Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of existing practices of business process reengineering project management, identification of factors affecting the success of project implementation, development of recommendations for improving business process reengineering project management. The article defines the criteria for controlling business processes, describes recommendations for the target state of business processes of the metrology department of the energy company, and describes the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented changes in the company’s business processes. In this article the methodology of automation of business processes for equipment maintenance and repair in the energy company is considered in detail.
