Temporal and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Inbound Tourism Flow in Guangxi, China

The D-Q model was used to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of inbound tourism flow in Guangxi by collecting index data from 2011 to 2019. The results showed that the temporal and spatial distribution of inbound tourism flow presented obvious single-core agglomeration characteristics. The polarization was serious, and the phenomenon of "poverty trap" became more and more obvious. The regional imbalance was prominent. The quantity and quality coordination of inbound tourism flow was poor. The spatial dislocation phenomenon appeared. The overall distribution pattern of inbound tourism flow might remain stable, and the number of cities maintaining a stable state presented a relatively large proportion. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward to promote the development of inbound tourism in Guangxi.

Исследование культурного и туристического потенциала провинции Цзянсу для россиян

Annually, a large number of Russian tourists come to China to get acquainted with its traditional culture. Jiangsu Province has significant tourism potential in this regard, but it is mainly visited by representatives of Japan, South Korea, the United States, Germany and other countries. There is a problem of increasing the attractiveness of the cultural heritage of Jiangsu Province for Russian tourists. In this article, the authors describe the current situation with the development of inbound tourism from Russia in Jiangsu Province and put forward proposals for its development, among them: branding of the region, development of popular national tourism destinations within a particular province, taking into account the needs and mentality of Russian travelers, the formation of integrated routes. It is emphasized that the predominant orientation of visitors from Russia to major cities requires intensification of work to inform potential travelers about the tourist resources of the Chinese regions using mass media and Internet platforms. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the potential of Jiangsu Province in terms of tourism industry development is a promising topic for study.

Investment attractiveness of enogastronomic destinations

Tourism is a multiplier of socio-economic development, a vital sector of the economy with significant investments and a wide range of dynamically developing sectors of the national economy. One of the priority directions for the development of modern tourism is the support and development of domestic and inbound tourism. An important research direction is the study of investment attractiveness in tourist destinations. Therefore, the need to attract investments in the service sector, the development of enogastronomic destinations that form a specific tourist product, will contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in this area, increase the economic effect and development of rural areas, which is an essential direction for ensuring sustainable development. The publication aims to research ways to increase the attractiveness of investment in enogastronomic destinations to increase their competitiveness. The article examines the issues of research on inestimities and ways of increasing investment attractiveness in enogastronomic destinations. The essence of the concepts "investment", "investment attractiveness", "public-private partnership" was determined. It is substantiated that until 2020, a positive trend was observed regarding the volume of capital investments in the country's economy. It has been proven that in modern conditions, an essential place in investment activities is the introduction of investments in tourist activities and developing tourist destinations. Factors affecting the assessment of investment attractiveness are determined. It is substantiated that public-private partnership is one of the critical mechanisms for implementing the policy of increasing investment attractiveness to solve significant socio-economic problems. The essence of public-private partnership in forming the investment attractiveness of food and wine destinations and the result of the interaction of the public and private spheres have been determined. The interaction of the state and business to solve socially significant tasks becomes relevant in connection with globalization, increased competition on the world market, the complication of social and economic conditions, and the need to ensure the appropriate competitiveness of domestic goods and services. A key factor of public-private partnerships in forming investment attractiveness and developing food and wine destinations is the guarantee of benefits from the joint use of resources. ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ МЕЖРЕГИОНАЛЬНОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ В РАМКАХ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ, ПРОДВИЖЕНИЯ И РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ТУРИСТСКИХ ПРОДУКТОВ

The dynamic development of tourism activities in the regions of the Russian Federation, the high interest of the population in travel, and the close attention of federal and regional authorities to tourism determine the relevance of the study, the results of which are presented in the article. The purpose of the study is to study the organizational aspects of interregional cooperation in the framework of the formation, promotion and sale of tourist products, taking into account practical features: cooperation of tour operators, interaction with travel service providers, implementation of agency networks, etc. The research methods are: analysis of scientific publications and the legislative and regulatory framework in the field of tourism; synthesis of processes related to the formation, promotion and sale of tourist products, as well as interviews. The article provides examples of Russian interregional routes; presents the functions and conditions of the activities of tour operators and travel agents in the Russian Federation; suggests a scheme of interaction of subjects within the framework of the formation, promotion and sale of tourist products at the interregional level; presents organizational aspects of the implementation of interregional cooperation in the framework of work with tourist products. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the organizational aspects of interregional cooperation in the framework of the formation, promotion and sale of tourist products. The practical significance of the study is due to the possibilities of using the main provisions and conclusions by such subjects of the tourist market as tour operators and travel agents (for the development of interregional tourist routes), as well as regional and municipal authorities in the development of concepts, strategies and programs for the formation and development of domestic and inbound tourism in the regions. The results of this study serve as the basis for further research on the subjects of the domestic and inbound tourism market within the framework of interregional interaction at the micro, meso and macro levels.

