Economic cyber-physical space: theoretical and methodological genesis and modern trends of formation and development

In this scientific study, the socio-economic and technical and technological features of the new economic and technological paradigm are high lighted. As a result of the analysis of trends in the development of the Industry 4.0 market and digital initiatives adopted in the world, the prerequisites for the formation of an economic cyber-physical space at the national level have been identified, and the relevance of the subject of scientific research has been substantiated. Based on the analysis of the evolutionary development of spatial economics, the research of scientific schools is systematized and theoretical and methodological schemes belonging to representatives of the German, French (continental), Anglo-Saxon and Russian schools of spatial economics are analyzed. As a result, the postulates of the economic cyberphysical space are developed and the author's interpretation of the concept of economic cyber physical space is proposed.

Культ гороводу (Кунде) в ритуальных практиках народов Ганы, Того, Бенина

This article is devoted to – the Gorovodu / Kunde cult, which is one of the widespread cults of Vodun in West Africa. It is grounded in the Vodun religious system. However, this order denotes peculiarities, including elements of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism and authentic interpretations. The study relies on the previous scientific realms of research, dated XX–XXI centuries. Comparative analysis is used for detailed description and generalization of anthropological materials, based on field research. Meanwhile, structural analysis, supplemented by the historical-genetic method, deploys the evolution of the cult and its practices. The research draws the following conclusions. Firstly, the emergence of the Gorovodu / Kunde cult was a form of adaptation to socio-cultural challenges. They implied the decline in the standard of living of the population, and the spread of epidemics and famine associated with colonization. Secondly, the negative consequences of colonization were interpreted as the result of the white people’s sorcery. Consequently, the resistance required new spiritual entities, borrowed from the more prosperous regions of the North. Finally, this led to the unique combination of Vodun religious and monotheistic religions elements, which continues developing these days.

THE LATEST ASPECT OF ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF CURRENCY SECURITY OF UKRAINE

The level of currency exchange security is an important indicator of the effective functioning of the currency exchange market. An imbalance in the domestic currency exchange market intensifies financial instability and makes it impossible to maintain an adequate level of currency security. The purpose of the research is to estimate the level of currency security of Ukraine in the conditions of currency market imbalance to determine the main reasons for its inadequate level and to make proposals for improving the methodology of calculation of the integral index of currency security.The article offers the author's interpretation of the essence of the concept of "currency security". The integral index of currency security during 2008 - 2022 was calculated in accordance with the "Methodical recommendations for calculating the level of economic security of Ukraine" and recommendations were suggested for improving this methodology in order to improve the situation on the currency market.It was proved that certain indicators make an impact on the level of currency security of Ukraine: movement of capital, negative trade balance, sufficient level of international reserves, dollarization of the economy, and high level of public debt. Ways to ensure an adequate level of currency security were proposed. Macroeconomic indicators that can act as indicators of currency security are considered and the correlation between them and the level of currency security was investigated. The expediency of introducing an additional indicator for the integral assessment of currency security is substantiated: the ratio of state and state-guaranteed debt to GDP. It allows to calculate the level of currency security more reliably. It is well-founded that the proposed indicator has a close stochastic connection with the exchange rate, therefore, if it is used with existing indicators of currency security calculation, it allows to detect negative trends of decreasing of the level of currency security.

VILLAGES AS SUBDISTRICT APPARATUS IN THE ERA OF REGIONAL AUTONOMY

<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="389"><p class="TableParagraph">The Kelurahan (urban village) government in the era of Regional Autonomy has undergone many changes in line with the shift in governance paradigms as mandated by Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government and Government Regulation No. 73 of 2005 on Kelurahan. The purpose of structuring Kelurahan and implementing governance in the Regional Autonomy era is to improve the coordination of governance, public services, development implementation, and the empowerment of village/kelurahan communities. The method used is empirical research with a legislative review approach, as well as conceptual and sociological approaches. The data analysis method employed is the interpretation of legislation and authentic interpretation. The expected outcome is that the Kelurahan government is required to be transparent with the community regarding both development programs and the budget received, thus fostering high levels of trust in the Kelurahan government from the public, thereby realizing the vision and mission of the Kelurahan. All public services and civil services, which were previously conventional, are now required to be technology-based. The Lurah, as the head of the government at the Kelurahan level, along with other government units including the Technical Implementation Unit, should cooperate and coordinate in all sectors by empowering the community, thereby creating a just, prosperous, and prosperous society.<em></em></p></td></tr></tbody></table>

