FEATURES OF INTRA-FIRM COMMUNICATIONS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN TURBULENT CONDITIONS

The purpose of this research is to study the modern specificity of intra-firm communications of industrial enterprises. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of approaches of various sciences to the phenomenon of intra-firm communications, the following conclusions were formulated in the paper. It has been established that intra-company communications at various levels (vertical links with management and subordinates, symmetrical and supportive communications with colleagues) significantly affect the psychological well-being of employees in conditions of high turbulence of the external environment. It is shown that trust in the organisation mediates the impact on employees' psychological well-being. This study deepens the understanding of psychological well-being of employees in industrial enterprises by examining the impact of internal communication on financial and economic performance. The results of the study can become the basis for practical recommendations on how to promote the psychological well-being of employees by creating an effective intra-company communication environment, both at the level of the whole organisation and at the level of colleagues by increasing the trustworthiness of relationships.

Management accounting methods for financial decisions: Case of industrial companies in Jordan

Management accounting plays a critical role in decision making since it supplies accounting information that would be helpful to managers in making critical decisions for an organization. In light of this assertion, the aim of the study was to determine how the listed Jordanian industrial organizations used management accounting techniques to make financial decisions. The study employed the descriptive research design and used primary data to collect the information on the related objectives of the study. The target population for this study was the employees of industrial enterprises in Jordan. Specifically, the employees forming the part of the sample were the managers and non-managers (excluding lower-level staff) working in industrial companies of Jordan. The industrial firms from where the employees were chosen included the industrial firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. The sample size for the study has been 371 employees, selected based on the Krejcie and Morgan rule. The study’s findings supported the notion that budgeting, financial ratio analysis and activity-based costing are the most widely used management accounting techniques in these organizations. The results show that employees differ in their perception on the role of management accounting techniques in financial decision making. Specifically, the results of the study confirm the significant p-value (0.000) for t-statistics and f-value, thereby confirming that employees differ in their perception regarding the role of management accounting in financial decision making based on gender, type of job and years of experience.

Virtual Reality as a Tool for Sustainable Training and Education of Employees in Industrial Enterprises

The paper deals with the possibilities of using Virtual Reality in the training and safety of enterprises active in the raw materials industry. It examines the influence and impact on their employees. The main impetus for starting research in this area has been a need for more use of the full potential of Virtual Reality in the industrial sector. Virtual Reality (VR) has become a promising education and employee training tool. It provides an immersive and interactive learning environment, allowing users to engage with simulations, scenarios, and simulations in real time. VR can facilitate the acquisition of practical skills, help learners retain information better, and foster the development of soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. The paper is divided into the following sections. The first two are devoted to the introduction to the issue and a review of the literature. The materials and methods section describes the possibilities of using photogrammetry to create virtual scenes and 3D models usable in Virtual Reality. This section also describes the research methods used to evaluate the approach for teaching and training employees. The last two sections evaluate and discuss the results achieved. Having regarded the research realized, it was found that our approach to researching the education of employees and the development of their skills brings excellent benefits and, compared to the traditional educational approach, is much more time-efficient so that employees can improve their work habits and behavior in a relatively short period. In employee training, VR can simulate real-life scenarios, providing workers with hands-on experience in a safe, controlled environment. This technology can also help companies save time and resources, eliminating the need for travel and reducing expenditure on expensive equipment. However, despite its many benefits, VR in education and training can be cost-demanding and requires specialized hardware and software, which may limit its widespread adoption.

Gender Equality Perception in Industrial Enterprises Under the Conditions of Industry 4.0

Abstract Provided that the industrial sector is digitized, it presents an opportunity to enhance the safety and quality of work for the workforce, and it should also lead to a positive social impact by reducing the gender gap and promoting equal opportunities for men and women. Gender equality does not mean sameness, but rather equal social status, rights, and obligations, as well as fair and equitable approach. Fundamentals for both prosperity and a sustainable world is established by the above-mentioned. The primary objective of the research described in this article was to examine the impact of Industry 4.0 on gender equality within industrial organizations and how gender equality is perceived by employees of industrial enterprises. The conducted questionnaire survey was focused on the application of the current state of gender equality under the conditions of Industry 4.0 in seven large industrial enterprises in Slovakia. The survey was focused on industrial enterprises. The most important findings of the conducted survey is the facts that women and men generally perceive the issue of gender equality differently, and that the majority of female respondents do not perceive the arrival of Industry 4.0 and the digitization and automation associated with it as a trend with positive impact.

