ELEKTRON BİBLİOQRAFİYANIN İNFORMASİYA, TƏHSİL VƏ TƏDQİQAT MÜHİTİNDƏ ROLU

This research paper aims to highlight the current state of electronic bibliography and its role in spheres of information activity. In the article, electronic bibliographic activity was considered as an ele¬ment of scientific communication and interpreted as one of the important actors in meeting the information needs of users working in the field of information, education and scientific research. A brief explanation of electronic bibliographic products was given, and the advantages of the digital bibliographic service realized in the Internet environment were discussed. The article also classified users from a general point of view, and mentioned the necessity of bibliographic support for researchers and students when choosing literature.

Autologous Tooth Granulometry and Specific Surface Area with Three Grinding Methods: An In Vitro Study.

A postextraction socket becomes a clinical challenge due to the fact that a series of changes associated with bone remodelling and resorption of the socket that occur after extraction, which limits the aesthetic and functional prognosis of implant-supported rehabilitations. It has been studied that the use of the autologous tooth-derived graft (ATDG) has regenerative properties and could therefore be useful for solving this type of problem. There is no consensus in the scientific literature on a standardized protocol for the use of the autologous tooth. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the most relevant parameters to achieve the best properties of ground ATDG using three methods, namely Gouge forceps, electric grinder, and manual, that made up the study group (SG) and compared with the control group (CG) consisting of Bio-Oss®. The sample obtained by the electric grinder had the highest value of specific surface area (2.4025 ± 0.0218 m2/g), while the particle size as average diameter (751.9 µm) was the lowest and most homogeneous of the three groups. Therefore, the electric grinder allowed for obtaining ATDG with more regenerative properties due to its specific surface-area value and particle size in accordance with the xenograft with the greatest bibliographical support (Bio-Oss®). The higher specific surface increases the reaction with the physiological media, producing faster biological mechanisms.

The Power of Case Reports

Medical education has currently a variety of tools as never before in the history of mankind. Options include everything from telepresence to virtual reality. However, interaction with patients remains, as in the past, an unsurpassed source of learning. Health-care practice provides learning about the way different pathologies manifest, their clinical course, and the response to different treatments. A simple way to share that experience is through case reporting. A case report consists of a detailed description of significant clinical information of a case or a small group of patients, presenting pathologies not previously described, new therapeutic methodologies, or cases with an unusual response to treatment. This type of study has often been underestimated because it is a category of publication with a low level of evidence [1-4] and does not have a high citation rate [1, 2, 4, 5]. These causes have led to case reports being a small segment of health publications [4]. However, these studies can provide important information [1-9]. Case reports can be the basis of future large-scale clinical studies [6], can reveal facts that often go unnoticed in large series of patients [3], and be the starting point for the development of new treatments [3]. They can demonstrate results in one or a few cases with therapeutic methods previously tested in animal experiments [4]. Case reports have made it possible to detect severe adverse effects [3, 4]. Nayak described that the teratogenic effect of thalidomide was identified through a case report of phocomelia [3]. We must also be aware that the publication of a case report is often the first step of a young colleague in the world of publications. That is why it should be encouraged. The publication of case reports allows even those who have less economic or institutional support for their academic activity to transmit their experience. It is a way to democratize scientific exchange and not depend only on supposed elites that end up transforming clinical research production groups into small aristocracies that generate only a one-way exchange. Writing a case report has been described not only as an academic procedure but also as an art [8]. There is useful information in the literature about how to write this type of manuscripts [3, 4, 6, 8, 10]. Cases must be original and transmit information that has an impact on clinical practice. They must be structured like the rest of the publications, provide a complete and correct description of the case, and have solid bibliographic support. Starting in this volume we will include case reports. On this occasion, they come from different colleagues from Ibero America. We also incorporated a new section that consists of critical reading of scientific publications related to regenerative medicine. Contributions, proposals, and criticisms will be welcome.

