The Effect of Income with Household Consumption on The Welfare of Dodol Potato Businesses Assessed From Islamic Economic Concept

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.

Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Atraksi Amenitas Dan Aksesbilitas Terhadap Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Halal Bromo

Nowadays, the concept of Islamic economics is an important part of global economic life. In the concept of Islamic economics, there is a concept of halal. The concept of halal in Islamic economics has been developed into various products including banking, hotels/lodging, insurance and tourism in term of syariah. Halal tourism is one of the new phenomena in the tourism sector. One of the tourist areas that developed this halal concept is Mount Bromo tourism. The development of the concept of halal tourism on Mount Bromo is very interesting to study in relation to the different characteristics between the majority of the population around Mount Bromo who are Hindus and the target tourists who are Moslem. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of attractions, amenities, and accessibility on the development strategy of Mount Bromo halal tourism. Attraction means anything that has uniqueness, beauty, and value in the form of a diversity of natural, cultural, and man-made wealth that is the target or purpose of a tourist visit. Amenities are various facilities that must be provided by a tourist destination. Accessibility is the ability to reach a certain tourist destination. This explanatory research was conducted in the tourist area of ​​Mount Bromo in 2019. The type of data in this study is qualitative which were processed into quantitative data. Data were collected through a questionnaire distribution method. The variables in this study were measured using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using the SPSS 18 program (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of this study are: 1) Attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on the Development Strategy for halal tourism in Mount Bromo; 2) The amenities variable directly has a positive and significant effect on the Development Strategy for halal tourism in Mount Bromo; 3) The accessibility variable has a negative and insignificant effect directly on the Development Strategy for halal tourism in Mount Bromo; 4) The variables of attractions, amenities and accessibility together have a positive and significant effect on the development strategy of halal tourism in Mount Bromo.

KETAHANAN EKONOMI KELUARGA DALAM EKONOMI ISLAM: SEBAGAI UPAYA MENCARI SOLUSI ALTERNATIF

This paper explains the Islamic economic system which is believed to be not only an alternative economic system but can be a solution to various economic problems including the family economy. To explain this will explain the definition, genealogy and comparison of Islamic economics with conventional economic systems, and the last explained the Islamic economic solution to the economic resilience of the family economy. This paper uses a qualitative method to narrate the concept of Islamic economics as a solution to the family economy with a philosophical and normative approach and refers to secondary research sources such as books, journals and other scientific articles. From the observations that have been made, the economic resilience of the family starts from applying the Islamic economy in household life, then being simple/modest, abandoning usury practices, giving zakat, the spirit of work, avoid asking for solicitation and addressing the government properly.

PERAN PEMERINTAH DALAM MENYELAMATKAN USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Sebuah Kajian dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam)

This study aims to see the role and steps of the government in saving micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) from an Islamic economic perspective. This is based on the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the economic sector (UMKM) is one of the sectors that is experiencing problems. So that this condition requires a step and the role of the government in responding to the problems above. This study is a library research study which aims to see the role of the government in saving the UMKM sector from an Islamic economic perspective. The findings in this study indicate that: First, the role of the Indonesian government in saving the UMKM sector in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic by issuing policies in the form of assistance and assistance to UMKM players and conducting a pre-work card program. Second, from the perspective of Islamic economics, the role of the government in saving the UMKM sector is a manifestation of the fundamental values of the Islamic economic concept.

LEGALITY OF CONTRACT IN ISLAMIC LAW PERSPECTIVE

In the concept of Islamic economics, the position of the contract is very urgent in determining the legality of a transaction, both in the view of humans as the perpetrators of the contract and in the view of Islamic law which regulates human interactions and transactions in all its forms. The contract in this transaction can be in the form of a tabarru contract which aims to help each other among humans or a profit-oriented tijarah contract. Islamic law strongly emphasizes this legality so that there is no disappointment for either of the two parties who make transactions due to defects in Islamic law, either intentionally or unintentionally. The legality of the contract in this transaction must meet the elements consisting of the subject of the contract, the object of the contract, and the sighat of the contract with each of the conditions set by Islamic law.

Dari Konsep Ekonomi Islam Sampai Urgensi Pelarangan Riba; Sebuah Tawaran Ekonomi Islam Timur Kuran

Islamic economic thought became increasingly prevalent with the birth of various schools of thought in Islamic economics. One of them is the critical alternative school that was pioneered by Timur Kuran. This research will discuss from Islamic economics to the urgency of prohibiting usury; an offer of the East Kuran Islamic economy. With the aim of knowing and analyzing the extent to which Eastern Kuran's economic thought made significant contributions to the development of contemporary Islamic economics. This research is a qualitative research with a library research approach and all data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Timur Kuran is one of the pioneers of the Critical alternative school which critically studies various concepts of Islamic economics and banking. Various forms of economic thought such as from the concept of Islamic economics are none other than modern doctrines that offer alternatives to the economic systems of Capitalism and Socialism. The emergence of an Islamic economy was none other than political-cultural, with the largest contribution coming from Pakistanis, zakat is a more effective safety net than a secular redistribution system and the waqf system does not yet have the flexibility needed for efficient resource use, and the Qur'an prohibits the practice of usury which involves compounding the debt of a loan that is unable to make payments according to a predetermined schedule.