For economic diversification, forecasting positive long-term prospects, and consolidating a positive regional image at the international level, the development of global inbound tourism in the Middle East region is of particular importance. This article also reflects the prospects for the development of hotel services in Syria. The arguments in favor of the formation of an instrumental complex of state control and support of hotel services are presented. At the end of the analysis, the main results were identified and recommendations for further development of the hotel sector were developed.

Regulatory Impact of Competitions of Professional Skills in the Provision of Accommodation Services (Hotel Services) in Tourism

In the conditions of development of inbound and domestic tourism in the Russian Federation, there is an increasing need for professional staff, including for the sphere of accommodation services (hotel services). In this regard, it is relevant to search for effective tools for the professional development of personnel, which include contests of professional excellence. The study studied the main goals and objectives of national and all-Russian professional competitions, assessed the regulatory impact of the regional competition «Irkutsk Hospitality» implemented in the Irkutsk region in the period 2012–2023. The increasing role of professional competitions held at the federal and regional level in the formation of competitive professionals (managers, mentors, receptionists (administrators), waiters, room service specialists (maids) and others), establishing a constructive dialog of parties interested in the development of accommodation services (hotel services), promotion of tourist areas. Recommendations aimed at strengthening the regulatory impact of regional competitions of professional excellence were developed, related to holding municipal stages of the competition in the territory of the Irkutsk region, expanding the number of participants and stakeholders, organizing the discussion of problematic issues within the framework of the competition (round tables, etc.), including the competition in the number of recognizable events in the region.

THE CURRENT STATE OF THE KAZAKHSTAN TOURIST MARKET

For many developed and developing countries, the tourism sector is the main source of employment, government revenue and foreign exchange earnings. The most important parameters of tourism development in the country are indicators of inbound and outbound tourism. Before the pandemic, both at the republican and regional levels, a lot of work was carried out to attract foreign tourists to Kazakhstan, measures were taken in the field of image policy and popularization of tourist destinations of the country. But many Kazakhstanis prefer to rest abroad, rather than in the resort areas of their homeland. The interrelation of the tourist attractiveness of the country with the category of tourist potential, factors of tourist attractiveness are considered. Tourist attractiveness is based on the tourism potential of the country, contributes to the growth of its competitiveness, the transformation of tourist supply into demand, is associated with various types of its assessment and is the result of its previous development. republic. Tourism activity is influenced by many factors of an economic, political, social, natural and technical nature, including: terrorism, the process of ensuring the safety of tourists, man-made disasters; uneven distribution of tourist flows; political instability in some regions of the world; prolonged global recession; volatility of exchange rates; priority of national rather than international norms in tourism, etc. The negative factors hindering the development of inbound tourism in the country have been identified, recommendations for eliminating existing problems have been proposed. The considered resources and tourist opportunities of Kazakhstan lead to the expediency of forming a modern tourist product. The development of a new tourist product in Kazakhstan would be competitive in the world market of tourist services and would help attract foreign tourists to Kazakhstan. The ways of development of domestic tourism in Kazakhstan, the creation of a competitive tourism industry, including the development of infrastructure and improving the quality of services provided, are proposed.

Attractiveness of Arctic tourism in the Verkhoyansky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The relevance of this study is conditioned by the fact that on the territory of the Verkhoyansky district there are numerous natural, historical and cultural objects that may be included in tourist routes for the purpose of further development of inbound tourism not only in the Verkhoyansky district, but also in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). With due attention to the development of the tourism industry, it can become one of the most promising and dynamically expanding industries in the region. The article considers the theoretical foundations of Arctic tourism. The Verkhoyansky district is characterized in terms of its tourist-recreational potential, as well as its primary cultural and natural attractions. The objects are considered from the point of view of their touristic attractiveness. In purpose of revealing the factors of development of Arctic tourism in the northern regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), a survey among students was conducted. The object of the study is Arctic tourism, and the subject of the study is the attractiveness of Arctic tourism on the territory of the Verkhoyansky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Arctic regions of Yakutia at this stage are not so well known and accessible to tourists. Against the background of worsening environmental problems, these territories may become a full-fledged tourist destination for certain categories of tourists.

