SIAPIK: TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL SEBAGAI BASIS PENCATATATAN INFORMASI KEUANGAN UMKM DI IBU KOTA NUSANTARA (IKN)

The aim of this research is to assess the readiness to adopt the SIAPIK application as a digital financial recording technology for MSMEs in IKN. This research method is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The research was conducted in Kab. Penajam Paser Utara and Kab. Kutai Kartanegara which covers all MSMEs in the IKN area. The number of samples used was 2,456 MSMEs. Sample collection used interviews and the SIAPIK application installation and testing method. Based on the results of Canvas Business Modeling, it is known that Fish Crackers (milkfish amplang) have great potential to develop because of the unique raw materials and the IKN area will become the center of the country's capital and tourism. Apart from that, the readiness of MSMEs in the IKN area to adopt the SIAPIK application is not yet optimal because only 3.06% of business actors use this application to record business finances. The results of installation and testing show that business actors face challenges in using the SIAPIK application, this is due to the lack of accounting knowledge and the difficulty of using the SIAPIK application.

Desain UI/UX Aplikasi SEWA Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

Stunting in toddlers is a child problem that is still a concern for the government. The government has implemented various policies in an effort to reduce cases of stunting under five in Indonesia. In line with increasingly advanced and rapid technological developments, this study aims to design the UI/UX of an early stunting detection application for toddlers to help posyandu cadres measure and detect early cases of stunting and malnutrition in toddlers. The research method used in UI/UX development is the Design Thinking method. While the application testing method uses the SEQ method. The results of usability testing use the SEQ method with a total of 6 respondents consisting of officers and parents, obtaining a SEQ value of 6.26. The test results above 5.5 mean that this application is easy to use and can provide solutions to existing problems. The Design thinking method is proven to be able to produce a good interface according to user needs.Keywords: UI/UX; User Interface; User Experience; Design Thinking; SEQ.

Resistance frequency selection surface framed reflector antenna for 5G OTA measurement

AbstractIndirect far field (IFF) over‐the‐air (OTA) test could be one of the most applicable test methods for 5G mmWave devices. The compact antenna test range (CATR) method has been introduced to the OTA test by 3GPP. Conventional metallic parabolic reflectors without edge treatment can lead to serious edge diffraction which results in high noise and low accuracy. The serrated reflector improves edge diffraction but performs poorly at low frequencies. Reflector antenna with a resistance frequency selection surface (RFSS) frame is proposed for 5G OTA CATR measurement at millimeter frequency, which collimates spherical incident waves into quasi‐plane waves in a relatively short distance, thus forming a quiet zone (QZ) in which large devices under test can be measured in small chamber. In this paper, the reflector with RFSS is investigated through the numerical and experimental methods, it is found that serrated RFSS frame with low edge diffraction could achieve the excellent QZ, which could be helpful in miniaturing CATR chambers for 5G OTA measurement.

Hijaiyah letter learning media application with the Android-based Bugis language method

Children or parents need to understand hijaiyah letters more quickly, and we can see this from the many children and parents who do not understand the correct pronunciation of hijaiyah letters, especially for the Bugis community in South Sulawesi. For the Bugis community who want to learn to recognize hijaiyah letters correctly, anywhere and anytime, without having to think about coming to the recitation area or waiting for the recitation teacher to come to their house. Therefore, research was carried out by making an Android-based Buginese language learning media application with the aim of making it easier for dominant users to understand more about using the Bugis language so they can learn hijaiyah letters. The research method used is observation, literature, documentation and interviews. This application analysis and design tool uses the HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Apache Cordova programming languages ​​as the framework. While the application testing method is divided into two, namely BlackBox to test the functional application according to the algorithm and Whitebox to find out the logic of thinking according to the application flowchart. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for someone to learn hijaiyah letters, a Bugis version is also available so that it makes it easier to understand hijaiyah letters, especially for the Bugis people.

