Content Analysis Kitab “Nubdzatul Bayan” Sebagai Buku Ajar Akselerasi Maharah Qiraah Di Ponpes Nurul Jadid

The research departs from the existence of the accelerated book 'Nubdzatul Bayan' which is used as an acceleration book for Qiraah proficiency at the Nurul Jadid Situbondo Islamic boarding school. This book with 6 volumes of Qawaid Arabic science content has made several Islamic boarding school students able to read Arabic texts in a short time. This research will focus on dissecting the contents of the six volumes of this book with the analysis knife of Willian Francis Mackey's learning theory with four principles, namely Selection, Gradation, Presentation, and Presentation. The research method that the writer uses is literature studies with the primary data being the book. Secondary data was obtained from several research journals and books. The conclusion from the content analysis of this textbook provides information about the purpose of the textbook, as well as the use of this Nubdzatul Bayan book in accordance with its learning outcomes, namely as a Qiraah proficiency acceleration book. The material presented helps determine the relevance of the textbook with the desired learning objectives. This study also provides information about the quality of the presentation of material that is systematic, clear, and easily understood by students. In conclusion, the content analysis of this textbook provides useful information for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of textbooks as learning aids. Thus, the analysis of the contents of textbooks becomes important in selecting and using the appropriate textbooks in accordance with the goals and needs of the students' Qiraah proficiency acceleration

Kreatifitas Tutor Bimago Magetan Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Aktif (Maharatul Kitabah) Melalui Imla’

Pondok Modern Gontor applies a test system for prospective students. Imla' is one of the materials tested as a requirement to enter Gontor. Imla' is a method of learning to write Arabic, which is a branch of Arabic science in which it learns the procedures and rules for writing good and correct Arabic. In studying Imla', of course, a teacher or tutor who understands the rules of writing Arabic is needed. One of the tutoring institutions that is sensitive to the needs of prospective Gontor students is BIMAGO Magetan. BIMAGO Magetan includes Imla' material in its teaching materials, with the aim of providing insight to prospective Gontor students regarding Maharah Kitabah. Active Arabic learning is one of the superior materials at BIMAGO Magetan, considering the lack of understanding of prospective students regarding the rules for writing good and correct Arabic. In implementing active Arabic learning (Maharah Kitabah) through Imla', the creativity of a tutor is required. It is undeniable that the creativity of a tutor can increase students' learning motivation. The approach that will be used by researchers in conducting this research is a qualitative research approach that is carried out directly in the field. In this descriptive qualitative research, the data collected came from observations, interviews and the results of documentation in the field. The object of this study were 15 informants, consisting of Imla' teaching tutors, students of BIMAGO Magetan, heads of BIMAGO Magetan and prospective walisantri. The results of this study show that there are 4 creative tutors in active Arabic learning (Maharah Kitabah) through Imla', namely: (1) Conducting Zoning Tutors, (2) Using Puzzle Media, (3) Using the WA Application Video Call Feature, and (4) Create Short Videos.

The Manhaj of Book Al-'Ujalah fi Al-Ahadith Al-Musalsalah by Muhammad Yasin Al-Fadani

Sheikh Muhammad Yasin al-Fadani was a great Indonesian hadith scholar in the late 20th century. A scholar of Padang, West Sumatra who was born in Makkah and is famous in various parts of the world. The scholars recognized his knowledge by dubbing him as Musnid al-Dunya. He mastered various fields of Islamic science, especially regarding the science of hadith which focused on the sanad and matan of hadith. This research discusses the book of Al-'Ujalah fi Al-Ahadith Al-Musalsalah, one of the unique and rare written works, which is used as a source of reference for science, but there has been no research that focuses on this book to find out the method and content of the book's discussion. This research uses a combined method of character study and literature study, which aims to analyze the methodology he used both in the form of systematics and characteristics of writing the book "Al-'Ujalah fi Al-Ahadith Al-Musalsalah" as well as introducing his role and contribution during the study. The results of this study show that the book "Ujalah fi Al-Ahadith Al-Musalsalah" contains musalsal traditions with the most famous sanad network known by hadith scholars that are complete both in terms of sanad and matan, connected from one teacher to another, in the tradition of previous hadith scholars, up to the Prophet Muhammad. He then provides explanations and assessments of the musalsal traditions listed by several scholars as well as the authenticity of the traditions.

REINTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND ISLAM IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING IN URBAN MUSLIM COMMUNITIES

Science and Islam were originally one in the realm of the unity of existence (al-wahidat al-wujud) Allah SWT. Still, when humans accepted them, they became multi-fragmented because of the capacity of each human mind. Islamic education, which originates from the Qur'an and Hadiths contributes to integrating Science and Islam. For this reason, this article aimed to explore the implementation of the reintegration of Science and Islam in postgraduate Islamic education learning at one of the Islamic tertiary institutions in Jambi province, Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to explore and understand the participants' experiences. The data were derived from the results of semi-structured interviews and free interviews, which explain and convey explicit or implied meanings or symbols from the collected data related to the steps for implementing three categories, namely the conception of knowledge, approaches to implementing the reintegration of Science and Islam in Islamic education learning, and materials used. The data were processed and analyzed using domain analysis to obtain an overview of the implementation of Science and Islamic reintegration in Islamic education. The study results explain that the strategic steps for implementing the reintegration of Science and Islam in Islamic education learning have three main aspects: The conception of science in the reintegration of Science and Islam in learning must be carried out to have one perception and one vision. That is, all knowledge comes from one source, namely Allah SWT. An approach to faith is based on a solid monotheism by combining and explaining signs found in nature (Kauniyah verses) with signs learned in the Qur'an and Hadith (Kauliyah verses). The Material comes from Science and Islam, the Qur'an, and Hadiths. Science as a social science is developed and linked to Islamic Science, the Qur'an, and Hadiths which form the basis of its development.

Etika Profetik Santri; Resepsi Hadis Pada Tradisi Pendidikan Pesantren

Pesantren is a place for students to build good character and study Islamic sciences deeply. The Traditions enforced in Pesantren for many years have moral values inspired by the hadith of the Prophet. Phenomena like this is part of the study of living hadith, which is an effort to gain knowledge about the culture, thoughts, behavior and traditions of the people inspired by the hadith of the Prophet. This article explores the daily ethics of santri which has become a tradition at PP. Hidayatul Mubtadi'in, Lirboyo-Kediri. By using the methods of observation, interview, and documentation, the research found that there were four categories of santri behavior that reflected the living hadith and had become a tradition in PP Lirboyo: Worshiping, Moral, Social and Environment. Among these phenomena, some are recognized as living hadith and some are not aware that the tradition has prophetic value. Exploring the phenomenon of living hadith today is very necessary in order to know the methodology of Nusantara scholars in Hadith reception and applying it in the real life.

Konsep Dasar Masyarakat Dalam Persfektif Ibnu Khaldun

Ibn Khaldun was an Islamic scientist and scientist whose thoughts and ideas were considered reliable in his time. His ideas about society as outlined in his work entitled "Muqaddimah" can help in solving social problems. According to Ibn Khaldun, society is a group of people involved in worldly activities. It is a fundamental trait of human nature to form strong bonds. This study discusses the basic concept of society according to Ibn Khaldun's view. When collecting material, the author uses library research. That is, we collect information, whether in the form of books, journals or other forms, which are directly related to the author's research topic. This study obtains that the conclusion of society in the perspective of Ibn Khaldun is a group of people who contribute in carrying out their activities as movers on earth. Ibn Khaldun divides society into two main parts. First, the Bedouin community. Second, the city community, which has a lazy nature, settles down, develops. Between the two communities, conflicts often occur due to a sense of solidarity, economic factors, and political factors.

AL-QUR’AN, REALITAS, SAINTISME, DAN PERSOALAN FILSAFAT ILMU: SUATU TINJAUAN RINGKAS

Assuming that science alone could represent reality and the facts of the proclamation of nature, the materialistic paradigm that originated in the West divorced science from religion and viewed Islamic science as being opposed to relativity and the affirmation of transcendence. This research intends to demonstrate how the Qur'anic construction of reality serves as the foundation for the advancement of Islamic science. This study also highlights several issues brought about by Scientism's haughtiness, as well as by its own justifications and those of Muslim intellectuals. Researchers collected data utilizing descriptive analysis research methodologies from the Koran, hadith, and books using library research as the source. The results of this investigation demonstrate that scientism is an unscientific philosophy that is neither philosophically rational nor scientific. The paper also comes to the conclusion that natural science cannot be the exclusive means of understanding reality from the perspective of Islamic Science philosophy since methodology is intrinsically tied to the levels and diversity of existence as matter or data. According to epistemology, the interaction between the subject's (reviewer) and the object's faculties of science is the science's method and takes place during an intellectual process for the purpose of producing a science