The Resilience of 3rd and 4th Grade Students. Semester, in Times of Covid 19, at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. Case: Faculty of Accounting and Administration

The general objective was to identify the resilience of 3rd and 4th grade students. Semester in time of Covid 19 at the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. It was carried out from March to December 2021. It was a mixed research, of an applied, non-experimental, transactional, hypothetical-deductive, field type with bibliographic support, with a sampling frame obtained from the list of students from the periods January-June and August-December 2021 for the 3rd and 4th semester, provided by the Academic Secretary of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. Non-probabilistic sampling, for convenience.

Russian State Library as the Center for Coordination and Regulatory and Methodological Support of Bibliographic Activities in the Country

An important direction in the implementation of the functional activities of libraries at various levels is the coordination of bibliographic work and mandatory methodological support. The issues of coordination interactions are poorly covered in the professional press. For library science, information about the activities of domestic libraries in this area remains not only a source of information, but also an object of scientific study. The purpose of the article is to study and analyze the activities of the Russian State Library as a coordination center at the national (interlibrary) level. It is established that the 1960s–1980s were the period of the highest level of development of national coordination. The analysis of existing methodological and instructional documents made it possible to determine that the leading role in the complex of such products belongs to methodological recommendations. The study of published documents for the intended and reader purpose was carried out. The practical application of the recommendations by libraries made it possible to improve the processes of bibliographic service, optimize reference and bibliographic funds, develop common principles and approaches to the scientific processing of catalogs and card files. The influence of the Russian State Library on the interrelationships of libraries in the humanitarian branch allowed us to establish a stable stage of development of coordination based on the distribution of forces in optimal conditions for scientific activity. Basing on modern realities, it is necessary to study the existing experience and resume coordination cooperation at the Russian level.

The legal regime of tourism intermediation companies in Chile

The doctrinal and comparative foundation of the legal regime of tourism intermediation companies in Chile can contribute to achieving an improvement in the functioning of tourist economic activity. In the same way, an updated bibliographic support will be achieved with the required scientific level, from the legal perspective and will serve as a consultation tool for the analysis and resolution of problems that are presented to the specialists and legal operators who participate in these processes of marketing of this industry. At the same time, it aims to carry out an approach on the legal regime of tourism intermediation companies and their different modalities, legal, cognitive and regulatory problems that arise according to their different classifications and operation. On the other hand, it must be considered that many of the scientific advances have a direct impact on this economic activity, so that finally, for the commercialization of the national tourism product, a plurality of subjects usually intervene in this heterogeneous market that they are sources of numerous Legal conflicts and their analysis are largely the achievement of this study.

Monitoring library and information services at Central Scientific Agricultural Library

The findings of monitoring of repertoire of and demand for library and information services (document, reference, bibliographic awareness, cultural and educational services) are discussed. The mentioned services are available through the CSAL website. The types and forms of services are analyzed, their place and demand for them are discussed. The focus is made on the online services providing access of in-house information resources, e. g. e-libraries, e-catalogs, virtual exhibitions, etc. The terminological analysis of services titles as compared to the new national standard of library information services was executed. It was revealed that the services titles meet the standardized terms and definitions. The degrees of demand for difference services are estimated as active, fluctuating and decreasing. To improve library and bibliographic services and information support of science for agro-industrial complex, the authors recommend: to study products and services of unstable and decreasing demand, to load explicit list of services in the Information Services section, to design scientist personal accounts, to make it possible for the users to take part in selecting documents for digitization and to receive e-newsletter on new library acquisitions, etc. The authors conclude that CSAL provide the wide range of library information services which is essential to increase accessibility and friendliness of Library-generated information products, to improve information support of research in agricultural industries. The findings will be used in planning user library and information services. It is imperative that user services are monitored and user demands are analyzed.

A bibliometric review of <i>Persea americana</i> Mill. (Lauraceae): A green gold in agroindustry

