New Ni/4Co-base alloys for magnetostrictive designs are developed. Simultaneously, the technology of their rolling and heat treatment is worked out. The manufactured material have very strong cubic texture, the maximal possible value of magnetostriction and the minimal value of elastic modulus. Magnetostrictive Ni/4Co - base alloys with addition of third elements have the highest electromechanical coupling coefficient, perfect mechanical and technological properties and high corrosion resistance. The industrial control of anisotropic magnetic properties is developed on the basis of the correlation between Young's modul E and striction λ s .
