The purpose of this article is to investigate the relational communication, successful mission performance, and identity recovery process of the main character in the movie “Hidden Figures” to overcome workplace discrimination, focusing on the mathematical theory used in space development. First, the social atmosphere revealed in the spatial structure of the text was examined from a geometric perspective, the aspects of discrimination and relationships were approached through hermeneutical imagination, and the events unfolding at the border between oppression and freedom were analyzed from a dynamic perspective. In addition, the meaning and symbolism of the social atmosphere that changes depending on the intervention of external force by a white boss who opposes discrimination is presented in relation to Newtonian mechanics. And an attempt was made to semantically connect the scenes that reveal the mathematician's genius and passion using differential equation terms. At the level of academic convergence, this paper examines institutional improvement and communication methods for successful space development through geometry, analysis, and dynamics theory, and presents various analysis methods for the social success of minorities, overcoming discrimination, and factors in identity recovery.