Reducing the Disability of Employees: Current Organizational, Medical and Socio-Economic Activities

An analytical study was carried out aimed at reducing the level of disability of employees of industrial enterprises of the country. It has been revealed that the disability of employees can be a consequence of both various accidents and diseases, including professional ones. An action plan is proposed to reduce the values of disability indicators both in the field of labor protection and medical support of employees. Target corporate programs at industrial enterprises are described. The features of personnel support of work to reduce the level of disability of employees are disclosed. The role of telemedicine technologies in the framework of industrial medicine is reflected. The economic and social effectiveness of the application of the best technologies and practices used in the implementation of the main organizational, medical and socio-economic measures to reduce the disability of employees of an industrial enterprise is shown.

ИЗУЧЕНИЕ РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТИ ПАТОЛОГИИ СЛИЗИСТОЙ ОБОЛОЧКИ РТА У РАБОТНИКОВ ПРОМЫШЛЕННЫХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ ОСОБОЙ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ЗОНЫ

Research subject. Diseases of the oral mucosa occupy a special place in the structure of dental morbidity due to the peculiarities of etiology and pathogenesis, a tendency to relapse, a fairly high degree of malignancy. Currently, they are considered the least studied medical and social problem of dentistry, both in our country and abroad. The objective is to assess the prevalence and structure of diseases of the oral mucosa among workers of the special economic zone of the Republic of Tatarstan. Methodology. To conduct a clinical study, the results of a comprehensive dental examination of 370 employees of the special economic zone "Alabuga" (Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabuga district) aged 22–58 years were used. The diagnosis of pathology of the oral mucosa in compliance with oncological alertness was carried out by the method of luminescent diagnostics using the OLDD-01 emitter. Statistical linear regression analysis of the data and interpretation of the results obtained were performed using IBM computer software and the SPSS software package (PASW Statistics 20). Results. In 18.7 ± 1.2% of the examined persons of the industrial enterprise, in the structure of diseases of the oral mucosa, in 8.2% of cases, chronic fissure of the vermilion border (p < 0.1) and angular cheilitis (p < 0.1) prevailed, in 2.8% oral thrush (p < 0.05), in 2.5% benign migratory glossitis (p < 0.05), in 2.2% other forms of stomatitis (p < 0.1), in 1.9% leukokeratosis (p < 0.1). As a result of the introduction of a complex of therapeutic and preventive measures, the prevalence of lesions of the oral mucosa decreased after 6 months by an average of 1.6 times (12.7%), after 12 months by 2.7 times (7.0%) and after 18 months by almost 4.7 times (4.2%). Conclusions. Thus, the use of data obtained among employees of industrial enterprises makes it possible to study the prevalence of pathology of the oral mucosa, as well as to plan the effectiveness of medical and preventive measures provided. The conduct of this study contributes to the modernization of dental medical care for employees of industrial enterprises of the special economic zone.

At present, the urgent task of the healthcare system is to improve the quality of medical care to the population. The need to improve the infrastructure of medical organizations is dictated by both the needs of the population and the efficient use of public resources. Preservation of labor longevity of the able-bodied population, especially those working in harmful and dangerous working conditions, requires special attention of health care systems during medical examinations, taking into account occupational risk. Automation of medical processes and the use of electronic queue systems contribute to improving the quality of medical services. The aim of the study was to study the experience of using information technologies to manage patient flows during medical examinations. The research materials were the data of a medical organization providing assistance to employees of industrial enterprises for 2019-2021, which were analyzed using modern methods of analysis. The study revealed the main features of the developed and used system for managing patient flows, and also established the positive impact of its use by reducing the time for medical examinations from several days to 3 hours a day using the resources available to the medical organization. The basic principles of the system operation made it possible, using available resources, to improve the quality of medical care, improve the medical and demographic indicators of the population attached to the medical organization, increase the number of enterprises and the population served, increase patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care, and also reduce the population's distraction from the labor process, what is most important for the employer in the development of human capital.

