, the research status and development trend of innovation entrepreneurship are analyzed. The development of large data is introduced, and then the coupling point of innovative entrepreneurship and Internet technology is analyzed, and the large data algorithm suitable for the research of innovative startups is designed. Finally, by using the distributed Blackboard Control algorithm in the large data technology, the innovation and entrepreneurship approach of university is analyzed. Through experimental analysis and verification, the proposed improved large data technology, compared to other algorithms, in some performance has a certain advantage.

The Role of Online Food Selling Students through Social Media in Supporting the Entrepreneurial Creativity Program

In addition to attending lectures to become Human Resources with academic knowledge (academic knowledge), management skills, and communication skills, students are also expected to have skills and creativity in the field of entrepreneurship in order to become graduates who are productive, superior, competitive, adaptive, flexible, and productive. In the present world of technology and information, social media use cannot be isolated from pupils. Since 2020, the lecture process has been conducted online, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic; social media is not only used for entertainment, but also as a source of knowledge information in lectures; and online media is also used to sell food made by students as a form of creativity with economic benefits. (1) The students' motivations for engaging in the entrepreneurial innovation program were Self-Development, Earning an Income, and Independence. (2) Due to the covid 19 epidemic, the Entrepreneurship Team distributes items through social media: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Payment via COD and M-Banking systems, making it simpler for purchasers since they don't have to leave the home (3) Productive and Economic Roles of Online Food Selling Students Via Social Media in Supporting Entrepreneurial Creativity Programs. Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Universities and Colleges, as well as support for the Entrepreneurial Creativity Program (4) Obstacles: Lack of parental support, lack of explanation of entrepreneurship education, and hectic class schedules.

Poverty Reduction in Awka Metropolis: The Role of Entrepreneurship Productivity

The study examined the contribution of entrepreneurship productivity towards poverty reduction using trading SMEs in Awka South as cases of reference. Specifically, the study determined the extent to which entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial skill acquisition and entrepreneurial innovation affect poverty reduction. Descriptive survey research design was deployed in the study. Primary data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered on a sample size of ninety-nine (99). The reliability of the questionnaire was established using Cronbach alpha statistic. Hypotheses testing was conducted with the aid of Spearman Ranked Order Correlation Coefficient at 5% level of significance. The results of the analysis revealed that: entrepreneurial education significantly contributes to poverty reduction among selected SMEs in Awka South (rho = 0.589, p-value = 0.000); entrepreneurial skill acquisition significantly influences poverty reduction among selected SMEs in Awka South (rho = 0.733, p-value = 0.000); and entrepreneurial innovation significantly helps in poverty reduction in Awka South (rho = 0.591, p-value = 0.000). Among others, it was recommended that the Anambra state government should invest more in massive entrepreneurial skill acquisition in order to help the citizens to learn various aptitudes that will enable them to be self-reliant.

Smart Investments in the field of innovative entrepreneurship in my concept for economic efficiency and energetic efficiency

In my opinion, smart investments in the field of innovative entrepreneurship for economic efficiency and energetic efficiency can be for example free energy devices based on Tesla, Coanda and Faraday ideas(induction generators with prime movers with neodym magnets, Faraday rotors Cages and excited Leyda capacitors) and also based on Atlantis technology free energy devices, Climeworks green chemistry devices, triboelectric nanogenerators, crystal devices based on Atlantis technology, Hutchinson effect free energy devices(anticovid 19) in the common aim to obtain economic and energetic efficiency and econometric models of innovation process based on free energy devices. Econometric models used to demonstrate this type of smart investments can be integrated in Schumpeterian Business Cycles, Romer Innovation Model, Lucas econometric model, Jan Tinbergen Econometric model for technical progress with trend analysis, Cobb Douglas and Solow Production Function and Acs Innovation Growth of the Cities book based also on econometric models mentioned above and other econometric models like Solow Endogenous Growth Model and also from the book of Henri Bergson, L’evolution creatrice sur site persee.fr collections and with Francois Perroux Les Techniques quantitatives de la planification pour les industries modernes et innovatoires and with Robert Gordon and William Jevons Paradox we can do a visionary econometric model for nowdays for economic efficiency and energetic efficiency with zero emissions of CO2 by smart investments described as free energy devices.

