The strengthening of the geopolitical confrontation between the United States on the one hand and Russia and China on the other, as well as the development of military technologies, makes it necessary for these States to improve its armed forces and how they can be used in future hostilities. The article describes how elements of the national armed forces of the United States, Russia and China reformed under the influence of new technologies in various spheres of military operations. The first part of the article describes the impact of concepts and military technologies on the development of the US armed forces. It examines the impact of the national defense Strategy (2019) and the "Army modernization strategy 2019: investing in the future" on improving the military organization of the United States, as well as the concepts of "network - centric war of the future" and "information war". Taking into account their influence on the US armed forces, the analysis of the improvement of its triad of strategic nuclear forces, the Pentagon's views on achieving superiority in outer space and the sequence of creating a global missile defense system also carried out. Further, changes in the types of US armed forces that occur under the influence of the latest technologies are considered. The second part of the article discusses the prospects for rearming the Russian Armed forces, including its nuclear triad and the development of high-precision hypersonic weapons in Russia. The analysis of technical re-equipment of the Land forces, Air and Space forces, and Navy forces, as well as the Rear of the Russian Armed Forces, carried out consistently. The problems of the program for the introduction of breakthrough technologies for the complete re-equipment of the Russian Armed Forces also analyzed. The third part of the article is devoted to the success and existing problems of re-equipment of the Chinese armed forces. In Conclusion, the author draws conclusions on the main directions of development of the armed forces of the United States, Russia and China under the influence of new technologies in various areas of military operations.