Development of inbound extreme tourism from Southeast Asian countries in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Forms of tourism associated with risk and danger are now dynamically developing cultural industries all over the world. The article is devoted to the development of tourism in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), first of all, to the problems of attracting foreign fans of extreme and adventure tourism, mainly from Southeast Asian countries. As drivers of the tourist flow, it is proposed to pay attention to tourists from the People's Republic of China. In order to implement a competent marketing policy to attract Chinese tourists, it is proposed to take into account the peculiarities of traditional and modern spiritual culture of China in the aspect of tourist motivation. To attract tourists from China, it is considered necessary to develop and offer short-term winter tours with extreme elements in central Yakutia. To study the tourist value and semantic orientations of tourists from Southeast Asia, using the example of Chinese citizens, the works of Chinese researchers in English were used. The author believes that in order to offer a competitive product in the market of extreme tourism, it is necessary to take into account the influence of cultural values and traditions on motivational attitudes, basic requirements and expectations from extreme tours, depending on region or country. Due to the change in the foreign policy situation in the 20s of the XXI century, as well as the increased flow of Chinese tourists on the international market, the policy of attracting tourists from Southeast Asia is becoming the main and decisive for the development of international tourism in the republic. For the development of mass tourism with extreme elements, it is proposed to use the tourist resources of central Yakutia, where winter, short-term tours can be offered that can meet the needs of foreign, primarily Chinese tourists.

Solutions for sustainable development of inbound tourism in Khanh Hoa Province after Covid-19

Sustainable tourism development is a top concern in all countries in the world, especially developing countries like Vietnam. Issues of environmental pollution, changes in habits in life and consumption, conflicts of economic interests between parties, a decrease in the number and quality of tourists after the Covid-19 pandemic, and many other problems are other potentially emerging. Khanh Hoa province is a tourist center in the South Central region and the Central Highlands. An interesting stop for inbound tourists when coming to Vietnam. In addition to the achievements, the inbound travel business in Khanh Hoa province has been revealing many factors that lack sustainability in terms of environment, economy, culture, and society. Therefore, to sustainably develop inbound travel tourism in Khanh Hoa province. The author used the research method of secondary documents, and analyzed the current situation of inbound tourism development in Khanh Hoa in recent years, thereby giving urgent solutions: Focusing on re-developing the inbound tourist market, assessing re-evaluate tourism resources in order to build suitable tourism products, have sales promotion strategies, apply information technology, increase investment in human resource development, raise people’s and inbound travel community’s awareness.

Ecosystem of national parks business models: national and international contexts

In the last 10 years, the Russian Federation has faced unprecedented sanctions from the international community, the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. These challenges required rapid intensification and restructuring of the national economy. In the current situation, one of the main tasks is “to ensure economic growth rates above the world ones while maintaining macroeconomic stability.” The territory of the Russian Federation is characterized by a high tourist and recreational potential. National parks can act as a driver for the development of both internal and inbound tourism. Creating a sustainable ecosystem of business models for the interaction of national parks and regions, while complying with all the requirements of environmental legislation for national parks, can make a significant contribution to the achievement of regional and national goals of socio[1]economic and sustainable development. The introduction of the concepts of “smart”, “high-biotech”, “thrifty” into the business strategy for the development of the national park will contribute to the growth of the contribution to the development of climate projects, high-biotech start-ups, environmental, sustainable, agro-tourism, digitalization of the region’s economy while maintaining biodiversity and environmental functions. The research methodology included a systematic approach, expert and context analysis, logical-graphic and other research methods. As a result of the study, priority factors of the national and international contexts were identified, necessary and sufficient for the development of a sustainable ecosystem of business models for national parks.

Prospects for the development of gastro tourism in Ukraine in the post-war period

