Sosialisasi Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Perjudian Online Di Media Sosial Di Desa Lama Pantai Labu Sumatera Utara

Abstract 
 The Denai Lama tourist village is the first tourism village in Deli Serdang Regency, at the initiative of the Head of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Deli Serdang Regency, H. Faisal Arif Nasution, M.Si, this tourist village was formed by involving the local village government and stakeholders to build a new tourism image in Deli Serdang Regency.
 This research discusses a problem that is currently rife, namely law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. Where, based on data published in online media, it is clear that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, gambling is rife in Deli Serdang Regency. This is what prompted the service team to be interested in doing this PKM. By providing socialization or legal counseling to the community, the local community can understand what the legal consequences are and how to enforce the law against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. So that it is hoped that the local community will not fall prey to online gambling crimes.
 During a visit to the Lama Pantai Labu Village, North Sumatra, it was found that the community still did not understand the law, especially regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media and their role and participation and the community in dealing with online gambling. So that the Implementation Team provided legal counseling to the local community regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. What can the public do to prevent or overcome online gambling which is increasingly widespread. Thus, the public is aware of its role in reducing gambling crimes.

ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN, PENGAMANAN, DAN PEMELIHARAAN ASET PON XX PAPUA TAHUN 2021

The National Sports Week held in Papua Province in 2021 is supported by the Regional Government with a budget for the construction of supporting facilities sourced from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The management of sports facilities in the form of venues is carried out by the Department of Sports and Youth by the area management. The development, utilization and management from the beginning must have been determined by the Government so that the assets built can continue to be maintained and function. This study aims to analyze the Security, Maintenance and Utilization of PON XX Papua in accordance with Government Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning Management of State/Regional Property by studying the XX PON Venues located in the City & District of Jayapura. Primary data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation to collect secondary data. Data analysis carried out systematically, obtained the results that all assets that had been granted to the Papua Provincial Government had been developed and utilized properly in accordance with Government Regulations.

Gap Implementation of Thematic Tourism Development Policy in Kampung Sayur Banjarbaru City

Banjarbaru city government's efforts to improve the development of tourist destinations by enacting Banjarbaru City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2019 concerning the 2019-2034 Regional Tourism Development Master Plan. However, the implementation of the tourist destination development plan has not been fully achieved. The existence of gaps or gaps in the implementation of the development of tourist destinations, especially Kampung Sayur tourism in Banjarbaru City, is influenced by resource factors which include human resources and facility resources, so the needs of tourist destinations have not been fulfilled. Namely attractions, accessibility, facilities and additional services. This study aims to determine the gaps in policy implementation in the development of Kampung Sayur thematic tourism in Banjarbaru City. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The collection technique was carried out through observation in Kampung Sayur and interviews with several informants, including: (1) employees of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Banjarbaru City; (2) the Head of Agriculture and Plantation Service of Central Ulin Village. The results of the study stated that the development of Kampung Sayur tourism in the North Ulin District had not been carried out. This is influenced by several inhibiting factors, including the absence of Kampung Sayur tourism center, the absence of vacant land owned by the government village for infrastructure development as a means of supporting tourists, the absence of public transportation access, and the absence of Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS).

Sports and mass work during the period of martial status in Bukovina

The article analyzes mass sports events held in Bukovina for children evacuated from the war zone. Since the start of the full-scale invasion by Russia, more than 7.7 million Ukrainians have become internally displaced persons. They were forced to leave their place of permanent residence, and are currently receiving assistance. The western region of Ukraine, since the very beginning of the war, has been hospitably receiving immigrants, who are trying to provide them with attention and comfort, and involve children not only in school classes, but also in sports. Federations of various sports and various sports clubs extended a helping hand to displaced children in Bukovina at such a difficult time. Chernivtsi communal institutions of children's and youth sports schools have resumed their educational and training work, where migrant children can practice free of charge in eight children's and youth sports schools in the city of Chernivtsi and the region. The Department of Youth and Sports of Chernivtsi VRA, together with the Bukovyna police officers, organized a sports festival for children evacuated from the war zone. The police officers introduced the small migrants to the specifics of their work, demonstrated the official vehicle, uniform attributes and told how they take care of people's safety and peace. The law enforcement officers also explained to the children what risks may be waiting for them in everyday life and how to avoid danger. The little boy looked at the special police vehicles, the car with interest, willingly tried on the equipment and took pictures with the guests in uniform.