A Review of Key Factors Affecting the Wear Performance of Medium Manganese Steels

In recent years, medium manganese steels (MMSs) have garnered increased attention and interest due to their relatively low cost and superior combination properties compared to other steels. In particular, MMSs have been recognised as ideal wear-resistant materials employed in the mining industry. However, the studies on their wear performance have a lack of systematic documentation. This review provides an extensive overview of recent advances in the wear performance of MMSs, starting from discussions on applicable wear testing methods and typical wear testing results, followed by a further discussion on the wear mechanisms of MMSs based on five wear characteristics, including abrasive wear, adhesive wear, corrosive wear, fatigue wear and impact wear. The effects of hardness and hardened layers on the wear mechanisms are also discussed. Finally, the influence of phase constitution and microstructure on the wear performance of MMSs are comprehensively elaborated in terms of transformation induced plasticity (TRIP), twinning induced plasticity (TWIP), alloy elements and heat treatment. The key factors that affect the wear performance of MMSs include the elemental composition in MMSs and the phase transformation occurred during TRIP and TWIP as well as various heat treatment processes. The current review of key factors affecting the wear performance of MMSs sheds some light on new strategies to enhance the service performance and longevity of wear resistant steels in various engineering applications.

Research on Application Testing Method Based on Test Script

This project provides a research on application testing method based on test script, especially relating to the technical field of big data. The method includes: according to a preset interface document, obtaining the environment information, field information and field standard information corresponding to the field information of the tested application; Filling the environmental information, field information and field standard information corresponding to the field information into a preset test script template to obtain a test script; Running the test script to perform the application test. This project can automatically generate test scripts based on the current interface documents, thus improving the speed and accuracy of generating test scripts, and further improving the efficiency of the overall application test.

Development of an integrated duty cycle test method to assess cordwood stove performance

ABSTRACT The US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for Residential Wood Heaters (RWH) require certification emission testing of prototype appliances. In 2015, EPA revised those standards to further reduce particulate matter emissions from this critical source. However, to achieve that goal, lower emissions measured in certification tests must reflect lower emissions when the appliance is operated in homes. Woodstove certification tests have used either the Federal Reference Method (FRM), a crib wood method, or a cordwood testing method developed by ASTM International that was designated as a broadly applicable Alternative Test Method (ATM) by the EPA until December 2021, when that status was revoked. There is broad agreement that the FRM and ASTM procedures do not simulate typical fueling and operating of wood stoves in the field, raising questions about the efficacy of the current program. Effective emission reduction efforts require robust, accurate, and reproducible test methods. With input from a range of stakeholders, the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM) developed the Integrated Duty Cycle Test Method for Certification of Wood-Fired Stoves Using Cordwood (IDC), a cordwood testing protocol designed to improve the efficacy of residential wood heater certification testing. That method was approved by EPA as a broadly applicable ATM in 2021. IDC test runs assess appliance performance under a range of operating and fueling conditions representative of typical consumer use patterns. Unlike previous test methods, the IDC protocol requires three replicate runs to assess appliance performance variability. Including variable fueling and operating conditions, along with the requirement for replicates runs, will increase the effectiveness of certification testing and promote the development of improved wood stove technology. This paper reports on experiments conducted to develop and test the IDC method. Implications: Residential wood heating is one of the largest sources of primary particulate matter pollution nationwide. EPA’s New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) establish emission limits for this source category and require certification testing of prototype wood appliances to demonstrate compliance with those limits. However, the operating and fueling requirements in NSPS compliance testing protocols do not represent typical conditions in the field. We developed a new testing approach, the Integrated-Duty Cycle (IDC) Test Method, to address the shortcomings of current certification test approaches. The IDC procedure for cordwood stoves, which was approved by EPA as a broadly applicable alternative test method in 2021, assesses appliance operations over various operating and fueling conditions representing typical consumer use patterns in an integrated run and requires three replicate runs to enable the assessment of variability in stove performance. Stoves certified with this method will be equipped to meet the NSPS limits consistently in field operation.

