The research examines the format of structural methods and tools for the sequential distribution of duties, demonstrating that it distinguishes itself by its focus on the relevance of duty and responsibility allocation. The research examines informational methods and tools for enterprise management, emphasizing their focus on stable information delivery to management personnel. The research is valuable for exploring effective ways to use economic methods and tools to establish strategic reserves for stability in adverse conditions.
