This work is devoted to the analysis of priorities in business process management aimed at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in the business sector. The study examines the basic principles of business process management, such as customer orientation, process approach, continuous improvement and the use of modern information technologies. Special attention is paid to the key stages of business process management, including analysis, design, implementation and control.
