The research is valuable for exploring effective ways to use economic methods and tools to establish strategic reserves for stability in adverse conditions.

Performance evolution of alkali-activated phosphorus slag paste filling material: Effect of hemihydrate phosphogypsum content

The stockpiling issues of phosphorus slag (PS) and hemihydrate phosphogypsum (HPG) have become vital technical obstacles limiting the economic development of enterprises. The synergistic substitution of PS and HPG for ordinary Portland cement in preparing alkali-activated phosphorus slag paste filling material (AAPS-PM) is essential to realize the high-value utilization of PS and HPG and reduce carbon emissions. HPG was selected as a sulfate activator for this research due to its metastable qualities and chemical composition benefits. The effect of HPG on the properties of AAPS-PM was systematically investigated by setting time, fluidity, strength development, water resistance, and pore solution pH experiments. The evolution of hydration products and pore size characteristics was elaborated employing X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results demonstrated that the addition of HPG displayed remarkable procoagulant thickening characteristics on AAPS-PM. Additionally, HPG was conducive to developing early uniaxial compressive strength (UCS), whereas 90% content of HPG had a negative impact on the enhancement of later UCS. The softening coefficient and water absorption exhibited duality with 80% HPG content as the critical point, obtaining a maximum value of 0.73 and a minimum value of 6.63%, respectively. It is noteworthy that the decrease in pore solution pH was primarily correlated with the acidity carried by HPG. Herein, the alkali activator accelerated the depolymerization of PS vitreous and generated H3SiO4- and H3AlO42- and Al(OH)63-. Furthermore, the active ions combined with Ca2+ and SO42- supplied by HPG, which contributed to the formation of dihydrate gypsum, ettringite and C-(A)-S-H gels. Encouragingly, microscopic analysis confirmed the macroscopic performance changes of AAPS-PM. The gel network created by the interweaving of hydration products refined the pore structure and improved the microstructure morphology, which is the primary source of mechanical strength. Nevertheless, the high content of HPG provided a driving force for the development of capillary pores, resulting in a rapid reduction in later strength. Overall, this research can contribute new ideas to the large-scale integrated disposal of solid waste.

Research on the Performance Management of Carbon Reduction by Local Governments from a Game Perspective—The Case of the Zhejiang Power Restriction Incident

The implementation of low-carbon development and carbon reduction has become an issue of general concern. When local governments adopt carbon reduction measures, they inevitably have a negative impact on the economic development of enterprises and the daily lives of residents. However, the resolution of conflicts of interest between local governments, enterprises, and residents will have a direct impact on the motivation and effectiveness of local governments in implementing carbon reduction measures. This study takes China as an example, conducts a case review of the actual situation of the Zhejiang power restriction incident, and studies and constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model based on the local government, enterprises, and residents. By exploring the factors that influence the behavioral strategies of each stakeholder, this study finds the equilibrium conditions that the tripartite governance target model must satisfy. It is suggested that interactive feedback from enterprises and residents should be incorporated into the performance management of local governments and that performance assessment should be used to establish an effective responsibility and pressure transmission mechanism to help the government’s internal control to better implement carbon reduction policies.

Implementation of financial control tools in the adaptive management of enterprise financial security