Implementation of Policies in Career Development of PNS in West Sumbawa District, West Nusa Tenggara Province Based on Law Number 5 of 2014

This research aims to analyze policy implementation in career development for civil servants in West Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Based on Law Number 5 of 2014, the research method used is an empirical research method with a statutory study approach and a conceptual and sociological approach. The data analysis used is the method of statutory interpretation and authentic interpretation, as well as field data. The results of this research are expected. The specific target to be achieved is the protection of the rights of civil servants in career development so that they become independent and professional civil servants and free from the influence of political interests. As mandated in Law Number 5 of 2014, civil servants must be neutral. Supervision carried out by the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) is carried out continuously in stages. Therefore, KASN must be present in every provincial capital to reduce injustice towards ASN in districts/cities.

The Theological Message of the Opening Vision of Isaiah 6

The main objective of our present study is to underline the theological feature of Isaiah's first vision (Is 6). In the first part, the author presents some isagogic directions concerning The Book of Isaiah and its early vision. In the second part of our study, the vision from Is 6 is analysed more theologically, covering topics such as angelology, eschatology, divine glory and the prophet's ministry. The author suggests that the earthly world and the heavenly one should be viewed in a more connected way, even as a unity (this being possible only from a liturgical perspective). Is 6:9-13 contains not only the announcement of God's justice but also the promise of recompense; in Is 6, the glory of God is closely connected to the Temple from Jerusalem and the Temple emptied by the glory of God, the punishment of Israel is envisaged. Even thou God's punishment was imminent, and the prophet Isaiah was sent to “make the heart of this people dull” (Is 6:10) he never ceases to urge the people of Israel to repentance. The study concludes by highlighting the perennial character of Isaiah's revealed words. All four gospels of the New Testament connect Jesus's saying by referring at least once to Is 6:9 (Mt 13:14; Mk 4:12; Lk 8:10; Jn 12:40). This verse is also used by Paul the Apostle regarding the Jews from Rome (Acts 28:25-26). Having studied both Romanian and Western literature, the author's interpretation is characterised by historical, literary and symbolic perspectives; the goal being spiritual enrichment from the presented text.

Graphic Novel Adaptation as a Subgenre (Franco- and Anglophone Texts)

The objective of this study is to define the graphic novel adaptation as a distinct subgenre of the graphic novel and to develop a cohesive methodology for its examination. The research material comprises Franco- and Anglophone graphic novel adaptations published since the early 2000s. It is noted that this subgenre has become one of the most popular forms of mass literature, characteristic of the twenty-first century as an era of visual culture. Based on a review of theoretical studies, the fundamental characteristics of graphic novel adaptations are articulated. An analysis of works from the past decade demonstrates the evolution of the subgenre under consideration. Specifically, it is observed that (1) the original narrative line is modified through the incorporation of themes and issues relevant to twenty-first-century individuals; (2) there is an increased complexity in character development, structure, and chronotope; (3) a philosophical dimension is foregrounded. It is shown that graphic novel adaptations can be categorized into two types based on target audience: mass (“low brow”) and intellectual (“high brow”). The “low brow” type primarily aims to popularize the reading of classic texts, while the “high brow” type represents an authorial interpretation of a well-known literary work. The intellectual form (“high brow”) has become increasingly prevalent since the 2010s.

О НЕКОТОРЫХ ВОПРОСАХ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ПОНЯТИЯ «САНКЦИЯ» В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ЮРИДИЧЕСКОЙ НАУКЕ

The article examines the retrospective and modern aspects of the definition of sanctions in interna-tional law, characterizes various types of sanctions, including international political and economic sanctions. The author's interpretation of the definition of international sanctions is proposed, taking into account the modern realities of world politics, describes the mechanism for analyzing interna-tional sanctions, using the example of sanctions that have been in force and are in force against Iraq, Iran and Cuba, their consequences and countermeasures. The article also examines the issues of expediency and fairness of unilateral sanctions, analyzes countermeasures (retaliatory measures) that a state can apply in response to international legal violations of another State.

МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД К АНАЛИЗУ МНОГОАСПЕКТНОСТИ ВЛИЯНИЯ СТРЕССОВЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ НА УРОВЕНЬ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ СУБЪЕКТОВ ТАБАЧНОЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ

The presented scientific article reveals the role of studying the comprehensive fea-tures of ensuring the economic security of business structures, taking into ac-count modern stressful situations. The examples of the impact of international processes on the economic security of companies are presented. Groups of risks have been identified for tobacco industry enterprises (legislative, social, econom-ic, technological and environmental), which can lead to stressful events that lead to an imbalance in their economic security system. The author's interpretation of the term "stressful event in business" is presented and the author's approach to the formation of a register of stressful situations in the system of economic securi-ty of tobacco industry enterprises is revealed. Special attention is paid to the main stages of the author's method of analyzing the multidimensional impact of stressful situations on the level of economic safety of a tobacco industry enter-prise, based on a point-based assessment of the desired parameters. The ad-vantage of the proposed toolkit is the ability to demonstrate the calculated values obtained in the matrix of stressful events, which will allow them to be divided in-to appropriate groups for subsequent analysis, application of mechanisms and methods of regulatory action

Spatial deprivation of children with autism spectrum disorders in the arctic city

The inclusion of children with autism spectrum disorders in society is an urgent social task that, due to its complexity, requires new perspectives of scientific research for the sound regulation of inclusive processes. The problem of the study was determined by the contradiction between the social significance of the development of inclusion and the risks of including children with ASD in the urban space existing in the Arctic city. We have introduced the category of spatial deprivation of children with autism spectrum disorders into the research field, and proposed its author's interpretation. The empirical study was aimed at identifying the state of inclusion of children with ASD in the space of the Arctic city. The results of the study showed their significant spatial deprivation in the Arctic city. It manifests itself in relation to public, semi-public spaces, spaces for movement, expressed both in their insufficient accessibility and in a significant limitation of forms of development. The conclusion is made about the low social status of children with ASD in the Arctic city, as well as about the presence of obstacles to their realization of their universal needs. This situation is mainly determined by socio-psychological and organizational factors and objectifies the difficulties of developing inclusive processes.

Enterprise digital maturity: diagnostic and assessment techniquese

The purpose of this article is to analyze the existing indicators of digital maturity that are used to assess the level of digital transformation in an enterprise, a group of enterprises, or sectors of the economy. It also aims to assess the possibility of using these indicators and determine the optimal model, index, or system that can be recommended for industrial enterprises. The article presents domestic and foreign approaches to understanding the terms “digital transformation” and “digital maturity”. The author's interpretation of these concepts is presented, as well as the government initiatives that currently exist in the Russian Federation to diagnose the level of digital maturity and manage the digital transformation process. The national strategy and policy for the digital transformation of industry are described, along with the mechanism for implementing them. A number of modern approaches to assessing digital maturity have been evaluated: the consulting companies Ernst & Young and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, the MIT Center for Digital Business, and the World Economic Forum. This paper presents models for assessing the digital maturity of companies and industries, describing the main structural elements of these models, and characterizing the prospects for their practical application by Russian industry. Special attention is paid to the World Economic Forum's digital maturity assessment model, SIRI.

Study on the Path of Enabling High-quality Agricultural Development in Anhui Province with New Quality Productivity

With the continuous progress of science, technology and society, new quality productivity is gradually becoming a strong support and internal driving force for high-quality development of agriculture, which is of great significance for transforming traditional agriculture and promoting agriculture to intelligent, low-carbon and modern transformation. With its "new" and "quality" as the fundamental, new quality productivity has the characteristics of high-tech, high efficiency, high quality, etc., and has a strong leading role in the all-round transformation of traditional agriculture. On the basis of reviewing the literature related to the new quality productivity and the agricultural development of Anhui province, this paper first put forward the author's interpretation of the connotation of new quality productivity, and then analyzed the conditions of Anhui province's transformation from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province. On this basis, it explored the path of enabling the high-quality agricultural development of Anhui province by new quality productivity. Finally, it is concluded that in order to achieve this goal, we must strictly implement the new development concept and promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to the direction of wisdom, ecology and industrialization.

Элементы метамодернистской категории «глубина» в романе Х. Мантел «Введите обвиняемых»

The purpose of this study is to identify the features of the implementation of the elements of the "depth" category of metamodern in the modern historical novel by British writer H. Mantel "Bring Up the Bodies". The paper presents aspects of the theory of architectonics of metamodern poetics, which make it possible to justify the use of the concept of "depth" as its separate category. The authors have formulated a list of the main elements of the category. The results of the analysis of their author's interpretation in the modern British historical novel are presented. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the authors for the first time considered the concept of "depth" of the metamodern in relation to the field of literary criticism, and also for the first time analyzed the historical novel in the context of the theory of metamodernism. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that the category of "depth" of the meta-modern is used by H. Mantel in the form of a number of techniques that help the author create a sense of the reader's presence in the mind of the protagonist in order to achieve a deep immersion of the audience into the atmosphere of the reconstructed era of 16th-century England.

