<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives. </strong>The mental health of children conceived using assisted reproductive technologies (ART) is a growing concern for parents and professionals. With a maximum compliance with the conditions for using reproductive technologies, the birth of a healthy child is expected. But some children conceived through artificial insemination have developmental problems, speech and/or cognitive problems. A pilot study was conducted on the cognitive and speech development of children from 3 to 8 years old with the aim of a comparative analysis of children from induced pregnancy with children conceived naturally, to determine the possible impact of ART methods on children's health.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods.</strong> The cognitive and speech functions of 115 children aged 3 to 8 years were studied: 54 children from induced pregnancy were included in the experimental groups (EG 1 and EG 2) and 61 children from natural conception were included in the control groups (CG 1 and CG 2). The method of neuropsychological diagnostics of children of L.S. Tsvetkova and methods of speech therapy examination (assessment of the state of facial and articulatory muscles, breathing, prosodic speech, general speech development) were used. The results were processed through the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the correspondence of the child’s cognitive and speech development to normative ontogenesis.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results. </strong>It has been determined that children conceived through ART have a high percentage of perinatal risk: 35% of children (n=54) conceived through ART have: mental disorders (autism, intellectual disability) and various speech disorders in 77% of cases, — which has a negative impact on the development of cognitive activity. In children conceived naturally (n=61), the percentage of disorders was lower: in 47% of cases, cognitive disorders were noted, and in 60% of children, speech disorders of mild to moderate severity were identified.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusions</strong>. The hypothesis about the possible influence of the fertilization methods used, the characteristics of the procedure, the health status of the parents before conception, the course of the mother’s pregnancy and other prenatal factors on the occurrence of developmental disorders in children conceived through ART is supported. An interdisciplinary approach to organizing research will allow a comprehensive study of the developmental features of children from induced pregnancy and the timely identification of possible dysontogenetic risk factors.</p>

Theoretical Basis of Training of Pedagogues and Psychologists for the Development of Cognitive Activity of Teenagers

The main problem: the current directions of its development are determined in the article by conducting a theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, scientific and methodical works on the training of specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of teenagers. Currently, it is shown that the training of specialists in the development of cognitive activity of teenagers is a pedagogical and psychological problem. Purpose: to clarify the theory and propose a technology for the training of pedagogical and psychological specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of adolescents. Methods: When conducting the research, it was important to take into account statistical data that were sufficiently understandable and reliable. Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school. In accordance with the tasks of the professional training of the future pedagogue-psychologist, active methods of training - problem-based lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, professional-oriented special courses, course and diploma works, scientific studies of school pedagogy and didactics, educational events such as scientifically organized forms of continuous pedagogical practice. As a result of mastering pedagogical activity, professional motivation of future pedagogical-psychological specialists is formed, understanding of goals and tasks, subject, psychological-pedagogical and didactic-methodical knowledge is developed, as well as relevant skills and abilities necessary for the development of cognitive activity of teenagers.

The article detailly reveals the digital zones, the essence of the formation of digital competence of future teachers in a collaborative digital educational environment. In the context of the rapidly accelerating digitalization process in the third millennium, the New Kazakhstan faces the challenge of developing digital competencies among educators to enhance the quality of education. The main goal of educational digitalization is to increase global competition, improve the quality of human life, improve the education quality, reduce the educational load of students, and create digital educational content. A review of the scientific literature revealed the problem of the lack of consensus among researchers on the concept of collaboration in education. The article also examines collaborative digital education as a mechanism for the formation of digital competencies of future teachers in the educational environment, reveals the goals and objectives, the content and the methodology of the pedagogical educational portal https://edu-collaboration.kz/. The purpose of the pedagogical educational portal is to form a systematic approach of future teachers to their professional activities; improve the preparation of future teachers for self-education; effective use of digital technologies for future teachers in the educational process; development of cognitive activity and information, creative competencies of future teachers. In a collaborative digital educational environment, the roles of participants are changing: the teacher moves from an explanatory and narrative method of teaching to action; the teacher becomes the organizer and coordinator of educational activities; and each student becomes an active participant in educational activities.

