Teaching Design of “Three-Dimensional” Blended Ideological and Political Courses from the Perspective of Deep Learning

Since the increasing development of information technology, its integration and curriculum resources have become a new point of view in education and teaching reform. As a result, educational concepts, teaching models, and learning methods have been changed. Moreover, new requirements for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have also been put forward. Aiming at the current educational mechanism of ideological education courses in colleges and universities, which has a single form, is not well targeted and lacks synergy. This paper studies and establishes a brand-new three-dimensional hybrid education concept. The characteristics of this concept include (1) timeliness; that is, the basic views of Marxism are unified with the characteristics of the times; (2) pertinence, that is, the combination of ideological education and the characteristics of the students’ growth stage; (3) openness; that is, the new curriculum content and creative thinking are connected. Therefore, the three-dimensional hybrid teaching that combines networked teaching with the traditional teacher-centered teaching model has become an inevitable trend of classroom teaching reform at this stage. This paper develops a college ideological education course recommendation system based on deep learning, based on a hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm, and by introducing the effectiveness of the gradually forgetting curve based on changes in user feature, it better solves the shortcomings of traditional collaborative filtering algorithms, such as low efficiency and weak adaptability. Further, a corresponding recommendation system for ideological guidance courses in colleges and universities has been developed. The system runs stably and has strong practicability and robustness. It is of positive significance for creating an ideological and educational atmosphere with different forms and innovation for teachers and students.

Trends of the latest phase of science and scientific research development in Ukraine

Methods. The results are obtained through the use of methods of analysis – when studying basic theoretical, methodological approaches to the emergence of science and understanding of it as a concept; abstraction – in determining the essential features of scientific research; generalization – in determining the European trends in the development of e-science and the latest achievements of Ukraine in this direction. Results. It is proved that the rapid development of scientific processes, modernization of science as a concept in general, the ability to predict and analyse events lay the groundwork for further development of organizational processes of scientific research. It is pointed out that in the process of evolutionary transformations, the views on the origin of science and approaches to understanding this concept have changed. It is emphasized that the development of science is in direct relationship to the development of scientific research, whereas socio-economic, political, and cultural development is impossible without their active implementation. It is substantiated that in the course of historical development, there takes place the transformation of a traditional society into an information society, in which the information infrastructure is formed. Under the influence of a rapid increase in the amount of information, its socio-economic significance, drastic changes are taking place, in particular in scientific and scientific-practical activities. Science acquires new significance and is considered in its dynamics, movement, and development. The latest phase of science development has been supplemented and characterized. It is noted that the issues of e-science and Ukrainian e-infrastructures remain relevant and unresolved, as the overall problem is the lack of a unified state policy in Ukraine regarding e-science and Ukrainian e-infrastructures. The necessity of specifying the newest phase of science development is stressed, as well as systematization and structuring of the basic European trends and achievements of Ukraine in developing e-science and e-infrastructures. Novelty. The basic approaches and views on the emergence of science, which are reflected in modern scientific publications, have been improved. A structural management system of EOSC is offered taking into account achievements of domestic scientists and researchers. Practical value. The authors systematize the European trends in the development of e-science and the latest achievements of Ukraine in this direction. E-infrastructures in Ukraine are visualized according to the Concept of development of Ukrainian research infrastructures.

Empire and Liberty in Adam Ferguson’s Republicanism

ABSTRACT Adam Ferguson’s imperial thought casts new light on the age-old republican dilemma of the tension between empire and liberty. Generations of republican writers had been haunted by this issue as the decline of Rome proved that imperial expansion would eventually ruin the liberty of a state. Many eighteenth-century Scottish thinkers regarded this as an insoluble conundrum and thus became critics of empire. Ferguson shared their basic views but, paradoxically, was still able to defend the British Empire in the debates over the American Revolution. His argument effectively offered a viable solution to the republican dilemma, which distinguished him from his contemporaries. In light of this, I argue that political representation was the pivotal conception for Ferguson to make empire and liberty compatible. It was on this ground that he could advocate the union with Ireland, which he believed would lead to a lasting balance of power in Europe.