Detection of Residual Flocculant Concentrations in Construction Stormwater Runoff

Flocculants provide an innovative solution for managing construction stormwater runoff with their efficiency in reducing turbidity in the effluent. With proper application and dosage, these chemicals improve the performance of sediment control practices in capturing fine-sized soil particles. Flocculants function by providing electromagnetic charges to attract soil particles into large molecular bridges of flocs. Following this process, suspended particle removal can be achieved through gravitational forces. Despite the benefits of using flocculants, their implementation may create a potential risk of polluting downstream waterbodies and harming aquatic life in case of a high residual concentration in discharge. Determining residual concentrations is challenging for practitioners because of a lack of field applicable testing methods that work across a variety of flocculant types. This study developed a field applicable methodology for detecting residual flocculant concentrations by using settling velocity as an identifier of flocculant concentration. In total, 14 products comprised of polyacrylamide, sodium montmorillonite, chitosan, agricultural gypsum, and alum-based products were evaluated. Known flocculant concentrations ranging from 0% to 30% of the manufacturer’s recommended dosage, were mixed with a fine soil passing through No. 200 sieve and allowed to settle in a graduated cylinder to record the settling velocity. Regression analysis was conducted on the experimental data to develop concentration versus settling velocity relationships which indicated that more than 90% of known concentration values are dependent on the settling velocity. The study provides a framework for practitioners to identify residual flocculant concentrations in field conditions by relating settling velocity with chemical concentrations.

Development and Validation of a Physiological Testing Method for Sternal Closure Systems

Abstract After a median sternotomy, the sternum has to be refixated using implants such as wires, plates, or clamps. However, there is still a lack of specifically applicable test methods to investigate the mechanical safety and effectiveness of such implant systems. The aim of this study was to develop a new test method that replicates the in vivo loads acting on the sternum and that is applicable to all types of sternal closure systems. Based on the scientific literature, a setup was developed that incorporates the physiological loads acting on the sternum during breathing (91 N) and coughing (328 N). These loads are applied to a sternum replicate at 5 Hz for approximately 1.8 × 106 cycles. This cycle number is assumed to represent the healing period. For validation, the new method was applied to two different sternal closure systems: a PEEK clamp system and wires. The new test method proved to be easily applicable. The validation tests with the two sternal closure systems showed reasonable and reproducible results regarding all outcome parameters. The pretension exerted by the implants significantly differed between the two implant groups and decreased after the first coughing cycles. The fracture gap separation during breathing also significantly different between the two test groups, but it was similar during coughing. No implant failed. Using this new test method, it is possible to compare sternal closure systems under reproducible, in vivo-based conditions and interpret their mechanical characteristics regarding their clinical safety and effectiveness.

Design And Build A Web-Based Asset Management Information System at Pt Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network

Asset management is a series of activities related to identify the assets needed, identify the need for funds, acquire assets, provide logistics and maintenance support systems for assets, delete or update assets so that the objectives are effectively and efficient. At PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network data collection for each IT asset companies in the form of laptops, servers, network devices and peripheral devices others are done manually using Microsoft Excel. But sometimes, IT staff forgot to update data such as data on the expiration of the asset warranty period and transfer of ownership of assets, as well as marking on assets still using stickers handwritten manually. Through this research, the author aims to designing and implementing a management information systemweb-based IT assets at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network. Which method used in this study include interviews, observations and studies References. The analytical method used is the PIECES method and the design method The system created is described by the UML (Unified Modeling) method Language), for application development will use the SDLC method with the Xtreme Programming model, as well as the application testing method, namely the Black Box. The final result of this research is an IT asset management system web-based programming language built with HTML and Javascript, with MariaDB as the DBMS and using Laravel and Bootstrap as a framework of PHP and CSS. It is hoped that with this application, IT asset management process at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network can be run more effectively, organized and more efficiently.

Application of The Multiple Intelligent Level Determination for Interest and Talent Development

This research focused on making applications to determine the dominant multiple intelligences. Everyone has eight different intelligences that reflect different ways of interacting with the world. The dominant multiple intelligence needs to be known so that the child's growth and development is in accordance with his or her talents and interests. Therefore, it is necessary to make an application with tools that have been tested by experts, which can determine the level of intelligence so that the potential of children can be developed. This application was created using the extreme Programming software development method. The reasons for the choice of this method were because the resources to create the application were readily available, the programming was conducted by a small team, and the application development time was short. This application used the PHP and MySQL by displaying a list of 24 questions that had to be filled out by the users. The application testing method used black box testing. The accuracy of the application was 100% from 150 respondents who used this application. The output of this application is a sequence of multiple intelligences owned by users ranging from linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, spatial, kinaesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal abilities, and naturalist.