Philosophy behind Islamic Economics: Limited Desires and Unlimited Resources

The most famous definition of economics among modern academicians and economists is a branch of science which deals with the study of the relationship between limited resources and unlimited wants or desires. Under the shadow of this definition, there are different types of conventional economic systems included relativism, utilitarianism, and universalism, etc. This study has been introduced in the economic world through an evolution process. Islamic Economics Development in Indonesia: Reflection on Contemporary Thoughts of Muslim Intellectuals

This study aims to establish the record of accomplishment of the strong hallmark of Islamic economic thought and its contribution to economic development. The ideas rooted from the Muslim intellectuals in Indonesia, the scholars of the State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) as institutions mandated in developing Islamic economics and human resources, were discussed to outline the multifaceted phenomenon of Islamic economic development. This study scrutinizes ideas conveyed in internationally reputed, Sinta 1-indexed, Web of Science-indexed, or Scopus-indexed journals. This study outlined a qualitative approach in the form of library research using content analysis. This study disclosed that Indonesian Muslim intellectuals brought to light the issue of zakah excessing other themes in the Islamic economy as the solution to perennial problems of the social, political, and cultural conditions of Indonesian society. The results of this study contribute to the views of Islamic economic concept and practice as insights and references of its continuous development in Indonesia.

Islamic Economic Concept in Poverty Alleviation

This study aims to describe the concept of Islamic economics in poverty alleviation. This research method is descriptive qualitative research using data sources from literature or library research (library research). The research approach uses a normative approach and a historical approach. The normative approach is used to examine the ideals of the Islamic Economic conception and then analyze how it is applied. Meanwhile, the historical approach is used to study empirical facts about poverty alleviation. The results showed that the stagnant distribution will cause inequality and social inequality. For this reason, the implementation of the zakat obligation is a very urgent need. The priority of poverty alleviation according to the concept of Islamic economics is to overcome the causes of poverty, namely improving the distribution of wealth. Zakat is the main instrument which is a solution to these various problems, especially in dealing with poverty and social inequality. In Islam, the state must create programs and facilities that can overcome the problem of poverty, guarantee a decent life for the poor and provide the economic means needed to become a source of livelihood for the poor. Islamic economics can be explored more deeply for the development of economics and its benefits in alleviating poverty.

Rancang Bangun Ekonomi Islam Adiwarman Karim dalam Kajian Epistomologi Islam

The development of Islamic economic thought in Indonesia is still considered only in the banking and financial sector. So, necessary a process to be able to unify the concept of Islamic values ​​and economic concepts so that the Islamic economy can unite at the empirical level. It is hoped that the integration between Islamic values ​​and economic values ​​can broadly describe the concept of Islamic economics. The methods of obtaining knowledge are historical, fiqh and economic approaches. Then for the contribution of thought seen in the concept of monetary, a good competitive, foreign exchange control and inflation, money, zakat, Islamic banking, conversion to Islamic banks.

“Green Destination Tourism” Reviewed from Islamic Economic Perspective (Case Study in Pulesari Yogyakarta Tourist Village)

Natural tourism villages usually carry the concept of "go green and back to nature." One of the tours that apply this concept is in the Pulesari village, Yogyakarta, where it carries the concept of green tourism, which is one of the "green destination tourism spots." Therefore, the idea is interesting, especially on the impact of "green destination tourism," besides the phenomenon of "halal destination tourism." The phenomenon occurs due to the Indonesian topography, especially Yogyakarta. Since it is a tropical region, and currently the development of the Islamic economy is positive, leading to researchers conducting research on "green destination tourism," which is reviewed in an Islamic economic perspective and showing that the tourism village applies Islamic economic concepts where the transaction is far from gharar (unclear matter). Thus it has a positive impact and one of the alternative choices for the development of the "tourism industry sector" in accordance with Islamic sharia of transparent transactions without additional stuff. The method used by the researcher was a qualitative method, in which the researcher conducted a survey directly to tourist attractions to do interviews.

Strategi Pembangunan Ekonomi Syariah Di Masa Covid-19

Islam anticipates economic development which is considered as part of human development. Its essence is that it enables humans to control the economic environment and improve the quality of life. There are four basic teachings of Islam that deal with the philosophy of Islamic economic development: tawhîd, rubûbiyah, khalîfah and tazkiyah. In this study, using the literature review method, namely using a theory that is relevant to the research problem of Islamic Economic Development Strategies in the Covid-19 Period. The results showed that the principle of tawhid is to prevent concentrated economic power. Khalîfah The principle is to protect against environmental damage and to protect the conservation of natural resources. The principle of tazkiyah to prohibit social inequality and promote equality and justice. In line with that, it can form a continuity of development. The concept of continuity building is basically the application of the rubûbiyah principle, it is the principle of education, maintenance, and continuity of perfection, as a divine (divine) principle. Therefore, if these four principles are realized in Indonesia's development economy, the government will easily create a prosperous and just nation. Then the development strategies offered in the framework of the Islamic economic concept and system are: (1) by distributing direct cash assistance originating from zakat, donations and alms; (2) by strengthening waqf in the form of cash waqf, productive waqf, waqf linked sukuk and waqf for infrastructure; (3) through superior business capital assistance for the business sector or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); (4) through the qardhul hasan scheme; (5) increasing Islamic economic and financial literacy; (6) through the development of Islamic financial technology.

Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in the world has great potential to produce superior Muslim entrepreneurs in order to achieve an economic independence, this Muslim entrepreneur will run his business in accordance with the Islamic economic concept which prohibits ribawi cases and makes falah as the goal of every activity undertaken. . There are two important questions in this first papper, What is the design of entrepreneur education in Indonesia? Second, how is the education of entrepreneur Muhammad ala Muhammad? By using a content analysis approach to explain the concept of entrepreneur education in the style of the Prophet Muhammad. The results of this paper are the first to know the design of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia, the second to know the entrepreneur education style of the Prophet Muhammad.

Technological developments accompanied by advances in the economy gave rise to various transactions in the community, Islam is a religion that syamil is required to answer problems that have not existed before, one of which is a dropshipping transaction, this thesis discusses how the contract in the dropshipping system is in accordance with Islamic economics, in general Islam allows transactions in muamalah as long as it does not conflict with the principles of muamalah, the dropshipping system is allowed to use a contract known in Islam, namely the salam contract. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of droshipping in the business world, to identify Dropshipping Transactions in line with the concept of Islamic economics. This research is a field research, with the type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques, with interviews with Dropship actors in Lampung Bukalapak Community. From the data obtained then presented based on analysis. In this case, the composer describes the problem which is then analyzed based on the perspective of Islamic economics. After conducting research, the online trading in dropship is the same as buying and selling contracts so that according to a review of Islamic economics is permitted and valid, unless casually there is a deviation, manipulation, fraud and the like, then casuistics are also applied, namely haram.

However, many problems occur in the economic sistem in Indonesia, including the sistem of socialization, marketing, human resources that are less competent, Products produced from Islamic economics, Sharia Banks Turns Not Yet Sharia and the lack of attention of the Indonesian government in responding to the concept of Islamic Economics in Indonesia. This paper aims to find several solutions in socio-economic problems. It focuses on the concept of Islamic economics. The purpose of this study is to determine what obstacles are faced in the implementation of the Islamic economic sistem in Indonesia, how problems that arise and can be overcome so that they can be significantly solved. The method used in this research is library research with descriptive-analytic approach. With the results of the study show 
 that the solutions in dealing with Islamic economic problems in Indonesia include Correlation of Educational Institutions in the Development of Sharia Banking, Attention from the Government, Show the Real Role of Sharia Economy, Implementation of Dinar and Dirham Currency, Office Network, Implementation of Firm and Sistematic Regulation, Improving the Quality of Human Resources that are Less Competent and Professional, Training / Education / Socialization to Employees and the Community, Innovative Marketing, Product Innovation, Reorientation to the Real Sector and Improving Services and Professionalism.

Maqashid Shariah's Criticism of the Pareto Optimum Theory

AbstractThis research analyzes the concept of maqashid sharia and the optimum Pareto theory. It was conducted in the form of library research, where data was obtained from literatures relating to the development of Islamic economics, the optimum Pareto theory, and maqashid sharia. Qualitative techniques were used to analyze unquantifiable data. The results show that the optimum Pareto theory has weaknesses and does not guarantee justice for the whole community. For instance, in achieving maximum efficiency, others must be sacrificed. This is contrary to the concept of Islamic economics which emphasizes justice for all parties to a transaction. Maqashid sharia has values that guide religion (din), soul (nafs), reasoning ('aql), property (mall), and offspring (nasab) as a reference to explain the weakness of the Pareto optimum theory. It applies especially in the distribution of wealth and welfare of the people. Pareto efficiency cannot be used as a basis for achieving economic goals since it is not impartial.

Zakah Rate In Islamic Stock Performance Models: Evidence From Indonesia

<p>There are three models commonly used to measure the performance of Islamicstocks, named Treynor Ratio, Sharpe Ratio, and Jansen Index. One component of the three models is risk-free returns which are usually approached with interest rates, whereas interest rates are prohibited in the concept of Islamic finance. This paper will approach a risk-free return with zakat-rate on the Islamic capital market in Indonesia from January 2011 - July 2018, then compare it with a model that uses interest rates. The results obtained by the model with interest rates and zakah-rate in this third model have very high suitability values, so that zakah-rate can be used as an alternative substitute for interest rates in measuring the Islamic stock performance. Beside not contradicting the concept of Islamic economics, calculation of models with zakah-rate is simpler than models with interest rates.</p>
