Examining Parents' Views on Parental Involvement in Preschool English Teaching

This study aims to examine parents' views on parental involvement in preschool English language teaching. Today, as parents realize their roles, they have started to play a more active role in their children's educational process. In this period when children need their parents' support the most, parents need to turn this situation into an opportunity and contribute to their children's foreign language acquisition process. For this reason, this study examined the views of parents on their participation in this process in the preschool period, which is considered to be very important in terms of foreign language acquisition. It is predicted that this study will shed light on parents' thoughts about their participation in the preschool foreign language education process and will benefit the studies to be carried out to make English language teaching more effective in the preschool period. In this study, the case study design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used to obtain parents' views on their involvement in preschool English language teaching. A total of 15 parents, consisting of eight fathers and seven mothers, whose children received preschool English education in different schools in Afyonkarahisar province in Turkey, voluntarily participated in the study. In this study, the parents' opinions about their involvement in English language teaching were obtained through semi-structured interview forms. As a result of the study, it was found that although almost all the parents adopted the view that parental involvement was necessary when the situation of supporting their children's English learning at home was examined, it was found that they could not support their children in their English learning process due to limited time, insufficient English level, the view that school alone is sufficient and similar reasons. It is concluded that parents who thought that their English level was insufficient for their children's participation in the English language learning process, remained passive in this process and were not informed about how they could participate in the foreign language teaching process of their children.

Представления об обратной связи у участников образовательного процесса

<p style="text-align: justify;">The article discusses apprоaches tо the study оf feedback as an integral cоmpоnent that exists between participants in the educatiоnal prоcess. The interest in studying this phenоmenоn is primarily related tо the pоssibility оf feedback influencing educatiоnal оutcоmes. Russian and foreign authors’research resultes are analyzed. The empirical research presented in the article is aimed at studying the ideas оf feedback amоng participants in the educatiоnal prоcess. The study (N=300) invоlved respоndents aged 25 tо 40 years. As a result inquiring, variоus variants оf students’ ideas abоut feedback were оbtained. These are ideas, firstly, abоut feedback that is significant fоr the subject, secоndly, abоut feedback that perfоrms a mоtivating functiоn in the educatiоnal prоcess, and thirdly, abоut such feedback that makes it difficult tо cоmplete educatiоnal tasks. Typical representations of the educational process participants are shown.</p>

Reproductive Behavior of Adolescent Girls: Analysis of Risk Factors, Prospects of Prevention and Education

INTRODUCTION: Caring of reproductive health of children and adolescents in the society, especially of adolescent girls as a group most vulnerable to risks in the reproductive sphere, continues to be of high importance. The studies confirm that education and awareness about reproductive health can reduce the probability of problems occurring. The existing legal regulations emphasize the importance of providing accurate and timely information of reproductive health. AIM: Scientific justification of the strategy of forming safe reproductive behavior of adolescent girls on the basis of the peculiarities of their current reproductive behavior taking into account the opinion of specialists in the fields of education and healthcare. MATERIALS AND METHODS: To assess the peculiarities of reproductive behavior of adolescent girls, an anonymous questionnaire survey of 400 adolescent girls was conducted. To determine the expectations of the participants of the sex education process, as well as the main directions of preventive work and education, a survey of 400 parents of adolescent girls, 86 pediatricians, 34 obstetricians-gynecologists and 420 teachers was conducted. For all groups of participants, author’s questionnaires were developed. RESULTS: The reproductive behavior of adolescent girls living in the territory of the Novosibirsk region, is characterized by early start of sex life (15.90 ± 0.14 years), promiscuity (1.70 ± 1.10 partners), refusal to use effective means of contraception. Parents of adolescent girls emphasize the leading role of the family in sex education, suggesting participation of doctors and teachers in the process, but remain dissatisfied with the intensity of preventive measures. A similar problem is emphasized by specialists in the healthcare and education systems who indicate the possibility of conducting preventive work with adolescent girls remotely. In the opinion of pediatricians and obstetricians-gynecologists, providing preventive information on the reproductive health and behavior, will not only create safe reproductive behavior for modern adolescents, but is also an effective strategy of improving the system of reproductive health protection. CONCLUSION: The study identified features of the reproductive behavior of adolescent girls that characterize it as risky. The results emphasize the need for an integrated approach to assessing and maintaining the health of adolescent girls, and also focus attention on the importance of educational work in this age group. The study serves as a basis for further preventive strategies in the field of reproductive health and education.