The results reported here proved the necessity of introducing financial controlling tools into the system of adaptive management of the company's financial security, which is inextricably linked with technology transfer. The object of the study is the movement of technology with the application of any information on ensuring the implementation of financial controlling tools in the process of managing the financial security of enterprises. We analyzed theoretical approaches to adaptive management of financial security of enterprises. The principles, functions, and types of financial controlling were considered. The expediency of researching the financial security of enterprises using financial controlling as a functional system of adaptive management of deviations has been proven. A systematic approach was used to study scientific approaches to adaptive management of financial security based on financial controlling. Considerable attention was paid to the analysis of the functions and tasks of financial controlling under today's unstable conditions of the economic development of enterprises. Using the method of system analysis, theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the essence of financial controlling in the adaptive management of financial security of enterprises were evaluated. Peculiarities in the scientific approaches of various scientists regarding the essence of the financial security of enterprises have been revealed. The role and significance of adaptive management of the financial security of enterprises with the help of a modern toolkit of financial controlling, which consists of contractual obligations that make it possible to ensure an effective mechanism for making managerial decisions regarding the enterprise and its counterparties or other financial institutions, is revealed. The impact of digital finance on enterprise economic development and ecological environment has been widely debated and researched. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and deconstruct the relationship between digital finance and the synergy of enterprise economic development and ecological environment. The paper examines the benefits and drawbacks of digital finance and its influence on the economy, as well as its impact on the ecological environment. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, the study investigates the mechanisms through which digital finance affects the synergy of enterprise economic development and ecological environment, and evaluates the effectiveness of current measures and policies to address these impacts. The results of this study provide valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners on how to achieve a balance between digital finance and sustainable development. Information support for management of energy-saving economic development of enterprises

Purpose. Formation of theoretical and methodological approaches to structuring information provision and assessing its significance for achieving energy-saving economic development of enterprises. Methodology. In the research process, the following methods were used: economic-mathematical modeling, grouping, generalization, system analysis, etc. Findings. The conditions under which energy-saving economic development takes place at enterprises have been formalized. Methodological principles of quantitative and qualitative assessment of the level of such development are proposed. The array of information necessary for managing the energy-saving economic development of enterprises is structured. Based on a sample of 150 Ukrainian enterprises that consume natural gas, the level of energy-saving economic development is assessed. The importance of information management of this development is substantiated. Originality. The methods for grouping the types of economic development of the enterprise by highlighting a new classification characteristic, namely: the nature of the relationship between the change in the value of a certain financial and economic result of the enterprise’s activity and the change in its consumption of a certain type (types) of energy resources, have gained further development. Methodological principles for assessing the impact of the quality of information support on the performance of enterprises have been improved through the substantiation of the approach, which determines the impact of the completeness of information support for the management of energy-saving economic development of enterprises on its level. An approach to structuring an array of information for managing energy-saving economic development of enterprises is proposed, which, unlike the existing ones, involves taking into account the hierarchical nature of the array of data. Practical value. The obtained results can be used by enterprises when evaluating the dynamics of their economic results in comparison with changes in the amount of consumption of energy resources and when forming information support for the management of energy-saving economic development.

Tools for studying the digital development rates of economic systems at country and region level

National economy digitalization is a powerful economic growth engine and one of the key areas for developing and maintaining the competitiveness of the state. Digital economy potential lies in accelerating the pace of economic development of enterprises, industries, regions and countries, and in improving in living standards. Under the conditions of digitalization, a tool for assessing the pace of economic system development at the country, region, industry and enterprise level becomes a source of competitive advantages. Therefore, the relevance of the study is evident. The purpose of the study is to develop tools for studying digital development rates at country and region level. The database of the study was represented by the proceeding of well-known foreign and Russian scientists and statistical data on the main indices of the US and Chinese stock markets. The methodological base was represented by the ISPI (Information System Portfolio Investor) digital model. The effectiveness of the obtained results was verified using the PRM (Profitability-Risk model) tool. The result of the study was an analysis of digital development rates at the country level by the case of the United States and China. The analysis was based on the calculation of the main parameters of the portfolio theory: expected return, risk level, return-to-risk ratio. Scatterplots were constructed for the main US and Chinese stock market indices based on the fitted data. They show the mutual distribution of groups of main indices and allow to determine the most promising areas for investment, including digital development. The findings confirm the possibility of using the proposed tools to determine the most attractive sectors for investment in the world stock markets and countries, and/or countries and regions that need investment for their development, including digital one. The introduction of the proposed tools into practice at the enterprise, industry, region and country level will contribute to the further development of the digitalization in all aspects of society at the enterprise, industry, region and country level.