Baliak ka Surau: an Action Research to Empower Masjid to Learn Islamic Science in Kampuang Sarugo

This KKNT activity aims to enlighten the public about the importance of mosques for Muslims and how to empower mosques as centers of Islamic community activities, especially as a means for tafaqquh (understanding) Islamic sciences. The method used in this community service activity is Participatory Action Research. Sarugo Village, Nagari Koto Tinggi, Gunuang Omeh District, Fifty Cities District, West Sumatra is the target of this year's STAI As-Sunnah KKNT activities. This place was chosen because, based on observations and interviews conducted with the people in the area, it was concluded that there were several mosques, but the number of Muslim people who had the awareness to prosper the mosques with worship activities was very minimal, this was due to the absence of preachers who provided enlightenment to the public about the importance of mosques for Muslims, and how to empower mosques as centers of Islamic community activities. KKNT activities are carried out for two weeks, from March 25 to April 9, 2023. The forms of activities carried out to achieve the above objectives are conducting Islamic study activities at mosques, reviving the role of mosque youth, visiting local communities at mosques by holding positive activities such as cooperation in mosques, breaking the fast together, and sticking up posters of Islamic knowledge, such as posters for ablution prayers, prayer posters for entering mosques, and so on. It was concluded that through these activities, Kampuang Sarugo's enthusiasm increased to come to worship at the Masjid and prosper the Masjid through other positive activities.

In this thesis, the author is looking for reading comprehension in teaching reading skill. The students understood the text only a little and most of them still feel thet studying the Arabic language is the most difficult of the lessons. And they obtained a result that did not reach the minimum standard for the obtained score. The purpose of the research is to explore the effectiveness of the reading method to improve the reading comprehension efficiency of the students at the Miftah Islamic Sciences School in Canduang, Agam. The author used experimental research to improve reading comprehension efficiency in teaching reading skill. The data collection method id observation and tests. To analyze the results of the research, the author used the T-test rule. She researched in two class, the experimen class and the control class. For the students in experimental class, the writer used the reading method in teaching the reading skill (reading comprehension). While in the discipline class, I did not aplly this method and taught the method of grammar and translation. The result of teaching reading comprehension among students in the eleventh semester after using this method. The everage result of the post-test in the experimental class is 88, as for the average result of the post-test in the control class,it is 75,16. The author found that result of the t-account is (8,600) and result of the table is (2,90), so the result of the t-account is greater than the t-table, the diffrerence between them means (5,7), and the author came to the conclusion that using the method of reading is effective to improve the comprehension of the reading comprehension among students at Miftah Islamic Sciences School in Cnduang, Agam.

ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION, PERIODIZATION, AND DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA AND SPAIN AND THEIR EFFECT ON WESTERN CIVILIZATION: A HISTORICAL REVIEW

This study aims to depict the Islam’s history of development and Islamic civilization from its propagation to the present. The descriptive qualitative research approach utilized in developing this study intends to describe the development and civilization of Islam. A literature review collects data from numerous sources such as books, journals, papers, articles, and electronic media such as the Internet. The writer also employs qualitative data analysis and the deductive writing style in this study. The findings show that some of the basics of Islamic civilization proposed by Prophet Muhammad that can be known; mosque building, forming the ukhuwah islamiyah, and building relationships between non-Muslims. Therefore, during this civilization, one of the famous scholars, Nourouzabad ash-Shiddiqi, states that the periods are committed to two periodizations; the classical period of Islam (650-1250), a period of Islamic progress, and a time of disintegration modern period of Islam (1800-today) is marked by the rise of Islam in politics, military, social, and cultural spheres and the revival of philosophical thinking among some of the Arab scientists.