Special education experiences and stress among Asian-American parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities

ABSTRACT Family involvement is an essential component of the special education process for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In addition to the legal requirement that parents should be equal partners in the decision-making of the student’s individualized education program (IEP) program (IDEA, 2004), a bulk of empirical research demonstrates the positive impact of parent involvement on student outcomes. However, many families face barriers to participation in the special education process. Culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD), including Asian-American families, especially face systemic barriers when accessing services for their children with disabilities. Unfortunately, less research is known about how Asian-American families participate in their child’s IEP meeting. To these ends, individual interviews were conducted with eight Asian-American families of children with IDD to explore parental perceptions of stress in relation to IEP meetings, special education knowledge, and family-professional partnerships. Participants reported feeling stress before, during, and after the IEP meeting. Regardless of the nature (i.e. positive, negative, or neutral) relationship with the school, participants reported barriers (i.e. language and poor experiences with school personnel) to their family-school partnerships. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

Spiritual and Intellectual Aspect of Health of Educational Process Participants

The analysis of the spiritual-intellectual aspect of the health of the participants in the educational process made it possible to dwell on the conclusions about such health factors as 1) general health factors (a wide range of consciousness; a healthy social atmosphere of society; prudence, the ability to plan, tenacity, mastery of the situation, success at work; presence of good friends, communication with conscientious, morally stable persons; irony, humor, joy of life, positive attitude towards it; search for the best in people; maintenance of physical activity of the body; ability for positive social communication), 2) the level of a person's education as a significant potential of his/her health; 3) spiritual and religious factor of human health; 4) emotional-behavioral aspect of health (to be healthy means to build behavior in accordance with positive universal values, one of the most important of which is love, mercy, empathic ability of a person to go beyond himself/herself and reality in general); 5) the process of setting goals as the positive impact on the health of a human being; 6) the desire for freedom as a key factor in health; 7) the positive influence of a person's creative activity on his/her state of health, when creative people can maintain a psychophysiological emotional-cognitive state of uncertainty for a long time, possessing the property of reflection, simultaneously holding several opposite ideas, concepts, ideas, psychophysiological states. As a result, creative people can perceive and explore such logical-informational, cause-and-effect relationships that are often inaccessible to those people (characterized by the so-called bipolar «black and white» thinking) who strive to achieve situational clarity and logical unambiguity . Under such conditions, creativity enables a person to overcome negative psychological states due to the ability to integrate opposites, enabling the formation of integral structures that reveal the synergistic effect of the systemic properties of the whole («the whole is more than the parts»). And this reduces the entropy of system formations, which are all the objects of the universe, increasing the vitality of a person, strengthening his/her immunity, generating a state of health.

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PRESERVING MENTAL HEALTH OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS PARTICIPANTS THROUGH THE PRISM OF MEDIA LITERACY

The research on the issue of preserving the mental health of participants in the educational process through the prism of media literacy is analyzed in the article. The authors emphasized the importance of preserving the mental health of the educational process participants in wartime conditions. Among the factors that affect mental health, special attention is paid to the informational pressure that Ukrainian society is currently under due to the Russian-Ukrainian war. The authors of the article emphasize that participants in the educational process, more than ever before, need media literacy skills to critically evaluate information, resist misinformation and protect themselves from the negative influence of the media, thereby maintaining their mental health. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of the contingent of higher education institutions allowed to generalize the psychological and pedagogical conditions for solving the given task. Among them, the authors name the following: development of media literacy the participants on the educational process, inclusion of the issue of the formation of critical thinking in interdisciplinary discourse, development of emotional intelligence, creation the platform for the formation and development of media culture, implementation of measures aimed at supporting mental health through understanding the laws of mediapsychology, training of scientific and pedagogical workers to apply the principles and laws of media literacy and mental health support during the implementation of the educational process. Pedagogical technologies that will help develop skills in the field of media literacy and mental health support, open resources for self-development and those that can be used in the educational process are described within the specified directions. Among the perspectives of the research, the authors indicate the expediency of focusing on the development of innovative methods of media education aimed at increasing the psychological well-being the participants of the educational process; implementation of interactive platforms and media projects that promote psychological development and self-expression; supporting scientific research and programs aimed at studying the impact of media on mental health and developing effective strategies for the prevention of mental problems.

