Mapping the Landscape of Sharia Economics: A Bibliometric Analysis

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis to map the general landscape of Islamic economics using data from relevant scientific literature. Bibliometric methods are used to identify, collect, and analyze publications related to Islamic economics. Data are obtained from major academic sources, such as scientific journals, conferences, and books indexed in related databases. After data collection, appropriate bibliometric analysis techniques are applied to analyze trends, patterns, and developments related to the Islamic economy. Relevant bibliometric parameters, such as number of publications, most prolific authors, institutional affiliations, countries, and most frequently cited journals, are used to identify important factors in the Islamic economy. The results of this analysis will provide a clear picture of the development of the Islamic economy, helping researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders in understanding trends and contributions of related scientific literature. This research will provide valuable insights and a better understanding of how Islamic economic concepts have been researched and applied in a global context.

PENGARUH INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA TERHADAP TINGKAT KRIMINALITAS DI KALIMANTAN BARAT DALAM KERANGKA EKONOMI ISLAM

This study aims to analyze the effect of the human development index on crime rates in West Kalimantan Province within the framework of Islamic economics. Quantitative approach is used in this research. The analytical method used is Panel Data Regression. The data used in this study is data on all regencies/cities in West Kalimantan Province for the period 2010 to 2016. The results of the study show that the best model for estimation in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The influence of HDI on the crime rates shows a significant negative effect, which means that the higher the HDI, the lower the crime rates and vice versa. In addition, the HDI concept, which consists of 3 main dimensions, namely health, education and income, is very close to the maqashid sharia concept of Islamic economics, namely hifdzunnafs (safeguarding the soul), Hifdzunnaql (preserving the mind) and hifdzulmal (preserving wealth).

Islamic Economic Concepts Perspective of Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Al-Ghazali: A Comparative Study

This research departs from the rule of fiqhiyah which states that sharia must bring benefits to the ummah. In relation to the Islamic economy, this can be realized in the policies of a leader who must be oriented towards the benefit of the ummah, both materially and spiritually. In this case, Abu Yusuf and al-Ghazali in his book describes the problem. Therefore, this research aims to reveal the concept of Islamic economics from the two figures raised. By using a qualitative library research methodology (Library Research). The data analysis technique uses a comparative descriptive historical approach. This research resulted in the conclusion that in his book, Abu Yusuf laying the foundations of fiscal policy based on the concept of justice and al-maslahah al-'ammah (public benefit). Opinion Abu Yusuf has similarities with what was described by Imam al-Ghazali namely the basis of the policies that must be set by the authorities is solely for maslahah al-din wa al-dunya (good / benefit in this world and the hereafter).

ISLAM DAN PROBLEM PEMIKIRAN: Fokus Kajian Ekonomi

Islam commands man to use his thinking. Human thinking very often becomes biased when humans interact to meet the needs of their daily lives. This article aims to describe the role of Islamic teachings in solving problems of human thought, especially focusing on economic thinking. This article is a form of qualitative research report with a simple literature study. Data sources are taken from references related to research topics in the form of books, especially those related to Islamic economics and teachings, several scientific journals that have been published and indexed nationally and internationally. The method of analysis used in this article is critical analysis, which is a criticism of some thoughts in the economic context that have developed in the social history of society with Islamic teachings so as to give birth to the concept of Islamic economics. This article conveys the results of research that the economic damage that occurs today is due to the application of economic concepts that originated from the economic thinking of capitalism. The economic thinking of capitalism does not actually depart from the reality of right thinking so that it becomes biased. The economic thinking of capitalism departs from the lusts of human gluttony. The fundamental criticism of economic problems that occurs is carried out on the principle of wrong thinking, which is to deny the role of religion in the economic regulation of society. The solution to this economic problem is to present an Islamic economy, that is, an economy that does not deny the role of religion, in this case it is Islam. Development and its Actors: The Milieu of Islamic-based Development

This article looks at the evolution of Islamic-based development as a field of study and then examines the concept of Islamic-based development actor (or IbD Actor). The emphasis of this article is on the importance of humans as the actors of development. It is the humans, as the central figure that defines which development paradigm is to transpire as development occurs at the hands of humans. However the differing development paradigms between the Islamic-based to that of conventional strike at the very core – the philosophical underpinnings. The conventional development paradigm influences even the Muslim countries. The dominance of conventional development has even overshadowed the concept of Islamic economics, one facet of Islamic development. With such antagonism natural conflict arises. This results in the achievement of the ultimate goals of the development paradigms to differ completely. Hence the dilemma to man as the actor of any development process who need to decide which development goal that is needed to be achieved foremost. In seeking out the required answers for this article, library research is mainly used to obtain the various concepts and assessment applied to in this article with textual analysis carried out. The article suggests that for man as actor of development to be detangled from the dilemma, only a truly Islamic-based development paradigm can be seen as the saviour. However for a truly Islamic-based development to transpire requires foremost man to be the IbD Actor.