<abstract> <p>Avocado's global acceptance has grown, resulting in expanding cultivation, agricultural development, and significant marketing efforts. Publicizing avocado also targets its by-products' nutritional and functional benefits. This is the first bibliometric analysis for avocado. It aims to provide a descriptive structure to identify collaborative patterns and emerging themes in avocado research. Based on the search string used in the article title, the study retrieved 2576 documents from the Scopus database for further analysis. For comparison, we separated the data into two study periods: 1916–2011 and 2012–2021. BibliometriX and VOSviewer software were used to examine the descriptive structure and collaborative patterns, as well as to create maps based on network data. When we compared the two study periods, we identified a changing pattern in descriptive structure, collaboration and research trends. Based on the identified emergent themes of the last decade, we propose that future research focuses on the functional and medicinal properties of avocado, postharvest management and its biological control, plant cultivars and diseases, and physicochemical properties of avocado and its by-products. Further bibliographic support revealed that, in addition to the fruit pulp, non-edible parts of <italic>Persea americana</italic> (bark, leaves, peel, seeds, and stem), and oil have remarkable concentrations of bioactive compounds with potential biological activity for health benefits.</p> </abstract>

Los demandantes de los documentos de archivo

Throughout the history of archives, there have been different names to designate the people who come to these information centers. However, due to the fact that to date we have not located any associated term, nor sources of information that theoretically support the name of the first petitioners of the archives documents, we have coined for this purpose the voice of «original plaintiff of the documents». The various terms related to the applicants of the documents in the archives, which currently have a bibliographic support that theoretically support them, are called «researcher», «user», «client» and what is known as «part interested». Therefore, this article analyzes those different meanings that over time have been attributed to the applicants of the archives documents. Once this analysis has been done, the conclusion is reached that of all of them the one that is currently valid and has a wide robustness is the phrase «user», as this is evidenced, among other things, in the archival information sources recently minted, which mention and emphasize in the diction «user» to refer to the group demanding archival services and products.

Old age and the new ICD-11: Position of the Latin American Academy of Medicine for Older PersonsA velhice e a nova CID-11: posição da Academia Latino-americana de Medicina do Idoso

RESUMENDesde 1948, la Organización Mundial de la Salud ha venido publicando un sistema codificado de causas de enfermedad y muerte bajo el nombre genérico de Clasificación Estadística Internacional de Enfermedades (CIE), con revisiones en profundidad cada 10-15 años. En su última versión, CIE-11, se utiliza una terminología para caracterizar la vejez como “períodos geriátricos inicial y final”, lo que implica una medicalización de esta etapa de la vida que ha generado confusión y polémica. En este trabajo se discute la nueva terminología propuesta a la luz del conocimiento actual en torno a la vejez y el proceso de envejecimiento, y su definición más aceptada. La CIE no solo clasifica las enfermedades sino también los períodos de la vida y los “problemas relacionados con la salud”, y la vejez por sí sola no representa un problema relacionado con la salud para muchos de quienes se encuentran en esta etapa de la vida. Desde esta perspectiva, es imprescindible cambiar o matizar el epígrafe “vejez” de la CIE-11 para que no se perciba como síntoma, signo o resultado clínico anómalo, e introducir términos que reflejen mucho mejor el estado de envejecimiento patológico. Entre los términos que gozan de un creciente soporte experimental y bibliográfico están “fragilidad” y “pérdida de la capacidad intrínseca”, que aportan mucha mayor precisión a la hora de definir la condición de la persona que no goza de un envejecimiento saludable.

Covid-19 e as decisões governamentais no retorno presencial de uma rede privada de ensino do DF: um relato da equipe de psicologia escolar

O artigo problematiza o retorno presencial de alunos da Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental I, de uma rede privada de ensino, em meio à pandemia da Covid-19. Analisou-se as ações amparadas pelo governo do Distrito Federal e a realidade das famílias de uma escola particular, buscando identificar os fatores que influenciaram o posicionamento dos responsáveis, no sentido de permitir o retorno de seus filhos à frequência presencial. A investigação metodológica foi por meio do relato de experiência, comparando-se as análises de questionários de satisfação enviados às famílias sobre as aulas on-line e pesquisas diretas, com o único intuito de conhecer o quantitativo das famílias com interesse no retorno presencial, e associando essas análises aos diferentes decretos publicados no DODF. Concomitantemente, há o respaldo bibliográfico em relação ao cenário escolar, apresentando, dessa forma, outras experiências vivenciadas durante a pandemia. Após análise, a discussão seguiu uma linha cronológica de pensamento, em um primeiro momento debatendo sobre a educação a distância, trazendo seus vários desafios, tanto da perspectiva bibliográfica como da perspectiva da Equipe de Psicologia da escola em questão. Em um segundo momento discutiu-se sobre a mudança de perspectiva dos responsáveis, em relação ao retorno presencial, com as decisões governamentais do momento, apesar da ascensão dos casos de Covid-19, na média móvel. Conclui-se que a pandemia da Covid-19 determinou, de algum modo, um momento de resiliência e criatividade dos professores, ao mesmo tempo que provocou desgaste emocional na comunidade escolar, refletindo-se também, sobre as desigualdades sociais entre escolas públicas e particulares.

ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ДНПБ УКРАЇНИ ІМ. В.О. СУХОМЛИНСЬКОГО В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЇ COVID-19: ВИКЛИКИ, ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇХ РОЗВ’ЯЗАННЯ

The article deals with the activities of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine in the conditions of the quarantine restrictive measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of research, scientific and organizational work have been presented. Attention has been focused on the intensification of the electronic resources creation, the demand for which has grown in the conditions of remote work of academic, scientific and pedagogical workers, teachers and applicants for education. The information on the introduced online projects, the virtual reading rooms, features of filling of the electronic information and bibliographic resource “Outstanding educators of Ukraine and the world” has been presented. The approbation of research results was carried out by participation in virtual scientific mass events has been noted. The course of the library’s international activities which were carried out in a remote mode, have been highlighted.The results of scientific, information and library work have been analyzed. It has been noted that the quarantine restrictions directed the librarians' activities to the virtual space and to meeting the distant users’ needs. Scientific, informational and bibliographic services for remote users by providing access to electronic resources and providing online services have been considered. The results of library and bibliographic information of the educational community on topical issues of education and science have been highlighted. The components of the scientific and methodological work of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine as the main coordination center of educational libraries network of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. Exhibition and exposition activities carried out during the quarantine period through the preparation of virtual book exhibitions have been presented. The article determines the priorities for the development of scientific and information, library and bibliographic support of education, pedagogy taking into account the modern social challenges.

THE NEW BRAZILIAN LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

The recognition of science and technology as a risk activity, focusing on results rather than procedures, means that researchers are more effectively engaged in activities involving innovation. The purpose of this article is to analyze the applicability of law known as the Legal Framework of Science and Technology, and it was constructed with bibliographical support seeking to contribute to a different view of the control organs regarding the research. The new Brazilian legislation brings with it the expectation that research and market have a process of approximation, reducing the distance between the knowledge produced in universities and their transformation into wealth. The possibilities arising from the new legislation tend to have effects in solving problems of quality, productivity, cost reduction, with the possibility of incorporating benefits to production and competitiveness, with the introduction of technology, methods and processes aligned with lean production. It concludes that the Legal Framework for Science and Technology, with its specific purpose of reducing bureaucracy in the country's research and innovation activities in general, is an important instrument in the integration of the academic and scientific community at all levels, and companies, representing a new path to boost the process of education.

JUDICIALIZAÇÃO DA SAÚDE E DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS: CRITÉRIOS JUDICIAIS PARA CONCESSÃO DE MEDICAMENTOS À LUZ DOS TRIBUNAIS SUPERIORES

A questão da saúde revela-se pelo primado da dignidade da pessoa humana, fundamento constitucional a partir do qual se assentam todas as relações na ordem jurídica social. Nota-se, no Brasil, um incremento da intervenção do Poder Judiciário para assegurar a tutela dos direitos individuais nessa questão, especialmente para a concessão de medicamentos imprescindíveis a pacientes em situações concretas de extrema necessidade ou que apresentam sua vida em risco. Esse mecanismo de intervenção judicial tem apresentado desgaste, diante da falta de patamares jurídicos concretos e estáveis. A constante tensão havida a partir do desequilíbrio criado pela não uniformidade em tais decisões judiciais tem levado, ultimamente, os Tribunais a mudarem tal cenário, com o estabelecimento de novas premissas para que sejam concedidas tutelas que permitam o acesso das pessoas a medicamentos para seus tratamentos. A partir da metodologia analítica dedutiva, com amplo apoio bibliográfico, o objetivo do presente artigo é analisar criticamente a sedimentação da atuação dos tribunais na concessão de medicamentos, tendo por base os direitos e garantias fundamentais.

