The research topic is due to the development of digital technologies in organizations and the constant improvement of the skills of employees through new training methods. The subject of the study is the process of personnel training and development using micro-training as a trend of strategic management of an organization in the context of digitalization. A theoretical analysis of existing experience has shown an insufficient amount of described experience in the introduction and use of micro-learning technologies in companies using digital tools, which makes it difficult to use it in practical HR activities in the context of digitalization. The authors focus on the problem of determining the effectiveness of digitalization of micro-education and its impact on the basis of strategic human resource management. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for organizations on the effective use of micro-education to improve the quality of training and staff development, improve staff motivation for training, which contributes to achieving the strategic goals of the organization and increasing its competitiveness in the market.