Особенности ролевого и инновационного поведения в связи с наличием опыта работы

<p>The authors have shown the relevance and justified the need to study the relationship between the types of innovative and role behavior of project team members and students who have no experience in group design. The purpose of the research is to study the correlation between the types of role behavior in a team and innovative behavior among managers with experience in project teams and students without such experience. In the 1st part of the study, a group of employees of industrial enterprises aged from 19 to 40 years and with work experience from 6 months to 22 years (n=45) took part, in the 2nd part of the study – undergraduate students in the direction of "Innovation" (n=20, age 20–22 years) and working managers with experience (n=30, age 21–41 years). The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption of significant discrepancies among students between their characteristic types of role and innovative behavior and their ideas about what team roles and types of innovative behavior are characteristic of them. In the first part of the study, using questionnaires of role behavior in a team and innovative behavior, the types of role and innovative behavior and combinations of types of role and innovative behavior of project team members were studied. The complementarity in frequently occurring combinations of role and innovative behavior of managers of innovative projects is revealed; such complementarity is absent in students. The results of the second part of the study show that employees with experience have the most widespread types of innovative behavior that provide incremental innovations, students have radical innovations. Among employees with experience, team roles of a social orientation are significantly more widespread than among students, among students – action roles, significant discrepancies between the types of role behavior according to questionnaires and those that students choose according to descriptions as characteristic of them were revealed. Students, in comparison with employees of enterprises, overestimate their readiness for intellectual roles in the team. The practical significance of the obtained results is shown, prospects for further research are outlined.</p>

FIGHTING EPIDEMICS IN ULYANOVSK REGION DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR

Using the example of Ulyanovsk region, the article examines the activities of Soviet healthcare in the fight against infectious diseases during the Great Patriotic War. The purpose of the publication is to study the development of the sanitary service, the experience of interaction between Soviet, party authorities, medical institutions and the local population on the issue of preserving the epidemiological well-being in Ulyanovsk region during the war period. At present, when the issue of finding new methods of combating a new coronavirus infection remains open, it is relevant to study the experience of the USSR healthcare in minimizing the harmful effects of infectious and acute infectious diseases common at that time. During the indicated period, it was possible to prevent mass epidemics on the front line and in the rear regions, with the exception of certain local seasonal foci of diseases. The author shows the main directions and specific actions of the Soviet leadership to carry out anti-epidemic measures on the example of Ulyanovsk region sanitary service during the war period for the main groups of diseases. Anti-epidemic measures covered all major groups of the population – workers and employees of industrial enterprises, students and pupils of organized children’s groups, the sick and wounded soldiers of the Red Army who passed treatment in hospitals, as well as the evacuated population from the frontline territories. In order to identify the foci of diseases, household rounds were carried out. When a disease was detected, the patient was isolated. Special attention was paid to maintaining cleanliness and order in public places. Thus, the complex of anti-epidemic measures carried out by Ulyanovsk region sanitary service contributed to containment of infections growth during this period.

Employee competencies in line with Industry 4.0

This paper deals with determining the necessary competencies of employees in industrial enterprises by the requirements of Industry 4.0. The term Industrial Revolution 4.0 is very frequent and somewhat mysterious for most people, and its content is unknown. It can be said with great certainty that it is already affecting and will affect both production processes, radical changes in their structure, and the advent of groundbreaking technology and communication equipment, but it will undoubtedly affect labour relations. The growth of new forms and methods of work based on automation, and digitisation, also applied in new models of labour relations, is already slowly beginning to threaten jobs in some segments of the economy. There are increasing demands for specific qualifications and skills, particularly in information technology, emphasising digitising processes, data processing and creating communication networks linking objects and people.

