국내 시중에 유통되어 음용되고 있는 먹는 샘물(생수) 30 종과 가정으로 공급되는 수돗물 9종 중의 벤젠, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 자일렌을 고체상미량추출법을 사용하여 정량하였다. 정지상은 <TEX>$100\;{\mu}m$</TEX> PDMS fiber를 이용하였고, 실험조건은 실온에서, 교반시간 1200 RPM G, 흡착시간 4 분, 탈착시간 1 분 이었다. 정량은 표준검량선법을 사용하였다. 평균검출한계는 벤젠 0.39 (<TEX>${\pm}0.04$</TEX>) ng/mL, 톨루엔 0.08 (<TEX>${\pm}0.04$</TEX>) ng/mL, 에틸벤젠 0.04 (<TEX>${\pm}0.01$</TEX>) ng/mL, o-자일렌 0.05 (<TEX>${\pm}0.02$</TEX>) ng/mL 이었다. 30 종의 먹는 샘물(생수)조사 결과 벤젠과 o-자일렌은 모든 시료에서 검출되지 않았으며, 톨루엔의 경우는 11 개의 시료, 에틸벤젠은 3 개의 시료에서 검출되었다. 검출된 물질의 각각의 농도범위는 <TEX>$0.24({\pm}0.09)\sim2.95\;({\pm}0.08)\;ng/mL$</TEX>, <TEX>$0.08({\pm}0.06)\sim0.93({\pm}0.10)\;ng/mL$</TEX>였다. Abstract: The amount of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and o-xylene (BTEX) in 30 kinds of bottled waters purchased from market and 9 kinds of tap waters from home were determined using headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME). The sample was stirred at 1200 RPM G for 4 min using a magnetic bar with <TEX>$100\;{\mu}m$</TEX> PDMS as adsorbent for BTEX. Then it was desorbed from the fiber for 1 min at room temperature. Quantitation was achieved using standard calibration method. The limit of detection was determined as benzene 0.39 (<TEX>${\pm}0.04$</TEX>) ng/mL, toluene 0.08 (<TEX>${\pm}0.04$</TEX>) ng/mL, ethylbenzene 0.04 (<TEX>${\pm}0.01$</TEX>) ng/mL, and o-xylene 0.05 (<TEX>${\pm}0.02$</TEX>) ng/mL. Benzene and o-xylene were not detected in any samples, but toluene was detected in 11 samples, and ethylbenzene was detected just in 3 samples among 30 investigated bottled waters. The concentration range of investigated materials for toluene and o-xylene were <TEX>$0.24({\pm}0.09)\sim2.95\;({\pm}0.08)\;ng/mL$</TEX>, <TEX>$0.08({\pm}0.06)\sim0.93({\pm}0.10)\;ng/mL$</TEX>, respectively.
