Problem setting. Social inequality, which is the basis for the stratification of society, is always perceived as its main property. Different indicators may be the basis for assigning people to classes, but race remains important among them. The racial profiling of people has become incredibly widespread in the United States of America, where groups have been created under the influence of various factors, the main purpose of which is to assert the dominance of the European race over the negroids. In particular, the Ku Klux Klan has become a member organization of which violent racists are members. While the horrors of racial discrimination were a thing of the past, it was not possible to claim full equality for all, regardless of race. Despite years of convictions, scientific evidence, protests and appeals, such prejudices are still inherent in some people who, despite the modern view of social equality, continue to unite into so-called “White Power” organizations. As a result, the issue of protecting the rights of people who, on the basis of their race, may become victims of such groups becomes acute. In this connection, numerous organizations are created every year in the world, as opposed to radical racists, as a salvation for the suffering person. Therefore, in order to understand exactly the directions, as well as the prospects of the activity of “White Power”, it is necessary to conduct a full and comprehensive study of it. The chronological boundary for this study is the 21st century. Such a limitation is necessary to understand the current state of development of the Ku-Klux-Klan, as well as the consequences that have already begun to be reflected in the global public space. Also, modern realities brightly reflect irreversibility of consequences of this racist activity. Target of research. To date, the problem of Ku Klux Klan activity is not widely researched. However, such scientists as Chalmers, Christopher Waldrep and Lawrence Limer made the first contributions to the research of the current state of the organization. It is also necessary to note the activities of the Southern Center for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups of Population, has a structural subdivision in its composition, monitors the Ku-Klux-clan and tries to prevent its antihumane activities. Article’s main body is to study the activity and structure of the modern Ku-Klux-Klan, which has become one of the most mysterious and at the same time the most famous American associations created for the sake of the ultra-right ideas of white nationalism, as well as the analysis of legal documents related to the activities of the organization and the prospects of development and dissemination of the ideas of the Кlan in the future. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The analysis of the total number and composition of the modern Ku-Klux-Klan gives grounds to believe that in the struggle for racial superiority, as well as in the times of the origin of the organization, people try to use a variety of methods, but, protecting their own position, forget about universal values. The rooting of the opinion on the differentiation of mankind on the “dominant” and “subordinate” race has been going on for centuries, so it is natural that even a modern civilized society under the influence of the program ideas of the most influential organizations can not completely leave behind the horrors of racial discrimination. The various White Power organizations have become followers of the ideas of racial segregation, and although they no longer use radical means to “purify” humanity, they pose a danger to the affirmation of humanistic and liberal aspects and should therefore be controlled by more conscious members of society. After all, the main achievement of modernity in terms of racial equality is the desire for peace not only on paper, but also in the minds and actions of people.
