Abstract

The phrase "reasonably transposed" was based on an idea that governed the consideration of the grammatical curriculum, consolidated its milestone, contributed to the construction of its theoretical structure and shared its agreed pillars and its different issues. The Arabic version of the previous idea is not Shard of the nature of the two-minded and semantic science over the course of human thought. The scholar has long interrupted scientists' hearings and arguments between victory to reason or confusion to transport. As Arabic as the rest of Islamic civilization, it was the founding text. It is the Holy Qur 'an, the focus of which is the same text that necessitates the presence of the mind or its absence. The statement of compassion, the understanding of the meaning and the elaboration of the provisions invokes consideration and reversal of its faces in the jurisprudence of the text. It started in an environment that was teeming with different thoughts. I raced to collect texts and competed to understand them, and I preferred the ability to infer them. and, in so doing, on the pretext of the text as a constant transfer or arbitration of reason, And operating it with it, it's no wonder that we find the characteristic of transport and mind that is just behind all the Islamic sciences. Indeed, the reflection of Islamic thought over its long history has remained dependent on the deep duplication between these two neighbours; The jelly of transport or the legitimate text, or the organ of mind or mental reasoning This intellectual and methodological dichotomy has taken root since the beginning of the age of codification, and we find preconditions before that for its association with the notion of "legitimate jurisprudence." The first research included grammatical assessment and the principles underlying it. The second examined the difference in grammatical extrapolation. The third examined grammatical curricula and then concluded the research with a list of sources and references.