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI UTS IN ME BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN FLUTTER DENGAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Sumbawa University of Technology or commonly abbreviated as UTS is one of the campuses in Indonesia that is able to take advantage of technological advances, one of which is in the field of Information Technology. Every year UTS accepts hundreds to thousands of new student candidates. Every time the UTS RESPEK event is held, on the first day the committee will distribute booklets to prospective new students who take part in the activity. The budget for printing the booklet is very large, amounting to 30 million rupiah. This study aims to digitize the contents of the booklet in order to minimize the budget. This research uses a mixed approach, and the software development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) RAD (Rapid Application Development) model and the beta testing application testing method. The modeling process uses an object-oriented approach and utilizes UML as a tool for application development. The conclusion of this study is to produce an Android-Based UTS IN ME Application that is able to make it easier for students to access basic information about the Sumbawa University of Technology campus.

Classifying crowdsourced mobile test reports with image features: An empirical study

Crowdsourced testing has become a popular mobile application testing method, and it is capable of simulating real usage scenarios and detecting various bugs with a large workforce. However, inspecting and classifying the overwhelming number of crowdsourced test reports has become a time-consuming yet inevitable task. To alleviate such tasks, in the past decades, software engineering researchers have proposed many automatic test report classification techniques. However, these techniques may become less effective for crowdsourced mobile application testing, where test reports often consist of insufficient text descriptions and rich screenshots and are fundamentally different from those of traditional desktop software. To bridge the gap, we firstly fuse features extracted from text descriptions and screenshots to classify crowdsourced test reports. Then, we empirically investigate the effectiveness of our feature fusion approach under six classification algorithms, namely Naive Bayes (NB), k-Nearest Neighbors (kNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The experimental results on six widely used applications show that (1) SVM with fused features can outperform others in classifying crowdsourced test reports, and (2) image features can improve the test report classification performance.

Tensile Creep of Cement and Concrete Composites: Monitoring by Means of 2D-Digital Image Correlation

Creep and shrinkage of Cement and Concrete Composites (CCC) are significant properties that need to be considered to use these materials in practice. Many previous scientific studies revealed CCC creep characteristics under sustained compression and shrinkage, using traditional test methods from design standards. Because of the complexity of experimental procedures, CCC creep in tension has not been studied as close. Furthermore, there is no unified standard that proposes applicable testing methods or specific testing apparatus. This study examines the suitability of 2D—Digital Image Correlation (DIC) to observe the creep deformations of specimens under tension. Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) mortar with 1% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibres has been investigated in the research. Compact tension (CT) specimens 150 × 150 × 12 mm (with a notch) were used. Creep deformations under sustained uniaxial tension (applied loading corresponding to 60% of the ultimate strength) were measured. DIC images were captured using an entry/mid-level DSLR camera. Results show that DIC is suitable for studying uniaxial tensile creep of cement and concrete composites. Deformation of specimens in tension was similar to that measured using the conventional method (using surface-attached gauges).

The development of sign language learning media using multimedia systems

Language is a means to communicate. The expressions in the world are diverse, one of which is sign language. There are two types of sign languages in Indonesia, namely BISINDO (Indonesian Sign Language) and SIBI (Indonesian Language System). Besides that, few people know the sign language, and the method used still uses conventional or manual methods so that it feels challenging to communicate with people who are deaf speech. This study aims to develop sign language learning applications using multimedia systems that expected to help people with hearing impairment and hearing impairment, the general public, and teachers in communicating with speech deaf people. In this study, using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle research method, Alpha testing with Black Box testing and beta testing as an application testing method to measure user satisfaction. The results of research using beta testing is an android-based sign language learning application suitable for the general public, and the deaf equipped with evaluation features and delivery of material in the form of video.

Thermal sensitivity mapping - warmth and cold detection thresholds of the human torso.

