This article takes the Environmental Engineering Technology major as an example. Integrating the concept of “1+X” certificate into environmental engineering technology teaching can better construct the curriculum system of the Environmental Engineering Technology major, make the curriculum structure more scientific, complete and standardized, and help students understand the connection between certificates and education from multiple perspectives, thereby achieving effective reform of the curriculum of the Environmental Engineering Technology major. Based on this, the article will elaborate on the concept and significance of the “1+X” certificate and analyze in detail the teaching system construction ideas of the environmental engineering technology major courses in higher vocational education under the background of the “1+X” certificate. This study thoroughly analyzes the current status of undergraduate teaching reform in Urban and Rural Planning in China, revealing that the reform has achieved notable results in promoting teaching quality and enhancing students' comprehensive abilities. The reform has updated teaching concepts, emphasized interdisciplinary integration and practical ability cultivation, and reinforced practical teaching by updating course content and teaching methods, effectively improving students' practical skills and innovation abilities. However, challenges such as insufficient practical teaching resources and incomplete innovation ability cultivation mechanisms remain. Drawing on successful domestic and international teaching experiences in Urban and Rural Planning, this study proposes recommendations such as strengthening interdisciplinary integration, deepening industry-university cooperation, innovating teaching methods, and improving the practical teaching system. In the future, undergraduate teaching reform in Urban and Rural Planning should further focus on interdisciplinary integration, industry-university-research collaboration, teaching method innovation, and the construction of a practical teaching system to meet the development needs of the Urban and Rural Planning field in the new era, contributing more wisdom and strength to China's sustainable urban and rural development.

The digital interactive design with multimedia courseware as the main body has played a great role in promoting the teaching of public art education in colleges and universities. In this paper, when teachers use multimedia courseware for teaching, because the computer cannot process physical signals, part of the hardware is a converter that converts physical signals such as light and pictures received by the CMOS sensor into digital signals and inputs them to digital signals and analog signals. Through the converter, the two-way transmission of teacher and student information in the teaching process of public art majors from the perspective of diversified public art was realized. At the same time, the information elements of sound, image and text were integrated into the interactive works of public art majors from the perspective of diverse public art, so as to stimulate students’ interest in public art learning. Combined with the application of CMOS image sensor technology in diversified public art teaching, a questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the satisfaction of students in public art education and teaching of colleges and universities by CMOS image sensor technology, 50% of the students agreed with the proposal in this article. In this paper, the diversified public art teaching based on CMOS image sensor technology was derived outside the classroom, and the teaching was related to students’ life, so as to improve the artistic atmosphere of the campus and truly improve the teaching effect of public art education in colleges and universities.

With the rapid development of new technologies such as mobile internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, new media has become an important force in the communication field. It is imperative to build a complete undergraduate teaching system of new media technology and cultivate versatile talents to meet the needs of industry development. Taking the majors of new media technology and new media (big data news communication direction) at Qilu University of Technology as an example, this study analyzes the issues in talent training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching content and teaching methods through literature review, questionnaires and interviews.