Ecological View from Images in Marianne Moore’s the Fish

Marianne Moore is a staunch advocate of the theory that writings are for conveying truth. Her animal poetry is frequently regarded as an allegory of humanity's weakness or barbarism, displaying her contemplation of the natural world. This paper focuses on the images in Marianne Moore’s “The Fish” to explore her ecological view. It tries to find out Moore’s basic views about nature by analyzing the images that she depicts and the way that she arranges them. It also demonstrates how Moore perceives the relationship between human beings and nature through the analysis of the symbolic meanings of “sea” and “cliff”, by which Moore calls attention for ecological peace.

Assessment of the state, threats and risks of the economic security system of motor transport enterprises of the Kirov region

The article is devoted to the topical issue of assessing the state, threats and risks of the economic security system on the example of motor transport enterprises of the Kirov region. The article presents an overview of modern research by various authors on the topic under study: basic views, approaches to the classification of threats and risks, indicator systems for assessing the level of economic security. The author’s approach to assessing the economic safety of motor transport enterprises is proposed in the study. Thus, the authors propose to investigate four groups of factors for assessing the economic safety of motor transport enterprises: the quality of the road network, the efficiency of the use of truck transport, the efficiency of the use of bus transport, the efficiency of transport enterprises. The result of the study was an assessment of factors determined by the authors. It allowed us to draw a number of key conclusions. The main result is that for all four selected groups of factors, there is a decrease in the level of transport security of the Kirov region. To change the observed trends, it is necessary to implement comprehensive programs for the development of the regional economy. It includes an increase in government spending on strengthening and increasing the basic parameters of transport security. Motor transport companies should not stand aside from the innovations implemented in the world. Innovations are connected with the use of a model range of electric vehicles, unmanned motor transport. These innovations are able to significantly reduce the risks and threats to the activities of road transport enterprises. They will significantly improve financial results.

EXCURSION AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS

The article deals the views of authoritative researchers of excursion business on school excursion as a leading form of pedagogical process. The concepts of “excursion” and “school excursion” are analyzed, and the basic views on the classification of school excursions are given. The author of the article also gives the main functions and didactic principles of organizing and conducting a school tour.
 A school excursion is a special form of pedagogical process, the basis of which is a methodically well-thought-out display of sights, historical and cultural monuments, analysis of objects visited by students, as well as a meaningful story of the tour guide about events related to these objects.
 This publication emphasizes that the fundamental pedagogical principles of teaching and education are central to the organization and conduct of school excursions. And the presence of the basic elements of pedagogy in excursion activity allows to define it as pedagogical process in which the central place is given to the tour guide who carries out two pedagogical tasks – didactic and educational.

Çocukluk Dönemi Din Eğitimine Gelişimsel Bir Bakış Açısı

Developmental religious education is an educational activity shaped within the framework of developments in the fields of psychology and educational sciences. In our study, developments and theories in the field of psychology and pedagogy in the historical process are presented through the leading figures in this field. Studies in these areas have been adapted to religious development and religious education. In this context, in our study, the methodology, principles and problems of religious education studies, which are based on the data of studies in psychology and educational sciences, were examined. As a method, our study first examined the basic views of the people who developed theories in general development, and then the religious development and religious education theories developed on the basis of these. Our study is based on literature and document review. The primary sources related to the subject were examined and their effects on religious education were evaluated together with different field studies. As a result, it has been seen that religious education should be considered together with developmental theories and should be programmed within the framework of scientific criteria. It is clear that such a religious education activity will have positive contributions in many aspects. However, it should be noted that limiting the subject of religious development and education to purely scientific criteria is faced with the problem of neglecting important components of religious education such as spirituality and holiness.

The effectiveness of a blended POCUS curriculum on achieving basic focused bedside transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) proficiency. A formalized pilot study

ObjectiveThe study objective is to evaluate the effeteness of an existing educational platform blending didactic presentation and hands-on simulation for university doctoral SRNAs in the area of basic, 4 view identification and performance of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).MethodsFollowing IRB approval, SRNAs were exposed to a pre test to evaluate existing skills, then they were exposed to a graphic rich, live presentation of basic 4 view TTE. The presentation was then followed by hands on simulation and performance of the 4 basic TTE views on live models.ResultsPretest scores averaged 58% and post tests scores rose to 95%. See Table 1.ConclusionOur results support the concept that the existing blended platform is effective to train university SRNAs in basic 4 view, bedside transthoracic echocardiography.