Theoretical foundations of the development of cognitive activity and self-education of students in the process of studying at a music institution

The article is aimed at examining the development of cognitive activity and self-education of students of a higher educational institution with a musical orientation of training, traditional performance art with accordion accompaniment, in particular. The observation of these concepts is preceded by an analysis of the opinions of researchers who have studied a similar issue from variety of aspects. The work provides a vast range of expert views on similar notions and individual aspects of their analysis. First and foremost, the theme of self-education of students is reviewed from the standpoint of determining an active development of individuality by means of autodidactic processes, which is widely considered and explored as a science of self-education in research community. In the frames of this concept, the given topic of self-education and development of cognitive activity among music students is discussed from the perspective of artistic and creative self-development. Creativity is presented as a core of self-education. In addition, the article captures fundamental constituents of developing cognitive activity and self-education of students, such as components of motivational-value, personal activity, and personal development. Additional attention is paid to their criteria, indicators and electivity in the given research with justifications. In the studying of personal development component, two directions of evolution of student abilities are defined: artistic-communicative and artistic-creative elements as basis of learning students’ self-development. The authors characterise stages of independent creative work of music students as example of music-making (activates development of musical ear and author’s own performance on a musical instrument), reading from a music sheet and transposing music (activates musical and intellectual resources, helps in solving auditory, motor-technical and artistic-imaginative tasks), as well as conceptual learning of musical material. The authors also pay attention to the professionalism of the teacher in the development of the aforementioned concepts.

VIRTUAL LABORATORY AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS IN BIOLOGY LESSONS

This article reveals the current topic of the development of cognitive activity of students during biology lessons using virtual laboratories. The results of the theoretical analysis of scientific publications and research devoted to the study of the essence and features of educational and cognitive activity of modern schoolchildren are presented. The purpose of the research was to study the influence of a virtual laboratory on the educational and cognitive activity of students in the biology subject. The criterion for the effectiveness of virtual laboratory work was a change in the success of learning and the development of cognitive motivation in the seventh grade students in their dynamics. The data of the mathematical analysis of the reliability of the obtained research results (error within p> 0.01) are presented. Significant differences were found in the relationship between knowledge quality, academic performance, motivation, and the use of virtual lab activities concerning the "knowledge quality" and "cognitive motives" parameters, as well as selfdevelopment motives. The analysis revealed a moderately high score on these scales in both the first group (control group) and the second group (experimental group) (p >0.01). This suggests that the implementation of virtual lab activities has a greater impact on students' knowledge level and academic engagement. Based on the results of the study, the necessity of using virtual laboratory work as one of the factors in the development of cognitive activity of students has been justified.

Познавательная активность детей седьмого года жизни: особенности на старте обучения в школе

The article presents results of a study of cognitive activity in children of the seventh year of life attending a preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is due to a decrease in the level of cognitive activity of modern preschoolers, which may become one of the reasons for difficulties in mastering educational activities in the future. The effectiveness of the organization of psychological and pedagogical activities for the development of this activity is largely determined by knowledge about the specifics of its manifestation, and therefore there is a need to obtain new scientific data on the specifics of the manifestation of cognitive activity in children of this age. The article presents a brief overview of the available data on the formation of cognitive activity in preschool age, reflects the results of an empirical study conducted by the author of the article. The purpose of the study was to identify the features of the development of cognitive activity in children of the 7th year of life. The study was carried out in the form of a ascertaining experiment using a set of diagnostic techniques. The sample consisted of 41 pupils of preparatory groups of kindergartens. On the basis of the selected structure of cognitive activity in the study, specific features of the manifestation of this activity in children of the specified age were established.

A methodological framework for using cloud-based mobile mathematical environments in higher education

This research aims to develop a methodology for utilizing cloud-based technologies in the teaching of higher mathematics. The study tasks involve identifying the features of mobile mathematical environments as tools for cloud-based technologies, developing a mobile mathematical environment specifically designed to support mathematics learning for students in economic disciplines, and formulating a methodology for employing the mobile mathematical environment. The research focuses on the process of teaching higher mathematics to students in economic disciplines. The subject of investigation encompasses the use of cloud-based learning technologies in the teaching of higher mathematics. The research methods employed include studying, summarizing, and systematizing scientific, methodological, and psycho-pedagogical literature; analyzing current educational standards and curricula; conducting targeted pedagogical observations, testing, and surveys; and analyzing the experience of using cloud-based learning technologies in the teaching of higher mathematics. The findings analyze the main features of mobile mathematical environments as tools for cloud-based technologies. The ``Higher Mathematics'' mobile mathematical environment, designed to support the learning of higher mathematics for students in economic disciplines, is examined. Elements of the methodology for utilizing the ``Higher Mathematics'' mobile mathematical environment in the teaching of higher mathematics are identified. The study identifies instructional formats through which the implementation of the ``Higher Mathematics'' mobile mathematical environment occurs in the teaching of higher mathematics. The main conclusions and recommendations emphasize that the use of the ``Higher Mathematics'' mobile mathematical environment in the teaching of higher mathematics enables students to master the necessary educational material and contributes to the development of cognitive activity, the formation of independent work skills, and the consolidation and systematization of knowledge.

ORGANISATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The relevance of the research is determined by the changes of today, which require the improvement of professional skills of future specialists in institutions of higher education. The key organizational and pedagogical conditions are the combination of the provisions of classical and modern pedagogical theories and concepts in the organization of the educational process, the application of a competency-based approach to the development of goals, and the formation of the content of education and training. The purpose of the study is to analyse scientific achievements in the field of organisational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional skills of future specialists in higher education institutions, to determine the optimal organisational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional skills of future specialists in higher education institutions. It is clarified that organisational and pedagogical conditions provide for circumstances that contribute to the orderliness and coherence of the interaction of the subjects of the pedagogical process, which jointly implement a specific programme or goal. It has been established that the optimal organisational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the professional skills of future specialists in higher education institutions are: formation of professional skills aimed at self-realisation of the individual through the creation and support of innovations in the learning environment; implementation of methodological skills and abilities of teachers and ensuring the development of their professional competencies; motivation for learning activities and development of cognitive activity of students. It is determined that the organisational and pedagogical conditions are the result of purposeful selection, design and application of forms of education to achieve the goal. The organisational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional skills of future specialists make it possible to focus on cooperation between participants in the educational process, on the development of their personal potential and the active position of students to learning.

ROLE OF COGNITIVE TECHNIQUES IN ENHANCING PERCEPTION AND ASSIMILATION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL BY MEDICAL STUDENTS

Rapid changes in the life of society and an individual person, information exchange between them contribute to the development of cognitive activity, and in practical terms reflect the ability of education seekers to learn. With the cognitive approach, all processes are considered as components of the general information exchange between a person and the environment. In the conditions of an increase in the speed of information growth, it is necessary to create new cognitive learning technologies ways, techniques and methods that will allow education seekers to ensure an effective understanding of the real world, intellectual development and successful adaptation to life in an information-saturated environment.
 The purpose of this study is to reveal the characteristic features of cognitive teaching methods and determine their role in the perception and assimilation of educational material by students of higher medical education. Methods used include analysis, synthesis and systematisation of scientific and methodological work. Students must adequately perceive information presented in written or oral form.
 The cognitive aspect of learning involves the development of cognitive activity through the ability to identify keywords, draw logical conclusions, write notes and abstracts, comment on speeches, ask clarifying questions, participate in discussions, etc. Search skills play an important role in the selection of information in terminological dictionaries, atlases, educational and scientific literature, mass media and social networks. To develop practical skills in higher medical institutions of education, virtual stimulators, models, simulators, dummies and other technical teaching aids are used, which allow to simulate clinical situations, processes and various aspects of the future professional activity of medical students. Cognitive approaches aimed at the formation of clinical thinking in students play an important role in resolving various situational tasks ("Step 1" and "Step 2"). Cognitive techniques in medical education create conditions for students to perceive and assimilate incoming information, stimulate the ability to distinguish specific interdisciplinary connections and develop clinical thinking.
 Cognitive techniques in medical education are critical in creating optimal conditions for students to perceive and assimilate educational material, and in stimulating their ability to identify and establish interdisciplinary connections. By developing the cognitive abilities of students, higher medical education institutions can equip future healthcare professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands of an ever-evolving medical landscape.

The article is devoted to the problem of the development of the cognitive activity of a junior high school student, which is becoming more and more relevant, since changes in life in the modern world require changes in the purpose and purpose of modern education. The article reveals the peculiarities of increasing the cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren. Attention is focused on the need for the harmonious development of the personality of a junior high school student, the implementation of an educational influence on him in order to reveal his inner potential, the study of needs and requests, and the creation of a comfortable educational environment on this basis. Approaches to the development of cognitive activity of schoolchildren are highlighted, since cognitive activity is the basis of almost any activity of a schoolchild and the determining basis of the organization of the educational process at school. The essence of the concepts "cognitive interests", "cognitive activity", "interactive methods", "interactive learning", "critical thinking" is revealed, the relationship between mental operations, education and practical influence on the personality in the process of forming the need to be active is demonstrated. The prerequisites for increasing students' cognitive interests are highlighted, the main requirements for the organization of a favorable educational, educational and developmental environment of an educational institution are revealed. The main aspects of using interactive methods in practice are demonstrated. Emphasis is placed on the main requirements for the teacher's practical activity, the main interactive techniques and methods that should be used to stimulate students' cognitive activity are revealed. The impact of various interactive forms and methods of working with primary school students is characterized. Scientific approaches to the given problem were analyzed, directions, forms and methods of practical implementation were established. It is outlined that cognitive activity is a primary condition for the formation of students' need for knowledge, mastering the skills of intellectual activity, independence, ensuring the depth and strength of knowledge.