BUSINESS DIAGNOSIS OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

The article deals with current issues of the need for business diagnostics of the competitiveness of innovative entrepreneurship customer service for a product/service. It was argued that in each of the industries, over time, one or more dominant business models are formed, which are well-optimized ways of allocating and organizing resources. It was also noted that the generally accepted approach is when the most effective models are those that create prerequisites for increasing the loyalty of companies or contribute to barriers to entry of competitors. At the same time, if the dominant business model is replaced by another one based on the latest technology, then the entire industry will be transformed accordingly. In the course of the study, the concept of a lean start-up and a minimum viable product were revealed as well as a comparative description of traditional and lean start-ups was given. The attention was focused on the step-by-step procedure for revising the business model of innovative entrepreneurship. It was noted that recently the agile approach to business models has gained popularity, when, unlike traditional approaches, the key is to find the most effective ways and methods of doing business by testing hypotheses for fallacy. It has been proven that in order to change the existing business model, it is necessary to determine the specifics of the industry and then analyze the impact of technologies and existing market needs in order to formulate aspects of innovation that need to be implemented.

Entrepreneurial Curiosity, Innovativeness of the Entrepreneur, and Company Growth

Researchers have studied entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness as determinants of entrepreneurial behavior but have not linked them with company growth in a model. The intention of this enquiry was to examine the associations between the entrepreneur's psychological constructs of entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness and business growth, as examined by the conceptualization and analysis of hypotheses. For this research, data were obtained via a survey questionnaire. The sample consisted of 851 entrepreneurs of companies in three European countries. Each company had 250 workers or fewer. This study contributes to the entrepreneurship knowledge base by presenting empirical testimony on the associations between entrepreneurial curiosity, entrepreneurial innovativeness, and firm growth, as well as presenting advanced cross-nationally analogous measurement instruments of entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness. The entrepreneur's curiosity is important for their innovativeness, and this innovativeness is essential for business growth.

An Environmental Approach to Cultivating Science and Technology Talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

In order to construct a structural equation model for developing the science and technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), this paper first explains the connotation of science and technology talents, and then proposes hypotheses based on the interaction between the environmental factors and their interrelationships. An online questionnaire survey is carried out with 205 participants based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, trying to provide relevant data to support the main arguments in the paper. The results show that the regional economic environment has no significant effect on the development of science and technology talents, while other factors such as regional science and technology (RST), regional education(RED), regional social living(RSL) and regional innovation culture (RIC) have positive and significant effects. Such findings can provide guidance and reference not only for improving the environment for the development of science and technology talents, but also for optimizing the innovation of entrepreneurship in GBA. This will have great implications for the related organizations and institutions in China to well manage, cultivate and develop the science and technology talents.

Innovative entrepreneurship policy in Ukraine and roadmap strategy

Using an empirically based methodology, the scientific approaches to define the concepts of "innovation" and "innovation policy" are summarized. It is substantiated that the goal of implementing innovative entrepreneurship is the transition to an innovative model of development, which requires the implementation of the following priority tasks: integration of all stages of innovative entrepreneurship in the region; formation of competitive regional innovative products; increasing the level of quality of institutional infrastructure; improvement of information provision of innovative processes; stimulation of regional business entities to ensure innovative activity; creation of communications in the "science-production" system; ensuring quality training of specialists in the field of innovative entrepreneurship; development of knowledge-intensive industries; effective use of innovative potential and intellectual capital of the region. Modeling of the innovative entrepreneurship profile of the regions led to the conclusion that the main task, for each of the regions, is to develop measures to increase the level of formation of its innovative entrepreneurship space, which will have the effect of optimizing the economic results of the operation and increase its competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

Prospects of state regulation of venture entrepreneurship in Ukraine

Using general and special scientific methods and generalized statistical data, the article reveals the essence of venture entrepreneurship, identifies the features and influence of venture investments on the innovative development of the Ukrainian economy in conditions of limited state resources. It has demonstrated the need to develop a strategy to improve the investment climate and expand venture investment in Ukraine, the main measures of which should include: improvement of the legislative framework; development of the innovation ecosystem in accordance with major global trends; formation of a favorable investment climate and tax regime for investors; development and implementation of new organizational and legal forms of venture investment; creation of conditions for the development of infrastructure units of the entrepreneurship ecosystem; formation of conditions for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the real sector of the economy, as well as in the scientific and technical sphere, etc. It concludes with recommendations on the need to increase the volume of venture capital investments in high-tech projects with an emphasis on the defense industrial complex, IT sphere and construction, among others.