Building the intellectual contingent of Binh Duong province in the effects of industrialization and modernization

The process of industrialization, modernization and the rapid development of industrial revolution 4.0 are creating new development opportunities for the Southeast in general and Binh Duong in particular, but also setting many challenges. In order to take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges, the role of the contingent of intellectuals in Binh Duong province is huge. Through the assessment of the current status of the development of the intellectual contingent of Binh Duong province, the article proposes basic views and major solutions to continue developing this team in the future to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country.

Studi Komparasi Pemikiran Ekonomi Islam Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi dengan Yusuf Al-Qardhawi

The existence of Islamic Economics in recent years has risen. This makes the development of Islamic Economics more diverse. This needs to be addressed wisely by examining various points of views, including the thoughts of Islamic Economists regarding the Islamic Economic System, so that the knowledge about the Islamic Economic System is fundamentally known by various parties. This research uses a qualitative method using library research method with a comparative approach. This literature research explains and compares the thoughts of two contemporary Islamic Economists, namely Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi. The data analysis technique used is content analysis and comparison. Union intersection tool is used to compare several dimensions of the thoughts of the two Islamic Economists regarding Islamic Economic System. The results of the research show that the thoughts of Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi regarding Islamic Economic System are related to each other and classified into the same dimensions of basic views, economic ethics and government roles. Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi is famous for his approach of axiomatic approach and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi through ethical approach. Both support integrating Islamic norms and ethics that are sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith into every economic activity.

Benefits of an Ecology-Based Nature Education Program: An Evaluation on the Basis of Participants’ Experiences

In the current study, it is aimed to investigate the opinions of the social studies teachers participating in the project on the activities conducted within the context of an ecology-based nature education program and thus to determine the extent to which the project achieved its objectives. To this end, the case study design, one of the qualitative research methods was used in the study. The participants of the study are social studies teachers selected by using the criterion sampling method and participating in the project on a volunteer basis. The data of the study were collected through the pre-interview and post-interview forms qualitatively developed by the researchers and participant diaries. Moreover, in order to elicit more detailed information about environmental awareness and sensitivity, two quantitative scales were used as pre- and post-tests to measure the participants’ motivation for taking part in activities and basic views of environment and environmental problems. As a result of the applied education program, the participants’ motivation to take part in activities to be conducted in natural environment and their ecocentric mindset was strengthened. In addition, the participants think that at the end of the program, they better understood human-environment interaction and developed their awareness of sustainable environment. In addition, the participants stated that they received the information from its source and in an interdisciplinary manner, developed different perspectives, and developed scientific, social and entrepreneurial skills. Finally, it was determined that the participants thought that they gained experience and motivation in order to use the knowledge and skills they had gained through the activities within the context of the program in formal and informal educational settings.

РОЗРОБКА ЕКСПОРТООРІЄНТОВАНОЇ СТРАТЕГІЇ РОЗВИТКУ В УПРАВЛІННІ ПРИБУТКОВОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The essence of separate elements of export-oriented strategy of development making in management of profitable activity of industrial enterprises has been researched. The main tendencies of foreign economic activity of national enterprises under the conditions of integration processes have been underlined. The role of macroeconomic and regional institutions that deals with foreign trade activity of industrial enterprises has been studied. The main possibilities that are given for national manufactures with integration processes in the sphere of export activity have been formed. Aspects of extensive and intensive growth of industrial enterprises on the basis of strengthening their export orientation have been characterized. The essence of export-oriented strategy of development from the basic scientific views has been researched. The connection between export-oriented strategy of development and profitability has been actualized. The meaning of transformation changes of economy under the influence of integration stages through the activity of industrial enterprises and its export-oriented strategy making have been detailed. The dependence of economic conditions of integration cycles, complexity of levels of export-oriented strategy of development and management of enterprise’s profitable activity has been emphasized. There were proposed macro- and micro-levels of management that are aimed to study demands of external environment and implement its aspects to the operating and manufacturing activity of export-oriented enterprises’ performance. The importance of macro- and micro-levels of management for starting the process of making export-oriented strategy of development in order to increase the enterprise’s profitability has been detailed and presented in structure that provided and intensified by direct and returned feedback.

