Abstract
目的 探讨万托林气动雾化协助肺结核少痰患者排痰的作用.方法按随机临床实验原则将少痰的肺结核患者178例分为雾化组和对照组,每组89例.雾化组采用万托林雾化溶液气动雾化吸入后留取痰标本,对照组则采用健康教育的方法,按常规方法留晨起痰标本,观察两组留取合格痰标本率.结果雾化组有71例患者留取合格痰标本,明显高于对照组的50例(P＜0.01).结论气动雾化吸入万托林可稀释痰液并舒张支气管,有利于协助患者咳嗽排痰,从而提高少痰肺结核患者的痰检率。