Application of Multipopulation Genetic Algorithm in Industrial Special Clothing Design

Industrial special clothing refers to the clothing worn by employees of industrial enterprises and departments in order to dress uniformly, facilitate work, or protect their bodies from external injuries. They have the common characteristics of practicality and identification. This kind of clothing includes many styles, such as uniforms, shirts, jackets, overalls, skirts, aprons, and headscarves, which are also applicable in different fields. For example, the clothing for high-temperature operation requires high temperature resistance and comfort, while the clothing for high-altitude operation requires high clothing strength and can play a protective role. General interactive genetic algorithm only supports single user evaluation. The results can only reflect the preferences of a single user. The product designed by interactive genetic algorithm needs to meet the needs of as many users as possible, and a multiuser interactive genetic algorithm suitable for population design is proposed. The detailed design of three main modules of the algorithm, namely, population initialization module, single population module, and multipopulation module, is given. Finally, the algorithm and the general single user interactive genetic algorithm are applied to the garment design system for comparative experiments. The effectiveness of the algorithm in group design is verified.

The prevalence of tobacco use among industrial workers

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the continuous high prevalence of smoking tobacco products among the working population. The aim is to assess the prevalence of smoking tobacco use among the working population of the Saratov region. Materials and methods. In frames of the cross-sectional study, four hundred fifty three employees of various industrial enterprises of the Saratov region who underwent periodic medical examination at the occupational diseases clinic of the Saratov Hygiene Center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “MRC (Medical Research Center) of Medical and Preventive Technologies for Public Health Risk Management”, were surveyed, including 280 men (63.8%) and 173 women (38.2%). The average age was 50.5 years. The results of the study were statistically processed using the software Statistica 10. The nonparametric Mann-Whitney method was used to compare two independent samples. Results. The prevalence of tobacco smoking was 38.6% among men and 13.3% among women. More than half of those who used tobacco products belonged to the group of “trained” smokers - 66.7% of men and 56.5% of women, the majority of employees (79.4%) smoked more than 10 cigarettes a day. The main reason for giving up smoking was the state of health (65.2%). 8.7% and 9.9% of non-smoking respondents were found to be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke at home and at work respectively. The frequency of use of other types of smoking products has been studied. Limitations. The study has regional (Saratov region) and professional (employees of industrial enterprises) limitations. Conclusion. Despite the complex of anti-smoking measures people of working age remain highly committed to the use of tobacco smoking products. Smoking of tobacco products and electronic means of heating tobacco is important to take into account when developing and carrying out preventive measures, including during periodic medical examinations of the able-bodied population.

Analysis of existing approaches to the assessment of hazards and occupational risks of workers of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Introduction . Timely and effective identification and assessment of all hazards and occupational risks is one of the urgent problems in the prevention of occupational injuries of industrial workers. Both legislative and regulatory acts and a number of foreign and domestic authors offer various approaches to such an assessment, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of which is the subject of this article Problem statement . The objective of this study is a critical analysis of the existing approaches to the assessment of hazards and occupational risks of workers in industrial enterprises. Theoretical part . As the basic information, state regulatory methods were used, as well as methods for assessing the occupational risks of employees of industrial enterprises, proposed by various authors. Conclusions . According to the results of the analysis, the ways of solving the problem of preventing occupational injuries of industrial workers on the conditions of "preliminary" assessment of their occupational risks, i.e. before the occurrence of negative events, are determined.

The Adverse Environmental Impact Factors Analysis on Fly-In-Fly-Out Personnel at Industrial Enterprises.

(1) Background: the research purpose is to identify and describe the general and different factors of adverse environmental impact on FIFO personnel at industrial enterprises at different levels of differential analysis of professional activity. (2) Methods: The research involved 359 employees of industrial enterprises with FIFO work organization. The study was carried out using a questionnaire, including a subjective assessment of the discomfort of three groups of negative environment impact factors to the FIFO personnel: climatic-geographical, industrial and social. (3) Results: The relationship between the increase in the degree of discomfort of production factors due to the in-fluence of climatic, geographical and social conditions has been established. With a various location of objects, the greatest discomfort is felt from the action of climatic and production factors; with varying degrees of group isolation and the shift period duration—all three groups, with the greatest influence of domestic and social; in various industries and enterprises—all three groups. (4) Conclusions: The differential analysis of the professional activities of FIFO personnel of industrial enterprises should be carried out at the following levels: the location of an industrial facility, the degree of group isolation, the duration of the shift period, the industry, the type of enterprise and the professional group.