Management of "green" investments within the context of the new global architectonics

Introduction. The paper examines the features of "green" projects in modern environmental protection global architecture. Reducing environmental pollution contributes to sustainable economic and social development of the country. Businesses can make appropriate decisions based on the various functions of green financial investments. Therefore, "green" financial investment decisions contribute to the achievement of sustainable economic development of enterprises, strengthening of environmental protection and proper management of relations between people and nature. The purpose of the paper is to study the concept of "green" investment management. Results. The management of "green" investments is focused on the need to activate social agents to achieve the goals of self-management and environmental protection. The benefits of applying new environmental, social and governance in the process of green financial investment are obvious. The context of environment, society and governance refers to the concept and method of social governance in order to fully mobilize all people and forces to achieve environmental protection and resolve social conflicts caused by environmental problems. A statistical analysis of investment in "green" projects in the global dimension for 2015-2022 was carried out. in the industry to ensure sustainable development goals. It was established that the priority of "green" investments in renewable energy as a component of the industry to ensure the goals of sustainable development. The number of job growth in the clean energy sector until 2030 has been determined. Conclusion. The implementation of green financial investment decision-making in the context of environment and governance is an innovative force for the development of modern enterprises and the financial industry, and an important step for modern enterprises to achieve industrial transformation and renewal. Therefore, the solution of "green" financial investments is the key content of the innovative development of the business sector, aimed at regulating the capital supply of "green" financial investments and development towards an ecological society.

Sustainable Economic Development of Enterprises: A Methodology Based on the Toolkit

At the present time, an effective methodological toolkit has not been developed to manage economic processes in modern conditions in order to ensure the sustainable economic development of enterprises. On the basis of mathematical modeling, it has been proposed that such a tool could be created to provide a quantitative assessment of the main parameters in the creation of innovative products and activities of enterprises. Additionally, on the basis of this tool, decision makers could regulate these processes by introducing additional resources and buying risks. For this purpose, it is necessary to modernize the means of production, which requires a reassessment of the technical level of enterprises. It is possible to achieve these parameters through a certain technical policy of production modernization. In this aspect, the technical policy of enterprises should consider the fact that, depending on the complexity of innovative products put for development and production, the time lag between the start of production of such products and the moment when they enter the market with competitive advantage changes. This competitive advantage is determined by the design methods at a given cost. At the same time, the service models of enterprises are used as one of the most important tools to achieve the profitability of the enterprise, leading to its sustainable economic development. As a result of the proposed toolkit, a strategy for managing the processes of the sustainable economic development of enterprises could be developed based on the creation of an intelligent system using artificial intelligence and the use of large databases that create information support for decision makers to regulate these processes. This set of tools makes it possible to achieve the organization of sustainable economic development. To assess the technical, economic, and technological level of the enterprise, a complex integral indicator was obtained on the basis of mathematical modeling. It was proposed to confirm the obtained integral assessment by comparing the obtained calculated data with an expert assessment. The method of expert evaluation is used in the article. Expert assessments were obtained in science-intensive organizations in which the authors held managerial positions and were engaged in scientific projects. The obtained inputs were formulated based on the analysis of the reporting documentation provided by the organizations. The conducted research indicates the importance of the proposed practical recommendations and materials for solving the tasks set in this study.

Study of the Impact of Entrepreneurial Risk Taking on Digital Transformation of Enterprises

Entrepreneurial adventurous spirit, as one of the core driving forces of enterprise economic development, has an important impact on enterprise innovation decisions as well as transformation and upgrading. On the one hand, entrepreneurs' personal traits have an important impact on the strategic choices and economic performance of enterprises; on the other hand, the digital transformation of enterprises requires executives' innovative will and adventurous spirit. Through preliminary analysis as well as empirical tests, this study concludes that there is a positive influence relationship between entrepreneurial risk-taking spirit and enterprise digital transformation. Therefore, this study investigates the positive influence relationship between entrepreneurial risk-taking spirit and enterprise digital transformation through the method of normative research, in order to provide a basis for internal and external economic decision-making of enterprises.

Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Potential Evaluation of a Coal Mine Based on Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis

Due to the non-renewability of coal resources and the effect of excessive resource loss on the economic development of enterprises forming a constraint, breakthroughs in high energy consumption to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in coal mines represent an important way to promote the development of coal enterprises. This paper takes the energy-saving work of the Wuyang coal mine, which is very representative of China’s Shanxi Province, as an example, and uses hierarchical analysis to establish an assessment system for energy conservation and emission reduction in coal mines. We adopted on-site research, expert scoring, and project guidance to divide the factors affecting energy conservation and emission reduction in the Wuyang coal mine into 24 categories, and we then used fuzzy mathematical calculations to assess potential, which is of better practicability. The study shows that the grade of energy saving and emission reduction in the Wuyang coal mine is of a medium level, and the potential of energy saving and emission reduction is large. The main influencing factors are improving the recovery rate of refined coal, renovating pressurized filters, eliminating high-energy-consuming equipment, optimizing the parking process, replacing the flotation machine, and ensuring the intelligent management of power metering. According to the relevant factors derived from the energy-saving and emission reduction work at the Wuyang coal mine for implementing the relevant measures, we provide a reference for the work of energy saving and emission reduction in mines in order to promote the sustainable development of the coal mining industry.

Development of a comprehensive economic enterprise development program in the Philippines

This study aims to design a sustainable and comprehensive economic enterprise development program for communities in Cabanatuan City through an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach. The concept consists of two phases: capacity building and company development. Community capacity building focuses on enabling all community members to acquire the skills and competencies they need to take more responsibility for their own lives and contribute to inclusive local development. The key components of the capacity development phase are community planning, community organization, community need assessment, gap analysis, project programming, project execution, project monitoring, and evaluation. Community planning involves choosing the most viable community business ventures based on six economic factors: market, capital, raw materials, service providers, support infrastructure, and appropriate technology. Enterprise development is a low-cost, straightforward training strategy for aiding entrepreneurs and microbusiness owners with business planning and expansion. This component is further subdivided into enterprise growth, local government assistance, developing industry connections, enterprise marketing and promotion, enterprise performance monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment. Acquiring economic aptitude is essential for the survival of Cabanatuan City's citizens and provides them with a sense of self-worth and communal pride.

This article assesses impact of tax payments on financial and economic condition of industrial enterprises, based on conceptual foundations of tax theory. It presents a retrospective analysis theories of taxation of different directions, which revealed presence of opposite points of view concerning necessity of enterprise taxation. Authors of article, when studying problem, turn to those aspects that arise in specific institutional conditions that accompany process of economic transformation and provide an algorithm of mutual influence of tax parameters, factors of external and internal environment and indicators of financial and economic development of enterprise.

Methodological monitoring of ecological and economic development of an industrial enterprise