Вовлеченность молодежных крыльев парламентских политических партий Российской Федерации в современную экологическую повестку

The article considers the degree of participation of young people consisting in the youth departments of the parliamentary political parties of the Russian Federation in the development of environmental problems in Russia. As part of the study, the following youth departments are analyzed: the Young Guard of United Russia, the Lenin Communist Youth Union of the Russian Federation, the Youth of Fair Russia, the Young organization of the Liberal Democratic Party. Features and forms of participation of young people in environmental activities within the framework of programs of political parties are revealed. Determine the degree of participation in environmental protection, the number and variety of events held. The authors conclude that the youth branches of parliamentary political parties are weakly interested in solving environmental problems and half duplicate the activities of their political parties.

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN PARTISIPATIF DINASIPEMUDAIOLAHRAGAIDANIPARIWISATA TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN OBJEKIWISATA ANJUNGAN KABUPATEN ENREKANG

The aims of this research are to participatory leadership of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office on the Development of Pavilion Tourism Objects, Enrekang District, Enrekang district, Galonta Villagei. Theipopulationiin thisistudyiwere 47 employeesiatithe Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism with sampling using the saturated sample formula so that Obtained a sample of 47 people . This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. Theiresults ofithisistudyiindicateithat the influence of participatory leadership with a percentage of 61.4% has a good effect. The development of the Pavilion tourist attraction with a percentage of 50.1% is not good. The influence of leadership "Influential/Significant" onithe development ofithe tourist attraction ofithe platform ofithe Enrekang sub-district, Enrekang district, Galonta village withia valueiof ticount titable or 3.,331 ≥ 2,212 with an influence percentage of 19.8%, so the influence of participatory leadership ofithe youthsports anditourism officeion the development of the object Pavilion tourism in Gallonta Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency has not been effective.

Engaging practitioners as co-researchers in national policy evaluations as resistance to patriarchal constructions of expertise: The case of the end of year three evaluation of the access and inclusion model

Seventeen Practitioner Researchers (PRs) were engaged as co-researchers in an evaluation commissioned by Ireland’s Department of Childhood, Equality, Disability, Integration, and Youth (DCEDIY), as an innovative aspect in methodological design. The evaluation investigated the implementation and impact of Ireland’s award winning policy for the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream pre-schools, the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM). As co-researchers in the project, the PRs constructed case studies of pre-schools, and children who were being supported by AIM. In this context, this paper draws on feminist theory to present the rationale for involving PRs as co-researchers in evaluations of high profile national programs like AIM. It also applies thematic analysis to a critical reflection written by one co-researcher (who is also the lead author), in which she writes about her gendered experience of being a PR. Thematic Analysis (TA) is applied to this critical reflection to explore the way in which the PR role may have impacted on her professional identity and agency. Three themes were constructed from the TA which included expertise as a resource for advocacy, personal and professional development, and continual learning and inclusive practice. The findings were interpreted through a feminist lens, and cast light on the way that the PR frames professional potency within more feminine constructions of power related to care, nurture, collaboration, nurturing and enabling. They also demonstrate how, in this particular case, the PR role had a transformative impact on expert identity, and enriched capitals for empowering others. The paper ends with a call for more participative approaches to the evaluation of national policies through the engagement of practitioners as researchers. It is argued that this would result in evaluations that were more attuned to the vernacular of practice, and hence more impactful. It also offers opportunities for professional development whilst symbolizing the validation of practitioner expertise by policy makers in a feminized sector where, low pay and low status have long been issues of concern.

THE SCIENTIFIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PROCESS OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT COMPONENTS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INDICATORS OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF THE MINISTRY OF SPORTS AND YOUTH: WITH THE AIM OF INVESTIGATING THE ROLE OF APPLYING AND USING INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

Aim and Background: The use of information and communication technology can lead to the development of required skills in sports employees, and the present research aims to approach the relationship between the process of knowledge management components and the effectiveness of indicators of communication skills of employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The role of applying and using information and communication technology skills was investigated. Method: The research is a descriptive research and the research method is correlational and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research is made up of all the employees of sports and youth departments, which according to the statistics in 2022, were 280 people. To analyze the data, K-S, Kruskal-Wallis, Yeoman-Whitney, Spearman correlation and regression tests were used. Results: 52.85% had graduate and undergraduate degrees, 38.85% had master's degrees, and 1.72% were doctoral and doctoral students. The correlation coefficient between ICT and knowledge management components is 0.369 and ICT with communication skills indicators is 0.361. Conclusion: The results of statistical data showed that the level of access and use of information and communication technology in men is higher than women, but the level of communication skills in girls is higher than boys. Therefore, it is suggested that the country's employees in general and physical training organizations in particular pay special attention to information literacy and communication skills. Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aplikasi Pesona Tanah Datar Pada Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tanah Datar