Thinking skills in Primary Education: An Analysis of CLIL Textbooks in Spain

In this work an analysis of CLIL textbooks based on Bloom’s taxonomy and the subsequent revision made by Anderson and Krathwohl will be conducted. The objective is to ascertain whether teachers have at their disposal a bibliographical support consistent with the didactic tenets that the CLIL methodology promotes. The bidimensional table proposed by these authors has been utilized as a tool of analysis, taking both the cognitive and knowledge dimensions into account. Within the latter, the study focuses on the metacognitive knowledge level. Six Natural Science textbooks for sixth year of Primary Education, designed by different publishers and currently in use, have been analyzed. These textbooks have been designed according to the CLIL approach. We purport to verify whether these materials develop High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), which are necessary for the proper development of this approach. It can be concluded that 66% of the analyzed materials do not promote the necessary HOTS for the proper implementation of the CLIL approach. Therefore, a change in the elaboration of textbooks is deemed necessary.

Efficiency of selective information dissemination within the system of information and communication support of university science (a case study of the Scientific Library of Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management)

The author discusses the experience of the center for Information and Bibliographical Support of Learning and Science of the Scientific Library of Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management in the methodology of selective information dissemination. The author examines the relevance of the method as applied in modern academic libraries and its efficiency for information and bibliographic support, as well as for information and communication support of university science. She also emphasizes the significance of stable communications within a university, and proves the necessity for improving the relevance of information provided through selective information dissemination system using not only feedback sheets but also through face-to-face communication. The concept of selective information dissemination is analyzed. The origins of the method are discussed. The author examines the target users to be acquired by the system and suggests that new relevant information and bibliographic products are needed. She concludes that today the system of selective information dissemination is an effective and demanded one. It is important for increasing the university’s reputation capital and user service performance of the scientific library.

Elective Laparoscopic Ovariectomy in Domestic Swine (Sus scrofa domesticus)

Background:In the last years the number of exotic company animals has been increased, and the demand for neutering services for these animals has become greater. By the author’s knowledge, there are no records of elective ovariectomy in domestic swine (Sus scrofa domesticus). The current paper reports a case of elective laparoscopic ovariectomy in a domestic swine (Sus scrofa domesticus).Case:A 4-month-old domestic swine (Sus scrofa domesticus), weighing 45 kg was referred to elective video-laparoscopic ovariectomy at the Veterinary Clinics Hospital of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (HCV - UFRGS). Physical examination and laboratory tests, including hemogram and biochemistry (alanine aminotransferase - ALT, serum albumin and creatinine), were within normal range for the species. Ketamine hydrochloride (Cetamin®) 10 mg.kg-1, xylazine hydrochloride (Xilazin®) 2 mg.kg-1, and midazolam (Midazolam®) 0.5 mg.kg-1 were administered intramuscularly (IM) as pre-anesthetic medication. The anesthetic induction was performed with intravenous (IV) propofol (Propovan®) and anesthesia was maintained with isoflurane (Isoforine®) diluted in O2 by a universal vaporizer with a partial gas rebreathing anesthetic system. Throughout the procedure, were monitoring constantly the invasive blood pressure (IBP), electrocardiogram (ECG) in lead II, peripheral arterial saturation with O2 (SpO2), end-tidal carbon dioxide concentration (ETCO2), and esophageal temperature. The abdominal cavity was accessed through the insertion of three portals (one of 10 mm of diameter and other two of 5 mm of diameter). The cavity was inflated with medicinal CO2 until the pressure of 10 mmHg was achieved. The uterine body and ovaries were identified. The right ovary was suspended and, by a bipolar clamp, the ovarian vessels were occluded through electrocoagulation in three distinct locations with approximately 0,5 cm between themselves, and cut off. The right ovary was removed from the cavity. An identic maneuver was used for the realization of the surgical steps and removal of the left ovary. By the end, the cavity was deflated and the cannulas were removed. The abdominal wall was sutured with Sultan pattern with 3-0 polyglycolic acid thread, and the skin was sutured with simple interrupted suture with 3-0 nylon monofilament. The post-operative evaluations were subjective and fitting with the patient's behavior. The patient didn't show any clinical signs of pain, discomfort and returned to its usual eating habits on the second day after the procedure. No signs of infection, dehiscence, cicatrization retard or other complications were observed in the surgical wound. The stitches were removed after seven days.Discussion: This case report shows the applicability of the video-laparoscopic ovariectomy technique by three portals in other species than dogs and cats, and serves as bibliographic support to the veterinary endosurgery field. Based on previous studies, it has been concluded that minimally invasive procedures represent the most beneficial sterilization methods to the patient due to its diagnostical and surgical capacity, as well as minor surgical trauma and shorter recovery time. The most common indication for the video-laparoscopic technique in veterinary routine is the elective sterilization. Pyometra, urinary incontinence and weight gain are complications that are not diagnosed more frequently after ovariectomy when compared to ovariohysterectomy. The laparoscopic ovariectomy is a viable technique to be applied to the swine, with the most difficult aspect being the anatomical peculiarities of the animal.

