The Influence of Problem Based Learning Model on Critical Thinking of Grade VI Elementary School Students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning

The aims of this research is to examine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning at SDN Citrodiwangsan 02 Lumajang. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The sample selected was grade VI students with 3 classes, each consisting of 27 students. Critical thinking ability data was obtained through student critical thinking tests. Data testing was carried out with a significance level of 5%. Data processing was carried out using SPSS with the One Way Annova test. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that there was an increase in the average value in each class. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% showed a result of 0.028 0.05 so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So the results showed that there was an effect of the Problem Based Learning model on Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning at SDN Citrodiwangsan 02 Lumajang.

How can ecology-based civics learning media "PKN Ekologi" foster ecological competence in students?

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of learning media in Citizenship education learning for junior high school students. PKN Ecology is a digital-based learning media that adopts the principle of augmented Reality. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with the control and experimental classes taken from students of SMPN 11 Madiun City, East Java. The number of students used as the research sample is 83, n = 83, consisting of 42 in the experimental and 41 in the control classes. The results showed that the Ecological Civics Media was proven to impact improving ecological competence for middle school students positively. In addition, ecological civics media has been proven to increase student interest in enhancing learning.

Pendekatan Pedagogic dan Skema Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk Mempromosikan Kewarganegaraan Ekologi

Environmental problems as a world issue require the importance of preparing citizens to have the ability to prevent environmental problems. This research aims to present a study of pedagogical approaches and citizenship education learning schemes in strengthening the integration of ecological citizenship into education as an effort to provide a foundation for citizenship education to develop ecological citizenship in schools. This research uses a comprehensive literature review research method, involving analysis and synthesis of findings from various literature to gain an understanding of the ecological citizenship education learning scheme. The research results show that the pedagogical landscape of ecological citizenship education can be packaged in learning approaches (1) place-based learning; (2) problem-based learning; (3) environmental justice pedagogy; (4) ecological citizenship education; (5) action competency learning; (6) learning to serve; (7) participatory action research; (8) socio-scientific inquiry-based learning (SSIBL). the pedagogical approach to ecological citizenship education includes six (6) stages: (1) inquiry; (2) planning action; (3) critical and active involvement; (4) community participation and networking on a scale (local, national, global), (5) maintaining environmental and social change, and (6) evaluation and reflection.

The aim of this research is to analyze the strengthening of Citizenship Education learning through learning media. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Citizenship education is an important thing to study in order to understand how citizens carry out their roles, rights and responsibilities for the country. There are various studies that have proven the effectiveness of several learning media for PPKn, including Powtoon, Anchor Podcast, Android Applications, and Roleplay.

Optimizing Democratic Learning: Exploring the Efficacy of Demonstrative Methods Among Middle School Students

This research aims to evaluate the effect of implementing the demonstration learning method on improving student learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. The demonstration learning method was chosen because it was considered to provide direct experience to students, increase understanding of concepts, and improve their practical skills in applying Civics values in everyday life. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through a single group control pre-test post-test design. The sample for this research was class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group who received learning using the demonstration method and the control group who received conventional learning. The research results show that the application of the demonstration learning method significantly improves student learning outcomes in Civics subjects. Data analysis showed that the average post-test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the average post-test score of the control group. This indicates that the demonstration learning method is effective in increasing students' understanding of Civics material. The findings of this research provide important implications for educational practitioners to consider using demonstration learning methods in improving student learning outcomes, especially in Civics learning. Apart from that, this research also contributes to the development of learning theories and practices that are oriented towards student learning outcomes at the junior high school level.

Abstract Strengthening National Integration Through National Generation and Technology in Citizenship Education Learning National integration has been going on since ancient times until now, with continuity and rapid development. The aim of this research is to find out whether a sense of nationalism still exists in the nation's generation. The method used is data collection from relevant journals with the title "Strengthening National Integration Through National Generation and Technology in Citizenship Education Learning." The research results show that the importance of the spirit of nationalism must be strengthened in the nation's generation. Modern technology can be a medium for increasing national integration through civic education learning.

Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Dasar Melalui Pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan

In elementary school, Citizenship Education subjects are an ideal forum for inserting character education, because the topics include values ​​such as responsibility, honesty, justice, cooperation and love of the country. Teachers are able to integrate various activities and learning methods to help students know and apply these values ​​in everyday life. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative or narrative method which aims to study a problem more deeply using the method of analyzing several theories without calculating percentages. This research uses a qualitative research method because it describes the implementation of character education in elementary schools to see clearly news about the reality that occurs in the field, after that analyzing the results. Therefore, Citizenship Education learning must be improved to improve student character through planning, implementation and assessment processes. This effort is included in the Citizenship Education subject, where citizenship education material produces student character. For this reason, character education is said to have been successfully implemented in several elementary schools. It can be concluded that the implementation of character education through Civics subjects in elementary schools is important, although there are still several challenges such as a lack of teacher training and a rigid curriculum.

Development of a Class XI Citizenship Education Learning Model Based on Blended Learning Flipped Classroom at Tunas Bangsa Vocational School, Depok

The aim of this research is to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of developing a Class XI Civics Education Learning Model Based on Blended Learning-Flipped Classroom at Tunas Bangsa Vocational School, Depok. This research uses the development of the Borg and Gall model which is integrated with the Rowntree model with 9 steps from the Bord and Gall model, and 3 steps from the Rowntree model. The results of the feasibility test carried out by material experts were 81%, processional design experts 94%, and media experts 88%, teacher users 87% and student users 83%. Overall, the results were in the "very feasible" category. These results indicate that the use of electronic modules is suitable for improving the learning outcomes of students in class XI citizenship education subjects at Tunas Bangsa Vocational School, Depok. The results of the effectiveness test were shown by comparing the post test results of the experimental class and the post test results of the control class with a total of 10 students as respondents. Statistical analysis uses an independent sample t test with a value of tcount > ttable or 5.080 > 2.101 at a significance level of 5% and df = 18, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of electronic modules as a learning medium for class XI citizenship education based on blended learning flipped classrooms is effectively used to improve student learning outcomes.