ON THE NECESSITY OF ADOPTING THE NATIONAL PROGRAM FOR OVERCOMING THE EDUCATIONAL LOSSES AND EDUCATIONAL GAPS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article presents the problems of overcoming of educational losses through the prism of normative regulation and planning of the post-war development of higher education in Ukraine. It is noted that in the conditions of hostilities, the problem of moving a significant number of participants of educational process to safer regions within Ukraine and abroad has become urgent. It is noted that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine provides regulatory and legal support for the functioning of education and science system and issues orders on the securement of safe educational environment, the organization of education, the educational process, etc., which are not regulated by law during martial law, emergency or state of emergency (special period). The article proposes the development of the National Program for Overcoming the Educational Losses and Educational Gaps, which will be effective both during the period of martial law (special period) and after its end and will provide for the improvement of legislation, the definition of the terms “educational losses” and “educational gaps”, will establish the obligation of monitoring the quality of higher education, analysis and introduction of security components for higher education, in particular in the field of distance learning and components of psychological assistance for students, teachers and staff.

Higher education for sustainable development during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine

The paper presents the analysis of the higher education modernisation for sustainable development in Ukraine regarding goals adopted on global and national levels, pre-pandemic trends and the challenges of 2020. The global experience integrating sustainable development goals into higher education is also a background analysis. Taking into account the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted in 2015 and the national “Concept of environmental education in Ukraine”, adopted in 2001, the article investigates the current trends on macro (the country’s ESD policy), meso (HEIs), and micro (participants of educational process) levels. Particular attention is paid to embedding SDGs in university policy, curriculum, and pedagogy, primarily in training economists. Furthermore, the research focuses on the new challenges of 2020 – the COVID-19 pandemic and digitalization affecting higher education transformation. These drivers cause transformative sustainability teaching-learning practices and social and environmental impacts of digital technologies implementation in Ukraine’s higher teacher and economic education. The research reveals similar trends in higher education modernisation for sustainable development in the world and Ukraine. This theoretical and empirical research is based on the literature review, statistical data and surveys conducted at a national university in 2023. Finally, the research results in suggestions given by Humanities students and faculty members to foster higher education significance in developing environmental knowledge, awareness and culture among professionals and society in the future.

DESIGN THINKING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ABILITY TO MANAGE THE ENVIRONMENT OF LIFE ACTIVITIES AS A COMPONENT OF PERSONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

The article deals with a description of the results of a theoretical analysis and an empirical study of Ukrainian youth's experience of their own ability to manage their living environment as part of holistic psychological well-being. Through the disclosure of the innovative Design Thinking method use specifics, an effective strategy of constructive interaction of the educational process participants is highlighted on the example of the training of future specialists in the field of tourism, business and management, aimed at the development of the specified ability to manage the living environment in conditions of digitalization. The results of the approbation of effective resources for the use of Design Thinking tools for the creation of informational tourism products and the activation of geo-informational services and technologies aimed at service consumers and supporting their psychological well-being in the conditions of the modern market are described.

Prospects for overcoming academic dishonesty in Ukraine in order to eliminate corruption and shadow schemes

Relevance. The relevance of the study is determined by the multidimensionality of academic integrity and the need to observe it. Since the scientific field is increasingly faced with plagiarism, custom texts when someone else's thoughts are passed off as one's own. The development of academic integrity is important for the elimination of corruption in the educational sphere. Therefore, it is important to find perspectives for its reconstruction. Purpose. The purpose of the research work is to define the concept of academic integrity and find ways to transform the education system in Ukraine without “shadow” schemes and corruption. Methodology. The methodological basis of the article consists of a systematic analysis of the types of academic dishonesty of participants in the educational process and an analytical one, which consists of the study of the development of academic integrity in the educational environment, and the search for prospects for restructuring the education of Ukraine to eliminate corruption schemes through a comparative analysis of the ways of implementation. Results. The result of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework and legislation that regulates the strengthening of academic integrity in Ukraine. The work examines the problem of violation of ethical norms in the field of education and suggests ways to eliminate corruption in the educational institutions of Ukraine. Conclusions. One of the prospects for restructuring the education system is the implementation of ethical codes in the educational space. The practical value of the results of scientific research is determined by their further implementation and implementation in the educational environment and is important for participants in the modern educational process. Legislative Initiatives for Improving the Interaction among the Educational Process Participants: Criminological Perspective