Breaking the Curse: Opening Students' Eyes to Pathology and Oncology Research.

Research is a particularly underexplored professional activity for physicians, leaving many medical students compelled to pursue a clinical career. However, the XXI century requires that physicians innovate and perform research that fuels their practice; students should have early exposure to research to explore it as a career path. It should be encouraged in the undergraduate program by having students take part in case reports, short communication presentations, and research seminars. As part of an educational strategy, students worked with faculty members to deliver a gynecologic oncology pathology case report as a poster for the Oncology Conference of Medical Students. We used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and cross-sectional design to assess the effect of poster presentations on developing student's research skills. The sample comprised 118 medical students enrolled in the Pathology courses that presented a total of 23 posters. The judges who assessed had a medical specialty in Pathology, Radio-oncology, and Gynecologic Oncology. The results show that students exceeded expectations on the use of language, as it was both formal and technical; and they used relevant bibliographic support and references. However, students performed less well in the clinical case summary. The judges found that although it was coherent and chronologically ordered, they did not include all the relevant laboratory tests and analyses, nor a full description of the diagnosis. This educational strategy has proven to be valuable in promoting Pathology and Oncology Research in students; it allowed participants to adopt a systematic approach and methodologies to document, analyze, and share knowledge.

Garlic (Allium sativum L.): A Brief Review of Its Antigenotoxic Effects.

Traditional Medicine/Complementary and Alternative Medicine is a practice that incorporates medicine based on plants, animals, and minerals for diagnosing, treating, and preventing certain diseases, including chronic degenerative diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, and cancer. Different factors generate its continued acceptance, highlighting its diversity, easy access, low cost, and the presence of relatively few adverse effects and, importantly, a high possibility of discovering antigenotoxic agents. In this regard, it is known that the use of different antigenotoxic agents is an efficient alternative to preventing human cancer and that, in general, these can act by means of a combination of various mechanisms of action and against one or various mutagens and/or carcinogens. Therefore, it is relevant to confirm its usefulness, efficacy, and its spectrum of action through different assays. With this in mind, the present manuscript has as its objective the compilation of different investigations carried out with garlic that have demonstrated its genoprotective capacity, and that have been evaluated by means of five of the most outstanding tests (Ames test, sister chromatid exchange, chromosomal aberrations, micronucleus, and comet assay). Thus, we intend to provide information and bibliographic support to investigators in order for them to broaden their studies on the antigenotoxic spectrum of action of this perennial plant.

Dá pra fazer – problematizações acerca de aspectos da temática trabalho e educação escolar para pessoas com diversidade funcional intelectual

Stem from the film Si Puo Fare (2008), this paper aims to present a problematisation – with a bibliographic support and topic related documents – about the work and school education issue for people with intellectual functional diversity. The relation between work and education is a topic that passes by the history of some of the most important social movements of workers from the Industrial Revolution until current days. In Brazil, the inclusive policies focused on people with intellectual functional diversity win emphasis as of the last two decades of the xx century, when, in addition to the legal guarantee, some measures are implemented, aiming to include people with functional diversity in school education and work market. These issues are somehow interconnected.