The Influence of Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning on Critical Thinking at Tandun 1 State High School

This research is motivated by the lack of student motivation to learn which is still low. The research results show that learning motivation is very important and can influence critical and creative thinking. This research aims to find out whether learning Pancasila education has an effect on the critical thinking skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Tandun. This research was carried out using quantitative methods with a casual associative approach, and involved students of SMA Negeri 1 Tandun as research subjects. The data collection instrument used was conventional, and the IBM SPSS Version 22 application was used for data processing. Based on the results of the analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely Ŷ= 14,245 + 0.629 Meanwhile, the results of the t test obtained t_count of 14.245 t_table of 2.00, which shows that so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So this research hypothesis is accepted that there is an influence of Civics Learning on Critical Thinking Ability.

The Role of Citizenship Education in the Era of Globalization in Growing Students' Interest in Learning

This research was motivated by the less than optimal use of Edmodo learning media in citizenship lessons. Edmodo learning media is only used as a forum for giving assignments and searching for interactive videos. Interest is a state in a person, especially in students, with interest in students, students can do work happily and can get good results. With interest, especially in this era of globalization, someone can do work without coercion from anyone. The indicators of interest are feelings of joy, attention, knowledge, appreciation, interest, as well as desires and aspirations. With these interest indicators coming from students during lessons, for example students studying or studying something such as a subject, it can be said that the student has a high interest in learning in that learning or subject. This research aims to determine students' interest in learning citizenship education in the era of globalization and to determine the factors that influence students' interest in learning citizenship education. The research method used in this research is qualitative using systematic literature methods. Citizenship Education (PKn) Group Study to Increase Students' Interest in Learning

This research is research that uses case studies by further investigating the causes of certain social aspects. Implementation of National Defense in the Era of Technology in Learning Citizenship Education

Defending the State or what can be called national resilience is an important thing in state life. The attitude of defending the country is something that must be owned and realized by the people, especially the younger generation who will be the future leaders of the nation. Article 27 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution states that "every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in efforts to defend the State". This research uses the literature review method which is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for evaluating and identifying research works. The aim of this research is that citizens, especially the younger generation, must have a responsibility to defend the country and prepare students to become good citizens. The results of the discussion show that to realize the 1945 Constitution concerning National Defense, the government provides citizenship education to help educate citizens, especially the nation's next generation. Through citizenship education, the descendants of the Indonesian people will be able to understand, analyze and answer the challenges faced in society, nation and state. As well as being sustainable and in accordance with the principles and ideals of the nation as intended in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution. It is hoped that awareness of defending the State or national security can be instilled in the minds of all Indonesian people, especially in this technological era. Because in the technological era there are several external threats that are sometimes overlooked.

Integration of Character Education in Citizenship Education Learning to Develop the Character of Elementary School Students

Integrating character education into citizenship education is an important strategy for developing the character of elementary school students. Citizenship education is a subject that has great potential in integrating character education which is a very important aspect in student development. In this research, a qualitative case study method was carried out to explore and understand the realities that occur in depth and depth regarding the integration of character education at the planning and implementation stages of educational learning in elementary schools. The research method used in this research is the library research method, where the author collects data from references and review articles available on trusted websites. By integrating character education into citizenship education learning, pedagogical learning will experience changes, such as integrating the concept of character into the development process to be able to develop and shape the personalities of elementary school students better. The research results show that integrating character education into citizenship education learning can encourage students to have a positive attitude, both in interacting with other people and in everyday life. Research also shows that integrating character education into citizenship education can develop better character in students who are able to realize their rights and obligations as citizens, and have an ethical attitude. In this research, data was collected through direct observation, interviews and notes. The collected data will be used to understand how to integrate character education into citizenship education learning in elementary schools and how to integrate the concept of character into its development. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of character education in civic education learning in elementary schools and can be a reference for teachers in developing student character through civic education.

Empowering Student's Learning Involvement Through STEM Approach in Citizenship Education Learning in the New Normal Era

This study identified the empowerment of student’s learning involvement through STEM approach in learning Citizenship Education during the New Normal era at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi. This study used quantitative and qualitative research procedures which undertook three steps: 1) preparing the use of the STEM approach in citizenship education learning; 2) implementing the STEM approach in citizenship education learning; and 3) reflecting the implementation of the STEM approach. The results showed that students had an awareness to learn, experience, and directly experience themselves. Learning was carried out concretely as well as by developing cooperative attitudes in students. In addition, 30% of the empowerment of students’ learning involvement in visual activities was conducted in the form of reading, viewing images, observing experiments, and demonstrations, while 50% of oral activities (i.e., expressing opinions, connecting an event, asking questions, and giving suggestions), and 20% of writing activities (i.e., writing reports, making outlines or summaries, and doing tests). This article concludes that student learning involvement through a stem approach in civic education learning is in an effort to produce quality cognitive, psychomotor, and affective human resources. The STEM approach used in civic education learning can ultimately increase the activeness and attitude of student involvement.