Markets, Politics, and Environmental Policy Issues for Public Transit

Economic deregulation of local bus services remains controversial in terms of the claimed gains and losses relative to competitive regulation in the form of competitive tendering or negotiated protected monopoly. The uncertainty over demonstrable net benefits has delayed, if not eliminated, any prospects for unleashing market forces in London where competitive tendering is claimed by its supporters to be at least as attractive as economic deregulation in terms of quantity and quality of service. While the literature has focused predominantly on the economic and social impacts of market reforms, some of the changes have brought about environmental gains and losses. These rarely have been documented, being overshadowed by the initial objectives motivating economic reform. One particular feature of economic deregulation in the United Kingdom (and to a lesser extent in Australia and New Zealand) has been the noticeable increase in minibus services. The impact that economic deregulation has on entrepreneurial innovation has been neglected in the public transport literature, yet it is a centerpiece of competitive strategy. We use the experience with minibuses in Britain to show how markets create environmentally compatible incentives. Environmental gains attributable to market reform counter in part the negative evidence that minibuses in Britain have ““failed” to stimulate an aggregate increase in ridership. Without knowing the counterfactuals, one might speculate that the outcome would have been even worse without the introduction of the minibus.

Reflexões sobre ecossistemas empreendedores, coletivos de cidadãos e renda básica

Objective: To propose entrepreneurial ecosystems could evolve into citizen collectives that, besides creating a favorable environment for entrepreneurial activities, would also be capable of providing a basic income for every citizen in its context. Methodology/design: The text is an essay based on extant literature about entrepreneurial ecosystems, universal basic income, and citizen collectives. Main results: I argue that entrepreneurial ecosystems may be seen as citizen collectives. As such, based on the leadership of a region’s entrepreneurial community, they can foster society’s sustainable development. I propose that basic income initiatives should be included as an expected output of a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. Theorethical/Methodological contributions: I propose that this view of entrepreneurial ecosystem is relevant for a better understanding of the dynamics of sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems and their creation of value for society. Relevance/originality: This is a gap in the literature, since no previous papers have approached entrepreneurial ecosystems under this theoretical lens. Entrepreneurial ecosystems, in the form modern citizen collectives, can be an alternative to and complement government and market actions. Social/management contributions: Entrepreneurial ecosystems, as collective of entrepreneurs, would enhance the survival of enterprises and, at the same time, help build a more inclusive society. From the expected positive benefits of basic income initiative could emerge better prepared potential entrepreneurs focused on innovative entrepreneurship, and an increase in the number of traditional small-firms and self-employed people whose entrepreneurial initiatives would emerge from a safer financial situation that allows riskier behavior.

FORMATION OF VECTORS OF MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS

The article presents the results of research on the main indicators of business development management in rural areas. Accordingly, the theoretical and methodological principles of modeling rural business development management are formed and substantiated, in particular, the main problems of rural business structures development are identified, vectors in managing the development of existing rural potential are identified, approaches, methods, modeling tools are determined, which facilitates their selection and application. As a result of the study, a system of indicators for assessing the processes of differentiation of business development management, which comprehensively reflects its main characteristics, and is based on the calculation of an integrated indicator to assess the level of diversification of rural business, identify its parameters get options for combining results with the selection of alternative activities. The necessity of creating centers of economic growth by stimulating the development of innovative entrepreneurship in rural areas is substantiated and proved, first of all, due to the processes of diversification of business development management taking into account the specifics of a particular rural area. as well as their continuous improvement for the full use of the potential of each rural enterprise individually and the comprehensive development of local communities, increase new jobs, increase the competitiveness of rural areas and more.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Lilin Aromaterapi Ekstrak Serei Wangi dari Lilin Parafin Melalui Metode Demonstrasi Terbimbing Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Remaja Karang Taruna Di Kelurahan Habaring Hurung

