This study aims to analyze the influence of training on the productivity of rice farmers affiliated with Yayasan Graha Tani Ruminants Subang. The main problem addressed in this research is the low productivity of rice farmers in the area. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an exploratory research design, and a randomly selected sample of 135 individuals was chosen as respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact of 22.7% on the productivity of farmers in Yayasan Graha Tani Ruminants Subang. The training provided by the foundation can enhance the knowledge and skills of farmers in managing agricultural enterprises, thereby increasing their productivity. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that training plays an important role in improving the productivity of rice farmers. Therefore, it is recommended that Yayasan Graha Tani Ruminants Subang continue to organize targeted and sustainable training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of rice farmers in implementing more effective and efficient agricultural practices. Thus, it is expected that the productivity of rice farmers will increase consistently, providing greater benefits to both Yayasan Graha Tani Ruminants Subang and the rice farmers themselves.
