초록·키워드 목차 오류제보하기 The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of K-League fans" perception of referees on audience"s satisfaction and loyalty and present basic data and directions that can be applied to K-League development and sites. In order to achieve the goal of the study, a survey was conducted on 460 people who posted about watching the K-League from September 3 to 6, 2020, and 396 people were analyzed except for 64 who were classified as insincere responses. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS (ver. 25.0) program to analyze frequency analysis, internal consistency and exploratory factor analysis, correlate, simple and multiple regression analyses. The analysis results are as follows. First, the K-League referee"s perception has significantly affected the audience"s satisfaction in the order of attitude, accuracy and activity. Second, the K-League referee recognition has significantly affected attitude loyalty, which is a sub-factor of loyalty, in the order of attitude, accuracy, activity and judgment. It was also shown that behavioral loyalty, attitude, and activity had a significant effect.