Characterization of materials in the late 15th-century animal encyclopedia at an Ottoman Library and detection of deterioration products by HPLC–DAD

There are many manuscripts in institutions that preserve and exhibit cultural heritage such as museums, galleries, and libraries. These manuscripts are of great value because of their witnessing to the past and the historical and cultural significance they have accumulated. In addition to the organic nature and the natural aging of the paper, which is generally used as the primary carrier material in these objects, other materials used in the manuscripts are an obstacle to their preservation and reaching future generations. In this study, the 62-volume animal encyclopedia, which is known to be written in the name of animals, plants, and Islamic science at the end of the fifteenth century (1487–1501) and added to an Ottoman Library, was examined analytically. A total of 40 samples consisting of paper, ink, dye, and leather samples were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector (HPLC–DAD). After all, information on material characterization and deterioration product(s) was obtained. As a result of the analysis, vanillic acid, and its derivatives due to the natural aging of the paper and chrysophanic acid and its derivatives caused by fungi, which are the result of unfavorable environmental factors, were determined. It was concluded that the ink used in the manuscripts was iron-gall ink. In addition, it was determined that madder, weld, buckthorn, redwood, rhubarb, or dock plants were used as dyestuffs in paper and leather samples. Also, it was deduced that the leather samples were tanned with the vegetable tanning method using tannins. Since tannic acids were determined in the dyestuff analysis of three paper samples with ink, elemental analysis was performed on black ink by scanning an electron microscope with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDX). As a result of this analysis, the element of iron has been detected and it has been confirmed that the black ink is iron-gall ink. It is inevitable that this study will guide conservation experts in restoration and conservation studies.

THE DOWNSTREAMING OF LIBRARY RESEARCH IN THE DEVELOPMENT ISAMIC SCIENCE

This study aims to analyze and find out the detailed steps in the process and completion of library research and identify the scope of Islamic studies and opportunities for library research in the development of Islamic science. Utilization of this type of library research with an interpretation approach and using content analysis is an effort to achieve the two aims of this study. The results of this study indicate that there are six systematic steps in conducting library research, which are referred to as corner notes (1) determining the topic and specifying keywords; (2) records of search results and collection of information on topics based on keywords; (3) notes on determining the focus of the study, accompanied by problem identification, research objectives and significance; (4) inventory records of secondary and primary data based on research subjects and objects; (5) records of data presentation with the classification of themes and sub-themes of the findings of the data inventory; and (6) research report notes, which can be in the form of quotation notes. The object of study in order to downstream library research in the development of Islamic science is determined based on the discussion of the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the works of previous scholars during the heyday of Islam. The results of each study can actually provide a stimulus for follow-up research plans.

Interconnection and Separation: Medieval Perspectives on the Modern Problem of the “Global Middle Ages”

Abstact This article argues that “global” is both too vague and too misleading a term to help conceptualize the Middle Ages. It is used for too many diverse phenomena, and criticism of the term by modernists has not been taken on board. Instead of borrowing and distorting this concept to make it fit, we should look at the nature and range of both interconnection and separation in our period, and create concepts based on our source-material. The medieval evidence shows that through the narrow channels, through the segmented and broken-up chains of communication, knowledge and objects can still flow. Superficial similarities to modern connectivity (for example trade) may hide real divergence, such as the motivation for the spice trade, which was related to searching for earthly paradise. Remoteness and separation were seen and described by medieval authors, but in reality both separation and connection were more ambiguous phenomena. Limited interconnection between areas of the globe did not dampen universal aspirations for the spread of Christianity. Finally, the mechanism of declared Christian religious superiority contrasted with the way in which Christianity gobbled up other traditions, ingesting and transforming them in its own image, while refusing to acknowledge this incorporation. This creophagous attitude characterized Christian relations to Judaism, Arabic science and pagan philosophy: strong interconnection coexisted with explicitly stated separateness.

Muînüddin Çiştî'nin Hint Yarımadası’ndaki Tasavvufi Etkilerine Dair Bir Değerlendirme: Çiştiyye Tarikatı Örneği