Creativity is needed in social life, one of the goals is to build youth creativity. Training on making aromatherapy candles is one way to increase the creativity and innovation of young entrepreneurs that are worth selling. This training was carried out in Habaring Hurung Village, Bukit Batu District, with a guided demonstration method. The purpose of this training is so that youth youth groups in Habaring Hurung Village can understand the theory and practice of making aromatherapy candles, have the opportunity to develop more creative small industries, so that they can play an important role in the advancement of youth productivity and entrepreneurial spirit in Habaring Hurung Village. The results of this training activity showed that there was a significant increase in 80% of the overall activities. It can be said that the training activities for making aromatherapy candles were successfully carried out.

European research area: a new stage of development and opportunities for integration of Ukraine in the war and post-war periods

Ukraine’s European integration aspirations, granting our state the status of a candidate for EU membership, as well as the need for financial, technological, managerial, and other assistance from the EU, in particular in the post-war restoration of the field of research and innovation, actualize the task of accelerating its integration into European Research Area (ERA). The article aims to analyze the current stage of development of the European Research Area in the context of the new strategic goals of the EU and, considering this and the war conflict in Ukraine, to identify opportunities for expanding cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the field of research and innovation, deepening its integration into the ERA as a source of post-war reconstruction, stabilization and advanced innovative development of the national economy. It is shown that the war unleashed by the Russian Federation against Ukraine led to the formation of a new normal in international scientific cooperation and served as a trigger for the development of a self-sufficient pan-European innovation ecosystem that would more closely connect science and industry and be able to solve global challenges. The essence of a new European Innovation Agenda is highlighted, in the implementation of which the central place is given to the European Research Area. An idea of the ERA and the main results of its implementation in the EU over twenty years are revealed. The features of the current stage of development of the ERA and its priorities in the context of the new strategic agenda of the EU are defined. An analysis was made of the fundamental documents that should guide the EU member states in the field of research and innovation – a Pact for research and innovation and the ERA policy agenda for the period 2022-2024. The key features of the current program period of the EU development are identified. The article focuses on the main tools and initiatives aimed at bringing the EU closer to its strategic goals: smart specialisation strategies, mission-oriented innovation policy, Partnerships for regional innovations. According to the results of summarizing the initiatives in support of Ukrainian scientists and innovative entrepreneurs, introduced by the European Commission in response to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, taking into account the new strategic plans and goals of the EU in the context of global geopolitical changes, opportunities were identified and proposals were made to expand cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in research and innovation during the war and post-war periods. Their implementation will make it possible to increase Ukrainian presence in the ERA as a condition for ensuring its post-war innovative growth and prosperity for the long term.

INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND STARTUP IN THE CREATIVE ECONOMY

The paper examines the theoretical aspects of innovative entrepreneurship and startup in the creative economy. An important task of any economy is to ensure rapid economic growth, which is not possible without the use of entrepreneurial innovations. Various aspects of the concept of “entrepreneurship” were considered, namely global, economic, intellectual and professional. The content of the concepts “creative entrepreneurship” and “creative economy” was analyzed. The specific origin of the creative economy is considered. Three types of creative entrepreneurship are distinguished: cultural, social and hybrid. The types of creative innovations are briefly characterized: creation of new products, improvement of previously existing ones, bringing the existing one to a new level, use of new resources, creation of a new structure. It was established that the concept of “startup” is located next to the concepts of “entrepreneurship” and “innovation”. Peculiarities of a startup in the creative economy have been studied. Currently, it is known that the process of creating and developing conditions for developing and offering new products to the market begins at the startup stage. A startup is a newly created organization that uses different types of innovation. Almost all actions of a startup can be considered as experiments that test the chosen strategies. Various forms of organization of creative and entrepreneurial space in the creative economy have common characteristics.

Проектирование предпринимательских сетей: развитие методики оценки сетевого потенциала корпораций Арктической зоны Российской Федерации.