This paper aims to reveal the paradigm in fostering public awareness in democracy, the extent and form of plurality and democracy of Indonesian society in the future. Discusses the concept of the Sila Kerakyatan as the basis for the Indonesian political system led by wisdom in deliberation and representation, and its implications for the level of voter participation in the electoral process. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach that provides an overview of problem solving based on critical analysis and the author's interpretation, based on literature that the author gets from various sources and references. The findings obtained Growing public awareness in instilling democratic values, can be done by (a) Opening a democratic class this program aims to introduce, foster habituation to democracy. Education of democratic awareness from an early age can and must continue to be carried out by various groups, the essence of democracy at the individual level is internalized, so efforts to uphold democracy in structural and cultural currents can be realized. Theoretical study of regional potential, its essence and components

The complex of all types of resources, capabilities and characteristics that are inherent in a particular geographical area or region is a regional potential. It covers various aspects that can affect the development and well-being of a given territorial entity in economic, social and environmental terms. It is possible to achieve effective use of the region's potential only by carrying out scientifically based actions to modify regional economic systems. The article identifies approaches to the concept of the term "regional potential" and gives the author's interpretation, considers the components of regional potential, reveals the role of regional potential in ensuring the conditions for the stability of regional economic systems.

Интенсификация взросления детей, интегрированных в спортивную сферу деятельности, как социальное явление

The paper analyzes the problem of accelerated maturation of children-athletes with reference to the theories of socialization and constructing their own maturation. To study the stated problem the theoretical and applied works of the researchers N. V. Veselkova and E. V. Pryamikova, aimed at revealing the social nature of the maturation competence, as well as two author's sociological researches were used. The first is "Longevity in sports of highest achievements", which was carried out by the method of questionnaire survey of high-class athletes (n = 400 people). The second is "Temporality as a factor of intensification of growing up", conducted by the method of focus-group of veteran athletes (n = 17 people) was realized at the Department of General Sociology and Social Work of National Research Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod in 2023. The object of the study is the process of accelerated maturation of children integrated into the sphere of sports activities. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors contributing to the intensification of the process of growing up of children-athletes. As a result, the author's interpretation of the concept of "accelerated maturation" of child athletes is proposed. The system of factors contributing to the accelerated maturation of this category of population is revealed: individualization and autonomy of the subject, temporality of sports space, enhanced social mobility of children in the field of sports, critical thinking, success of minors as a result of achievements in sports and recognition of their merits in society.

АУДИТ ОПОДАТКУВАННЯ В СИСТЕМІ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОГО ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО КОНТРОЛЮ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ: СУТЬ, ПРОБЛЕМИ, ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Introduction. Taxation audit is an independent check of the company's tax reporting for the purpose of confirming its authenticity and warning about additional payments to the budget in the form of taxes and fines that may be added by state control bodies in the future. Problem Statement. Today, the definitions of “taxation audit” and “tax audit” are not clearly defined in the economic literature, there is no clear model of taxation audit in the conditions of martial law. Purpose. To improve the categorical apparatus “taxation audit”, to analyze the place of taxation audit in the system of independent audit; to develop measures for improving the organization of its conduct. Methods. Theoretical approaches to the “taxation audit” category by various scientists, official data from the public report of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, results of the research work of the Department of Financial Analysis and Taxation of the State University of Trade and Economics were used. The methods used are: generalization, systematization, comparison, critical analysis, grouping, evaluation, coefficient analysis. Results. The results of research into the economic essence of “tax audit” are highlighted. The author's interpretation of the “tax audit” category is designed. An analysis of tax audit methods was carried out, a general model of taxation audit for small business enterprises was developed. Conclusions. The interpretation of “tax audit” proposed by the authors will make it possible to identify new criteria for distinguishing (detection) and classifying tax audits, thereby improving the provision of management decision-making, which will provide a greater probability of knowing the object.

The article offers the author's interpretation of the concept of "innovation activity on the basis of sustainable development". A scientific and methodological approach to the formation of a strategy for improving the innovation activity of enterprise on the basis of sustainable development has been developed and tested on the example of JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya", which includes the following stages: analysis of the status of innovation activity of industrial enterprises in the country, determination of the mission and goal of the strategy for improving the innovation activity of enterprise on the basis of sustainable development, selection and analysis of factors of internal and external environment that affect the efficiency of innovation activity of enterprises.