Analysis of the Modern Era's Financial and Islamic Economic Importance

Islamic finance is a system that originates from the Al-Quran and Sunnah, as well as from the interpretations of the scholars of these sources of revelation. In its various forms, the structure of Islamic finance has been a civilization that has remained unchanged for fourteen centuries. The public seems to be increasingly aware that the concept of Islamic economics has become more open, this is evidenced by the presence of non-Muslim customers who choose Islamic banks, even some conventional financial institution entrepreneurs are starting to look at Islamic banking and opening sharia businesses. The interaction of non-Muslims towards the sharia economy has more or less changed the mindset and unfounded suspicions towards Muslims as well as eroded the attitude of Islamophobia. Analisis Potensi Pekerja Seni dan Influencer Dalam Menghimpun Zakat Bagi Lembaga dan Institusi Pendidikan:

Islam is a perfect religion, all aspects of life are arranged in such a way as to produce a comprehensive religious system. These Islamic values ​​are referred to as a religious trilogy, namely Faith, Islam, and Ihsan. Among the teachings of Islam that are considered obligatory is zakat which is one of the pillars of Islam. There are many institutions that collect zakat funds through the ZISWAF program (Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf) which is an Islamic economic concept in order to produce economic balance in society. The vast benefits of zakat have had a significant impact on the progress of world civilization, and this must not only be maintained, but also developed. One sector that benefits from the zakat concept is the world of education, where Muslim scholars are born, and the treasures of scientific heritage are cared for and developed. Education is a challenge of the times, so innovation in maintaining it becomes a necessity, including the need for funding. Efforts to collect zakat by institutions such as LAZ certainly experience many challenges, so it is necessary to do a lot of collaborating with various parties who have the goal of increasing zakat fund collection. This then becomes a question mark, whether the role of art workers can increase the potential of the zakat collection. which in turn can increase funding sources for educational institutions. Through this research, the author examines and analyzes the potential of art workers' gait in increasing the collection of zakat funds, as well as their impact on the world of Islamic education. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method that collects data and information by conducting a literature review and interviews with related institutions which show the influence of the participation of art workers and influencers on the collection of zakat funds by LAZ and philanthropic institutions and educational institutions.

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF APPLICATION OF ISLAMIC ECONOMIC CONCEPT IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY

In the current conditions of the functioning of the world community, the aggravation of political confrontation, the ongoing sanctions pressure and the increase in military threats, it becomes necessary to find new vectors for the development of the Russian economy, based not only on import substitution and their own developments, as well as the positive experience of states that have been subjected to economic isolation from European states and the United States of America. In times of crisis, thanks to the human potential of Russia, innovative and breakthrough prospects were formed. The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the application of the Islamic economic concept, which is due to the widespread spread of Islam in Russia, the development of Hahal initiatives and Halal enterprises. The author studied the main aspects of Islamic economic theory, the range and prospects for its distribution in the Eurasian economic space, which served as the basis for the formation of promising trends and problematic issues of the application of Islamic economic theory at the current stage of Russia's development.

The Merger of State-Owned Enterprises of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Positive Legal Review and Maqashid Syariah

As a form of the government's participation in paying attention to and developing the market share of the Islamic economy in Indonesia, the three state-owned Islamic banks (BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Mandiri Syariah) were merged into one. With the hope of being able to expand the Islamic banking market both nationally and internationally. This study aims to examine the merger of the three state-owned Islamic banks in terms of positive Law in it and to review it from the perspective of Maqashid sharia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by using secondary data obtained through a literature review with references from books, journals, and other literature related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the merger of state-owned banks, Bank Syariah Indonesia, is on the right track, legally positive, and in terms of Maqashid sharia. This is a step and effort by the government in maintaining and developing sharia market share in line with the maqashid sharia principle; keep and or attract good and keep away bad. In addition, some of them are launching a literacy program in understanding the concept of Islamic economics for the community so that the noble values ​​of Islam are maintained and run in banking economic activities. However, it still requires other developments in the aspect of justice that must be initiated by BSI, of course, by continuing to carry the message of sharia in it.