The “obesity paradox” – is it a positive effect on the course of cardio-vascular events? (A literature review)

The aim: to analyze the literature and study the “obesity paradox” phenomenon, pathological conditions and categories of patients with its existence. Methods. The analytical, bibliosemantic, system approach and system analysis methods were used in the work. Results. The article presents the basic current views on the effect of obesity on the cardiovascular disease course according to evidence-based medicine. Randomly analyzed results have shown a decrease in mortality after cardiovascular events in overweight individuals. The “obesity paradox” was revealed in the analysis of 10-year survival after stroke in the Framingham Study patients. In the group of overweight and obese patients, mortality rates after ischemic stroke were lower than in the group with normal body weight ([RR] = 0.70, 95 % CI 0.55–0.90, /M3.005). Researchers suggest that a moderately increased body weight may be associated with previously unknown protective factors. The “obesity paradox” has shown a more favorable course of myocardial infarction among certain categories of patients (with a history of cardiovascular events) with higher body weight. In individuals with heart failure who underwent resynchronisation therapy, high body mass index values were associated with a reduced risk of developing primary endpoints. Predicting the risk of acute coronary syndrome has shown better results in overweight patients. Obese patients have been diagnosed with less severe calcification of the carotid arteries. Numerous theories that explain this phenomenon include the protective function of adiponectin as well as the protective effect of muscle tissue. Conclusions. Overweight in people with various pathologies in certain conditions can improve the course of cardiovascular events, which underlies the “obesity paradox”. In the mechanisms of the “obesity paradox”, the protective properties of adiponectin as well as the protective function of muscle tissue are given the highest priority.

Autori se u tekstu bave analizom dvaju novootkrivenih dokumenata koje je sastavio Ivo Pilar za potrebe informiranja visokih austrijskih krugova odlučivanja. Spomenica o novom uređenju Habsburške Monarhije i Rješenje južnoslavenskoga pitanja dio su njegovih napora da u prvoj polovici 1918. predloži promjenu dualističke strukture Austro-Ugarske i istakne rješenja u korist njegove vizije razvitka hrvatskih nacionalnih interesa. Autori navedene dokumente promatraju kroz koncepciju južnoslavenskoga pitanja koje se odnosilo na problem uređenja jugoistočnoga dijela Monarhije i na utjecaje srbijanske države. Posebnu pozornost posvećuju idejama subdualizma i kvadralizma, koje je Pilar sagledavao u kontekstu širih odnosa u Austro-Ugarskoj, napose u vezi s položajem poljskoga pitanja.

“Philosophy of the Name” by S. Bulgakov (Cogytological Interpretation)

The paper focuses on the interpretation of the basic linguophilosophical views of S.N. Bulgakov set out in his work Philosophy of the Name (1920, 1953). Philosopher and theologian S.N. Bulgakov expresses opinions on the essence of a word from the point of view of cogitology. The author interprets S.N. Bulgakov's explanations of such integrative terms as "word-thought", "logos" and "sound word". S.N. Bulgakov declares that a word is equated to an enlightened logos as a unity of words and thoughts, words and deeds, words and things. According to the philosopher, the meaning of a word is an idea embodied in the sound form of a word. In speech, the word-meaning turns into a word-thought. A thought comes true due to a speech-word. Language as a means of expression exists in its complete form long before the act of its designation. A thing is revealed in its name. The article also reveals the views of S.N. Bulgakov on words from the root, verbs-linker and pronouns that do not have their own content. The author believes that the results of the analysis in the article can enrich our ideas about language as an instrument of naming, designation and expression (cognitive aspect), and as a means of speech activity (communicative aspect).

