Abstract

The main subject of the trainings is to continuously improve the human resource. The goals and strategies of the trainings should cover all employees in an organization and should be in accordance with the goals and strategies of human resources management. The idea that each employee is responsible for his own learning process is based on the design of the training process, the authorization of participants, the granting of initiative and ensuring their participation. Education and development of human resources, which is one of the main functions of organizations in educational management, is responsible for providing planned learning, job or skill training and development services to individuals of the organization individually and collectively. The primary task of every manager is to contribute to the development of the abilities of the staff not only in their current jobs, but also for their higher positions in the future. Employees' business skills and abilities can be realized through training programs outside of work, as well as through on-the-job training programs conducted around the workplace.