Social Entrepreneurship : Wujud Kemaslahatan Umat Melalui Program Kewirausahaan Santri Sebagai Upaya Membangun Generasi Robbani

Entrepreneurship education is a systematic effort to foster students' entrepreneurial spirit. This is expected to be a solution so that graduates can create jobs and reduce unemployment. However, the facts show that the solution has not been able to solve the people's social problems.. Facts in the field of these facilities can not fully be a solution in tackling the social problems of the people. Imam Syafei Integrated Islamic Boarding School in overcoming this problem seeks entrepreneurship education on a social entrepreneurial approach that emphasizes efforts to spread kindness and help in helping people's social problems. This study aims to analyze the form of community benefit through social entrepreneurship programs at the Imam Syafi'I Integrated Islamic Boarding School in Batam. This research uses qualitative methods and tests the validity of the data by using the triangulation technique. This research shows that in achieving the vision of the institution, namely forming a generation of Rabbani through the concept of social entrepreneurship, it is implemented guided by the elements of social entrepreneurship, namely Social value, Innovation, Civil society, and economic activity. This element is adapted in order to achieve the goal of social entrepreneurship, which is to provide benefits to many people which is actually in accordance with the concept of Islamic economics.

Kajian Ekonomi Syariah Perspektif Filsafat Islam

<p>This research is a library research by using books and other literatures as the main object. The study in this paper provides a clear, objective, analytical and critical overview of the existing phenomena regarding the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia in the perspective of Islamic philosophy. Currently, there are still some discrepancies between the concept and its application in Islamic Economics. It took a lot of time to find meaning from the concept of Islamic economics through the Islamic law/maqasid sharia approach. The search for meaning is of course through inquiries by involving many researchers both from insiders and outsiders. The concept of maqasid shari'ah is strongly influenced by interpretation, perspective, educational background and depth of religious knowledge.</p><p>In the study of the philosophy of the Islamic sciences, one of the efforts to break the stagnation of Islamic economic concepts and thinking is through the deconstruction of critical thinking with a critical paradigm. It is needed to avoid logocentrism (centered on its own logos/way of thinking). Each mahzab of Islamic economics should be aware that religious understanding from nash is essentially only one possible meaning of the many other possible meanings hidden behind the nash. This is to avoid the reality of the sacralization of each other's understanding so that it triggers conflict with the understanding of others. WAQF, SHARIA VENTURE CAPITAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL PROBLEMS: SOCIO-LEGAL CASES IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this article is to indicate that the development of venture waqf so far in Indonesia is still not optimal. It is due to several obstacles, mainly socio-legal and managerial problems. Hence efforts are needed to continue to develop the concept of sharia venture waqf to more accelerate and overcome those obstacles. One of the efforts is by integrating and collaborating with commercial financial institutions, including through Sharia venture financing which is one of the tools in the Islamic economic concept to solve investment problems. In turn, the paper provides and prescribes a reconstruction and innovation of a comprehensive understanding and workable frame of agenda to be implemented in order to revitalize sharia venture waqf as a feasible financial instrument. The result of this research is sharia venture capital company is a form of financial institution that can act as a legal entity that adopt the concept of cash waqf. It is hoped that the optimization of the development of venture waqf can be easily realized. Likewise, several obstacles such as legal protection of cash waqf, issues of socialization, human resources, management systems, and accountability will also be easier to solve with the concept of integration.

Purpose: The Paper is to study the Restukturization Of Financing During The Covid-19 Pandemic: Maqashid Paradigm As-Syar'iyahDesign/Method/Approach : This research uses qualitative methods with a library study approach. in analyzing the position of financing restucturization during the pandemic from the point of view of maqasid al-syar'iyahFindings: The discussion is considered important because by digging from the point of view of muamalah figh in terms of Magashid Syari’ah so that the discussion specifically becomes the first two discussions, from the restructuring process of financing during the pandemic, restructuring which was developed with the istimbat ahkam with the aim of magashid syari’ah as part of Hifdul Maal [Maintaining Property] which is motivated by the social condition of public health, namely during the pandemic period empirically with analysis and argumentation, the second is the harmonization of syari’ah policies with the situation. Research subject related to causes and reasons for implementing decisions on financing restricting with Magashid Syari’ah., a paradigm developed through financing risk mitigation and the Magashid As-Syari’ah paradigm in legal protection based on the existence of benefits that are dharuriyyat [primary needs]. Hajiyat [secondary needs], and Tahsinivat [tertiary needs], with regard to protection of proferty [hifdz a-Maal] and hifdz al –nafs [guarding the soul] with legal arguments built starting from the view that the return on financing is carried out from bank financial institutioins Sharia is an obligation that must be fulfilled, in the process of fulfilling the obligatons given by financial institutions based on general and special considerations, especialty for conditions beyons the will and ability of humans, the ability to return financing is hindered due the covid-19 pandemic, there is a restructuring formulation. The need for social theology to strengthen the social functions of Islamic banking in Indonesia

