Abstract This research was conducted to provide an evaluation study of the PAMSIMAS program that focuses on evaluating community participation in the community-based clean water supply movement in RW 03 Banyumanik Urban Village, Banyumanik Sub-district, Semarang City. This study aims to analyze the forms of community participation in supporting the PAMSIMAS program and to determine the factors that influence community participation in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program. The results show that the community has played an active role in the PAMSIMAS program through the formation of organizational management and the construction of PAMSIMAS facilities. However, while managing the organization, some shortcomings still affect customer trust. To overcome these problems, the management of the PAMSIMAS SPAM TIRTO REJO Banyumanik organization needs to improve services to customers through good and effective communication so that it can support the running of the PAMSIMAS program.