Key areas of staffing at the enterprises of the North-West region

The human capital of an enterprise is the main resource of every organization, the quality and efficiency of which largely depend on the results of the company's activities and its competitiveness. Labor resources set in motion the material elements of production, create a product, value and surplus product in the form of profit. By investing in staff and creating comfortable conditions for the professional growth of employees, a business entity can count on a greater profit than investing only in solving production tasks. Which is consistent with the objectives of the Regional Staffing Standard and ensures interdepartmental cooperation in the regions on staffing issues of the regional economy, improving the efficiency of these processes, developing human resources for the long term, attracting and retaining human resources, training and retraining of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the international standards and market requirements, allows you to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of regional personnel policy, systematize modern management practices, mechanisms and tools for staffing. At the same time, it is necessary to have a clear and objective situational picture of the causes of the current conjuncture in the staffing sector. What causes the need to analyze the prerequisites for the directions of development, the motives for the increase in the turnover of human resources, etc. The article analyzes the main reasons for the dismissal of employees of industrial enterprises of the North-Western District, highlights the opportunities provided by the enterprise for the development of human resources.

PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT AMONG EMPLOYEES OF ENTERPRISES: RESEARCH OF SPECIFICS

The topic of occupational health is among the top priorities in the general list of tasks assigned not only to psychology, but also requiring solutions at the state level. One of the most relevant directions in this field is the study of psychological mechanisms that resist industrial stress and professional burnout. The article presents the results of a large-scale empirical study of employees of large industrial enterprises belonging to different professional spheres and industries, namely: energy engineering (St. Petersburg, 50 people); production of oil and gas equipment (Kurgan, 50 people); electrical industry (Ryazan, 50 people); automotive industry (Nizhny Novgorod, 61 people). The subject of the study was professional burnout and coping strategies of the individual, creating a model of overcoming behavior. The aim of the study was to identify the coping strategies of the individual, both contributing to burnout and reducing the risk of burnout. Methods used: the questionnaire of K. Maslach and S. Jackson "Professional burnout" (adaptation of Vodopyanova N.E.) and the questionnaire of R. Lazarus "Methods of coping behavior". When processing the results, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the presence of relationships between the burnout characteristics and the coping strategies used. The results of the study show that professional burnout was diagnosed in employees of all the studied enterprises, while there was a specificity in the degree of severity of individual indicators of professional burnout in employees of enterprises of different industrial spheres. The dominant strategies of coping with stress were determined, and the correlation analysis helped to identify those coping strategies that contribute to reducing professional burnout. In addition, as a generalization of the results of the study, the authors proposed a model of coping with the stress of employees of industrial enterprises.

Age-related vulnerability of employees to factors of the occupation environment

Introduction. When predicting individual health risks associated with a person’s profession, first of all, the state of their health, age and experience of harmful work are studied. A practical approach to studying the age-related vulnerability of a person to the factors of the working environment is the use of fatigue indicators. Objective: to establish age-related patterns of the influence of factors of the occupation environment on employee fatigue Materials and methods. Three thousand eight hundred fifty-one employees of industrial enterprises, public catering enterprises, healthcare and educational organizations were examined. The employees evaluated the degree of influence of factors of the production environment on fatigue - noise, microclimate, working area air, dust in the working area air, vibration. The frequency of influence (FI) of each factor of the production environment on employee fatigue was considered an indicator of age-related vulnerability (vulnerability risk). The relative risk of exceeding the FI in older age groups of employees was calculated. Results. In older medical workers, the relative risk (RR) of vulnerability to noise was =1.19 (0.88-1.60); to the microclimate OR=1.26 (0.96-1.64); RR due to the air of the working area =1.19 (0.92-1.54). School teachers have a significantly higher frequency of complaints about noise than doctors and nurses, and their age-related increase in vulnerability to noise was OR=1.23 (0.98-1.55). Employees of public catering enterprises showed an increase in age-related vulnerability to all environmental factors. Employees of older age groups of industrial enterprises are more vulnerable to all factors of the production environment. The values of FI in the groups of 30-49 years and 50-69 years, respectively, were: for noise, OR=1.20 (1.01-1.43) and OR=1.15(0.88-1.50); for microclimate, OR=1.21(1.04-1.39); for working area air, OR=1.02 (0.87-1.19) and OR = 1.31 (1.06-1.62). Conclusion. Compared with the age group of 20-30 years, the probability of the influence of factors of the working environment - “noise”, “microclimate”, “air of the working area”, on the fatigue of workers increases by 10-15% at the age of 30-49 years and by 15-25% at the age of 50-60 years.