Introduction. The use of smartphones as a learning tool in schools is prohibited by the Russian law. As it is well known, the scientific and technological progress has induced active implementation of the electronic devices into the everyday life of all categories of citizens, and the system of education has not been an exception. To systematise the use of the electronic devices in the education system, the legislators have submitted to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation a draft law, which reflects the revised attitude to the modern means of communication. However, the reaction of the scientific community to this proposal has been extremely contradictive and contained both positive and negative arguments. The aim of the present research is to study the expediency and justification of using the means of electronic communication in the educational institutions, to analyse the criminological problems arising in this field, and to assess the legislative initiatives and opinions of the scientists of different scientific specialties referring to improving the interaction among the educational process participants.Materials and Methods. The overview analysis of the scientific criminological literature and respective legislation regarding the expediency and justification of using the means of communication for the educational purposes was carried out in the frame of the research. Among the methodological tools there were used the commonly accepted in Russia methods of scientific cognition: general scientific (dialectical method) and specific scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, logical, comparative legal, systemic methods).Results. In the frame of the research, the analysis of the various scientific opinions on acceptability of using the means of communication for the educational purposes was made. The criminological problems arising in this field and the existing legal regulation were studied, the opinions of scientists of different scientific specialties on this matter were evaluated. The conclusion about the negative effect of the long-term usage of a device on the learner’s academic progression was made, even though it was used for the educational purposes. According to the scientists’ opinion, this dependency can be explained by multitasking: the mobile phones have many applications and functions that naturally lead to frequent switching from one task to another, which happens in the educational process too. This entails worsening the quality of perception of the material. To change the situation, the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) and the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) have developed the recommendations for the educational institutions and state authorities on reducing the negative impact of mobile devices on learners.Discussion and Conclusion. The results of the conducted research have led to the conclusion that the total prohibition of the means of communication usage for the educational purposes significantly complicates and slows down the development of learners’ cognitive activity. Moreover, the opinion of some of the researchers about potential threats caused by children having devices in an educational institution does not seem convincing from a criminological point of view, because a smartphone can act as a guaranty of child’s security, the means of communication with his parents and monitoring his movement and condition. The paragraph 3.5.3 of the sanitary rules and norms SP (СП) 2.4.3648-20, which regulates the prohibition of the mobile means of communication usage for the educational purposes at the lessons, should be revised. In our opinion, it should not be the prohibition, but the control over the usage of the electronic devices in the educational process.

МОНИТОРИНГ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПАТРИОТИЧЕСКОГО ВОСПИТАНИЯ ДЕТЕЙ СТАРШЕГО ДОШКОЛЬНОГО ВОЗРАСТА В ДОШКОЛЬНЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯХ

The article presents the results of monitoring patriotic education of over fives in pre-school educational institutions. Physical, intellectual and personal qualities of children were studied by means of communication and expert evaluation. The monitoring is closely connected to educational programs. The authors have concluded that monitoring of both the process and the results of patriotic education is an essential tool for correcting teaching activities in order to ensure effective interaction among the educational process participants.

Inklúzia vo vysokoškolskom prostredí a možnosti jej aplikácie – príklad empirického výskumu

The present paper presents the results of its own empirical research. It is aimed of university teachers opinions in the field of inclusive education. Inclusive education is very important and we need to research its application to the university education. Inclusion can be considered as one of the prerequisites for promoting safety in the school environment. The empirical research was realised by using quantitative methodology. A pre-prepared questionnaire was used to collect data. The analysis of the data was was realised by using the statistical software SPSS 20. The respondents of the empirical research were 97 university teachers working at selected Slovakian universities. The aim of the paper is to map the participation of students with specific needs in the university educational process. Moreover, we identify the prerequisites for the effective application of an inclusive approach by university teachers. The prerequisites of the inclusive approach application in the university educational process are based on awareness of students with specific needs participation in the university educational process.

АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ МЕТОДОЛОГИИ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЫ ИНОЯЗЫЧНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

The relevance of the problem outlined in the title of the article within the framework of improving the methodology of studying the communicative competence of students largely concerns a constant renewal of educational environment of participants interaction in education. The latter is currently focused on the key aspects of the preservation of traditional Russian values, reflected in the critical consideration of topical issues of improving the communicative culture of the individual. The purpose of the study is to develop and test a value model based on the conceptual design of the information and educational environment in the system of continuing professional education of a teacher as an important factor and condition for improving the communicative competence of a person. The research material selected includes teaching aids and methodological recommendations for the system of continuous professional education of teachers, as well as material products of expert activities of foreign language teachers in schools in Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region. The research methods include corpus technology, modeling and design of the interaction space based on the analysis of the existing corpus of methodological techniques and developmental tasks of a modern lesson, as well as the analysis of linguistic tools in the process of examination of linguistic and cultural concepts in terms of Intelligence Methodology within the actual aspects of developing the methodology of the research of the constantly renewing educational environment of interaction of participants of educational process. The results can be of use for those who are in the scientific space.

Contemporary Trends of Digitalisation of Management Processes in Higher Education: Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Authors

The continuous development, improvement and diversification of digital technologies cause the issue of rethinking their use in education, in particular, in the context of digitalisation of management processes at higher education institutions. It is important to understand the current state and trends of digital technologies, which become the basis for digitalisation of management processes in higher education. For this purpose, the article has analysed Ukrainian publications in the Google Scholar search engine to identify scientific works dealing with the digitalisation of management processes in higher education, using Scopus AI, the tool based on artificial intelligence, to obtain a conceptual map of digitalisation technologies of management processes in education, studied publications in the Scopus international scientometric database to determine the significance of digital technologies described in these publications. The article analyses digital technologies currently used for management tasks in higher education, namely: data analytics, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence technologies. The main advantages of the digitalisation of management processes in higher education are highlighted: effective administration, improvement of the decision-making process, improvement of the provision of educational services, improvement of teaching. Challenges and difficulties accompanied by digitalisation of management processes in higher education are presented: insufficient financing of higher education; lack of understanding of the educational process by the participants (from students to managers) regarding processes taking place in the modern digital society, as well as emerging or changing technologies; the need for competent management and teaching staff, a high level of digitalisation of society at the national level, orientation of educational process participants in a large number of digital technologies. As a result of the study, the current trends in digitalisation of management processes in higher education are summarised (continuation of the process of introducing digital technologies into the educational process in general and management processes in higher education in particular; integration of these digital technologies into learning management systems; introduction of updated digital technologies into the teaching process; improvement of education through digital transformation of management processes.

Students facing the perspective of returning to school after the period of remote education. Based on the Comfort–Stretch-Panic concept

The aim of the study was to identify the factors that influence situating the students in the Comfort–Stretch-Panic (CSP) zones in the perspective of transition from remote to direct education. The study uses an original tool adapted upon the CSP concept. The presented data was obtained in 2021, from a representative sample of 1125 students. Thus, obtained data allowed to determine the factors of willingness of the primary school students to return to direct education. The research hypotheses were verified using a multinomial logit model. The study shows that the students' readiness depends on factors such as: gender and age, active participation in the online educational process, difficulties related to the process and relationships at school, as well as the family and school support potential. The significant influence caused by the students' personal problems and psychophysical condition on their potential return to direct education was not observed.

ANN AND EDUCATIONAL INTEGRITY: EXAMPLE OF SOLOMON’S POLYFUNCTIONAL

The analysis of the relationship between the growing interest in artificial neural net- work and it’s negligent exploitation by students of secondary and higher schools in order to minimize personal intellectual effort is conducted in work. The author has proposed the biographical and literary pattern from the ancient history - Solomon’s polyfunctional as one of the self stimulation tools of participation in educational process. That is con- sidered as a universal analogue of comprehensive use of personal potential. The personal development path is confirmed by biological data.