The use of multimedia technologies in robotics lessons as the development of cognitive activity

In the environment of educational robotics, the introduction of new pedagogical technologies is relevant. Robotics is at the junction of promising fields of knowledge: mechanics, electronics, automation, assembly, programming, circuit engineering and technical design. The purpose of the article is to describe multimedia software in lessons on the basics of robotics and teaching methods using multimedia technologies at each stage of training. The research methods were analysis, synthesis, and conversation. The authors of the article have developed Digital educational resources for the study of robotics. These resources are an auxiliary tool for the diversity of the lesson. With the help of this software product, robotics training becomes more accessible and convenient. Multimedia allows you to combine verbal and visual-sensory information, which helps to increase the motivation of students, create certain learning parameters and develop cognitive activity. When organizing educational material, the teacher should focus on the activation of cognitive activity of students. In the classroom, not all students turn on active cognitive activity. Active teaching methods are used to purposefully influence this activity. The very name contains the essence of the active method - it is not simple memorization, but the active intellectual activity of students. The result of this study is a digital learning center with the help of which it is possible to conduct lessons using multimedia technologies. In this article, the author examines the issue of the development of cognitive activity of students of technical colleges in the process of teaching mathematics, its history and solves one of the problems of effective learning. The issues related to the formation of motivation for active learning and activation of cognitive activity are considered. It is noted that it is necessary to form motivation for students to study mathematics in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the learning process. The reasons for the decrease in cognitive activity and lack of interest in the learning process are analyzed. The article presents the goals and objectives of increasing the motivation of students and their cognitive activity in the subject under study. The author gives his recommendations for solving the problem, describes methods and techniques to increase the cognitive activity of students.

With mixed learning technology, the content of students’ personal activity in learning is not only knowledge, the following pedagogical conditions are implemented in the organization of training: setting goals, implementing students’ personal qualities and its reflection take place in an open educational environment. The article considers a model of the development of cognitive activity of learning aimed at personal qualities of a person. The development model includes: a new diagnostic tool, its role, content, methods, forms and means of teaching; new criteria for choosing teaching methods: the level of cognitive activity of students and learning conditions in the classroom; polymodal training based on the comprehensive implementation of the principle of visibility, taking into account the individual characteristics of students. The components of methodological support for the organization of individual activities of students during training using mixed learning technology are determined. The set of personal qualities characterizing their interrelation and creative self-realization is revealed. Based on the results of the pedagogical experiment, scientific and practical recommendations were developed for the design and implementation of individual activities of students in mixed learning.

Learning English as a means of stress relief for primary school students with special educational needs in the conditions of war

The reform of the educational system of Ukraine, which involves the establishment of an inclusive paradigm within the New Ukrainian School with an emphasis on educational support, the escaping of women with children abroad made it necessary to consider the study of a foreign (English) language as a means of relieving stress in primary schoolchildren with special educational needs in war conditions. Analyzing the concept of “children with special educational needs”, in the context of inclusive practice, understanding the complexity of educational needs, the breadth of the spectrum of intellectual, psychophysical, emotional and volitional disorders, the need for appropriate diagnosis, followed by the provision of comprehensive support by the support team, the creation of a positive atmosphere and cooperation, individualization educational process, we consider it necessary to focus in our research on the categories of children with special educational needs caused by the influence of the social environment. Studying a foreign language contributes to the development of cognitive activity and the purposeful formation of higher mental functions (cognitive motivation; attention; memory; perception; spatial and temporal representations, sensor-motor coordination; mental activity; the formation of voluntary regulation of activity and behavior, etc. It has been established that the influence of negative factors on learning languages, in particular, related to additional workload, which can worsen health and lead to psychophysical diseases. The article examines certain methods of learning English that reduce the risk of PTSD in children, help overcome stress and have a positive effect on behavior child.