This article aimed to analyse the life and works of Mu'in al-Din Ḥasan Ibn Sayyid Giyaseddin as- Sijzī al-Chishti (d. 633/1236) as well as the effects of the Chishti Tariqa of which he was the founder, in the Indian Subcontinent. The importance and effects of Chishti Tariqa, the first and largest sect of India, in the spread of Islam and the construction of the basic structure of Islamic civilisation and culture are mentioned. The Chishti Tariqa emerged around 930 CE in Chishti, a small town near Herat, Afghanistan, and this tariqa got its name from its founder Mu'in al-Din Chishti. The essential condition of the Chishti Tariqa is a life in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunnah, that is, following the Sharia. According to Mu'in al-Din Chishti, Sufism without Sharia is superstitious. People who follow the path of Sufism without following the Shari'a cannot enjoy spiritual life in any way. Mu'in al-Din Chishti settled the Chishti order in Lahore and Ajmer in India in the middle of the 12th century. Mu'in al-Din Chishti is among the most well-known scholars, thinkers and sufis in the Indian subcontinent. In addition, Mu'in al-Din Chishti has a distinguished personality in social life. He saw the religious life as a service to the creatures and inculcated his followers to be in the social life and to serve the creatures. For this reason, he considered meeting the needs of the needy and feeding the hungry as a requirement of obedience to Allah and never neglected this. Due to his influence in India, Mu'in al-Din Chishti was given titles such as "Merciful to the Poor, Sun of India and Spiritual Sultan of India". He first stayed in Bukhara and Samarkand for a while for his education and then went to Baghdad. Mu'in al-Din Chishti also visited many important Islamic science centres of the period, such as Damascus, Mecca, Medina, Hamadan, Tabriz, Herat, Nishapur, Isfahan, Gorgan, Sabzevar, Balkh, and came to Lahore in India via Ghazni. Mu'in al-Din Chishti was also an influential Islamic scholar who devoted himself to the spread of Islam. Due to his invitation, many people accepted Islam in groups. The rulers of the period were disturbed due to the increasing number of Mu'in al-Din Chishti's influence circle and the people around him. The Hindu Raja, the king of the period, who thought his authority would be in danger, started to persecute Mu'in al-Din Chishti and his followers in various ways. However, Mu'in al-Din's influence on the people increased continuously despite all these problems. According to historical records, approximately nine million non-Muslims became Muslims in India under the influence of Mu'in al-Din Chishti. The study aimed to delineate Mu'in al-Din Chishti's life, scientific personality, works, influences and sect, lineage, mystical views, his travels for science, the Islamic scholars he met during his travels and learned knowledge, and his societal influences. Chishti's sufi doctrines were discussed through essential concepts in his works and the sect's method. In addition, the article also described the relations of Chishti with the rulers of his own time, the difficulties he encountered during his guidance of the people, and the reasons for these difficulties.

The Integration of One-Stop Integrated Service Policy in the Religious Judicial System in Indonesia

This study aims to depict the problems faced in the implementation of a one-stop integrated service policy in the religious judicial system. Data were also obtained through direct interviews from a number of informants, mainly the judges of the provincial and district High Religious Courts (Pengadilan Tinggi Agama) and (Pengadilan Agama). This study finds out that competence of judges in religious courts was minimal, and their selection requirements were laxer, as there were no special criteria for studying Islamic sciences. Consequently, judges preferring decisions on material laws over Islamic precepts. Therefore, judges’ decisions in establishing regulations tend to be fixed on material laws, which is evident in cases such as, divorce lawsuits.

Echoing Arabic Language: Applying the Advantages of Internet-Based Arabic Language Instruction in Digital Era

Arabic is one of the world languages that has complex value. It has been spoken by previous Islamic scientists. As time goes by, the digital era brings changes to the learning process of Arabic. With the sophistication of technology, the internet has an important role in the process of learning Arabic in the digital era. The method used in this study using is the Quantitative Approach and a Descriptive Approach Through Literature Study. Supported by conducting a survey of respondents related to the urgency of learning Arabic in the digital age. The results of this finding that the concept of learning Arabic based on internet has a very important value. This can be viewed from the values of contextual value excellence with the learning of e-learning as in the cup of motivation, orientation, material, strategy, and media. Supported by teacher participation in understanding good strategies and learning methods that can be taught to students. So this article aims to find out the value of the excellence of the internet in the Arabic learning process in the digital age.