Digital Pedagogy: Challenges and Readiness for Learning in Digital Environment

Introduction. The article outlines the development trends of digital pedagogy and learning conditions in the new educational environment. The urgency of the study is justified through changes in technology and methods of providing education, as well as implications in the education sector with digital technologies and digital landscape. All of this helps improve the efficiency of educational activity and its outcome. However, it also requires digital literacy from its users. The novelty lies in identification of digital pedagogy problems and assessment of students' readiness for the implementation of digital tools in learning.Purpose. In our study, we will consider capabilities, challenges, and risks of education in a digital environment in an integrated way.Materials and Methods. We used theoretical methods for the analysis of digitalization state in the Russian and foreign education systems, and current requirements for digital skills of educational process participants. In the empirical part, the questionnaire method regarding teachers’ and students’ readiness level for the digital shift and ability to fully operate with digital educational environment was taken on the broad matter.Results. Various strategies and practices, models, and pedagogical innovations in the didactics development area were analyzed. We have revealed strengths and weaknesses, positive and problematic moments, organizational and didactic issues of learning in the digital landscape. Theoretical and methodological foundations of didactics under the conditions of digital transformation were structured. We analyzed the responses of teachers and students and draw a conclusion about their readiness for the digital shift in education.Discussion. The main factors that impact effective leaning in the digital landscape are stressed. It is proposed that digital pedagogy, as a new direction in science, is bound to answer plenty of questions regarding the digital shift. We have to enrich traditional methodology capabilities with a new content, modern tools and methods of teaching using digital technologies, as well as information and communications means, leaving the best to its side.

PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS PARTICIPANTS AS AN INDICATOR OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION UNDER MARTIAL LAW

The article emphasizes that russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine has significantly affected the security situation and the deterioration of the psychological state of the educational process participants, which is a dangerous phenomenon in the context of ensuring the quality of education. The necessity of creating a safe educational environment to reduce the impact of risk factors on the mental health of students, their parents and educators is put stress on. The challenges faced by the psychological service in the education system during the war are identified, in particular the growing number of people who are in need of psychological help and support, an insufficient number of trained practical psychologists and educators for providing psychological support and first psychological aid to the educational process participants, an imperfect system of support for educators and practical psychologists while working in stressful conditions, parents’ lack of awareness of mental health issues and mechanisms for providing psychological support to their children. The article highlights the peculiarities of providing psychosocial support to children and adults affected by the war in crisis situations as well as the mechanisms of psychological self-help as a factor of stress resistance and internal potential to withstand psychological trauma during the war. The ways of implementing the educational policy to ensure constant supervision and timely provision of psychosocial support for the educational process participants under martial law are revealed, which is a guarantee and a necessary prerequisite of quality education in accordance with the goals and objectives of the education system. The results of an empirical study into the war’s impact on the life of students and their mental health have shown that their psychological state underwent significant changes during martial law, which led to the weakening of academic motivation and a deterioration in learning outcomes. It is concluded that psychosocial support for the educational process participants is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of education in the conditions of war and in the post-war period.

An Overview of the Principles of an Inclusive Approach in Education in Ukraine in the First Decade of the 21st Century as a Neuroscientific Factor

This article is a systematic examination of the progression of inclusive education in Ukraine during the first decade of the 21st century, focusing on the neuropedagogical viewpoint of incorporating children with special needs in social interaction. It investigates the principal components of forming inclusive education as a fundamental factor for the progress of a non-discriminatory civil society in Ukraine. The author analyzes regulatory and legal documents, theoretical and practical experience of working with people with special needs. The study is devoted to the issue of the implementation of an inclusive approach in the education of Ukraine. The focus of the quantitative-qualitative analysis revolves around the historical timeline concerning the acknowledgment of regulatory documents pertaining to inclusive education and inclusive educational practices in Ukraine. Additionally, this analysis encompasses the examination of scientific and methodological literature concerning the education of children with special needs. This body of knowledge has played a pivotal role in facilitating the effective adoption of the inclusive approach within Ukrainian education, representing a significant aspect within the field of neuropedagogy. The experience of implementing an inclusive approach in Ukraine in the first half of the 21st century was analyzed, which laid the foundation for the formation and further development of an accessible environment with a universal infrastructure design, the presence of special devices for participants in the inclusive educational process, taking into account their needs. The article demonstrates how the transformation of Ukraine created an educational environment within educational facilities that was tailored to the particular needs of students with special educational needs, especially those related to neuropedagogy.