The management information system in the form of the “Pesona Tanah Datar” application is part of Digital Governance which aims to realize good governance by utilizing technology. Modern tourism really needs technology for marketing, documentation and data collection which is very important to support the development of tourism as well as providing information services to the public regarding tourism, youth and sports in Tanah Datar district. applicable tourism information to support and develop regional tourism. This tourism information system will provide optimal value benefits when used in conjunction with a good tourism website and tourism multimedia. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Pesona Tanah Datar Application Management Information System at the Youth and Sports Office of Tanah Datar Regency. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection was not guided by theory, but guided by facts found in the field. Therefore, the data analysis carried out is inductive based on the facts found and can then be constructed into hypotheses and theories. The results showed that the implementation of a flat land charm management information system at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports went well.

A Community-Based Approach to Supporting the Mental Health of Rural Youth

Implementasi Algoritma Multiplicative Congruential Random Number Generator Pada Aplikasi Seleksi Mojang Jajaka

Mojang Jajaka (MOKA) is one of icons of tourism ambassadors who come from most districts/cities in West Java. The selection of tourism ambassadors in Kuningan was organized by the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism (DISPORAPAR) of Kuningan, and the Mojang Jajaka Association of Kuningan. One of the series of activities carried out is participant registration and written test selection. Currently the registration process and the written test selection are still carried out conventionally by collecting hardcopy files and writing tests using a sheet of paper. This is considered less effective and efficient because using paper often causes problems, namely tucked, damaged, and easily lost. In the written test activities, cheating often occurs when filling out answers. This study aims to apply the Multiplicative Congruential Random Number Generator Algorithm in randomizing the questions on the MOKA selection test. The selection process begins with participants registering on the application. Then the participant logs in and after that the admin sees the participant data and then verifies the participant data. After that the admin will do question management, where the admin will input 30 questions. Then the participants will carry out the exam process. The Multiplicative Congruential Random Number Generator algorithm will work to randomize the questions from 30 questions and 25 questions will be issued. This application is made using the Java programming language, PHP, Javascript and MySQL database. This study uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology which consists of 4 stages, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. This study results a MOKA Selection Application that can simplify the registration process and written test selection for both participants and the Mojang Jajaka selection committee, Kuningan.

Analysis of Facilities and Infrastructure Management Government Sports Institutions

Sports activities require sports facilities and infrastructure in general. This study aims to examine the management of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure of the Department of Youth and Sports of Binjai City based on the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the application of management functions (1) Planning management in the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure needs in Binjai City is carried out with proposals from the community and proposals from sports (2) Organizing management is the responsibility of the field of sports facilities and infrastructure and collaborates with stakeholders (3) Implementation management is carried out if the proposal from planning has been discussed and the budget has been determined (4) Supervision management is carried out by monitoring at every stage (5) The response of the Binjai community who felt the impact of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure in Binjai City got good results.

Optimization of Government Communication Department of Tourism, Youth And Sports of Maros Regency in Rammang – Rammang Tourism Village Development in Bontoa District

The purpose of this study was to examine the optimization of Communication Department of Tourism, Youth and sports as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the development of Tourism Village. This study uses the method of quality description, with information in this study as many as eight (8) people, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.
 The development of Rammang – Rammang Tourism Village is to build image and cooperation by doing development to the tourism management community through training on improving human resources capacity to improve the welfare and prosperity of the community in managing a directed Tourism Village. The supporting and inhibiting factors are in the management of Rammang-Rammang tourism development as a geological park or geo park Maros-Pangkep, because Rammang-Rammang is the 2nd largest karst mountain area in the world.

Resources Support Strategy Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in the Development of Tourism Objects

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the Strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing the Coban Canggu Tourism Object. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. By using purposive sampling technique in determining informants. The results of research in the resources support strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing Coban Canggu Tourism Objects, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, show that utilizing existing resources, both in the provision of infrastructure, human resources, and budgets. As there is still a lack of available budget, the slow pace of developing the Coban Canggu Waterfall attraction has not been maximized.