The article represents the development of a methodical approach to monitoring the ecological and economic development of an industrial enterprise. The generalized definition of monitoring the ecological and economic development of the enterprise and its main characteristics is proposed. It was established that the goals of this type of monitoring can be determined as the effectiveness of the planning process of ecological and economic activity; assessment of the quality of forecasts of the ecological state of the territory; improvement of environmental safety of production at enterprises of the region; development and timely implementation of measures aimed at reducing the negative anthropogenic impact of enterprises on the ecology of the region. It is substantiated that the organization and implementation of ecological and economic development monitoring should be carried out with the help of appropriate methodological support, which involves assessing the relationship between three components: economic development of the enterprise, ecological and economic development of environmental protection by types of its measures, ecological factors of the external environment. The study presents calculated models based on the use of methods of principal components and canonical analysis, which confirm the close relationship between the factors of the development of environmental protection by types of its measures and the economic development of industrial enterprises. As part of methodological support, an improved system of indicators for monitoring the ecological and economic development of the enterprise is proposed. The naming of documents and the distribution of responsibility for the organization of document circulation in the system of monitoring the external environment of the enterprise are substantiated. It was emphasized that the functioning of the system for monitoring the ecological and economic development of the enterprise should be carried out by building an environmental audit system at enterprises. MODELING OF TACTICAL INNOVATIVE TOOLS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Purpose. Tactical innovative tools of the economic development of the enterprise in the conditions of European integration are considered in the article as short-term adaptive and relative means, intended for the practical implementation of irreversible, controlled and purposeful changes of a quantitative, qualitative and essential nature in the economic system of the enterprise, which occur under the influence of changes in the operating environment and condition the development means of production and socio-economic relations, increasing flexibility, achieving a state of optimal and efficient functioning of the enterprise and other strategic goals. For the purpose of their modeling, the article provides a conceptual formulation of the problem, defines a function that ensures their formation on alternative bases, forms compliance criteria and a set of modeling tasks: formation of modeling input data; substantiation of the criteria by which the tools of economic development of enterprises are optimized in the conditions of the course of European integration processes; ensuring the modeling of tactical innovative tools for the economic development of enterprises in the conditions of European integration by establishing the compliance of the group of tools for the economic development of enterprises with optimization criteria for the purpose of performing the function; identification of a set of tactical innovative tools for the economic development of enterprises in the conditions of European integration; making managerial decisions regarding the tactical management of the development of the enterprise in the conditions of European integration. Design/methodology/approach. Methods of analysis, synthesis, theoretical generalization, expert evaluations, coefficient analysis, method of pattern analysis. Findings. As a modeling toolkit, the article recommends the method of pattern analysis, which provides for the formation of homogeneous groups of objects as a result of cluster analysis in the following order: setting the problem; display of objects in the parallel coordinate system; direct connection of parameter values marked on the axes; analyzing the similarity of patterns; interpretation of the results, identification of tactical innovative tools for the economic development of enterprises in the conditions of European integration, which meet the criteria of optimality and restrictive criteria. Originality/value. The recommended procedure should be applied for the purpose of modeling tactical innovative tools of economic development, which will ensure their optimization in the conditions of European integration. Practical implications. The practical approbation of the method made it possible to identify 3 priority groups of tactical innovative tools of economic development of ShK Svitanok+ LLC: starting the activities of ShK Svitanok+ LLC in free economic zones, which involves its administrative support and providing employees with a social package; ensuring the participation of ShK Svitanok+ LLC in conferences, forums and round tables, promotion of the enterprise's exports, lending and expansion of analysis tools by spreading the practice of functional-cost and factor analysis in the mentioned conditions; implementation of targeting and ensuring the participation of ShK Svitanok+ LLC in grant projects.

Analysis on the digital transformation index system of enterprise’s low carbon business performance based on AHP-DEA

With the arrival of the low carbon era, enterprises, as the main body of the market economy, must take the road of low carbon operation whether to fulfill their social responsibilities or to seek enterprise development. However, Chinese enterprises started late to understand the low-carbon economy. So far, except for a few state-owned enterprises, some leading private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, they have made remarkable achievements in low-carbon emission reduction. Most enterprises in China have not realized the importance of low carbon emission reduction. In order to step out of the “high carbon” era and coordinate economic development and environmental protection, China must solve the problem of low-carbon transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. How to measure the degree of low carbon transformation, and how the government objectively evaluates the degree of low carbon economic development of enterprises, with a view to formulating corresponding standard incentives and punishment measures for them. It is urgent to establish a sound, reasonable and feasible low carbon operation management indicator system, and comprehensively evaluate the information related to low carbon operation of SMEs through reasonable selection of indicators. According to the connotation of low-carbon enterprises, the economic benefits of enterprises are closely combined with environmental benefits. A set of low carbon operation performance evaluation index system including economy, technology and environment has been constructed. The AHP index weight is calculated by establishing the AHP model and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) index weight is calculated by establishing the DEA model. On this basis, the grey relational evaluation model based on AHP-DEA is established. Then the paper evaluates the performance of representative enterprises’ low carbon operation. Propose corresponding improvement suggestions for the problems reflected in the low carbon operation performance ranking of enterprises and the scoring of various indicators. The research results show that the algorithm has high efficiency and the accuracy of model evaluation is 95.51%. To a certain extent, this study makes up for the research results of the impact of digital transformation on corporate strategic performance, and also provides ideas for the research of corporate financial performance evaluation.