This study is based on the objective conditions of Islamic banking in Indonesia, which have not carried out their social functions optimally. Based on reports from the financial services authority, Indonesia bank and several related research, the efforts to optimise the social function of Islamic banking still encounters several problems related to the distribution of banking funds that are more focused on business interests, lack of real business run by Islamic banks, customer funds that are mostly deposited in Indonesia bank and have not been distributed to the real sector effectively, to banking activities by referring to the capitalistic economic paradigm and not fully referring to sharia guidelines. The results of the study of documents, literature and actual phenomena using descriptive and holistic analysis methods indicate that the degradation of the social function of Islamic banking appears as a result of a lack of understanding of the concept of Islamic economics based on the construction of Islamic social theology. The lack of understanding of banking management towards Islamic social theology has created a gap between the practical and conceptual sides of Islamic social theology, which in turn has an impact on the lack of social commitment from related parties in the implementation of Islamic banking activities. Strengthening the practical side of Islamic social theology is a necessity to overcome the existing problems.Contribution: The article contributes to the discourse on the application of Islamic social theology to Islamic banking practices. It aims to contribute to theological thought in Islam in order to strengthen the social function of Islamic banking, by focusing on the main objective of Islamic economics: al-falah or the achievement of spiritual and material prosperity.

Sharia certification standards: a case study of sharia certification in sharia hotels

Economic activities carried out by humans according to the Islamic view are basically the realization of the duties and functions of humans as the caliph of Allah (khalifatullah) on Earth. Economic activity is considered as a means to fulfill the course of life which not only aims to fulfill material needs in this world but is the actualization of a form of devotion to Allah SWT which leads to the hope of obtaining His pleasure in the hereafter. Sharia certification in sharia business activities is believed possibly maintain the market trust, increase competitiveness and existence in business competition. This paper intends to introduce the concept of Islamic economics and assert the standards of Sharia certification in Sharia hotel business activities. This research is normative legal research using three approaches, namely, the statute approach, the case approach, and the conceptual approach. Data is collected from books, journals, related laws, and regulations. The results of the study show that the standard of Sharia certification in business activities for Sharia hotels must comply with Sharia guidelines determined by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Sharia certification in business activities should begin with the presence of sharia certification arrangements for business activities in various laws and regulations, in the form of including provisions for sharia certification in business activities in the law on limited liability companies, the law on consumer protection, the law on Brands, or the presence of a new Law concerning Sharia Business Guarantee as the presence of Law number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee.

This study discusses the development of halal tourism in order to improve the economy in Indonesia. The tourism sector is Indonesia's pillar to earn foreign exchange. Tourism can be used as an engine of economic growth for the country. Tourism is an economic activity that cannot be separated from behavior and economic actors, in which there are community actors as consumers, companies as service providers, and the state as a regulator. Islamic economics considers all economic activities inseparable from the three pillars of the Islamic economic concept in the form of property ownership, management and utilization of property, and distribution of property. Therefore, the concept of halal tourism should discuss all aspects with the approach of the three pillars of Islamic economics, in order to get a comprehensive view of halal tourism in terms of the principles of the owner of the goods and services being managed, the management model, the implementer of its management, and the distribution system in the community

Tinjauan Ideologis dan Hubungan Ekonomi Islam Dengan Ekonomi Pancasila

Economics, like other activities, has an ideological basis as a foothold and a source of inspiration for the perpetrators. Islam is here to provide solutions for people's lives in the economic field with the principles of justice and balance based on the revelation of God Almighty. Meanwhile, Pancasila as the foundation of the state ideology is also an inspiration in carrying out the economic activities of the Indonesian nation. This study explores the ideological correlation between the economic concept in Islam and the economic concept in Pancasila. Can the two economic concepts grow and develop hand in hand in Indonesia, which is based on Pancasila? This research is a quantitative research with a literature approach which is then described in the form of a narrative to explain the analysis and findings. In this study, it was found that the concept of Islamic economics is in line with the economic concept of Pancasila, considering that the precepts in Pancasila are also inspired by Islamic religious beliefs such as the concept of divinity (tawhid), humanity and justice. Islamic economy can grow and develop in Indonesia without changing the state system with the caliphate.

Zakat as an Alternative Method of Economic Growth : The Muslim Community of West Bengal

Poverty is a curse in today’s society. Most of the Muslim community in West Bengal is plagued by this curse. Poverty is a major obstacle to the education and social progress of the Muslim community in the district. The purpose of this article is to determine the need for Zakat as a financial measure to assess economic growth. Review the framework of Islamic economic concepts to propose alternative models aimed at serving nations. This article considers Zakat to be one of the most accurate methods of measuring economic growth, which means that when people pay Zakat, the level of economic development will be higher and vice versa. In other words, besides redistributing wealth among Muslims, there is a promise to pay Zakat to Muslims in order to reduce the gap between rich and poor in society and achieve self-reliance. This article mainly discusses the issue of self-reliance of the backward Muslim community through the grant of Zakat to assess economic growth.

The Effect of Income with Household Consumption on The Welfare of Dodol Potato Businesses Assessed From Islamic Economic Concept

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.