Age dynamics of working capacity and fatigue risk of employees of industrial enterprises, education, and healthcare

Introduction. It is necessary to consider the employee's age and health status to increase the reliability and accuracy of predicting occupational risk based on working conditions. Moreover, knowledge about the age dynamics of a person's working capacity is also required to preserve its longevity in pre-retirement and retirement age. The length of the working week (LWW) and work intensity (WI) often become the primary risk of chronic fatigue and related diseases. The latter is common among employees of industrial enterprises, doctors, teachers. The study aims to research the age dynamics of working capacity and the risk of industrial fatigue of employees of industrial enterprises, education and healthcare. Materials and methods. We examined six groups of employees. The central employees of large factories: workers engaged in regional physical labor (GR 1.1, 1175 people) and precision work (GR 1.2, 708 people), specialists, and managers (GR 1.3, 307 people). Medical workers (GR 2, 1041 people). University teachers (GR 3.1, 694 people). School teachers (GR 3.2, 130 people). Researchers studied groups by different methods, depending on the degree of diversity of the content of labor actions during the working day and their variation by days of the working week. We used the survey method to determine the degree, frequency, and duration of employee fatigue. Results. All factory workers in the age range of 18-49 years have a monotonous increase in the risk of severe fatigue at work (SFW) due to the rise in fatigue disappearance and increasing the intensity of work (IW). With an increase in the age of employees, GR 1.2 IW and working week duration (WWD) do not decrease, but all indicators of the physiological cost of maintaining the level of labor productivity increase. In workers of GR 2 and GR 3.1, the value of SWF in the age group of 30-40 years is from 6 to 14%, which is two times lower than in GR 1.1 and GR 1.2. In group GR 3.1, there is a lowering of the value of WI. We tend to reduce SFW up to 70-75 years of age; 20-35% of teachers have WWD more than 50 hours. The greatest WWD we observe at the age of 50-60 years. Also, we follow the lowering of WWD in healthcare workers, while it monotonically decreases with age. Teachers have increased WI, and there is no age-related tendency to decrease the value of SWF in them. The most significant number of university employees falls in the age group of 60-64 years and GR 1.2 - on the age of 30-34 years. Conclusions. The age dynamics of working capacity we consider as a process of biological aging of the body, the speed of which depends on the psychophysiological requirements of labor standards and the degree of their fatigue.With a tiring level of labor intensity, when the performance of labor standards requires the employee to speed and volume of sensorimotor tasks, performance decreases significantly with age. With regional physical labor without increased requirements for the accuracy of visual-motor reactions, performance decreases at the age of 51-55 years to 0.9; at 56-60 years - to 0.8; in 61-65 years - up to 0.75. With high sensorimotor requirements, performance decreases earlier and more significantly - at the age of 46-50 years to 0.7, at 51-55 years to 0.5, at the age of more than 55 years, the ability to fulfill labor standards decreases two times. With tireless work, when its result depends not on its physiological intensity (density and pace of labor actions), but on the knowledge and experience of the employee, the ability of a person to fulfill labor standards remains up to 75 years, and there is no age decrement of working capacity. Therefore, the indicator "long working hours per week" (extended hours) is a risk factor for employees' health only when combined with the physiological intensity of work that causes their fatigue on working days.

Personal development and self-actualization of different employee generations-important key to the organizations success

The presented paper presents the results of the project VEGA No. 1/0721/20 "Identification of priorities for sustainable human resources management for disadvantaged employees in the context of Industry 4.0". It focuses on the importance of personal development and self-realization for employees in industrial enterprises in the Slovak Republic about generation groups. The aim was to identify the preferences of employees in the subject area and their fulfillment by employers. The following research methods were used to process the paper: a comparative analysis of literary sources, questionnaire survey, statistical evaluation of results using IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), and interpretation of research results in industrial enterprises in Slovakia.