Theoretical aspects, components and characteristics of enterprise development in turbulent markets

Introduction. The development of an enterprise in turbulent markets is a complex and multifaceted process, since such markets are characterised by rapid changes, high degree of uncertainty, competition and instability. Turbulent markets can arise from a variety of factors, such as economic crises, technological changes, political instability or global events. In today's turbulent environment, enterprises must constantly improve and implement changes to not only survive in the market, but also maintain their competitive advantage. Commercial enterprises should focus on a management strategy that increases the efficiency of the entire system, while paying special attention to resource conservation and environmental protection. Therefore, the implementation of the concept of sustainable development is the most acceptable for a modern enterprise to maintain stable operations and a competitive position in the market. The purpose of the article is to form a theoretical basis for the development of an enterprise in turbulent conditions, namely, to systematise and generalise approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic development of an enterprise", to substantiate the components of ensuring the economic development of an enterprise and to identify the main elements of enterprise development in turbulent markets. Research methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of leading domestic and foreign scholars, methodology and systemic principles of conducting comprehensive scientific research. Among the special research methods used in the work are: abstract-logical - to study the development of the problem and summarise the findings; theoretical generalisation - in the process of disclosing the essence of the category "enterprise development"; observation, comparative advantages, economic analysis, clustering and comparison - to study the components, indicators, functions and factors of influence on ensuring the development of an enterprise in conditions of turbulence. Results. The theoretical basis of enterprise development, characteristics and phenomena of the economic process are studied. A classification of ensuring the economic development of enterprise has been developed, which includes a system of indicators, features, factors and functions, allowing to make a decision on the possibility of rapid adaptation of the enterprise to changes in the business environment, provided that the needs of potential business entities are taken into account to the greatest extent possible, which guarantees the satisfaction of consumer needs. The factors of influence on the economic development of enterprise, which are determined by the impact of the scale of their activities and require strategic planning and development of alternative options for behaviour in conditions of uncertainty and turbulence in the enterprise environment, have been identified. A system of elements of enterprise development with a possible reaction to market turbulence is proposed for use, which will allow timely recognition and development of proactive actions.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of management of integrative development and formation of integrative flows in the system of management of enterprises. The study of the essential features of the development of enterprise, the economic development of enterprise allowed to put forward a hypothesis of integrative development, the originality of which lies in the connection between the economic development of enterprise and the paradigm of digitalization. The article substantiates the understanding of the essence of the integrative flow and examines digital technologies that are actively used by enterprises: GovTech, LegalTech, NanoTech, RetailTech, FinTec. An important aspect of the formation of stable integrative relations is the construction of an effective infrastructurally developed digital plateau, which covers information and communication technologies of systems for combining services and business processes between society and enterprises or between individual enterprises to meet the existing unsatisfied demand or improve own organizational and economic mechanisms of activity. It is proved that the digital integrative development of enterprises is implemented on the principles of the movement of flow processes of activity. The platform for ensuring the functioning of enterprises in the modern digital space under the conditions of digital economy is represented by the current innovative digital technological solutions, including electronic payment systems, mobile services, apps, personalized service based on Big Data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, which makes possible to foster an improvement of the efficiency of management and organization of integrative partnerships between enterprises. Thus, the methodological foundations of the integrative development of the enterprise consist in the implementation of artificial intelligence, intellectual analysis of business processes based on Big Data, which take into account the features of the external digital environment, internal transformations of the enterprise, associated with changes in doing business and aimed at a clear strategic vision of the development of the enterprise.