Gastronomic tourism is an introduction to the traditional cuisine of a particular area, available to any tourist, not just the fate of the chosen ones. The article highlights the main features, trends, problems and prospects of the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the improvement of the gastronomic tourism market of Ukraine, taking into account the realities of the post-war recovery of the industry. The subject of the study is the prospects for the development of gastrotourism in Ukraine in the post-war period. During the writing of the article, official statistical data on the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine, analytical data on the state of tourist industry facilities, and current legal documents were used. The conducted research was based mainly on the use of methods of theoretical analysis, analysis of statistical data, expert assessments and comparative analysis. The following results were obtained. The paper analyzes the state and prospects of the development of gastrotourism in Ukraine, examines the resource gastronomic potential of the country, and proposes a strategy for the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine in the post-war period, which is currently very relevant in the context of the restoration of tourism in the country. The areas of strategic development of gastronomic tourism are presented, each of which has its own strategic goals and tasks that must be completed to achieve the set goal. Conclusions. Based on the conducted research, for the further development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine as part of the implementation of the domestic and inbound tourism development program, it is necessary to: develop new gastronomic tourism routes and update the existing ones; develop a program to support small and medium-sized enterprises that participate in the creation and operation of gastronomic tours; to improve the state of the tourist infrastructure, primarily in the places of hostilities; engage in the development of gastronomic brands and their promotion at the national and international levels; ensure the training of highly qualified personnel in the field of service; to develop partnerships with international organizations on matters of tourism and cultural heritage support, etc. Thanks to the proposed measures, it will be possible to ensure the competitiveness of tourist destinations and enterprises, increase the number and quality of jobs, the quality of life of the local population, including by expanding the capabilities of local communities and interested parties in planning and decision-making regarding the management and development of tourism.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the experience of implementation and as-sessment of the role of umbrella Friendly programs in the development of inbound tourism in the Russian Federation. The au-thors note that the current state of the Rus-sian tourist market provokes the search for mechanisms that will ensure the stable growth of the domestic tourism industry. One of them can be considered an orientation towards the development of domestic tour-ism in the Russian Federation, the other is targeted work with incoming flows, taking into account the needs of target groups in order to restructure behavioral motives. Among the conceptually holistic programs for serving separately selected target con-sumer groups, umbrella Friendly programs are of particular interest.

Expert assessment and consumer preferences for the implementation of educational tourism in the learning system of universities students: the experience of Kazakhstan

Our research is devoted to the implementation of educational tourism in the education system of higher education students, identifying the prospects for its development based on expert and consumer surveys. The article proposes the author’s definition of educational tourism, reveals its essence and component composition, as well as possible positive effects from its implementation; the connection between the educational and tourist components is emphasized, the primary and secondary nature of which is determined by motivational factors. The key directions for the development of educational tourism are identified through the study of current works presented in the scientometric databases WoS and Scopus. We conducted a study of the main participants in the educational tourism market in Kazakhstan, in particular, we analyzed the indicators of academic mobility of students and employees of scientific and educational institutions; international activities of universities in countries; as well as the number of students, teaching staff in organizations of technical and professional, higher and postgraduate education. The examples of educational tours provided by travel agencies in Kazakhstan are shown. Based on expert surveys and polls, the features of consumer demand and supply in the field of educational tourism were identified, as well as the main communication channels for promoting this product on the market; main promising directions for the development of educational tourism; the degree of awareness of students of higher educational institutions about the essence and specifics of educational tourism; the need to include educational tourism in the educational trajectory of university students. In terms of the characteristics of consumption and provision of services in the field of educational tourism, the authors identified: seasonality and frequency of consumers’ requests to obtain information, form and arrange an educational tour; key motivational factors that guide consumers when choosing an educational tour; average duration and geographic focus of organized educational tours; problems that travel companies face when designing and organizing such tours. In terms of the selection of information and communication tools used to promote educational tours, the main and additional communication channels for promoting educational tours have been identified. In terms of identifying the main promising directions for the development of educational tourism, the average expert assessment of the level of development of outbound and inbound educational tourism was determined. Experts proposed the main promising directions for the development of educational tourism in Kazakhstan, including studying abroad, participation in educational events, learning foreign languages and ecological tours with a scientific focus; the need to include educational tourism in the educational process of university students is emphasized.

GAMBLING BUSINESS AS PART OF KAZAKHSTAN'S TOURISM POTENCIAL

This article examines possibilities of applying gaming industry as a tool for developing the tourism potential of Kazakhstan. It contains a detailed study of experience of foreign countries in regulation of gambling and its impact on the development of tourism in the state. This type of business affects the development of gaming tourism, which in turn can become a means of replenishing the state budget and contribute to the development of inbound tourism, a good example of this fact is the casino in Macau. The development of the tourism industry leads to the expansion of the tourist services provided. Thus, the emergence of tourist services related to gambling, the so-called junket tours, which have long been known in the world, and are quite new for our region. The definition of junket tours is given and features of their practical implementation are analyzed. Results of the Gambling Availability Score rating for residents in individual countries are analyzed. The final part of the article proposes a concept for the development of gambling tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the long-term period, which includes many directions and it is very important to approach this concept comprehensively

MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EAST KAZAKHSTAN AS A FACTOR OF GEOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Due to its innovativeness, geotourism is actively developing all over the world. The article discusses the scientific and educational aspects of the development of geotourism in East Kazakhstan thanks to the geomorphological attractiveness of the region. The formation of a national geotourism market based on unique geological and geomorphological objects is relevant because of its innovativeness and possible profit both as a tourist activity and through the creation of a network of global geoparks in Kazakhstan. The article is devoted to the analysis of the recreational-geomorphological attractiveness of the territory and methodological approaches to awareness in domestic and foreign recreational-geomorphological literature. The development of ideas about the importance of the geomorphological structure and dynamics of the relief for recreational activities has been widely developed. It started in Western European tourism practice first and foremost and since the late 1990s of the last century began to develop in the post-Soviet space (in the CIS countries). The paper describes the unique geological and geomorphological natural monuments of the East Kazakhstan region, and the typology of geomorphological features of the region. The author substantiates the possibility of creating a geopark as a backbone tourist territory, contributing to the development of domestic and inbound tourism in the region. The article describes goals and tasks of creating a geopark in the transboundary region of Altai region.

Green tourism in Ukraine, formation, development and prospects

The article is devoted to the problem of the development of green tourism in Ukraine. Green tourism is an important part of rational nature management, which involves the creation and maintenance of recreational systems, including supporting the development of destinations by improving their ecological and general culture. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the vectors of formation, development and promising directions for the development of green tourism tour products. Research objectives: 1) to identify the relevance of the problem; 2) consider the concepts, features, types and functions of green tourism; 3) study the main determinants of the development of tourism potential in Ukraine; 4) develop proposals regarding the prospects for the development of green tourism on the territory of Ukraine. To achieve the goal of the article, a number of methods of scientific knowledge were used, namely: analysis of scientific literature, induction, deduction, synthesis, generalization, comparison. The development of green tourism requires the implementation of mandatory strategic and territorial planning for each individual territory within the administrative and territorial units of our country, the creation of the necessary infrastructure in rural areas, the implementation of an individual marketing strategy, monitoring the consequences of the growth of tourist flows, the involvement of the local population, and the development of volunteerism. Based on the relationship to green tourism as an economic category, it is possible to define green tourism as a component of the tourism industry, which produces and sells its tourism product and receives profit from it, or as a tourist activity in rural areas that brings profit for the preservation of the natural environment, and also to improve the standard of living of the local population. The most promising direction for improving the green tourism management system at the regional level is the creation of regional tourism administrations. The conducted analysis provides an opportunity to talk about Ukraine as a country that has great potential for the formation of a successful segment of green tourism. The main development problem is the lack of a strategy for the development of green tourism and, as a result, there are no precisely established tasks and goals facing this area. Taking into account the determining importance of green tourism for the development of tourism in Ukraine, it is necessary to create a cluster "Green tourism in rural areas of Ukraine". For these purposes, it is necessary to make changes to the program of the development of inbound and domestic tourism with the establishment of specific tasks and goals that are in the green tourism, with clarification of effective mechanisms for their implementation and a plan of activities for the development of the cluster.

Haze and inbound tourism: Empirical evidence from China.

The impact of climate change on tourism has always been an important topic for research in the field of international tourism, and haze has been widely recognized as the primary negative factor affecting the development of inbound tourism in China. In this study, we first conduct a theoretical analysis of the mechanism through which haze influences the tourism industry, and then we empirically analyze the impact on China's inbound tourism using surface particulate matter (PM2.5) concentrations as a proxy for haze, based on provincial panel data from 1998 to 2016. The empirical results show that haze not only has an inhibitory effect on inbound tourism, but also significantly reduces the average length of stay of international tourists. In addition, while there are significant regional differences in the crowding-out effect of haze pollution on inbound tourism, the effect varies depending on the origin of inbound tourists, exhibiting the greatest negative impact on inbound tourism from Taiwan and the smallest from foreign countries. Our research highlights that haze pollution can led to the change of human tourism behavior which enrich the literature on tourism and haze.

Monuments of cultural heritage of Kazakhstan as objects of tourism

This paper touches upon one of the current problems – the involvement of numerous monuments of the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan in the tourism industry. Cultural and educational tourism has a significant prospect for further development, being a tool for raising people's awareness of the history and culture of the peoples of Kazakhstan, establishing a dialogue between representatives of different nationalities and religions. The purpose of this work is to show the importance of the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan for the development of tourism on the example of such objects as Ak Bauyr, Berel, Issyk. The authors come to the conclusion that these monuments, as well as similar ones, have a further prospect of use in the development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