The Pattern of Life of Spoken Communities: Ethnographic Studies of Communication on Student's Social Life

Students are a social community where the basic views and primary cells grow from the basic views and scientific disciplines in the academic world. Students have their own culture of social life in their main activities, which are seen as very functioning as the main pillar in the development of human resources and as a determinant of a nation's quality level. The research aims to determine the social interaction behavior of students in several faculties at Pattimura University. With a background of good student social interaction behavior in several faculties, a harmonious social relationship will be built between fellow students in the Pattimura University campus environment. This research is qualitative research, designed based on a constructive paradigm in which every speech and action community is not only interpreted from a particular perspective but needs to be understood holistically based on the cultural approach and characteristics of each region. This research is based on an interpretive paradigm that views the world and objects of human life from their experience and subjectivity and has different views from the positivistic paradigm. When the positivistic paradigm uses a basic premise with a short phrase, knowledge is un-problematic, the interpretive paradigm sees the opposite.

Outcome of mammography examination in asymptomatic women.

Background:Early detection of breast cancer is important in reducing mortality, morbidity, and high socioeconomic burden associated with it. Mammography is currently the primary imaging modality used as a screening tool to detect early breast cancer in women experiencing no symptoms as they are most curable in the early stage with availability of breast conservative therapies.Objective:This study aimed at determining the mammographic breast density patterns and outcome in asymptomatic women who presented for mammographic examination in Abuja.Materials and Methods:This descriptive cross-sectional study comprises of 113 asymptomatic women who presented for mammographic examination at the Radiology Department of University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada from March 2015 to December 2018. Two basic views (craniocaudal and mediolateral views) of the breast were obtained using EXR-650 mammographic machine.Results:The mean age of study population was 40.72 ± 10.45 years with age range of 35 and 65 years. Base on mammographic breast density, breast imaging, reporting, and data system 1 and 2 were the most prevalent. There was a positive correlation between mammographic breast density and age of respondents. This relationship was statistically significant (Pearson correlation = 0.56, P = 0.000). The mammographic outcome among asymptomatic women who had mammographic examination was negative in 69 (61.1%) women and positive in 44 (38.9%). The positive outcome noted in mammograms of women examined was: benign mass in 18 (15.9%) women; 9 (8.0%) had benign calcification; 7 (6.2%) showed architectural distortion; 5 (4.4%) was inconclusive; focal asymmetry in 3 (2.6%); and suspicious mass in 2 (1.8%).Conclusion:In this study, screening of women reveals various benign and malignant breast pathologies which necessitate early interventions.

The main characteristics of the human-centered approach in the field of economic security are identified, that become especially relevant in the era of the fourth scientific revolution and the new economy, which must be taken into account when implementing in public policy. Basic views on understanding security in accordance with a human-centered approach. It is substantiated that the security element that characterizes "freedom from need" is identified with the economic security of a country that has a focus on people. Such security has been shown to be inherently associated with "freedom of choice" or development opportunities, values, and the protection of a vital core. The main provisions of the New Economic Theory, which are complementary to the human-oriented approach to economic security of the country, are indicated. The qualification of the implemented strategies in the main areas of national security of Ukraine had done. The necessity of finding the intersection of the paradigm of economic security and development of human capital, inclusive economic development is underlined.

W artykule podkreślono znaczenie wymowy jako strategicznego czynnika do uzyskania pełnej kompetencji komunikacyjnej oraz przedstawiono kilka podstawowych sugestii na temat nauczania dorosłych odbiorców wymowy języka angielskiego. Podkreślono znaczenie stymulowania motywacji i rozwoju dorosłego studenta oraz wagę kształcenia umiejętności poprawnego wymawiania pojedynczych angielskich samogłosek, spółgłosek, dyftongów, słów, zwrotów oraz całych zdań, z zachowaniem zasad poprawnej intonacji, akcentu, rytmu i technik skracających wypowiedź. Oprócz typowych ćwiczeń językowych z wymowy studenci również pracują na materiale specjalistycznym dostosowanym do potrzeb rynku pracy i komunikacji życia codziennego.