Public Speaking Training For Students of International Class Program State Islamic University Walisongo to Improve The Ability of Maharah Kalam

Productive competence in language are important things in upgrading the quality of language and developing it in terms of skills. Based on interview, the students in the International Class Program (ICP) at State Islamic University of Walisongo have not attained proficiency in speaking and they need special training related to that skill. The ICP consists of 3 departments: the Department of Arabic Teaching, the Department of English Teaching, and the Department of Islamic Sciences Teaching for the fifth and third levels, with total of 114 students. Public Speaking Training passed on 3 waves of the subject,1.Public Speaking Skills and Tips, 2.Overcoming fear of Public Speaking, 3.Improve your public speaking. This research is qualitative descriptive research, in terms of public speaking training for students in ICP. The data collection method used is observation, documentation and testing with the YouTube video tool. Analyzing data with inductive qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman's theory depending on the continuous steps are data collection, data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The objectives of the research are: A- How to implement public speaking training for students in the ICP? B- How is the speaking skill of students through the final exam after public speaking training? The result of the research is that the application of public speaking training in this university through experts in three classes, and that public speaking training has an important function to upgrade the competencies in the speaking skill of students in ICP at State Islamic University of Walisongo, Semarang

Political Approach In Islamic Studies

This research aims to to know and understand the meaning of etymology, terminology and characteristics or concrete manifestations of the political approach in Islamic studies, to understand and find out what are the factors that cause the existence of this political approach so that it is used in studying Islamic studies, and to find out and understand what are the academic implications that arise from using this political approach in understanding Islamic studies. This article is written based on the type of literature research with primary data in the form of 30 main references which are divided into 3 material objects to be studied. The research results show that: 1) As a method used in studying Islam in depth, the political approach is always related to the benefit of the people and humans. This shows that politics is not always negative. 2) The existence of a political approach is influenced by several factors. The existence of similarities in the object of study makes Islam deepen through this method. However, it cannot be denied that the differences in the views of the ulama' on the relationship between Islam and politics are also a factor that hinders its existence. 3) A political approach can have a positive impact in the form of several leadership and government lessons that can be applied from the time of the Prophet to his successors caliphs. The existence of a field of Islamic science that specifically discusses government can also be useful for a leader of the people.

The Dynamics of Islamic Science in Developing the Madrasah Diniyah Curriculum

The article aimed to explore the dynamic of curriculum development of some madrasah diniyahs in Central Java, Indonesia. It focused on the genealogy of Islamic science and the sociocultural context of the curriculum within perspectives of education, sociology, and Islamic studies. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation techniques and applied model of Miles and Huberman model. It finally found that each survived madrasah diniyah has a specific model for developing and implementing a curriculum based on its Islamic science genealogy and sociocultural background. The curriculum was designed pragmatically and conservatively. However, it was developed adaptively to respond to sociocultural changes in society. The curriculum was designed conservatively by adopting traditional Islamic scholarship developed by most madrasah diniyyah. It was implemented pragmatically by adopting teaching materials from existing printed books, simple works of teachers, and teachers' spontaneous creativity in teaching. The curriculum was developed adaptively by responding to sociocultural changes in society. Reductions and additions were made to learning materials according to student needs, reduced study hours, and some classes were held at night. In principle, the madrasah diniyyah's curriculum provides added value and complements the learning of Islamic Religious Education in formal schools. GRAMMATICALIZATION AT GRAMMARIANS BETWEEN MIND AND CONNOTATION

The phrase "reasonably transposed" was based on an idea that governed the consideration of the grammatical curriculum, consolidated its milestone, contributed to the construction of its theoretical structure and shared its agreed pillars and its different issues. The scholar has long interrupted scientists' hearings and arguments between victory to reason or confusion to transport. As Arabic as the rest of Islamic civilization, it was the founding text. It is the Holy Qur 'an, the focus of which is the same text that necessitates the presence of the mind or its absence. The statement of compassion, the understanding of the meaning and the elaboration of the provisions invokes consideration and reversal of its faces in the jurisprudence of the text. It started in an environment that was teeming with different thoughts. I raced to collect texts and competed to understand them, and I preferred the ability to infer them. and, in so doing, on the pretext of the text as a constant transfer or arbitration of reason, And operating it with it, it's no wonder that we find the characteristic of transport and mind that is just behind all the Islamic sciences. Indeed, the reflection of Islamic thought over its long history has remained dependent on the deep duplication between these two neighbours; The jelly of transport or the legitimate text, or the organ of mind or mental reasoning This intellectual and methodological dichotomy has taken root since the beginning of the age of codification, and we find preconditions before that for its association with the notion of "legitimate jurisprudence." The first research included grammatical assessment and the principles underlying it. The second examined the difference in grammatical extrapolation. The third examined grammatical curricula and then concluded the research with a list of sources and references.