Skin as the largest organ of the human body accomplishes many important functions, including thermoregulation. In this context, investigating cold (CDT) and warmth detection thresholds (WDT) constitutes an important research branch, and investigating thermal thresholds has a significant impact on the clothing and fabric textile industry. In this regard, not only the extremities, but also torso regions are of high relevance. However, only few examinations have conducted detailed mapping studies of the human torso. Additionally, some of these studies show certain methodological limitations. Furthermore, the issue of whether cutaneous thermal sensitivity is gender-dependent is still controversial. Therefore, the present study investigated the cutaneous thermal sensitivity (CDT, WDT) of 42 male and female young and healthy subjects. Measurements were taken at 11 anatomical regions. We found that gender plays an important role when investigating thermal thresholds: Females tended to be more sensitive than males. We also found considerable differences between the tested regions, even within the anterior torso, for example. We identified locations which were constantly sensitive (lower back), while others were consistently insensitive (e.g. scapula). We also detected greater data variability for males compared to females, and for WDT compared to CDT. Furthermore, mainly for WDT, we found a proximal-to-distal increase of thermal torso and upper arm sensitivity. In line with previous investigations, our subjects were more sensitive to cold than to warmth. The findings of this study have important implications. First, our data may complement basic research, e.g. in terms of reference data of body regional maps. Second, our data provides important insights that could be leveraged in the textile industry, and also used to optimize current broadly applicable test methods and tools, like thermal manikins and thermophysiological models.

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING HASIL PELATIHAN TENAGA KERJA DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI (DISNAKERTRANS) KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BERBASIS ANDROID

This research was conducted with the aim to design and build an Monitoring Application for Manpower Training Results in the Android Based Manpower and Transmigration Office of the Sumbawa Regency (DISNAKERTRANS). The above program is intended so that DISNAKERTRANS can know and evaluate the quality of the training that has been carried out and know the quality of further training. The data collection method in this research is literature study and interview, while for the software development method the researcher uses the waterfall method. This application will be built in hybrid form by utilizing a smartphone as a user device and the database of this application uses MySql. The application testing method of the study is black box. This application is useful for the DISNAKERTRANS Sumbawa district to monitor the results of workforce training and find out the level of success in the process of implementing workforce training.

3D Face Authentication Software Test Automation

The 3D face authentication has become a hot trend for researchers and developers in the recent years, due to its many advantages over the 2D face recognition feature. The 3D reconstruction of a human face using both near-infrared and depth sensors is a complex process on mobile phones. It commonly involves algorithms like face detection, face landmark detection, facial feature extraction, and depth information analysis. The 3D face authentication feature is critical for the user as per as security and also providing a convenient way to authenticate by the correct user. Therefore, the testing of 3D face authentication algorithms and applications in terms of functionality, performance, and stability is critical. However, the research on 3D face authentication application level validation and testing method is lacking in the field. Most testers are still validating the application manually. In this paper, we propose a robotic-arm-based test automation for testing the 3D face authentication feature on mobile phones. We programmed a 6 degree of freedom (6-DOF) robotic arm to perform 3D face authentication automated tests that were executed manually before. Our test automation also benchmarked the performance of an in-house developed 3D face authentication application and a 3 rd party application which yielded promising latency and accuracy comparison results under different performance-impacting test scenarios.

Three decades of international RILEM activities to combat deleterious Alkali-Silica Reactions (ASR) in concrete.

Since 1988, the International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures (RILEM) Technical Committees (TCs) have been seeking to establish universally applicable test methods for assessing the alkali-reactivity potential of aggregates, and from later on, for concrete mixes. TC 106 (1988 – 2001) focused on accelerated aggregate tests. The successor committee TC 191-ARP (2001 – 2006) also included work on diagnosis/appraisal & specification. TC 219-ACS (2006 – 2014) introduced work on performance testing & modelling. The major recommendations were published as a RILEM State-of-the-art Report in 2016. In 2014, TC 258-AAA was established, scheduling to finish the work on performance-based assessment in 2019. This current TC is focusing on the following Work Packages; WP1Performance based testing concepts, WP2 Relationship between results from laboratory and field and the establishment of field exposure sites, WP3 Testing of potential alkalis released from certain types of aggregates and measurement of internal concrete alkali content, and eventually; WP4 Verification of alkalis released from aggregates.