In a number of previous publications devoted to the design of entrepreneurial networks, methods for assessing the network entrepreneurial potential of territories, considered as a set of entrepreneurial potentials of the stakeholders of the territory, are presented. In particular, an assessment is made of the entrepreneurial potential of the infrastructure business, civil organizations, public authorities and the population of the territories of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Corporations operating in the territory have a great influence on the quality of innovation processes, so the task of assessing the entrepreneurial potential of corporations in the territories is very important. The main idea is the formation of a methodology for assessing the network potential of the stakeholders of the territory based on the criteria for the distinctive features of entrepreneurship: innovation, creativity, information content and riskiness. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the network entrepreneurial potential of corporations in the territory and determining the potential of the territories of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The paper proposes a new approach to assessing the network entrepreneurial potential of corporations in terms of their viability as sources of venture capital and forms of participation in innovation processes based on operational information presented in the accounting (financial) statements of corporations and posted on special Internet resources. As a result of the study an assessment methodology was developed, with the help of which the network entrepreneurial potential of corporations in the territories of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation was determined; the venture behavior policy of large resource holdings of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation such as PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, PJSC Gazprom, PJSC Novatek and subsidiaries affiliated companies, was assessed. It was concluded that the corporations of the Russian Arctic territories demonstrate a high potential as a source of venture capital, therefore, there is a high probability of their interest in entrepreneurial innovation projects, the form of participation in which is determined by the type of venture policy. The results of the study are a part of the further development of methodology for the formation of an effective network actor’s composition in the Russian Arctic.

OKUL ÖNCESİ EĞİTİMİ ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARININ GİRİŞİMCİ KİŞİYE DAİR STEREOTİPİK DÜŞÜNCELERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Bu çalışmada, okul öncesi eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının girişimci ve girişimciliğe ait algılarını tanımlamak için “Okul öncesi eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının girişimci kişiye dair stereotipik düşünceleri nelerdir?” sorusuna cevap aranmaktadır. Araştırma, 2021- 2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Türkiye'de bir devlet üniversitesinde Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Öğretmenliği bölümünde okumakta olan 47 tane dördüncü sınıf öğrencisi ile yürütülmüştür. Katılımcılarla “Girişimci Çiz” ölçeği verilerek 15 dakika süre içerisinde bu ölçeği doldurmaları istenmiştir. Sonuçlar, “Girişimcilik Yetkinlikleri Çerçevesi” (The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework - EntreComp) rubriği ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik algıların düşük düzeyde kaldığını göstermektedir. Katılımcıların girişimci kişiye dair steoritipik algılarında, çok yoğunluklu olarak finansal sonrasında sosyal ve en az yoğunluklu olarak da innovative girişimcilikte olduğu görülmüştür. Okul öncesi öğrencilerinin girişimciliğe dair algılarının ve farkındalıklarının arttırılması için öğretmenlerin yeterli eğitimi lisans düzeyinde almaları gerekmektedir.

Transdisciplinary multistage system modeling: migrant entrepreneurship in the digital economy

PurposeThe dynamics of modern life lead to societal changes that affect innovation systems. Entrepreneurship is an important driver for fostering adaptive capacities of innovation systems in such uncertain and complex environments. This study aims to gain a detailed understanding of how (innovative) entrepreneurship can promote innovation systems, leading to more sustainable societies. A particular focus is placed on migrant entrepreneurship in the digital economy, as a concrete implication of innovative entrepreneurship, and its role within the Austrian innovation system.Design/methodology/approachIn order to develop a shared system understanding from a scientific and practical perspective, transdisciplinary multistage system modeling was applied. The transdisciplinary discourse involved 14 experts, and several system models were iteratively co-created during the course of the research.FindingsThe main result demonstrates the interrelationship between the innovation system and migrant entrepreneurship in the digital economy, which includes six core reinforcing loops: (1) the mindsets of entrepreneurs, (2) the role of international collaboration, (3) the role of entrepreneurial education, the financial sphere in regard to (4) government and (5) private funding, as well as (6) the impact of formal procedures.Originality/valueThe authors present and discuss the relational dynamics of this complex phenomenon as well as the applied transdisciplinary approach, with the aim of identifying a potential way to improve the sustainable impact of (migrant) entrepreneurship considering the case of the Austrian innovation system.
